In the beginning…

I have worked, energetically, with stone circles for twenty years, but it was on a trip to the remains of a stone circle in Cumbria, deep in a forest plantation, that I was granted a wonderful insight into one way in which our Bronze age ancestors used the circles.

From that experience, I understood that some circles were associated with maintaining fertility. They were used ritually at certain points of the year, (solstices, equinoxes, etc) and at that time priests, priestesses, and the entire community channelled the energy of the solar light into the circle to fertilise the wheat they had harvested the previous season, and to fertilise the waiting earth beneath; the masculine creative force of the sun, fertilising the female earth.

At the end of the Mesolithic period, ancient communities moved from hunting and gathering, to growing and tending. Their focus was on the growing of food, so taking care of both the physical landscape and the energetic landscape meant they had a better chance of survival. Their awareness of the Oneness of life was a part of them. They did not simply live on the planet, separate to it as we do, but they understood they were an integral part of it.

But how did the Early Neolithic farmers begin to use stone to contain and hold the energies they built in the landscape? How did they learn that particular form of energy-work in the first place? I have found no evidence of fertility work of this nature in the earlier Mesolithic hunter-gatherers. It seemed to arrive with people who grew their food on a large scale and who needed specific energetic help to accomplish that.

Before agriculture, hunters worked shamanically to connect to the spirit of the animal they were about to hunt, communicating with it before the hunt and asking for, and acknowledging, the creature’s sacrifice to feed them. But, with the advent of agriculture, some of these practices changed. To the ancestor, everything was energy. Every living thing, including apparently inert objects, such as stone, soil, etc, had a spirit and therefore deserved respect and acknowledgement. (You only have to look at the current indigenous people of the world to see how our ancestors might have lived).

It has always been a mystery to me how practices changed, from hunting and gathering, to include the growing of crops. Once you begin to grow food, the process and focus changes. But when did they begin to associate stone circles with corn-energising rituals?

It was only while reading Home by Francis Pryor, that I found a possible answer. Francis had been working on a Neolithic causewayed enclosure site in Etton along with his wife. The enclosure was part of a complex of enclosures, like Salisbury Plain, and comprised a single circuit of interrupted ditches. They discovered, at the end of each ditch segment, objects which had been carefully placed there. The deposits in the segmented ditches were laid in layers, each protected by a birchbark mat, which would have been naturally waterproof. Intact pottery vessels, turned upside-down, skulls, and broken quern stones, for the grinding of grain into flour, were also placed in layers in the ditches.

Upright Saddle Quern Deposit.

According to Prior, the objects placed within the ditches were crafts traditionally carried out by women: pottery, weaving, bread-making, etc. That makes me wonder why they deposited these particular objects in the ditches? Was the site traditionally viewed as female? Just as with the Cumbrian circle? The female energy was believed to reside in the earth, so it makes sense that if they wanted to ensure the positive flow of energy into their own home and tribe they would make offerings of gratitude for the resources already received and the petition for that flow to continue for the coming year.

Quern stones at each side of causeway.

Within the henge, there were also multiple pits filled with ritual deposits, but the most striking thing for me was that in the ditches on either side of the causeways, quern stones had been placed on their sides, so that they stood upright. Stones were placed on either side of the causeway, of which there were possibly four, oriented North, South, East and West, although the South entrance was subsequently destroyed. The deposits seem to have been placed, on separate occasions, but in the same place each time, in layers, perhaps during large gatherings, and by kin groups. Each time they gathered, they carried out ceremonies and a new stone was placed there; again on its side so that it stood upright, but above the buried layer of the previous celebrations.

Grain was an important part of their survival and the excavators of Etton discovered evidence that “cereal crops were both grown and processed within the immediate vicinity, perhaps within the enclosure.”

Datchet causeway. Example of how ditches were spaced.

When I read this for the first time, it immediately reminded me of my visit to Cumbria. and the importance of the stone circle in charging the wheat for the following growing season. The deposition of saddle querns, upright in the ditches, signalled for me the mental leap made by the Neolithic communities from ritual deposits of stones for wheat-grinding to standing stones. Wheat was such an important part of their survival that it stood to reason that the objects associated with grain processing should be held in such sacred esteem. I imagine, through the deposition of these stones, each family was both manifesting their food for the coming year but also giving something back to the Mother, in gratitude for feeding them; for taking care of them. And, as the quote above suggests, if the site was used for the processing of wheat, then corn rituals might well have been carried out in the centre too, creating what later became, the stone circles.

Knowth Basin.

In Knowth, there is the huge concave stone in one of the recesses within the burial mound. Burial mounds represent the womb of the Mother. Knowth is part of the Newgrange complex, where the sun enters the chamber at Midwinter, to light up the darkness within. Again the solar rays fertilising the Mother. The large concave stone is like a huge ceremonial saddle quern and may well symbolise the fertilising of the grain. A gift to the mother and holder of the ashes of people who may have been the ones who carried out the sacred ceremonies.

The carving inside the stone is interesting too: To me, it looks like an energetic representation of the solar rays fertilising the seed within the womb of Mother Earth.

Knowth Inner carving.

Of course, it may have had multiple meanings. As modern humans, we see symbols as representing things we only have understanding of ‘in the present’. We see things one-dimensionally. Our ancestors may have had access to knowledge we can only imagine, or re-learn, as we work in the energetic landscapes of the Mother.

The positioning of the saddle querns in the site in Etton also made me think of Mecca, where before Islam, tribal communities gathered there yearly. Each tribe had its own stone statue representing the energy of their tribe, their over-ruling deity, part of a circle of stones around the sacred site. Only with the coming of Islam was this practice destroyed and now only the ruling family have their ‘stone’, contained in the Kaaba. (Mecca had been a sacred site for many centuries, sacred to a triple goddess. One of these goddesses, Al-Uzzah, was a grain goddess).

Old Mecca.

As I was writing this, I found this very interesting article: https://www.hunebednieuwscafe.nl/2017/10/british-stone-circles-were-used-for-parties/ The article states: The research into the Ring of Brodgar also showed that each stone comes from a different part of the Orkney Islands. Apparently, each of the diverse groups of people brought its own stone and placed it in the monument. Remarkably, Professor Bayliss’ research also found evidence that people travelled to the Orkneys from as far away as Belgium. This fits very well with the idea of family groups/tribes having their quernstone in the circle.

Many ancient Mother/Goddess sites were symbolic womb; places where, at certain times of the year, the energies of fertility were strongest. The midwinter ritual of the sun piercing the darkest recesses of burial mounds, and temples, were fertility processes: the male sun sending his fertilising principle into the dark womb of the Mother to activate the egg waiting there. These were no empty rituals, however. Our ancestors understood the active energies that revitalised the energy lines in the earth, that brought new vitality after the dark of winter, warming the earth; bringing new growth. Where energy flows, so too does life.

There are naturally powerful places on earth where the energy is palpable, such as volcanos, places where crystals have formed, and deep underground caves. Places too where elemental energies are strong: rivers, lakes, mountains, and forests. But energy is also built through ritual and intention. I have never been a ‘ritual’ worker. I never really understood the purpose of ritual except as a focus for creating and for intention. But, I recently had an experience in a Cathedral Church in Arundel where I saw the result of ritual actions on the energy of a place over time.

We were working on making a triangular connection between the sea and the river Arun. I wasn’t sure where this connection was supposed to be anchored but we went into the cathedral, just in case. I had been given water energy by a wonderfully loving sea elemental on Littlehampton beach and although I knew I had to put it somewhere; I didn’t know where, until it happened. As I approached the altar, which was built on top of an ancient spring, I saw the blue column of light behind it, which had been built up over the years by the priests doing the bread and wine ritual. This was a surprise to me. The energy had built up over so many years and had created a healing channel in the cathedral. This is also where the water energy gift was anchored, which was also a huge surprise. (One of the important things to remember when doing energywork is that religious belief plays no part. It is the positive intentions to help humanity which are important. Although saying that, the ancientness of the catholic ritual contains an energy that I have not found in other, more modern religious rituals).

But this ritual also involves the energising of bread, just as the ancient ritual in the stone circle Cumbria showed. (I think the energising of the wine might have been Roman in origin and added later as patriarchal religions became more prominent. The wine is energised from ‘above’ whereas the bread should be energised by the mother-energy ‘below’).

So that brings us back to the quernstones. We know that causewayed enclosures were the forerunners of stone circles so if the quernstones were placed as sacred objects and connected to a particular kin-group, (as in old Mecca, and Orkney), then it is not such a stretch to see that the later ‘standing stones’/quernstones in a circle came to represent each kin-family’s offerings to the Mother Goddess. The rituals building up over time gave these places their sanctity but there may well have been an extant ‘energy’ that told them where to build these sites in the first place.

The alignments of the main causeways appear to be directional, and the east/west entrances align with the sun. (We have often found main energylines crossing over in these sites, although not necessarily NSEW aligned). The astrological alignment aspects of stone circles might have come into play as a way for them to be sure about the timing of important events. I’m sure the simple beginning of the ritual circles became more complicated over time.

A very good book which explains how Glastonbury abbey was created is: The Gate of Remembrance by Frederick Bligh Bond, F.R.I.B.A. It is a book about the discovery of The Edgar Chapel through automatic writing and gives very interesting energetic information on how a sacred site is created.

The Bread of The Mother.

Yesterday morning, Sunday, (I wrote this a few years ago) I was listening to the Radio 4 church service (not something I often listen to, but it was an impulse I followed). The teaching was ‘The loaves and the Fishes’. You know, the one where Jesus miraculously fed the 5.000 people with only 5 loaves and 2 fishes after the death of his friend and teacher John the Baptist? Finishing up a beading project, the fact struck me that people never question this story. They relate it as though it is an absolute truth. But to me, they are missing an important point. Jesus was a spiritual teacher, teaching people something important. There was a deeper meaning to this story.

People, such as Dr Marcellino D’Ambrosio,  have looked into certain Judaic meanings behind the symbolism, such as the five loaves representing the Mosaic teachings in the Torah. There are 5 books in the Torah.  So perhaps, on one level, Jesus was expanding on the teachings and inner story of Moses, who was also a prophet, and a teacher.

But he was also quoted as saying that he was the ‘Bread of Life’. To my mind, this was a misinterpretation. He was also known as the ‘Water of Life’ which felt more appropriate. Could he be both bread and water? All spiritual nourishment? To many he was/is, but I have experienced a completely different awareness of what the bread represents. Over the past twenty years of doing energy healing, at many sacred sites around the world, I have found that the Bread represents the Bread of the Mother, of the earth.

My first experience of this came in 2006, in Cumbria, at a stone circle complex in the Broomrigg Plantation. One of my psychic gifts is the ability to tap into ancient knowledge and experience it in the present. It is psychometry; I suppose. Tapping into objects or places and opening doorways into past lives.

