Opening a portal of Light, Winchester Cathedral Grounds.

This was an unexpected activation in the grounds of Winchester cathedral. We had been doing so much here over the past year and thought we were done, but no, turns out we weren’t.

We had gone to Kneaded, as usual, and decided to potter for a bit in the Cathedral Grounds. We were not feeling pulled to do anything in particular – until – just as we began to walk towards the Cathedral on the path from the Square, I saw a beam of solar light come in. I saw another one, a blue, like a column that needed to be anchored further along and then the pink column on the other side of the green. We were being instructed to create a triangle between the three. A portal energy.

From the solar/yellow pillar we walked a yellow line to the next blue pillar. From there, we walked a blue line to the pink column, and then returned to the yellow one, creating a pink line. The portal was now made up of three frequencies. Looking at the photo above, I see that the portal is over the cross-roads of the paths. That must mean something.

Once the triangle was complete, we were instructed to stand in the centre of it, which is where the paths cross. A large white feather appeared in the triangle, nearly filling the shape. The triangle was now three-dimensional, like a low pyramid. (We had created a pyramid energy recently in Avebury too).

In the same space as the white feather, a white column descended and a white flame ignited where it stood, in the centre of the pyramid, held by the three-fold energies of the pink, blue and gold/yellow pillars. Each of these energies work on different levels, but exist in the same space.

I reached up and brought down another energy. To my surprise it was a ladder! Like Jacob’s Ladder. It was about moving up levels, like an initiatic portal. An Ascension energy. In doing this, we had opened a channel of energy which anyone can access. Standing in the centre of this triangle, for anyone visiting Winchester, will move your frequency into ascension levels.

The space within the pyramid was now filled with a huge harp, whose sound frequencies were connected to the cathedral itself. It was connected to the sounds of nature; Elemental sounds. We were then shown a clear wine bottle. Both of us saw that. We realised, after a while, that it was one of the essences we had made and we needed to bring that here. Which would have to be on another day. We were told to bring a libation to this point. It was the White Dragon of Burley essence we had made in the New Forest.

As we didn’t have that essence with us we had to come back the following week.

Back in the grounds, with the essence, and holding the energy of the previous working, we continued. A Hathor energy came in. Chris was aware of a spiral energy, like a gold vortex. I poured some of the Burly Essence on the ground at the centre of the triangle/pyramid and we were then instructed to go into the Cathedral. The triangle needed to be connected to a point within it.

At the back of the Cathedral, where the Triple flame is anchored, we connected the white flame of the triangle/pyramid along with the white column, the white feather and the White Dragon. This acted as a balance between both points. When Nadia and I did the yellow column-anchoring on the south side of the cathedral, we were creating a balance between the masculine energies and the feminine. Now, with this white portal, the balance was creating a triad of energies between the DF (Divine Feminine) and DM (Divine Masculine) the Light of Ascension, the upper spiritual levels. Anybody who goes and stands in this pyramid and asks for the energies they need will be given exactly that.

We were told to go to the crypt next and call the serpent energies. The crypt holds the water energies, symbolised by the blue serpent. Here, the Hathor energies came in. Back in October 24, during a visit by Malia (who went through a week of initiations) we had also stood in the crypt. On that visit, the crypt was filled with the energy of a large blue female serpent who filled the space. She came right up to us and planted a mass of tiny serpents in our Centres (behind the navel). This was my first up-close experience of the blue serpent in this way; she usually lives in the water layer below the cathedral and I only ever see in her in the well in the crypt. It had been raining all year and the water table was high, so I Imagine this is why she had come.

I have been holding the baby serpents in my belly for months, knowing they would be used at some point, but not knowing when. Some of Malia’s ended up at the White Spring in Glastonbury. Shortly after this there was a big storm and we wondered if that is why this serpent mother had appeared when she did, so huge and powerful. Now, back in the crypt, some of these baby serpents were going back in. We have had little rain since winter, (this work was carried out after two months of little rain) so I imagine this is why they were going back. But not all of them, only two or three. The rest remain with me, held in my body as energy of a particular frequency. The serpent babies were both blue and green, water and vegetation. Returning the balance.

