Hi Emily, As you use the healing water it changes the vibration of your energy field, or aura, which then highlights patterns of behaviour, or beliefs, that might not be serving you. Depending on the energy-essence, it might also add positive energy to your field which then helps you to release or expand into alternative ways of thinking and acting. The essences are designed to create positive change in your energy-field, which then affects your life in beneficial ways.