Broomrigg Stone Circle

On this occasion, standing on an ancient stone which had once formed part of a stone circle, I went back to the Bronze Age and found myself watching an ancient winter solstice ritual. Within the circle, a priest stood, and around the inside of the circle also stood containers of wheat which had been harvested the previous autumn. A priestess, who personified Artemis (I was a little surprised at that) drew down the energy of the sun and brought it into the earth, which opened like a womb to accept the solar energy. This fertilised a giant ovum and filled the womb with golden light. The priest had strewn wheat grains around the inside of the circle petitioning the Goddess Artemis, within whose hands he had placed a sheaf of corn. As this happened, the wheat in the containers was also ‘charged’, which effectively imbued the seeds with life, so that when they planted them again in the spring the resulting crop would be abundant. At the end of the ritual, the priest sprinkled water around the inside of the circle, because, without rain, the wheat could not grow.

Once the ‘ritual’ was complete, some of the grain was taken from the containers, ground into flour and made into bread. Each household in the tribe was given a portion of this ‘charged’ bread in order to bring fertility to the entire tribe over the coming year. Everyone was equal and everyone was fed. No-one was left out.

This experience prompted many questions. Over the past few years, some of these questions have found answers. I had, on occasion, to travel back to Ireland for Catholic funerals or memorial services, and noticed during the consecration of the bread and wine, during Mass, that all the energy from ‘Above’ seemed to charge the wine but not the bread. I also thought it was significant that only the priest drank the wine, (things have changed since then!) thereby gaining the benefit of its charged energy. But the communication wafers, the Bread/Body of Christ had no energy and yet this was distributed to the people during the Mass. I found this very interesting Why was the bread not ‘charged’, and why was it only the priest who benefited from the spiritual energy which should have been shared? I wondered if it was to do with power dynamics within the early church? Communion is such an important part of the Catholic Mass ritual and I can remember, as a child, taking communion seriously, believing that I was eating part of Jesus’ body. When it stuck to the roof of my mouth and broke, and I tried to remove it with my tongue, it was a serious disaster. Jesus was real to me and I thought I was breaking him apart.

The word communion signifies a joining, a sharing of energy, but there was no energy in this communion. It was rice paper, nothing more. For years, I had wondered why this was (I only rarely have communion now. If I feel an impulse, I will take it, even though I know it contains nothing). However, this year, I experienced another teaching, through ‘psychic time-travel’, that explained more of the mystery. It was in St. Dogmaels’ Abbey in Wales, near Cardigan Bay and I was doing my usual energy work, as I do in many churches, (both ancient and those still in use), when I felt an impulse to stop at a point which was below ground level. In the past, the altar of the church would have stood above this room and as I stood in the centre of this ‘cellar’ I felt a powerful female earth energy, like a vortex. It was still active, and very strong. When I stood in it, I ‘saw’ a monk standing in front of the altar in the room above me. He was consecrating the wine and the bread, but as he focused on the bread, which was a round loaf, he drew the energy of this vortex into the bread, spiritualising it with the female energy of the Earth, the Mother. Next, he drew down the energy of the sun and consecrated the wine with that energy, the Male fertilising principle! Finally I understood! Somewhere along the line, this connection and honouring of the role of Mother Earth, in sacred ritual, had been lost.

The Abbey itself was built in the 12th Century and is a Trionian Abbey, founded by monks from France who were dissatisfied with the way things were going in the French Monasteries. They wanted to get back to a simpler way of living, and of serving. But they also knew that the balance depended on honouring both Mother and Father.

At one point during this exploration through time, I was also given the understanding of the Holy Trinity: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Father is obvious; he is the male principle, Solar, Christ Light. The Holy Spirit is the Mother, the Female principle: the Earth; and the son, is the priest /medium. The Son of both Mother and Father is the priest; he is the medium between the two; the one who can work with both energies and who is trained to materialise these energies in the bread and wine, thereby bringing succour to the community through their distribution. What is missing here, of course, is the female representative, the priestess. But, at least they still knew what they were doing, even though they were using both energies in a less earth-focused way than our ancestors at Broomrigg had done.

But, what I still did not know, was when this understanding disappeared. Perhaps during the dissolution of the monasteries, when the Divine Feminine, through Mary, was removed from the collective consciousness? Perhaps that understanding will come later.

So, back to the loaves and the fishes. Jesus (or someone) was trying to teach about the balance between the Masculine and the Feminine. The bread of Life comes from the earth, from the Mother. The fish is a male symbol, and one which I also have experienced in the course of my work, and which I know to be a symbol of life in the Ancient Solar priesthoods of Egypt, Greece and Western Europe. The symbol of Christianity is the Fish. The fish swims in water; water is life. The fish is a symbol for the fertility that comes from water, the abundance of a masculine god.

Jesus was teaching the multitudes about Honouring the Mother and Father, just as the commandments told them to. Not just your physical, earthly Mother and father, but all of life through the Earth Mother and Solar Father. I believe the story tells us that nourishment comes from Mother and Father. What comes from the sky is Masculine, sun and rain, which fertilises the earth, the feminine, so that all her people can live. You cannot exist without both. What can you create with sun alone? Without the mixture of earth, what is it? If you honour both, you can feed thousands.

Maybe we need to get back to that. We need to relearn these ways of thinking about the earth, or Gaia, and her relationship with the Father, in order for us to live sustainable and fulfilling lives. It’s really not that hard. We just have to change our core beliefs. It might take years but at least the world of the future will be one worth living in again! And I wonder what would happen if we started to do these rituals in the way they were intended? That would be an interesting experiment.

PS. When I was in the Hare Krsnas, back in the seventies in Dublin, they cooked their food and blessed it before sharing it with people so that everyone could eat the sacred prasadam of the god of love, Krishna. Even one meal was enough to give you Krsna’s mercy. Blessing food is an ancient tradition.

A more modern story is the story of the foundation of Findhorn, one of my favourites.

The Dragon of Burley.

A few weeks ago, we went to the New Forest to visit an Iron Age hillfort called Castle Hill, near Burley. I was reading The Forest by Edward Rutherfurd and he mentioned a myth about a dragon there. As I have often found, where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. Myths are great for finding sites associated with dragons because ancient cultural beliefs remain in the collective unconscious of the area.

The Oak Mother Tree.

Once we climbed to the hillfort, not realising until we were inside that there was a road which would have given us direct access, we found a beautiful old oak tree. It felt like a Mother Tree, and it stood at the western entrance. We were told to make an essence in this old tree, which was a combination of her ancient stability and wisdom, and the white dragon energies that protected the site.

The white dragon, which looked very ‘fleshy’, more like a Chinese dragon, had long serpent-like tendrils hanging down from beside its nostrils and it stood at the entrance, facing outwards, acting as protector of the hillfort. On the other side of the hillfort, at the other entrance, I could see another one, looking out towards Lymington. They instructed me to walk sunwise around the inside of the fort and to connect the dragons to each other via a white light ring. In my mind’s eye, it reminded me of that old toothpaste advert, with its ring of confidence. White with a blue tinge.

Chinese White Dragon.

As we walked in a circle around the inside of the fort, we continued to tune into the energies of the site. We were told that this place was a place of safety during times of invasion from people outside. When outlying villages were attacked, the people who lived outside would come to be fed and protected. It felt like it was during a time when there was much instability and villages were routinely robbed and destroyed.

Dragon priests, able to communicate with the elemental energies of the place, were given forewarning that an attack was imminent, and they informed the villagers, who trusted them completely. They then left their homesteads and came to the safety of the fort, often returning later to burned homes and destroyed livelihoods.

Rain-filled gravel pit on top of the hill.

Part of the energies of these dragons was that the protection they offered was an energetic force-field that only allowed in energies in that resonated with them. The priests of the place held that energy. If others came with bad intention, they were denied access. It was as if they would feel repelled by the place. Perhaps a fear set in, or a superstition triggered. Something always kept them out. I have found this before at particularly elemental sites. An energy-field that you could only access if you saw beyond the glamour surrounded them. They were invisible to most people. The ‘glamour’ came in the form of fear. For no reason that you could see, you would suddenly become afraid, seeing darkness all around you. Only if you could see the fear for what it was could you access the wisdom and knowledge of the elementals who inhabited the place.

The white dragons fulfilled the same purpose in Castle Hill hillfort.

Essence being made.

As we made the white dragon essence at the Mother Tree, I became aware of a blue dragon energy moving in a line behind me. I was facing the centre of the fort, and the line, which looked like a blue serpent energy, entered the back of my Hara and rose out of my crown, then travelled down through my feet. I had the strongest feeling we needed to go to wherever this blue dragon line was coming from. This turned out to be the Avon River at Ringwood.

We drove to Ringwood and brought this new essence to the river, following our intuition to where the river by a lovely green area called Jubilee park. As I poured some of the tree essence into the river, I heard myself say: ‘A gift from the Mother’.

The Avon in Ringwood.

Next, I filled a bottle with water from the river to take back to the fort. I was told it was ‘the gift of water’. And I was aware of how privileged we were to have water. Some places don’t have any! The feeling was that water was a gift and one we could not live without. There were so many places that did not have water, such as in desert environments and places where humans have polluted the seas and rivers and groundwater. We do not recognise what a gift we have. What I loved about this exchange of gifts was that they were given freely, in recognition of the importance of both places.

This was also my cue to stop complaining about the extremely wet winter we have had all winter! I had become so tired of my back garden quagmire, which my hens had created, and I’d thought the rain would never stop.

Before we left the little park, I had a desire to stand on the bridge over the river. Looking across the sparkling waters, the view was beautiful! There was a glorious feminine energy presiding over this fast-flowing river, and she told me she would like to add to the essence, which now contained oak, dragon, and water energy. She put a fish into it, just like at the Itchen last year. The fish is masculine energy, but still hers.

A Gift of Water Fertility.

We drove back to the hillfort and brought the water to the tree. There, I had to walk it anti-clockwise in a circle around the tree, pouring some of it on the ground as I walked. Chris did one half, and I did the other, like a yin/yang.

It felt like we had completed another circuit.

The following week we went to Lymington. Such a lovely town, with its old fishing alleys and small slipway. Now it is a marina! We walked as far down to the sea as we could and stood beside another slipway from where I could see the opposite shore. I never know what to expect when I reach a place and this time they did not expect me to do any work. Instead, I felt an energetic aura of water emerge from the sea and surround me, as if I was carrying a bubble. This was to be brought back to Castle Hill!

View From Lymington Marina.

We drove into the hillfort this time and wandered down to the oak tree at the entrance. Standing beneath its branches, I felt the bubble of water that undulated around me suddenly flop down onto the ground, seeping into the soil in a cascade of blue.

That was all I needed to do, I thought, until I saw a large white dragon’s egg appear beneath the tree. We were instructed to stand within this egg and were told that this was an initiation into the protective guardian energies of the White dragon. We could transfer this protection to people who would be the guardians of a sacred place. We could also place it around a home if that place was going to be a sanctuary or healing space.

Both water lines anchored.

After this gift, the work was complete, so we explored the rest of the hillfort. There are old gravel pits there now, filled with rainwater and as I stood looking into one, I felt an impulse to throw a little gold ring in. It was a tiny ring I had found walking up a road around Winchester and which only fit on the first joint of my little finger. It had originally been on something, like the rim of a bottle, but I knew, when I found it, that it was destined for someplace else, so I had worn it with that in mind. I have very little jewellery left at this stage, as so much of it has ended up in pools or rivers. A gift for a gift – or a symbolic sacrifice, a letting go of attachment. Plus, the metal can work as a physical anchor for activated energies.