I then became aware of the pond at St Cross and it was saying to me about the balance of water and growing things. The green Dragon – that is the Cathedral – made its presence felt too. The green dragon is the energy of all living green things and because it resides, energetically within the cathedral, it changes the frequency of the stone building to make it resonate with nature’s energy. There is crystal in the stone of the cathedral, and crystal holds the memory of creation, along with the forces which originally formed the stone, so it is important that the building itself is in resonance with nature so that what is outside is also inside. Often, in buildings which do not resonate, there is a distinct difference in the feeling of being inside a building and being outside. The building materials cut off the connection to nature. It has something to do with the effect on the earth’s magnetic field. Human habitation sites become more magnetic over time, weirdly.

When I was doing archaeological field surveys we used a magnetometer. Before doing the survey we had to calibrate the instrument with the earth’s magnetic field. Then, with that as its baseline, any underground pits, buildings, ditches etc would show up as different to the magnetic field. Fired brick was often more magnetic due to iron inclusions in the fabric of the pot. Since knowing that, it explained why coming back into an urban area after being in nature for a while was so disorienting. When working with the natural forces, we are aligned to the earth’s magnetic field. But urban areas are not. Working with the green dragons seems to change that, naturalising the building materials, but so far I have only seen that happen with natural stone.

The things we don’t realise…

I have added an image from Google Earth to show you where the sites are, should you want to visit. Looking at the sites from an aerial perspective shows an alignment between the activated sites (if you ignore the green dragon icon which takes in the whole cathedral). On either end of that alignment there is a tree. Make of that what you will.

Hawthorn Essence. Magdalene Down. May 2025

On our previous visit to Magdalene Down, we felt we needed to make an essence but had not brought a bottle of water – making another visit a necessity. The following week, we headed back up to the barrows, this time with a small bottle.

Before we entered the area we needed to ask permission to enter that space, which is not something we have had to do before. There was a male entity wearing a crown of hawthorn leaves and a woman who reminded me of Galadriel. He was like the Green Man energy and she was more like an elemental/ancestral guardian of the round barrows. Although they worked on different levels, they were aware of each other and the role each played at the site.

When we reached the hawthorn tree, Chris was told he had to give his crystal too, just as I had done on our last visit. His was a Lemurian crystal too and we had bought them at the same time. It’s all about letting go. But then he was given a hazelnut (Etheric) This had to be taken to Danebury Hill and other places. It was about planting the seed somewhere, especially places connected to water. Bath, Swallowhead Spring, etc. Like the Bishop used to travel to each of his churches, we had to do the same. But then he was shown an oak tree with a crown in it, the Royal Oak (this became significant later and also shows how easy it is to think we know what these gifts are for). As it turned out, a few weeks later, I gifted a (physical) hazelnut to an oak tree in return for an essence, placing in at the roots as a thank you. The oak showed us the crown in its branches). The tree was simply showing us what work we would do later with an oak tree. Work we did not know we would do.

I placed the bottle for the essence in the crook of the tree when prompted and surrounded it with blossoms of hawthorn. Then, we had to infuse the essence, through our breath, and through the hawthorn tree, as though the breath (masc and fem) moved through the hawthorn energy and into the essence as it sat between the branches. The Elemental feminine energy of the Hawthorn showed us the stained glass windows of Winchester cathedral, and then she placed some of the energy of the tree, as drops, three of them, into the essence … along with a thermometer. It was to keep the body in balance with nature and to help with metabolism and hot flushes, which people also experience when energy is moving through them.

Next, she placed three red drops in the bottle. These represented the haws and felt more physical. A gold band then went in too, and this was to hold the frequency in the water, holding the different energies represented by the white drops and the red drops. They would regulate the body, replenishing it, both energetically and physically, bringing it into harmony with nature.

And that was that for the essence … we thought.

A few minutes later, we were told to go to the other tree, just as we had been told the last time. It seemed there was some balancing needed to be done with the essence. This time, we had to walk four times around the tree, anti-clockwise. This happens when we are joining a feminine and masculine energy together. It does not happen very often. But there is something about the three and the four, (making seven) that seems to be significant. But I have not yet worked out what it is. The other me knows, of course!

