Most of the people who have been initiated into the Gaia Method Earthways get on with their work in their part of the world, receiving guidance from their own sources. They are journeying and serving in whatever way their own Spirits guide them. My own journey has been no exception. BUT, I often work with one or two others when we are guided to do that. Often it happened when each of us were guided to journey together. Even while at a site, we each did what we felt we needed to do, offering our skills to the site and sharing what we had done later. Sometimes we worked together, sensing the need for that too. Many large sites need a combination of energies. They need more than one person’s input, depending on how much energy that person can hold in their energy-field.

The ancestors met once a year at a place sacred to them, to solidify their relationships and to participate in yearly rituals. I have worked with many sites around the British Isles where they gathered on behalf of the Land. I am now feeling the impulse to do the same. As of next year, I will be offering sacred site workshops at a particular site where you will receive training on how to do group work and participate in the opening and activation of that site. The sites we will visit are places I have been instructed to visit. They will be a gathering of Souls who have agreed, before birth, to carry out the activations at each place. It is part of their agreement with the Land and with the consciousness of Earth. Each person has their own Soul purpose in being there, at whichever site they are drawn to and in return for their service, the ancestors of that site have gifts for them too, for nothing is taken without something given in return. The energies they are gifted are to both fortify and assist them in furthering their development.
To give you a little background to this work, four years ago, Eartha, a friend and Gaia Method Earthworker, invited me to go to Orkney with her. Before we left, we visited Old Harry Rocks and there I made a connection to the Elemental people of the sea which was to be carried as a gift to the people of Orkney. At the time, it felt like they knew each other, which of course they did. Elementals recognise each other, seeing the Oneness in all. In Orkney, at the land bridge which joins the Stones of Stenness with the Ring of Brodgar, the connection was made, creating a line of energy between the south of England and the extreme north. From the Old Harry Rocks to the loch of Harray.
We spend ten days there and did a lot of work, coming back with The Orkney Wisdom, a whole other path of development within the Gaia Method Earthways. A most unexpected gift of connection with the ancient matriarchs of the Orkney Isles and their wisdom.
At the time, however, I didn’t know that this was only the beginning of a bigger plan. Three years ago, at another burial mound in Micheldever woods (Hampshire) I was given, by the male guardian of the mound, an Elk antler. I had no idea what this was for, but I kept it in my field, which is what you do when they give you tools in advance of work you are to carry out. Some time later, when Eartha and I were doing some work together, the Elk energy came in again. I knew it was connected to the Rune Algis but still couldn’t figure it out. After that, I kept being reminded of it every time I did any energy-work. Guides often do this. It is like they are reminding you of work you have agreed to do and they are sending info that your Soul recognises and so can be prepared for. Sometimes, it would help if the personality was equally prepared!
When my guides showed me places that needed group work done they reminded me of the Elk symbol, then showed me the symbol superimposed on the places I was told to go to.
They gave me information about going to Norway, on a cruise up the Fjiords. They also suggested going to the Outer Hebrides , returning to Orkney and to Northern Iceland. But these trips were to be a group endeavour. It was only when I was creating the image above, joining the dots, as it were, (which they also told me to do)I had the sudden thought to see if one of the antlers of the symbol went to Iceland.
It did. I don’t know what work needs to be done in these places, just that they are all connected. Equally, I don’t know why it is a Rune symbol or if even that is part of the subtle information which is usually part of the overall work. The rune itself symbolises protection and higher purpose, a connection to the realms of the Gods/Goddesses. But that is a very superficial level of meaning when connected to earthwork. When we created the initial connection, between the south and north of Britain, it was more to do with bridging both ends of the country. The lines are like communication, a telephone line (old school, I know), opening communication between the two points. Most times, I don’t know why we are doing what we are doing, just that it is necessary for the Earth and everything on it. I have also been told to read The Edda, the Norwegian Sagas and only then did I realise that the Vikings had colonised these places. Maybe there was more to their journeying than raping and pillaging!
Next year, we will visit the Outer Hebrides. The following year, we will take a trip back to Orkney and after that, it will be to Northern Iceland. There is also a cruise to Norway but I’m not sure yet when that will happen. I will keep you updated. I don’t know what will happen at any of the sites, except perhaps for Orkney, but the not-knowing is part of the adventure. The trips are primarily training opportunities, for which I will be accepting donations. But if you just want to be there, on your own terms, that is fine too.
There will also be winter trips in Egypt: to Siwa, Aswan, the Red Sea, Cairo, etc., and also to parts of the Mediterranean. I will post these as they come up.
I will create separate pages for each trip and also invite you to P2, which is a group on WordPress where you can access information on accommodation, car-hire, travel possibilities, etc., plus you can add information that you discover too. It is a group-sharing and collaborative space. It is also a space to share earthwork experiences and outcomes once the trip has been made, so if you are interested, contact me and I will send you the details of how to connect.