It makes me wonder, though, what the purpose for all those iron-age swords and gold found in rivers and bog pools was.

Perhaps those ancient people also exchanged gifts with the spirit of special places and energies…

The Mantle of Brigit.

As we are coming to Imbolc, I have released a Goddess Brigit attunement. This is a Level One attunement which can be received after you have received the First level attunement into the Gaia Method Earthways system. There are a number of energetic expansions you can experience after each main attunement which allow your energy-field to hold more keys, thereby allowing you to be effective in your earth-work. I will be adding these throughout the year. This attunement is called The Mantle and The Flame of the Goddess Brigit. It will allow you to work directly with the fertility aspects of fire as the ancestors once did.

Spring is Brigit’s time. Her festival is celebrated, traditionally, on the 1st of February but fire-work associated with Spring, spans a number of weeks. Imbolc is a celebration of the awakening earth when plants begin to grow and the crone of winter becomes the virgin once more. Spring vortices become active, bringing in new energies and clearing out the old. Becoming attuned to Brigit you will feel this impulse strongly at the beginning of each new year.

Winter has been a time of quiet, or rest, the death of the year. In the past, Winter was seen as an old woman coming to the end of her life. She had grown from the young girl in spring, became the Mother of Summer and now is the old woman, the crone of winter. She is associated with places of death and with vortices active during the Winter season.

But spring sees renewal and fresh beginnings. Life has never really died, it has just been sleeping. During Brigit’s time, it is reawakened with the light of life and the flame of renewal. After the Winter Solstice, the sun is channelled into the womb of the earth, fertilising the Mother, so that crops will grow and feed the community. Brigit is a Spring Goddess, an aspect of Sovereignty. (Sovereignty is the feminine consciousness of the earth). The fire festivals brought hope and the promise of abundance. After a long dark winter of eating food they had stored throughout the year, they looked forward to eating green plants and planting their fields with corn. It was a celebration of survival, of having lived through yet another long, cold season, and emerging into the light and increasing warmth of the sun. It was a time of joy and celebration and, I imagine, a certain amount of relief.

But the festivals were not purely symbolic. They were real, energetic practices designed to assist the physical earth and to keep her vitality flowing. Healthy earth means healthy people. In becoming attuned to the Brigit energy you become aligned to the spring focus of fertility. The mantle is about reclaiming ancient sites associated with the Mother Goddess and learning how to work with them again for the benefit of all.

I anchor the sacred flame into your energy field so you can become a channel for the Sun and for the fire in the earth. You can then light these fires, energetically, at sites where this was once done. That light then travels through the network of energy lines, bringing with it the promise of new life.

This is the first in a series of attunements for the first level and includes a pdf giving information on both the Mantle of Brigit and the Flame. There are also two guided meditations which you can use during Spring, and a shorter one you can use throughout the year. The PDF also includes information on how to recognise fire sites and how to work with them.

Vibrational essence Sprays. Egypt.

These essences were made in Egypt, both in Luxor and in Hurghada, by the Red Sea.

Red Sea Creation

This essence was made in Sahl Hasheesh on the Red Sea. This is a truly healing place to be and brings artistic inspiration and deep nourishment. Creating is often a solitary activity, happening in the depths of ourselves. Like a shellfish, our pearls travel through us, channelled, nurtured then birthed onto the beach of our lives, for all to see. It may stay hidden inside our protective shell for a while but eventually the shell will open, gently, and our creation will then be open and available. This essence provides the protective space we need in order to heal and develop our creative gifts and then gives us the courage to birth them into the world.

£10.99

Maternal Ancestry

This was created in Sahl Hasheesh, by the Red Sea in Hurghada in a place connected to Neptune, a Northern Sea energy. The essence itself is the energy of a joined Sisterhood of women, flowing from the past and into the future, through the present. The knowledge of our female ancestors is helping us to create new relationships where the creative energy of both male and female are equally honoured; where men recognise the role that women play in creation and where women recognise the gifts that men bring. We all have male and female within us so this helps us to work with both sides of our creative nature, acknowledging the value in both.

Red Sea Healing

This was the first essence I made when I first arrived in Sahl Hasheesh. I put my feet in the water on the beach and was invited to make an essence. I had not expected to make one so soon after arriving from Luxor, but I obviously needed healing. The essence was gifted by the Goddess of the Bay. A gentle, nurturing Soul, yet highly creative, her essence is balm to the Soul and provides a healing space after challenging times. It brings Peace to Body and Soul and allows for a nurturing of Self, on all levels. This is a gentle essence which slowly brings peace and healing to the body and to the emotions. Trauma, and PTSD, are greatly helped by this essence, especially in conjunction with therapy and healing from other qualified healers.

£10.99

Solar Lioness Hatshepsut

This essence was made in the Solar Court of Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple in Luxor. This was the place where ceremonies were carried out and offerings given to the Lord of the Sun. The Sun conferred life to all that grew and was the masculine principle of creation. Hatshepsut, a female pharaoh, could channel this solar light through her body to confer the blessings of the Lord of the Sun onto the fields, thus bringing fertility to all that grew, so no-on went hungry. This essence allows you to harness the masculine energy of creation in order to bring abundance into your life. In using this essence you stand tall as you rule over your life. You are your own authority, capable of creating your own abundance especially in areas previously thought of as purely masculine. Your masculine side gains in strength, self-assurance and forward movement bringing growth, healing and creativity.

Postage and packaging included with the UK.

Shamanic Wisdom

Shamanic Wisdom: This essence was gifted to me by the trees in Micheldever woods, in Hampshire, on a 2.500 yr old settlement site of the Iron Age. It is an aid to Journeying, to finding your animal helpers, or Power animals and in finding your personal Tree-Teacher. Trees and animals are our brothers; our sisters. They are our animal-nature teachers. Using this essence opens a portal to their consciousness, allowing a two-way flow of communication between us and them. It puts us on the same vibrational level, making their wisdom accessible, as though we are speaking directly to them. Spraying this essence over your head, every time you venture into the woods or forest, or while Journeying, either in Nature’s realms, or as an energetic Journeying, will change your vibration so that you match the trees and animals around you. You will be on the same wavelength and therefore will be energetically aligned with them, making communication easier.

Essence of Pine

2. This essence was a gift from an ancient Pine tree, that was planted in a church in Northam estate by Capability Lancelot Brown. To the trees he was ‘kin’, because he not only understood them as Beings but also worked with the Spirit of Place. He listened to the trees and planted accordingly. The essence is for those who wish to work specifically with trees on a physical level: planting them, caring for them and/or working energetically with them. It helps us to listen to them and to see them as Beings in their own right. It also connects us to Pine trees all over the world.

The Essence of Birds

This essence was created at an Iron Age Hillfort in Dinton, Wiltshire. It was energised by an ancient Sweet Chestnut tree whose roots were anchored in centuries of history. The tree had many trunks emerging from one main trunk and as I watched the energies enter the bottle in the center of these arms, I saw the energy of raven settling in the water. I was told that the essence would help call the user of the essence to their Right Path. Through vision and knowing their feet would find the path they needed to be on, eliminating other unnecessary detours on the way. In the immortal words of led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven: ‘Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there’s still time to change the road you’re on.’

The Essence of the Elementals

This was created at the top of Aire Falls, in the Lake District. This is a very light, faery-like essence which brings sparkles, joy and excitement. The feeling of joy as water falls over rocks, as it cascades freely down the hillside, creating tiny rainbows in the mist is what these elementals want you to experience. The pure joy of creation, and the participation in the excitement of Nature’s energy is freely gifted by the nature spirits of the waterfall, so that you too can share in their joy.

As I organise the many bottles of essence I now have, I will continue to post them. These essences can also be put into soaps, so if there is an essence, or two, that you would like in a soap, just message me and I will make it for you.

Vibrational Essences

The spray essences come in 30ml bottles, either glass, or plastic for travelling. As much as I did not want to use plastic, I could not find any bottles light enough to have in your pocket. But, they are recyclable.

The essences are made at sacred sites around the British Isles, Ireland, Iceland and Egypt and are infused by the Elemental Guardians, and energies, of those places. Their essence is their gift to you.

Sacred Site Spray Essence

I always carry a bottle of water with me because I never know when I am going to be invited to make one. At a sacred site, usually while doing energy-work, the site guardian will prompt me to take out the water and place it, either in my hands with the lid open, or on the ground or a tree. Then I watch as the spirit of the place puts energies into the water. These can be their nature wisdom, dragon energies, solar fertility, or other energies that bring healing and knowledge.

I have built up quite a significant collection of these essences, which, like wine, grow in potency over time. Use them for personal use, or during healing sessions. They are particularly effective in sound healing. When you use them in a healing, such as Reiki, or meditation practice, they bring up issues around the energies of the essences.

For instance, If you use the Venus essence, it connects you to the energies of Love and beauty and highlights blocks you have around both. The essence then helps to clear those energies from your energy-field, bringing only the positive qualities of Venus.

Glycerin Soap

While I was in Egypt, I also made essences, some of which I have here in the UK. I was learning to make soap when my guides suggested putting some of a particular essence into the mixture. Later, when it had cured, I forgot I had done that and was using one of my soaps. I used it for three weeks until it ran out, but during that time I experienced a powerful healing. It had been a while since I had experienced a healing like that and couldn’t understand what had brought it up. Then I was ‘reminded’ of my soap!

Now, here in the UK and sorting out the essences I have collected, I am being prompted to make them again. Actually, it is more of a ‘prodding’. Either way, they would not give up until I gave in. So, I am also offering essence soaps, which are a great way to get the healing we need as we wash our hands every day. That way, you don’t forget to use it. I also use these soaps in the shower are they more moisturising for me than the commercial body-washes. I have dry, Irish skin!

The soaps contain no parabens and are SLS free. They are also made completely with vegetable oils, glycerin, goat’s milk, clays and herbs. They contain essential oils, which makes the smell more delicate, and natural colourings, such as turmeric, Hibiscus, honey,. and weigh between 100 and 120 grams each.

Each glass spray bottle costs £10.99 each. (Postage within UK included)

The pocket plastic bottle is £9.99. (Postage within UK included)

The soaps are £2.50 each. (Each bar weighs between 100 and 120grms. Hand-cut so not even!) Postage up to 1 kg is £3.20 – £3.85 so cheaper to buy multiple bars, and or bottles.

They also come in a pretty linen bag.

Homecoming, A Wizard’s Story.

My first book is now available to buy on Amazon, in both Ebook/Kindle and Paperback. It has been a labour of love! But this is only the beginning. The next book which I am currently one third of the way through, follows on from this one and is a Dragon’s Story.

The books are a spiritual journey in themselves. They are works of fiction, but embedded in the stories are codes and keys of an energetic nature, designed to awaken those of you who have already decided, before you were born into this life, to awaken to your Soul path.