I was told to drop some of the essence at the roots of this tree to make the connection between the two trees, on a physical level. But this time too, the energy for the essence was not from the tree trunk but had to be held towards it branches. It had to be held up to the sun. This connected to Solar time and the sun as it moved through the branches and flowers of this more masculine-energy Hawthorn. It creates a balance with the energy of the other tree, creating harmony.

Then, tiny little hawthorn fairies, small like the flowers, moved into the water of the essence. This was such a surprise! The other tree tree elemental mentioned making a tincture and then adding the essence to that tincture too, so it works on all levels. (I had already started one after last week’s visit here).

I expected these little hawthorn elementals to come back out, but they stayed there, playing in the water of the essence. This tree was in an overgrown patch and its branches had to reach for the sun to get its solar energy and this was the energy that moved into the essence. A striving for the sun. The other Hawthorn energy was more present in the tree itself, and accessible. This one was quieter, however. If he had been human, we would have called him shy. But that is quite the usual way for these elemental energies. They stay in the quiet, hidden, until they choose to open to you.

Walking past the feminine hawthorn tree as we left, she added that the essence was like a rescue remedy, acting to balance the physical body with the energy body so neither is depleted after doing energywork. It can be taken after doing a lot of work so the internal body battery does not get run down. Which is pretty good, as lately I have been experiencing exactly that. My guides come and say ‘You are running on empty’, just to warn me to replenish. Now, I turn to the essence and I can manage more.

A beetle that Crossed our Path.

We will return to Magdalene Down to collect some of the berries for another tincture. We’ll see what happens then. I will plant a couple of them too, in my garden, so we have the babies of that tree, inviting them in, as they said.

Keys and Gateways. Micheldever. 2025

The bluebells are out and it was time to join the hordes of people going to see them in Micheldever woods. (Outside Winchester). Although, we weren’t going just to see the bluebells. We were going to visit the Banjo enclosure we had only recently discovered. Well, we did not discover it. It was discovered during an archaeological survey of the woods, but we only learned of it recently.

To get to that Banjo enclosure you have to go through the big one that is protected and as soon as we reached it, we were impulsed to go to the entrance of the banjo, down its ‘avenue’, to the energy point. All Banjos we have worked with have this point, either at the centre of the opening to the avenue or just below.

The point at the end of this avenue connects up to the Magenta layer. This is the Ruby, in the crystalline layer of the planet, and Love pours down into this point, and then into the Banjo which holds the rose energy of Feminine Love. Standing here, an image of the banjo came into my mind in its entirety, but I was shown that it was a key. The entire Banjo is a key in the landscape, opening up to another level. For this Banjo it opens up to the Ruby layer of Gaia’s emotional body, her love for humanity.

Each Banjo enclosure, or landscape key, opens to another dimension. And I don’t think that it is only these enclosures that are landscape keys, because I remember walking the mizmaze on St. Catherine’s Hill many years ago, and as I did the energy of the hill opened up. I had been ‘instructed’ to walk the maze and it was only as I came to the end of the walk, that I understood it was a key to the energy of the site. We have been working with that hill ever since.

So here we were with another key and this time we were making an essence of that energy. The ‘key’ created a reciprocal flow of energy. It opens to the other dimension but also allows the flow from that dimension into the Banjo and hence into the landscape. The banjo then acts as a womb, just like many hill-forts, holding energies. The essence of the Key also opens the user to being able to open other closed sites so they can then function as they were designed to. It puts the user in resonance, and the energy body then is the key too. So it works on multiple levels.

When I first began to work with Banjo Enclosures, Coldridge Banjo Enclosure was my key-opener. I was doing an archaeological survey of the Banjo and of the Roman villa site nearby (you’ll often find them close to each other) Once I had worked with that sacred site/settlement, I was able to work with all of them. Chris saw this key as a gold key, which indicated the frequency of gold. He also saw this key as a sound frequency, a note, which I was shown as a piano keyboard. Multiple sounds. The notes were also colours. Each ‘key’ on the piano corresponding to a colour.

For this Banjo, it was the Ruby Red. But also gold. Which are the two frequencies we have been seeing a lot lately! But there was also a blue energy present.

