The Second level of the Gaia Method Earthways opens you to being able to hold, bring in, and transmit the spheres of energy needed to pass attunements. There are only two main levels in this system; the first is where you begin the process of connecting to the Gaia consciousness of earth and your purpose with her; learning to move within her energy fields and growing as a Goddess/God consciousness. The second level is where you move fully into that consciousness and purpose and can pass that energy on to others. It is not a linear process, but a spherical one.

This level teaches you how to pass the energies. Having the Reiki master teaching symbol is of help as you will already have the level of energy and development you need to pass an attunement. If you simply want to use the Gaia Method Earthways attunement without teaching, then you do not need this training. Your purpose might be to simply live the energies, and share them through other means, such as writing, art or music. Not everyone will feel drawn to teaching.

But if you want to learn to transmit the energies, you will need to know how to pass an attunement. Initially, you may need to use a traditional energy attunement process until you become familiar passing a Sphere attunement. Passing an attunement this way is a very kinesthetic way to work. You have to be able to feel the Matrix and share it via your own energy field. If you already hold a Reiki Master symbol and can pass the attunements, you can pass the Gaia Method Earthways attunement in the same way, with some adjustments, until you learn to transfer the energies as a whole energy-field transmission.

Because there are in the Gaia Method Earthways, levels within levels, where groups of symbols, dimensionally connected, are integrated, it can take time to fully learn the stages. You might have received the attunements but not feel ready to share them. In much the same way as Reiki, it takes time to build your energy body to the point where you are ready. If you have taken your time, and had multiple attunements and your energetic toolbox is well stocked, you are in a better position to pass on those tools, but you can share what you have learned so far. You will have learned how to use the energies at that point, and how they work in different situations, and you may also have discovered other uses for them. Your energy body will be able to hold all the energies easily.

There are many dimensions in the Soul and Body of the Planet, and these dimensions also become part of your training. These can be done at any point between the two main levels. You will know what you feel drawn to and which areas excite you. This is usually a good indication of your next step.

Unlike Reiki, the learning goes on. The teaching level is not the endpoint. The learning goes on for as long as you want it to. There is no limit to the energies you can receive because your energy field and knowledge base is always expanding. However, you can do as few or as many as you feel drawn to. It is entirely up to you. You can also stop wherever you wish.

When you have received the teacher level, you can pass on what you do have. If you learn more afterwards, once that is learned, you can share that too. If you want to.

A Gaia Method Earthways attunement is passed just like a Reiki attunement – in the beginning. (Which is why it is a good idea to learn Reiki, apart from the fact that Reiki is the best energy for self-healing). However, as you become more able to work with transmitting energies, you learn to pass the attunement as a transfer of energy, like a fusing of your field with the recipient’s. This takes time to learn.

In much the same way as other energy systems, Level Three does not oblige you to teach or to pass on what you have learned. It is a level where you decide where you want to go with it. Some people do not want to teach, and that is fine. When I did my first Reiki Master’s, I had no intention of teaching. I simply wanted to expand. Of course, that changed, over time. But I was ready for it when it did.

If you have learned Level Two in Reiki you will already have the symbol for distance healing, which will also be useful for passing distance attunements. But you need to have grown in trust and confidence and will need to feel the energies, knowing they are being sent. This you can only do with experience and feedback. But I know there are healing modalities out there that do not use a Reiki distance symbol, and if you are a healer already and familiar with sending energy then you will have no problem.

The most important thing about passing on these energies is that each recipient receives what her guides, and Higher Self, deem necessary for her/his development. This is where the greatest element of trust comes in. You have to set aside your own idea of what the recipient is ‘supposed to receive’, and give them what they need. In this way, the GME system is different to other systems. Yes, there are specific energies passed in each level, such as the symbols for Levels One and Two, but their development might require other energies too and these will be added to the basic attunement. This is why it is helpful to have learned other other parts of the system. You will also find that energies form other healing systems you have learned are transmitted, and this is perfectly fine too.

This also becomes important when the recipient is initiated into one of the Goddess temples, such as the Artemis Temple. It is only when you, as the teacher, have gone through your own temple training, which happens on inner levels, that you can initiate someone into that level. The teacher does not know until they are tuned into the person receiving the attunement if they are to be entered for Temple Training. It only happens at the end of the main transfer of energies and is in addition to those energies.

The same applies to the seven Gateway initiations. You can only help someone through a portal if you yourself have already gone through it. This only applies to the seven main portal initiations as they are Soul initiations, minor developmental doorways can be gone through whenever they appear as they generally initiate a shorter period of learning.

Each teacher can choose their own style of teaching because, by the time they arrive at this stage, it is assumed they know what they are doing, energetically. They will also have their own preferences and prior training in other systems and their own Soul will guide them.

For instance, I like doing both distance and in-person attunements, but I also love that each person is in control of their own journey. There are no rules. I like the old-fashioned apprenticeship training, where the person receiving the training decides when they want to go through more, rather than me dictating it. Every person has their own gifts, their own journey, even though some elements might be the same as others. What you do with your gifts is up to you, so long as your intention is aligned with your Soul’s intention, and only you will know that.