As you read the book, your Soul will recognise the symbols and energies, and seeds will germinate in your psyche, awakening you to your potential.

In the years to come, you may well find yourself walking the path of the Creators: the path of the healer, the artist, the writer, and guardian of the natural world.

During this time of great change, ALL are needed.

This book is a book of fiction, with comedic undertones, but it is also a book of healing, of light and of courage.
Bill’s journey is our journey. The challenges he faces are what we face on our spiritual path; managing the emotional rollercoaster of healing and growth while moving onto the path which is truly ours.

  • How do we let go of old patterns of behaviour?
  • How can we learn to stand up for what we believe in?
  • And how do we find the strength to continue when everything around us is falling apart and we are forging a path that no one understands?

These are some of the challenges we face as we move into the uncharted waters of healing and change; challenges that Bill too must overcome if he is to become what he is destined to be.

Attunements. Teacher level.

This is the level where you receive the Master symbols, which allows you to pass on the attunements.

Initially you are taught the attunement in very much the same way as a Reiki attunement, but as you become more proficient in passing the energies, you learn how to pass the attunements through the energy-field, in a transfer of energies. This also allows you to do distant attunements and teach from a distance.

At this level, you are also given more energy attunements, which allow you to grow  further into your chosen path, be it the Orkney path, or the Temple of Artemis, which you will already have been growing through.

If you were initiated into either of these paths, you will learn how to teach others this path, through the attunements associated with each system, for there are multiple paths to tread in the Gaia Method system.

It takes time and dedication to reach these levels. If you are already a Reiki teacher, then you will have the necessary energy skills to pass attunements, making your task easier. The more training and attunements you have received, in any system of healing, the easier it will be for you to do this work.

Energetic development of a Stone Circle.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2017/06/28/avebury-stone-circle-weird-square-archaeologists-find/

This article shows how the Avebury stone circle began, archaeologically. But what does this show us about how these huge sacred sites evolved energetically?

In the beginning…

From all of the work I, and others, have done we have found that sacred sites have very humble beginnings. What begins with one person, and his family, living on a small energy point, often put there by his own skills of earth energy-work, and through the slow growth of that site, a site of major significance would eventually be created. Like concentric circles of energy expanding out into the surrounding landscape, these sites are built up over time.

The energy-point itself can be an ancient, dormant point, or it could be newly established. But whatever the reason for its creation the person anchoring it does so in stages. He/She lives on the site, infusing it with their own energy. Visiting holy people would also add to it and slowly it would grow,. The energy templates, like stacks of CDs, are layered over time, changing the atmosphere around them. Planting ideas and energies designed to re-balance and nurture the landscape, influencing future generations of people.

The site would have had a home, with energetic boundaries, to begin with, then perhaps a bank and ditch. The building, lived in by the family of the earth-worker (or shaman if you prefer) would become the central point, although not necessarily geographically in the centre of the circle created by the banks that surrounded it. The family would have acted as the guardians of the sacred place, holding the energy, allowing it to grow, adding energies to it as the site needed.

Everything of a sacred nature, i.e. buildings, stone circles etc, has an energetic blueprint. Physicalising the energies of the site falls to successive generations; they follow the intuitive promptings of the previously anchored energies. Sites are anchored firstly by tree trunks, and later by stones, which act as acupuncture needles, allowing particular energies to flow in the desired directions, energies that are needed depending on the original blueprint.

Some are destined to remain small, yet others become massive, affecting whole areas of the landscape. But all are connected, all are part of an overall Motherboard, ensuring the fertility of the land and the balance of nature.

At specific points of high energy in the cycle of the year, the sites would be collectively energised, ensuring the people’s survival, and balance, with that of their land. This is the origin of the Festivals. Each site has its own particular function in the landscape. Some are Spring, when the sun energises the seeds and awakens the Winter Goddess, the crone, making her young again,  the land becoming  ‘virgin’ once more, ready to begin the process of planting.

Other sites, such as Uffington, celebrated the Mayday energies, a time for human fertility, ensuring a good harvest; ‘Mother’ sites, such as Fosbury Hillfort, the Itchen Banjo and Danebury etc., hold the energies of the Fecund Mother, holding her human children in her sacred womb.

Other sites, Long Barrows, celebrate the ancestors and the journey into the void, the Crone. Returning to the void of creation. They are the burial place of the sacred families, whose bones anchor the energies of death and rebirth.

Every site has its function and celebrations, not empty ritual, but energy-work, renewing the land for the future stability of the tribes.

Other energy points were created and ‘held’ by a person who, in life, had been a wielder of power. That power was in her bones, in her physical body, and it was this energy that was placed in sacred burial places, Barrow burials. As long as the barrow and its inhabitant was honoured the energy flowed. Barrows too were part of the overall blueprint, each barrow fulfilling its own function and guarded by the energy of the person buried inside it.

You can also see this belief in early Christianity as ‘relics’. The bones, or possessions of the ‘Saint’ still holding its original owner’s saintly energy. Every church or chapel had its own relics, even if, in later years, they were not actually the real saint’s bones, but people still believed in them.

Some sites were destined to be lived in, to be holders of sacred life, but others, such as stone circles, were designed to be places of power, ritual and creation. The circles were gateways, allowing energy to flow in or flow out, places considered to be the Divine Womb, where the sun fertilised the seeds of the Mother.

They had other uses too of course, but in terms of energywork in the landscape, I am focusing on this purpose. Circles like Avebury were used as a clearer of local energies. They acted like giant demanifesters, clearing old energies and allowing them to be renewed. Energies, thoughtforms no longer valid, negative human emotions, are all pulled into the void to be transformed and birthed anew. A good place for ‘letting go’ if you tune into that aspect of the circle. It makes me think of giant snakes eating and destroying, with its body, the negative or outmoded creations of others.

But, according to the article above, Avebury started life in much the same way as other sacred circles: as a home, a simple wooden structure. Perhaps the person who inhabited the house created the initial energies which ultimately, over hundreds of years, became the Avebury Complex. This is how many of them began. The person creates the necessary thoughtforms, anchors the layers of energy over years, and the people who come after him or her, continue the creation of the anchored blueprint. Even today, this is how sites evolve. You only have to look at how Findhorn began, to get an idea of what I mean. Who knows what Findhorn will become in a few hundred years.

So you see how these massive complexes can have had very humble beginnings. A small family of people who have brought their sacred knowldege with them and who anchor the foundations of very important sites for generations of people into the future. Thousands of years later, and we are learning how to access this energy and renew the sacred work that our ancestors did. Bringing back the balance, anchoring the new seed ideas and changing our ways of life so that future generations can survive and thrive.

This is a very brief explanation, as there are probably books worth of information needed to explain all of this, but I hope it gives you a flavour of how sites begin, so that when you tune into one, you carry this knowledge with you.

The Dragon Energies Simplified.

This is what my guides have to say about the true nature of Dragon energy:

“The dragons exist as concepts designed to help humanity at this stage of their development. As concepts, they have existed in many forms and in other stages of development, they have existed as other forms. Not all stages require the same conceptual imagery.

Because of the over-materialising of modern living, there is a great need to return to the natural world. The separation between Man and Earth is growing and there is a need for people to ‘come back to the Earth’. This is where the dragons come in. In order to ‘come back to the Earth’, new thoughtforms have to be created whereby people are impulsed to return to previously known energies, and ways of living.

Dragons are the energy of ‘thought-in-motion’. They act through channels of reality, and action. Working with the dragons in this way, keeps the energy grounded and real, otherwise they spiral into fantasy, where no work can be done, for although fantasy has its uses, it is often ungrounded and unrealistic..

Water Dragon.

“Dragons are the guardians of the underworld, both that of the Earth realm and that of the realm of human consciousness. When you awaken the sleeping dragon, you are initiating a course of action within the mind of humanity, which will change the thinking of everyone on the Earth plane. For this reason, only certain people are ‘qualified’ to work with the dragons, as they have built up, over many incarnations, the ability to work with the human mind. Their thinking is focused, and direct, and they are capable of deep contemplation, plumbing their own depths and that of humanity. The dragon represents all that is mighty and powerful within the forces of creation. In awakening this dragon you also awaken man’s ability to create heaven on earth. Only in using power with wisdom can true magic be affected.”

When I received this info, it made perfect sense to me. It is important to remain grounded, even when what we see, feel and experience sounds like fantasy to others. The dragon energies are symbolic of very real forces: emotional, mental, energetic, and even physical. They are what keep us alive and connected to the world around us. They are conceptual images of all aspects of nature and exist in a layer of consciousness that is more elemental than physical, influencing our thoughts and emotions so that we feel more connected to the natural world. All physical manifestation has its energetic counterpart and the dragons are part of that energetic counterpart.

Although they are the forces that work with us, closer to the physical world than other energies, They work through us, not separately from us. They join their energetic consciousnesses to ours so that we can work in partnership. Their body becomes our body, or at least a facet of it. We embody them when we are initiated into their sphere. Our energies merge to become one and yet we can still separate our thinking from theirs so that our human mind can do all it needs to do when living in the human world. But, when they need us to be in their energy they will make themselves known and then they show us what to do on their behalf.

Remember that what happens on a Dragon level, impacts us on a physical-reality level. This can be through our emotions, our creativity, our minds or our physical bodies. We are channelling dragon power through our physical bodies.

Below, I will explain what I have learned, so far, about working with these energies. And if you are interested in learning how to work with the different dragon energies, click here.

As Gaia Method workers, we learn to channel and maintain the energy of these two elements. We channel Solar energy into certain feminine energy sites, and also help maintain the flow of water energy in other sites, such as cathedrals, churches and stone circles. Humans have always created Sacred spaces, so that the fertility of the land is assured. Without this work, the land becomes empty and unproductive; a wasteland. When we work with these energies, we anchor thought-forms into the ether, where receptive minds pick them up. We do not know what the thoughtforms are, because we are channelling and directing these energies that come from our higher consciousness. We are often given aid from the spiritual guardians of sites in how we should carry out this work, so we are merely channels and witnesses.

Gold Dragons.

Lessons of Power. The ability to generate abundance that is free to all depends on the ability to balance power with desire. If one desires much and is given what they desire yet their power issues are out of balance, that abundance is then used for personal gain and does not benefit the whole.

However, when abundance is achieved by one who balances power with desire, that abundance is then used to generate ‘more abundance’ for the common good and the betterment of humanity.

The Gold Dragon represents gold, money, and abundance. It is the power of wealth and the wisdom to use it wisely. This dragon is about using wealth for the betterment of all, not simply hoarding it or wanting it because you want luxury or comfort. In working with this dragon, wealth comes to you as you need it. It is not about becoming rich and having an easy life. Dragon-gold is given because you are working in service to humanity, using your money to continue your work. You are given what you need. This doesn’t mean you do not have a life of security. Your needs will be met because having a secure life means you are free to do your work without worrying about how to pay the bills.

There are lessons around money: how you save, how you spend, etc. If you misspend your wealth because you have not learned the wisdom to use it properly, then you will learn from that. All your beliefs, and illusions, around money will come up. However, even when you make mistakes, the dragon supports you, but you are expected to learn so you don’t waste those resources. They are your payment for the work you do. But you will learn to share it.