We left his point then and proceeded to the other Banjo. Every time we visit one of these places, we open to their energy more, and learn more each time. As we walked the trackway that cuts through the banjo I looked to my left and saw two tall trees within it. I immediately saw it was a gateway. But we were on the wrong side of it. We walked around to the other side of the trees. I was aware that as we walked we were walking from a small sphere of activity to a much larger one as though we were going to be expanding in some way. Moving into another reality. Moving out of the fish bowl, but we needed to pause before going through the gateway, taking a breather, so that when we stepped through we stepped through with awareness, with intention.

This is often how moving through an energetic gateway works. Often the gateway is formed of two trees. But not always. Once we become aware of them, and it only happens in the moment, we walk between them. We paused, then moved forward with intention. There is a sense of importance in that pause, that moment of knowing that when we walk through the energetic gateway, our vibration will be different and we will have initiated new events.

Chris felt that we would be expanding into Europe, into a bigger sphere of work, and travel. We have already done work in France, the U.S. and in Spain, and in Iceland, but this expansion was more than that. As if we would be working bigger, with more energy. There was also the sense of less, clearing everything unnecessary, honing things down. On the other side of the gateway, there was the impression of a castle, a place we would visit. It looked like the remains of one of its corner turrets. We would be going back into time. There was a crusader element to this, and a King Richard energy.

Stepping through we had to stop as we had moved through and into the bigger bubble. Yet, there was still a time of unsurety before we found our way to the right road. It might take us time, but we would find our way in this new terrain. A whole new path. It felt medieval to Chris.

Once back ‘on track’ we headed towards the smaller, more obscure Banjo enclosure further down the trackway (the track cuts right through it). From a distance, we were aware of two beings waiting for us. To my mind’s eye, they looked like an old bearded man, and a younger teenage girl but dressed in clothes like people in Lord of the Rings. We often see them like this. It’s how the unconscious mind clothes them, so that we recognise their origin.

As we approached, they were giving us the impression of a letter, a communication. This letter was something we needed to take to someone else, or someplace else. France/Spain came in. The Bronze age settlements there. Getting to the site the energy filled us, like an umbilical connection, drawing us deeper into its sphere of energy. This was like the site’s influence but it was contained. As you walk through the outer membrane, and into the sphere, you resonate with the site’s energy and can access the knowledge there. This was a new experience. Maybe because it was a small Banjo enclosure.

We stepped into the trees to the left which felt Elven and beautiful, as though we had stepped into a fairy realm. The energy of this Banjo was the same as the one in Itchen woods. But it was only when we were in the trees that it felt so fairy-ish. Now it was time to communicate with the two spirit people who had drawn us there. The man instructed me to open the essence we had made in the avenue of the big banjo and when I did he dipped a letter into it. A written letter. This was to infuse the letter, which was sealed, with the energy keys of the big Banjo. It reminded me of people in the past infusing their letter with perfume to remind the recipient of the writer’s essence. When we, or anyone else who uses the essence, visits another site the energies there will recognise it.

There is some kind of communication then between both sites. It felt like Carnac, in France. Some correspondence between the two places. Next, the young girl placed some Herkimer diamonds in the bottle. These Herkimer diamonds were filled with her light, her soft supportive, gentle energy, so that we move into these ancient spaces with a gentleness and respect for both the site, and the beings who inhabit them. The Man then gave us his staff, so that we go with his authority. We are working on behalf of these ancestral people so we go with his energy. The staff is also used to open energy and to send pulses out into the landscape. It will ensure that our work is accepted in these foreign places. It gives us access to these places. Like envoys.

Then, the man showed us our transport. Ponies with side packs for travelling. But it was telling us to take what we need, to be prepared for a long journey. We will need the transport to be able to visit many places. He then gave us a very big smoky quartz crystal point to take and he put it in the side pack of one horse. In another pack, on a second horse, he placed a gold disc. A CD with information on it. One of us will carry the crystal energy and one will carry the information. A road-trip, he called it.

Chris then noticed that the Banjo was bordered by a few oak trees, (which became important a few weeks later). We were then drawn to a tree in the centre of the clearing and we had to activate it by walking around it once anti-clockwise and then standing with our backs to it and activating the Heartwood symbol. We’ve been using this symbol a lot! We received a wonderful infusion of love, appreciation and gratitude; the tree acknowledging our connection to it and gifting us with lovely heart-felt energies.
