Essences.

This is a variety of essences we have made over the years at sacred sites around the British Isles, Egypt and Iceland. They are gifted by the energetic guardians of sacred sites who give them to assist us in connecting both to our own elemental nature and to Gaia. In much the same way as the Gaia Method Earthways was gifted, so the essenses were gifted. Each time we visit a site, or are called to one, we are usually ‘told’ beforehand that we should bring a bottle of water. It is always exciting because we never know what the essences are going to be for.

Once at the site, there is usually work to be done first and when we are finished we are told to ‘open the bottle’. Then the energies are placed inside by the site guardian. The energy of plants, crystals, devas or light rays are placed in the water and sometimes we are given a name for the essence but it is up to us to learn what it is by using it. Sometimes, I hear the essence name in my head afterwards, which is usually the prompt to use that essence. I also use them, when prompted, when I am doing a crystal reading or a healing.

As you progress through the Gaia Method Earthways this is also something you learn to do. But until you do, here are some I prepared earlier.