This dragon energy can take up residence where the wealth of nations, and of smaller communities, are centred, such as local authority offices, businesses, your place of work, etc. Anything that affects your life and the lives of others, is impacted by the gold dragon.

He guards his gold for a good reason. Humans do not a great reputation for looking after the wealth of the world. But if you let him, he will teach you how.

Red Dragon Energies.

The Red Dragon helps you care for your physicality, and purpose. Where are you in the world? What are you doing? Are you pursuing your Soul path or are you trapped by the will of others?

This dragon is both your lifeblood and the lifeblood of the physical planet. It is what feeds you, on all levels. It teaches you how to take care of your physical existence through how you feel about what you are doing in life. If your life is unfulfilling, or you feel you are not where you are supposed to be, this dragon energy helps you to clear the way, showing you where you are stuck, or where you are flowing, if that is the case.

The red dragon is always flowing, always creating life. If it does not flow, it backs up, causing stagnation. That is its nature. It desires constant movement. Staying still does not work for it and if it does find itself stuck and unmoving, it can feel difficult to manage. Only when it is free to move again, can it continue its work of creation and revitalising.

Only the strongest, the most resilient, can work with the black dragons. They are the dark, the mysterious, full of illusion and delusion. If you have not yet learned how to balance your thinking, how to question what you see, then you are not ready. Only those with the strongest, clearest minds and can see ‘multiple realities’ for what they are i.e. layers of symbolic meaning, designed to protect the very nature of the work, can work within these realms. These are the realms of humanity’s deepest recesses, their darkness, their passions and desires for riches, power and dominion. Only those who can keep their heart light steady, focussed on what is real, can join the ranks of the great Dragon healers. Healers of the dark side, the shadow side of human consciousness.

This is a challenging dragon energy to work with and not everyone can work with them. They are the hidden depths of human emotion, those emotions that are seen as negative or chaotic but which are important. The black dragon is powerful. He sees the darkness in the world and knows that sometimes it takes darkness to heal. Life is not always love and light. Darkness exists too. If there was no darkness, you would not recognise the light. The world needs the dark. Sometimes it brings rest, time away from the world, so you can be in some dark emotion. Healing is not easy; most people want to avoid it, but if you are working with dragons, you cannot avoid it. In order to grow, you must heal our own darkness. The only way out, is through, as they say. Working with the dark dragon means learning that all is not what it seems. Dark things happen, yet when they do humanity is forced to deal with it; to change it; to grow through it. What we resist, will persist, until we look it squarely in the face.

You have to plumb the depths of your own consciousness, emotion and behaviour, learning to know the difference between your own issues and those of the issues you are working with. The tricky part is, because the energies you are working with often mirror your own unhealed issues, it can be difficult to tell them apart. But the black dragon energy wastes nothing, so you find that in healing that issue in yourself you are also healing it on behalf of humanity. This is also why you may find yourself in situations or places that are challenging to live in. Those places need your help and you are drawn to living there for both your own healing and the healing of others.

There are also many places where ‘negative’ energy remains as a result of past human behaviour, and you are called to clear them too.  Because you understand this ahead of time, you can remain separate enough and not get too caught up in identifying with the negative behaviour which generated the energy in the first place. Understanding that every negative action provides a learning opportunity for humanity to learn to Love is what keeps you whole and centred.

Green Dragons.

The Green Dragons are the energy of vegetation and birth. They are very much associated with natural springs, which are the source of rivers and streams. When they are not residing over natural springs and young rivers, you will often find the Green Dragon wanting to be awakened in religious buildings where the energy has been capped by a male-cntred priesthood. When they are freed, it is as if they are saying: ‘Do not forget us. We create the world of nature. Even in winter, when all is asleep, we keep the green of nature alive and fruitful.’ Life is not all about dogmatic religion. The Green Dragon flows, it wants to create new life, it wants to renew itself. But man is afraid of this creative power of the Feminine and so it seeks to prevent its power, especially in sites where it was once venerated. Religious Man does not recognise the balance between male and female sacred power, but this was not always the way. In the past, the sacredness of water was acknowledged as a manifestation of the feminine and used in sacred rituals. But over time it changed. Now, however, the Green dragons want to be acknowledged and we can bring that into reality by working with them.

The Green Dragon energy is a reminder not to forget the creative fertility of the Divine Feminine waters that emerge from the Mother’s body to feed us with new life.

Blue Dragons

The Blue Dragon is water, but water that comes from the sky as rain. Whereas the Green dragon emerges as springs from the earth, the blue dragon energies come from the skies. In a way, these two dragons work together, one from below and the other from above.

Historically, there have always been people who had the ability to work with rain. Cultures around the world have their rain dances, their rituals, their cleansings. Water has its elemental energies, just like every other physical element on earth. Therefore, it is something that can be worked with energetically. The Blue dragon is also creative, carving up the earth, nurturing its inhabitants, cleansing the collective energies of humanity when they fill the air with pain. It knows when it is needed, it has own rhythms and cycles. It is we who have lost touch.

The blue dragon can teach you how to cleanse and clear, how to nourish, and grow the world. It can teach you to use the energetic pathways of water and how to work with it, rather than against it. You learn what is needed, not what is wanted. What does nature require? What can you do to help? That is what you need to ask when working with the blue dragons.

Dragon Energies.

White Dragons are higher inspiration and creative ideas that need to be anchored in our 3-d dimensional reality. This inspiration can come through any form of art: music, writing, visual arts, drama, etc. The energies that come through with the White Dragon energies are very healing and are used to anchor higher artistic expression on the earth plane, for the healing and betterment of humanity.

The White Dragon energies are associated with sites with a high creative energy. They come in ‘from above’, like the Luck Dragon in the Never-Ending Story.  They are also accessible through warm, coral reefs which hold an abundance of beauty and colour.

Sometimes, the White dragon energy is a higher expression of the red and gold, more physical, dragon energies that we work with. When we succeed in a lesson about wealth, or have healed something important to our soul purpose, the Red or Gold dragon can become the higher ‘Light’ dragon and you are no longer as blocked in your work.

All ‘dragon energies’ are symbolic of certain forces of nature. Working with them involves learning how to work with Nature, in both her positive and negative aspects. We don’t control these energies, just as we cannot really control nature, but our Soul knows how to read Nature and how to work with her forces.

The Gaia Method attunements are a first step in learning how to work with these forces wisely and through the energy of our connection to the Soul of the planet, Gaia. It is through our connection to her that we learn how to balance ourselves and the energies that feed us, allowing us continued existence on this, our schoolhouse planet.

White Dragons.

I have been working with White Dragons for quite some time now and really only now understanding what they represent.

When they first appeared, looking like the Luck Dragon from The Never-Ending Story, it coincided with the first fiction-book channelling I began to receive, which is about dragons!

I knew that they were an upper-dimensional inspiration but not that they were directly related to our bringing that inspiration into our third-dimensional world through art and writing.

It wasn’t until I lived in Sahl Hasheesh, on the Red Sea, that I ‘got it’, for they began to appear, out of the sea, giving me gifts. Since I have been beside the Red Sea, for a few months of the year, I have connected with a book editor, a piano teacher and an art teacher! All the things I have wanted to develop for a long time. But everything creative has manifested here. Here I can access that Sea Dragon White Energy, connected to the Womb of Creation, the Red Sea.

Since being here, I feel an opening to more writing, more art and more music. We have an art group, three days a week, I write every day, books which have been given to me, little by little, by my Soul and Guides, and now am beginning to learn how to play the piano, a dream I have had for a long time.

My art is getting better, and now I receive art inspiration from my guides also. That is wonderful! Being able to create healing images for people and for places. I had received images for years but didn’t have the skills to paint them. Now I am learning how to put them on paper. Perhaps in time, I will create music too, once I have learned how to play! Music has always been my connection and ‘opener’ to energy. When I do attunements or art, it is music which gets me to the right level. It opens my Soul to Universal energy and allows me to contact the energies I need.

The White Dragon, when it appears to you, is your Spiritual/Soul artistic guide, there to teach you about how to create Divinely inspired works that help others.

All the dragon energies are connected to the Energy of the Earth consciousness; they are a way to bring into physical form, the energies which will trigger and teach others on the earth plane. Especially when that teaching is related to healing within the realms of Earth. Bringing their Dragon awareness to the minds of Humanity is their task.

Healing art, healing words, healing music, all are the domain of the White Dragon.

So, if you find yourself anchoring, or having spiritual journeys with the White Dragons, you will know why. They ask you to hone your skills and make yourself the best you can be with your art, so that others can benefit from your Divine Dragon Inspiration. Bring their world into our world so that we learn to be co-creators, a dragon-human partnership.

These energies are very real, and tangible if you are sensitive to energy. They are not empty symbols, but powerful, creative, elemental energies.

Let them guide you into realms of pure creation.

Reconciling Realities.

fantasy-36I have always struggled with the idea of how Gods and Goddesses fit into the framework of our Soul reality, the Source, Life between Lives, etc. For instance, I know that Gods and Goddesses are constructs, a way of us to personalise certain forces, forces that make up our created world. But when I started doing the Gaia Method, I found that aspects of those Gods/Goddesses were being anchored in the people receiving the attunement, and often I would ‘be’ a Goddess, energetically, like a channel for her, while she passed the attunement.

Trying to understand this intellectually was a problem. I’m not a believer, or follower, of Gods/Goddesses.  I don’t believe in altars and rituals, although I have no issue with people who do. I was brought up as a Catholic, so for me at least, Jesus and Mary were IT! We didn’t do Gods and Goddesses. I didn’t even know that they existed. We had saints, which of course are the same thing! I know that now!

I also do not ‘worship’ deities. I learned that lesson early, while in the Hare Krsna’s during my teens. Physical idols were just that, physical idols, not Gods. Although, again, I understand that they provide a focus for people to connect to a particular energy.lakshmi1

However, while working with these Goddesses I can feel their  ‘personality essence’ and how they work in our lives. They contain a history of all the ways in which we honoured them in the past. But I still had trouble rationalising them. Working with them is like working with pages of the past, in the present, and they feel like real people to me, but with a knowledge and way of acting that is not mine.

Then I found more Seth material on this subject and I suddenly felt ‘aaahhhh’. Here is what he says:

“I am trying to tell you that if you look inward, and study your own sacredness and creativity and blessedness, and joy and power, as closely as you study the sacred books of the gods, then you would realize that all those books of the gods were based upon the great reality of the individual, the individual soul, and therefore based upon your own reality.

Do yourselves just honor, and in doing yourselves that honor, you will see within yourself, the ‘gods-in-becoming’ that you are.

james-c-lewisNow the idea of the gods has been set up before you, by yourselves as ideals for you to follow – projected outward from your own souls into physical reality as guides for you to follow – that you yourselves have set up. And so they have followed the thesis and the times and the historical context of their mortal birth.

But behind and within those myths are the realities of your being – the Christ and the Buddha are both within you, for they are symbols of what you are. Pray to them and you pray to the hidden gods within you. You do not need to kick them aside like a child irritated with his toys!

Understand the nature of the gods as they come down to you, through your histories, and in them always you will find the unspoken but real nature of the hidden god within each of you.

All That Is is beyond your intellectual ideas of personhood. Any concepts you use to personify that idea can be useful. But only in seeing beyond them can you release the power, and the energy, and to some extent, the knowledge of what you are, and only through understanding that, can you hope to have any idea of All That Is. For All That Is materializes through your flesh and being.”

That made total sense to me, especially as the Gaia Method is about anchoring aspects of Feminine Divinity and manifesting those qualities and energies in the world. It is about re-learning the way we trained in past times, so that the energies of the Goddess, which have been lost in us, is found again. We are re-birthing these awarenesses into this world.hathor_rising

As they move through us, we acknowledge them as part of us, and we live that reality in our everyday world. The world of feminine power and wisdom. We are the Goddesses, incarnated in the world, to bring back the awareness of her love and kindness, wisdom and power to a very ailing world. But we are human beings living in a physical world, so that Divinity is acted on in our reality. We manifest her wisdom through our bodies and our actions. That doesn’t mean we run around acting like a princess, it means learning to channel that part of ourselves, when it is required, into our art, our lives, our writing and our Being; into our relationships, with each other and with the natural world. We move, quietly through the world of humanity, bringing our gifts and sharing our knowledge.

We don’t ‘smite’, as much as we might want to sometimes! We have lived a long time, not knowing this part of ourselves, and getting to know it again, and to channel it again, is going to take time. But there are many great teachers out there who are here to help us do just that. So we are indeed blessed. And remember too, that we are not seeking perfection either, We are seeking to do our best and to Be Divine Humans. We have plenty of room to grow. And one day, hopefully, our world will be populated with the Gods and Goddesses again…US! It is time to reconnect.

Hatshepsut’s Temple.

mortuary-temple-queen-hatshepsutOne of the places where I have carried out initiations has been in Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple at Deir el Bahri. Initiations seem to happen there naturally, perhaps because she was a server of the Goddess and a Priestess working with Earth energies. All of the energywork I have done there over the years tells me how she worked and how powerful she was, not only in a physical sense but in an energetic one. Many people have worked with this temple but here I am explaining it through my own direct experience of working here over the years with the Gaia Method.

This is what I have learned about this temple over the years:

The three layers each represent different levels of human experience.

The bottom level represents physical fertility and power within the Earth plane, the Mother, earthly power as symbolised by the lions, which once flanked the bottom ramp. The carvings along the lower level show you the daily agricultural life in Luxor. amun

The top level represents the ‘Sky’ or Father, open to the upper dimensional energies, the Sun and water. This is very much like the temples of the S. America’s where both sun and water gods were honoured. Sun and water are what fertilises the plants, which feed us.  In this upper court is a geometric field, which is contained by the element of ‘Water’, the Source of Divine Feminine nourishment and knowledge. This is the container of Hatshepsut’s knowledge and energy of the Energy grid in Luxor and beyond. At the Midwinter solstice, the light shines in through the Holy of Holies on this level, then it is channelled, via a serpent energy, down to the earth, bringing fertility and abundance. The carving of a serpent undulates down both sides of the long stairway, from this upper level to the ground level, ending with a Horus Bird, which is the human medium, the son/daughte, able to ‘fly’ between Sky and Earth. It reminds me of the pyramid of Quetzalcoatl in Chitzen Itza where, on the Spring Equinox, the sun creates shadows on the side of the pyramid, making it look like the serpent is undulating down its sides, bringing the Source of life with it to the Earth.

The middle layer represents humanity, living on the earth, beneath the sky and sun. It is the level with the greatest area in front of it, apart from the ground level. From this platform the energy of the Sun can be channelled into the land, showering it with blessings and abundance by the priests and priestesses. This is not simply a ritualised act, for the energies channelled are very real. hathor-cow-form

On one side of this middle level there is the Chapel of Hathor, the Goddess of feminine abundance. Hathor is often portrayed as a Cow goddess. She brings abundance to mankind through her milk. The cow has been seen as sacred in many cultures around the world because she gives of her body for the benefit of mankind. As a cow, she also represents the overall abundance of Mother earth which is freely given. The Energy of the Ruby is anchored in this chapel via a sacred flame. There is also a direct link from this site to the Obelisk in Karnak temple which radiates the energy out through the upper layers of the earth’s energy field.Anubis-Drawing-08

On the opposite side of the temple is the chapel of the God of Anubis, guardian to the Underworld. This contains the Emerald energies and is the Masculine counterpart to the Feminine energies. For this reason Hatshepsut’s temple is the ideal place to experience initiation. The balance of male and female is held here in this layer as fertility is created through the combination of male and female energies. It can be no other way. Energies are held in balance both horizontally, through this level, and vertically, through the energy of the three levels of the temple.

Over the years I have joined Hatshepsut’s temple to Karnak, Luxor temple and Medinet Habu, in a landscape temple, which bridges the River Nile. All temples in Luxor were once energetically joined together and yearly the temple priests activated this connection by a sacred procession of the Opet festival.  This ensured that fertility was maintained in the landscape and the people were fed.

Queen Hatshepsut.

The sun moves from the upper level of the Sun and Amun, God of Wind, to the lower ‘human’ level, and then through humanity, who, by their physical actions, create the fertility necessary for their survival. The energy is ‘stepped down’ from God/Goddess, to humanity and then to the land. All of the necessary ingredients for survival exist here: Sun, Water, Wind and Earth! A wonderful place indeed.

Next time you visit try tuning into these energies and see what energies Hatshepsut’s wonderful Temple gifts you with.

Workshop in Tintagel, England.

This was a workshop which Cheryl Brennan and I did a few years ago, in Tintagel. It was the first one we did together and was wonderful.

We had a terrific weekend, with glorious weather, and although we had a structure for the entire weekend, we ended up adding things that we had not expected to do.Our intention was to initiate people into becoming Guardians, Keepers of the Grail.  As a result of the initiations they would then ‘become One’ with the Earth.  They each worked on a part of the site with which they resonated. The needed energy-work, at a particular place, exactly matched an issue which needed healing in the person doing the work. In healing the site they were healing themselves and in so doing, healing that facet of human consciousness.

clip_image002We discovered, that our overall work was to anchor the female Goddess energies at certain points, points which had become predominantly masculine and therefore missing its balance. Some places were easy, once we figured out what needed to be done, and other points felt incredibly difficult. The energy needed to anchor a female consciousness, in places which have been, and continue to be, used as male strongholds, was a challenge. Some of these sites brought up a lot of anger for some, as it was apparent what the power imbalance had created. But now we were in a position to, at least, plant the seeds of balance for the future.

Its not difficult to see how this works. All you have to do is look at how long it has taken women to gain some semblance of power in a patriarchal world. Men believe they have to behave in a certain way and, as a result, women are forced to behave in another way. Anchoring the female energies will bring a slow awareness of the nurturing and powerful aspects of Woman into the lives of both men and women, with the eventual hope of peace. The wounded female needs healing as does the wounded male.

We had intended to begin the weekend at King Arthur’s Halls but, as we had a day to ‘potter’ we went to the Rocky Valley to check out the labyrinth. We spent some time beside the river and then did some unexpected ‘anchoring’ beside the labyrinth, carved into the walls! Just beyond both Labyrinths was a small room, which once formed part of a building, possibly the house of the miller. Just standing there was energising. We discovered, by following the clues, that there was no Maiden/Spring energy here, just Mother/Summer and Crone/Winter. As we were all women on a healing path this was significant for our personal healing. The maiden represents that part of ourselves that yearns to live spontaneously. She is full of potential, full of life-force, moving towards the birthing. Bringing this energy here meant uniting with this part of ourselves so we could become more of who we truly are.

We anchored a white flame here, which is a Brigid Flame. Eartha held the ability to channel the female solar energy, so she anchored it here. She was amazing! She so represented that energy, completely uninhibited and spontaneous. It was a powerful moment and we felt very energised by it. We manifested the physical flame by lighting a candle and leaving it there. The creative, feminine solar energy was now blended with the white flame of Brigit. An unexpected piece of work but amazing.clip_image003

The following morning we began the day by visiting Arthur’s Halls. The Merlin (male) line flows through this building and it contains a golden serpent energy. We did a meditation and anchored  three  different flames of the Divine Feminine consciousness, which are, Magenta, Yellow and Blue. It was very difficult to anchor the energies here because, as Anne, one of the participants, pointed out, it is used mainly by men. It is used regularly by the local Freemasons who own the building. The whole point of anchoring these energies at a male site and on a male energy line is so that the change in consciousness around the feminine can be sown within the masculine consciousness. It softens the masculine energy and brings it back into balance.

Later in the afternoon we went to St. Materiana’s church to do Magdalene Flame attunements, given to me originally by Jhadten Jewall, and to re-anchor the energy there. We didn’t know it, but they were preparing for a wedding there that day and we were just in time. They had decorated the church with white and gold, the colours we had previously worked with in the Rocky Valley! Cheryl and I carried out the attunements and we all then went down for the initiations in Tintagel Castle. The female energy line, runs beneath St. Materiana’s church, so we were ensuring that it was maintained energetically.

clip_image004On our way down to the castle Eartha suddenly pointed out the dragon’s head, right where we were going to do the initiations. His head faces out to sea. All the times we had come here and we had never noticed! We wondered where the tail ended up? I discovered a couple of weeks later that according to Paul Broadhurst the tail is at St. Nectan’s waterfall, which was where we were finishing the work the following  day!

We carried out the initiations at the Solar Portal, which is a point on the highest part of the castle and looks out on the setting sun, and each person received their ‘mantle’. The mantle is a layer of colour vibration placed in the energy-field of the person. We also created a new essence there. As we were leaving the hall we had a nice piece of confirmation. The tour guide was explaining the uses for each room when the castle was in power, and where we did the initiations was where they kept their cloaks!

When we had finished we pottered off to explore. Anne and I ended up in Merlin’s cave and I did a personal activation with her. The vortex lay just inside the entrance and, after we had gone through to the other side of the cave, we came back and Anne ‘freed up’ the trapped creative energy here. She and the vortex were one which meant that in healing the energies there, she was equally healing her own matching issues. A couple of years later, Chris Bishop also had an initiation here and met the Dragon of Tintagel.

The following day we began at Bossiney Mound, which lies on a cross-over of the male and female energy lines. There is a local story that on Midsummer’s eve a golden, round table rises up from beneath the mound and then goes underground again. clip_image005Cheryl led the meditation and we anchored layers of energy here, all designed to help heal the world and change the consciousness of those receptive to the energies of Divine Balance. When we were finished we went to St. Nectan’s waterfall. Jaynie needed to do work here so we spent some time doing that. This was her initiation, on the inner levels, into working with Divine Balance and the unification of the forces of Nature with Humanity. Doing this meant that she could work more closely with site guardians and the Elder Race. As part of this she then was to lead the next meditation, which was terrific and very powerful. Eartha, once again, picked up the discordant energies of the site, which Jaynie was able to ‘upgrade’. We also placed the intention for the site keepers to maintain the cleanliness of the place, which they weren’t doing! Jaynie’s work also involved creating a ‘holding’ structure for the energies to flow through, as they were not being ‘contained’.

To finish the day we all created a strong heart connection and commitment, to the healing of ourselves and the earth, through the site.

Pathways.

There are three paths for the Gaia Method Earthways. You can take the Therapeutic Path, where you learn the Gaia Method for healing as part of your therapeutic practice; or you can take the Path of Earth Energy-worker, focusing on earth-work in the Landscape; or you can take the path of the Initiate, in service to the Divine Feminine. Each path incorporates the other, so if you decide that you feel drawn to being an Earth-energy-worker, then that will also include the Therapeutic path, and the Initiatic Path also includes the Therapeutic and the Earth Energy Path.pathway optionslarge

The only path that is not consciously chosen is the Initiatic Path. This is the initiation into the Temple of Artemis. If your soul is an Initiate, then that will be made clear at the beginning of your attunement. Otherwise, you can choose the Path you feel more drawn to. Your own soul knows what it needs and will guide you in that direction.

You are self-directed in your training, in that you follow your own guidance. The Gaia Method Earthways paths are for people who are already confident in their ability to channel energy and do not need instruction. That saying, we are writing some books that will help you if you are working on the Earth energy path or working with nature.

Prehistory. Channelling 2008

15 million years ago the world was a very different place. Continents existed which no longer exist in your world. These places now are beneath your feet, in the deepest oceans and flattened beneath tons of ice. But in the deepest places of the earth, canyons, the sea bed and pits in the earth these regions are accessible. Beneath the earth’s core lies another world, the place of divine creation. This world is constantly in process, creating the magnetic fields which power your earth and keep you alive. This place, or world, is not physical but magnetic and it supplies the power to your world on the earth’s surface. Without this world your world would not exist. That is why the interaction between the elemental worlds of earth, air, fire and water are crucial to your understanding of the magnetic fields of the earth. Without these elements the magnetic field would have nothing to ‘work upon’ or to ‘act upon’. Its job of creation is to regulate the force fields of each element and this is why you find many healers working with the different elements. All are needed if the world is to remain in balance.
Our work, in your prehistoric past, was also to regulate our world. We did this in much the same way in which we are teaching you today. In times past we too understood the volcanic nature of creation and strove to work in harmony with it choosing our times carefully and with foresight. We knew that the result of our actions would effect the entire planet’s energy field and so we worked diligently to repair it and maintain its efficiency.
The magnetic core at the centre of the earth is regulated by other, more cosmic energies, held in place like a ball on a number of strings, taut like a cable. When this forcefield changed so also did our work requirements. We strove always to work in harmony with the earth’s forcefield so that all life would succeed.
There are layers of patterns working in harmony with each other and all layers require different expertise. But all need to work in harmony. This is why it is so important that those who work on their particular layer are trained to trust their intuition and vision so that the patterns can be re-instated or changed as necessary. Each elemental world requires its own patterning. The sea world requires the use of magnetic flows which are capable of ‘swimming’ the currents, like giant sea serpents, meandering along specific ‘highways’. Earth currents do likewise but require a different attention than those of the sea. The waterways which flow through the landscape require yet another form of energy regulation if they are to flow in harmony with the other forms of life and so on. Working in harmony with each element is vital to the success of the planet.
There are other networks of energy which flow through the deeper layers of the earth, layers which cannot be accessed by humanity for they lie too deep beneath the earth’s crust. These energy flows are regulated by outside forces, forces which you have not yet come into contact with for that is not in your realm of experience. Suffice it so say that all is taken care of, either by humanity’s healers, the earth’s healers or the cosmic balancers.
If you would allow us we will now teach you how to maintain the earth’s energy flows which run throughout the earth’s crust on even deeper layers. These are layers which our civilisation would have been familiar with but which your archaeologists have never discovered. These layers lie within a circle of fire which you can access by going within. All parts of the world contain these rings of fire but only some are visible. Allow us to share our world with you.

Brisingamen by Thorskegga Thorn. (Commentary is mine)

Commentary.
My guides had, for months, been bringing my attention to this story which I only now understand. This version describes it better than any other version I have read so far.
This story is about the Goddess Path and how each sacred relationship, no matter how difficult, adds another ‘power’ to your already created necklace of life experience and wisdom. As a Priestess learns to be the Goddess, which is a lifelong path once embarked upon, relationships become very different. Often they are very difficult emotionally and one cannot apply ‘normal’ rationale to them. When I say ‘normal’ I mean within self-development terms. They can feel abusive, painful, co-dependent and downright unbearable sometimes but they have to be ‘undergone’ in order to gain the prize, becoming the Divine Feminine. They often have a strong karmic element to them and are mainly to do with service to the planet and to Humanity. There is a very definite feel of when you are ready to release the relationship and your karmic work is done. The gifts to come out of these relationships make you stronger, with more self-knowledge and with gifts of healing and abundance. They often facilitate your work and development in material terms, depending on what you need to develop. But you have to give some part of yourself to the relationship in order to gain the deep healing and gifts.
This path is the Old path, as told in the story, but only the strongest of women, women who are undergoing, a deep underworld journey themselves, can stay with them. In the initial stages you are aware that this is a healing journey but as you go further it becomes more and more about the anchoring the Goddess energy in your self. Becoming one with her. Each of these relationships are gone into very consciously and under guidance and run contrary to everything we are taught in our self-development. It is only when we have reached a certain point in our development that we can undertake these relationships at all. It is a very powerful process of Anchoring the Goddess consciousness in ourselves so that the male consciousness can be healed. At the end of this process the Goddess can then join with her consort, bringing all her gifts and skills with her to lighten the earth and its people, with him. In the beginning he does not recognise her but eventually he sees her gifts and knows.
Each dwarf in this story is one such relationship and the Goddess Freya goes into each willingly even though it is painful but in doing so she gains something which helps her in her role as Goddess. This happens when the Goddess consciousness is rising again as it is now. Each one brings his own challenges and gifts but without making these sacrifices she knows that she will not succeed in her path of Being the Goddess, and the world will not receive her gifts.
BRISINGAMEN.
Two fair goddesses sat close by the weaving loom, the Vanir queen and Beyla, the mead maker. Freyja frowned, concentrating on the half image of woven silk before her, eager to complete her work. Freyja hoped to have the tapestry on the wall of the ale hall before her brother returned. She sighed, ‘tapestries take so long’ she mused, ‘even for goddesses’ ! Freyr stood before her in the shining silks, sword raised in triumph, the earth dragon dead at his feet, ancient days, at the beginning of the world. Freyja reached for another skein and twined the thread into the weaving.
Suddenly Freyja’s concentration was broken as her brother ran into her chamber, a boyish smile on his face and a golden boar trotting at his side. Freyja stared in disbelief, the boar shone like the sun and gazed at her with large and intelligent eyes. Beyla leaped up with delight, scattering her tools. “Isn’t he wonderful ?” Freyr cried happily, “the dwarves made him for me ! And this as well !”, Freyr pulled a small wooden object from his purse. Freyja, still somewhat taken aback by the boars appearance, took it from his hand, and was shocked to be holding a miniature battleship, perfect in every detail..
“Why ” was all the Vanadis could say.
“Oh, it was some knavery of Loki’s, but the dwarves were honoured to make treasures for all the gods. Thor’s got a lovely hammer.
“And what did they make for me” asked Freyja.
Freyr’s face fell, ” Er, nothing dear, maybe Loki forgot to mention you”.
“We will soon see about that” Freyja said coldly, and demanded to know the names of the dwarven smiths. The nervous Freyr told all he know and watched his beloved snatch her feather cloak and hurtle angrily into the air in falcon form.
“Ah, women !”, Freyr sighed, grinning sheepishly down at the boar who oinked in agreement.
Far away in the lands of men, a storm thrashed at the wings of a struggling falcon. Thor was enjoying his new hammer and Freyja’s weather spells weren’t having any effect on the tempest. Freyja was in a black mood when she landed in the dwarves’ cave mouth. Freyja shrugged off the cloak and wrung out its’ sodden feathers, and magicked her damp hair and clothes back to respectability. She set off down the stone tunnels with a determined and dangerous stride.
Far beneath the ground, where the sun’s light could never reach, Freyja found the dwarves she was searching for. They were exhausted from their recent endeavours, drunk with good ale and half heartedly arguing the finer points of metallurgy. Freyja demanded her share of the treasures that had been made for the other gods. The dwarves groaned “Come back next week” said one.
“If I even see another set of bellows before the month’s end, I’ll die” said another.
Freyja was not prepared to wait and screamed at the dwarves: “You have no honour for the goddesses !” she cried, “You should be ashamed !”.
The master smith Eitri grinned up at Freyja through hazy drunken eyes, “Be fair madam, you will get no work out of us today but there are four brothers nearby who will gladly make you a treasure, but it will cost you dear.
“I will pay if I must” Freyja muttered. Eitri gave her directions and the goddess strode off, determined to find a treasure to match the others. The dark tunnels took Freyja further and further from the world of men and finally she came to the forge Eitri had described. The dwarves were working here, their hammers clattering and echoing around the vaulted ceiling. The fire of the forge reflected on their pale, corpselike faces and Freyja shuddered at the sight. One dwarf looked up and gasped at the visitor, the first woman these low dwellers had ever seen.
Freyja walked in haughtily, well aware of the effect her firelit beauty was having on the smiths. “I have come to commission a treasure from you. Are you aware of the gifts made so recently forthe gods ?” “Aahh”;, hissed one of the smiths, “gifts given freely, the unskilled work of amateurs !”.
“You can do better ?”;, asked Freyja.
“We can, if you are prepared to pay”.
“I am”, Freyja replied.
“Then we will set to work, and when the treasure is finished we can discuss what is due”. The dwarves whispered amongst themselves and then set to work, stoked the fire into a towering searing blaze, pumped hard at the bellows, poured liquid gold from crucibles and hammered busily. Content that she would return with a prize worthy of a goddess, Freyja relaxed away from the scorching heat of the forge.
After an hour the fire died down and the dwarves brought their work to Freyja for inspection, between them they held a glittering and elaborate necklace of gold and amber, intricate beyond belief and of unsurpassed beauty. Freyja was filled with an uncontrollable desire to own the jewels, and asked what she owed them for their work. The dwarves grinned and said “We want you”.
“What ?”, Freyja sobbed in horror, aching with desire for the necklace, “you expect me to live in this hole ?”.
“Nay”, answered one of the dwarves,”only for four days, one with each of us”. Freyja was filled with disgust at the very sight of the pale smiths, but she had to have the necklace, after a few minutes thought she consented.
The ugliest dwarf grabbed the necklace and shooed his brothers away, he turned to the goddess and said “Lady, my name is Alfrigg. Will you honour your promise and lie with me until the forge is cold ?” .
“I will honour my promise” Freyja replied. Alfrigg held out the necklace and gestured for Freyja to bend down so he could fasten it round her neck. The dwarf arranged the jewels in three tiers and Freyja was overjoyed at having the treasure about her shoulders. She smiled at the dwarf in pure pleasure, seeing not his ugliness but the skill which had crafted the gorgeous necklace and loved him for it. She untied her belt, unfastened the golden pins securing her gown and let it fall softly to the floor. The dwarf shuddered with desire for the naked goddess standing before him in the firelight, the gold and amber sparkling above her breasts and her smooth skin reflecting the embers’ glow. Freyja knelt down in front of him and kissed his lips warmly, then pulled his face against her bosom. Alfrigg squealed with delight and kneaded her breasts as she pulled off his breeches. She lay down and drew him to her.
The embers were cooling and Alfrigg lay exhausted in Freyja’s arms. “Never has such pleasure been known in the dwarven halls”, sighed the dwarf. “Because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add a gift of dwarven magic to your prize”, Alfrigg stroked the necklace and spoke charms of power over it. “No man you desire will resist you while you wear this necklace, no magic will defend them against you, even the gods will be brought to their knees with lust for you”.
The cavern had grown cold and Alfrigg helped the goddess into her gown. Time passed and Alfrigg’s brothers returned, they relit the forge fire and stoked the flames into a roaring blaze. The stockiest of the dwarves declared himself to be next and ordered his brothers out of the room.
“I am Dvalin”, the dwarf declared, “and you are mine until the fire grows cold”. The dwarf leaped at Freyja with astonishing strength and tore her dress from her. He pummelled her breasts roughly so she gasped with pain. He bit her nipples and entered her, clawing at her woman hood with his fingers. The hours of abuse passed slowly for Freyja, but she lay for him without complaint, thinking always of the necklace heavy on her neck, and the power it now contained.
Eventually the fire cooled and the breathless Dvalin ceased his rough play. The dwarf grinned at her, saying “because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add my own magic to your prize”. Dvalin, all fury gone, stroked the necklace gently and spoke dwarven charms. “No warrior you admire will fail to please you while you wear this necklace. No army you support will fail on the battlefield. No fallen warrior will resist your call and no magic of men or gods will prevent you”. Dvalin put blankets around the goddess and held her tenderly as the fire died. The brothers returned and kindled the fire, piling the fuel high.
The third dwarf claimed the right to lie with Freyja, and his fellows left the room. “I am Berling”, the dwarf declared, “will you love me as you loved Alfrigg, my brother ?”. Freyja was still sore and weary from Dvalin’s attentions but, determined to settle her debt for the fabulous necklace, nodded. She let the blankets fall from her shoulders and the dwarf marvelled at her naked beauty. The dwarf gently pulled Freyja to her knees, the better to reach her with his short stature. He kissed her, then explored her body slowly and passionately with his tongue, encouraged by Freyja’s gasps of pleasure as he suckled at her nipples. Finally he supped from Freyja’s chalice, the goddess moaned with joy, after Dvalin’s harsh lovemaking, this was bliss.
“Will you do the same for me ?” asked Berling. Freyja nodded again and pulled the dwarf’s shirt over his head, only to check in horror, for Berling’s body was covered in festering scabs. Freyja concentrated hard on the necklace, on beloved Freyr, fair Vanaheim and all she held dear and returned the dwarf’s attentions. The pus from his wounds was foul in her mouth but she took care to repay him fairly. Berling screamed as Freyja bought him to the heights of passion, and then he lay in her arms, gasping for breath.
Once he had recovered the dwarf gazed up at the goddess in admiration. “Only the bravest of women could have embraced a wretch like me. Because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add my own magic to your prize”. Berling stroked the necklace and muttered his dwarven charms. “You will have the might to overcome all illness while you wear this necklace. No curse will prevent you. Death itself no barrier to your healing”. Freyja laughed with happiness and wove charms around the dwarf. By the end of her song there was no sign of his wounds. She held Berling in her arms until the fire burned low, and the dwarf rose to wrap her in blankets and furs.
In the deep cavern, the sunless hours passed and the other dwarves returned to the forge and rebuilt the fire. The fourth brother seemed most reluctant to claim his rights and hung back. His comrades laughed at him and left crying shouts of encouragement. “What is your name ?”, asked Freyja, smiling with amusement at his nervousness.
“Grerr”, the dwarf mumbled staring at his feet.
“Don’t you want me ?” asked Freyja.
Grerr was very short, even for a dwarf, and clearly lacked the confidence of his brothers. “If you don’t want to do this”, Grerr stammered, “you don’t have to – I won’t tell them”. Freyja frowned, was he unwilling, or suffering a virgin’s nightmares of impotency ? Freyja owed a debt to this dwarf, and her pride would not see an oath broken lightly. Using her magic she reached out to Grerr’s mind, and felt it full of lust and fear of failure. Grerr thought himself unworthy of a goddess and it would take a strong charm to restore his confidence.
Freyja drew the dwarf to her and let the blankets fall from around her shoulders. Grerr stared up at her, in helpless reverence of the unreachable divinity before him. Freyja willed him to desire her body and the necklace burned brighter around her shoulders. The dwarf’s uncertainty snapped and he leapt into her arms and buried his mouth into her bosom. Freyja held the dwarf, scarcely larger than a child , to her breast as he suckled with the passion of a man. She lay down for him and Grerr, the virgin, mounted her like a veteran. The forge fire slowly dwindled and Grerr pulled the blankets back around Freyja to keep her warm. “You repaid me faithfully”, the dwarf said proudly, “Because you honoured your debt when you could have shunned me, I will add my own magic to your prize”.
Grerr stroked the necklace and sang his charms. “Your beasts and the beasts of your friends will be fertile when you wear this necklace. The ground where your feet fall will yield the best of crops and flowers. No woman you love dearly will want for a child”.
Grerr’s brothers returned and gathered to bid Freyja farewell. The goddess hugged them all in turn, thanking them for the wondrous necklace and their priceless gifts. She retrieved her falcon feather cloak and followed the tunnels back to the sunlit lands. At the cavern’s entrance she paused, the storm was long over and after the dim forge the light was overwhelming. Freyja stood triumphant, enjoying the warm sun on her naked skin, the wind in her hair, and the weight of the necklace on her shoulders. Vanaheim’s call was strong after so long away. She threw the falcon feather cloak around her shoulders and soared into the sky.
Freyr sat miserably in the meadows of Vanaheim, his beloved had been gone for days and he pined for her company. His gold bristled boar lay beside him in the sun, rivalling its brilliance. A hawk’s cry broke the stillness and the boar rose onto his forelegs and grunted a welcome to the swooping bird. Freyja let the falcon’s form drop away as she alighted before her brother. Freyr stared at the goddess he thought he knew so well. She wore a necklace that put the sun, moon and stars to shame, wild flowers sprang from the turf where she walked towards him and she kindled a lust in him that seared him to his very soul. Freyja embraced him and he wept for joy.

Channelling. The ancient paths…15/8/12

Micheldever Woods in the Spring.

Ancient footsteps fall flat upon the modern world, the shoes no longer fit.

Ancient pathways lay untrodden whilst modern man whistles by on wheels, the paths forgotten.

The waters glisten, yet are quiet, the sounds of oars upon wood a forgotten memory. The creak and groan of planks as they move through the water, no longer heard. All is fibreglass and steel…man’s creations.

Abandoned Fishing Boat in Wexford.

The sounds of the woods, an axe’s fall, an arrows whistle, gone now. Only the sound of gunshots crack and roar through the trees.

Time passes by but slowly now, Giant Elk bellows…a distant memory.

Micheldever Woods in Spring.

It seems so long ago and yet it was only yesterday. A yesterday which is still with us…in our minds. For all of human history lies here, hidden in the depths of the mind where no time exists.

All human knowledge resides here. Nothing is truly forgotten, it only appears so.

But how do we access this knowledge, this not-so-forgotten history?

Let us see…you could contact the ancestors, the Ancient Ones, those who still inhabit the dimensions of human memory.

Or…you could travel the ancient pathways and wear the old shoes and thereby allow your mind to bring to the fore long forgotten memories and skills. You see how easy it is?

Try it now and discover for yourself how humanity has moved through the ages and how he has forgotten himself in the process. When you have ‘remembered’, bring it back to life and then you will see how to move into the future.

Channelling on Ascension and the New Age. 2012

It is our great pleasure to introduce to you a new and exciting piece of technological brilliance. The Human Soul.

Why? We hear you ask. What is new about the Human Soul?

The Human Soul

This new soul technology is creation at its best. A Soul technology that supersedes all other models. It is the new and improved Human Soul, made to fit any body during any time period. There are no limits to its wonders. With this new Soul your world is light and bright and breezy. Simple yet abundant. A timeless joy and experience.

OK, It sounds like an advert doesn’t it? But this is how you are sold endless realities and soul experiences by those who profess to have all the answers and stand to reap the financial rewards that such advertising creates.

Ascension…

But how do you tell the difference between true soul realities/futures, and false? How can you tell if there are no guidelines? It is easy. If someone tells you something that feels like a fantasy and that fills your heart with the joy of avoidance then you know it is not the truth. There is no sudden leap into a bright new world, but a slow crawl towards the light, just as there has always been. However, for some their lives will change, but not in the fantasy light worlds expressed by many, for these worlds exist only in the higher dimensions and can only be glimpsed by those who have their mind and heart awareness open.

Connection.

Life on earth is not supposed to be trouble-free. It was designed to be a school of experience, as you know. Mankind has a long way to go before he is free of the karmic chains which keep him bound here, year after year experiencing both love and hate, joy and turmoil. This will not change in a day, but the efforts of those to create more loving experiences, i.e. the light-workers of the planet, are bringing in newer energies. Energies which will allow those who have struggled to grow, to move through their ‘stuck’ places, patterns and emotions. Behaviours and patterns which have proved difficult to shift, through many lifetimes, now have the chance of being pushed through like never before. The increased intensity of vibration at this time is allowing a window of growth, mercy if you like, to allow these souls a little ‘help’ in finally moving through their most challenging experiences. Experiences which they have struggled to overcome in the past. It is like a damned river which nothing can clear until a flash flood comes and sweeps it away. The energies propel them forward in their growth so that new cycles can begin to be experienced.

So in this way is the New Age inaugurated. No new bodies of light, and no avoidance of mistakes from the past. All is NOW.

Cosmic Help

Reap the benefits which such time affords you and do the work necessary to clear your fields and the collective field, for all is One. Join with your neighbours and clear, clear, clear. Once everything has cleared then the world will indeed seem a little brighter but it will still be the same world. One of hope and joy, but also pain and challenge, for that is why you are here. Make no mistake about it. The world is not going to become a paradise overnight. It will take thousands of years before humanity is capable of evolving beyond the point of returning, collectively.

It is the time for a New Age, a new age of challenges and new experiences but you will all remain, bar those who have evolved beyond the need to be here, as has always been the way. Some will remain and some will stay and that is the way it is.

Clarity

So stay focused on the journey and not on the outcome and continue to work your way through difficulties and illusions until you are free once more. For that is the path through life.

We hope that this answers the many concerns you have had around this issue. Nothing will change and everything will change and that is how it is.
