This is a healing flame gifted to me by the Lemurian guides I work with, whom I made contact with both in Wales, many years ago, and again a couple of months ago in Southern Spain.

It is a flame of deep emotional healing and the development of Feminine wisdom, whether you are male or female. (Link for attunement is at the bottom of the page).

The energy of the two beings I connected with, on a beach called El Bajondillo, in Torremolinos, was the masculine energy of Poseidon and the Feminine wisdom of the sea. I did not realise that in making that connection I would be working with them in such an intense way.

Two months after that first connection, they activated the Lemurian Flame and the Lemurian Pillar of Poseidon. They came in with a lot of information and a way to connect with their energy, and then they gave me no time at all to integrate, but as usual, threw me in at the deep end.

The flame is made up of two energies: a sea-green flame surrounded by a flame of pearl. The sea-green flame is the masculine healing energy, and the pearlescent flame is the feminine. The green flame brings deep healing of the emotional body. The pearlescent flame is a flame that grows from the wisdom gained through this deep healing. The Pearlescent flame also becomes the beacon to others who recognise the development you have gone through because it will be apparent in both your energy field and behaviour.

My Lemurian guides told me to add the following, after they had explained it to me by showing me a book, then placing it in my heart. They opened it, and it concertinaed, all the pages joined, showing me how all is joined together seamlessly:

“The Book of Poseidon holds sacred knowledge devoted to the healing and evolution of humanity. It carries the wisdom of the Lemurian enclave, the masters, and the sisterhood, preserving teachings that guide the awakening of compassion, care, patience, tolerance, devotion, and love in all its expressions.

“Love is not a single frequency. Like the many facets of a diamond, it reveals countless dimensions. What may appear to be one vibration actually contains many subtle frequencies, each representing a different aspect of love. As each facet is developed, another quality of love is awakened and refined—a process that often unfolds over many lifetimes.

“Throughout your many incarnations, you have learned these qualities through experience: compassion through suffering, patience through waiting, tolerance through difference, and care through connection. Much of this learning has come through trial and error, through living and growing in countless forms and circumstances. All that you have learned remains within you. It is stored within your own inner treasury of wisdom. Every soul carries such a bank of knowledge, gathered across lifetimes of experience and growth.

“The Lemurian Flame assists in awakening and remembering these qualities of love and healing. It helps you access the wisdom already within you, while also bringing awareness to those places where love may still be distorted or out of balance. In doing so, it gently refines and strengthens the qualities of compassion, care, tolerance, and patience – supporting you in expressing them in whatever situation you encounter.

“All the many expressions of love are interwoven with wisdom, for wisdom and compassion arise together. They are not separate qualities but reflections of the same truth. To feel compassion for another is to draw upon wisdom—the understanding that allows you to see beyond appearances, to recognise another’s experience, and to respond with empathy. This wisdom does not come from theory alone; it is born from what you have lived and learned through your own journey.

“Without wisdom, true compassion cannot take root. Compassion itself is something that is learned and refined over time. It grows through hardship, through challenge, through suffering and struggle. These experiences, though difficult, are often the very paths souls choose to deepen their understanding of life and of one another. Through such lifetimes, we learn patience, tolerance, and a deeper appreciation of the journeys of other human beings and other forms of life. Each experience expands the heart and opens the mind, awakening memories of the many lives in which these qualities have been cultivated.

“The pearlescent flame reflects this process of transformation. Just as a pearl forms through layers created in response to irritation, the soul forms its wisdom and compassion through layers of experience. The flame mirrors this process, reminding us that from struggle and learning, beauty, understanding, and love can emerge.”

When you receive the Green Flame in an attunement, it is anchored into the bowl of the pelvis in the physical body. Its size will be exactly the frequency you need for your healing journey. If you have been on your emotional healing path for a while, the size of the flame you receive will reflect that. Your guides do not give you more frequency than you can manage, especially if you have not been in a healing process for long.

Working with the green flame is important because your healing becomes part of the collective healing. Poseidon works with the collective emotional fields of humanity, so, in working on your own healing, you are also serving humanity and helping to raise the frequency of the planet. The more people who clear out the old, dense energies of the third dimension, thereby raising their own frequency, the more they clear the path for others to do the same.

The green flame is deeply cleansing and allows you to reach places you have been unable to reach before. Yet it is gentle. It removes internal blockages that have prevented you from moving forward in your life. Removing these deep-seated issues helps both you and the planet to evolve.

And again, the issues you can unlock with the flame will be those you are ready to release.

If you have not been in a personal healing process for long, the pearl flame is anchored within the green flame. It will grow as you do. The more you heal, the larger the pearl flame will grow until, eventually, it will surround the green one. At this point, you will be ready to assist others in their healing journey.

Once you are attuned to the Lemurian flame, you will be working within Lemurian consciousness and will be assigned a guide from Ancient Lemuria to help you on your journey. You will be guided to places on the Earth where their energy is accessible and in which you can feel their energy. They will greet you when you get there.

As soon as I had published this post, my Lemurian guide came in and told me to add the following:

If you do not feel ready to fully join with the collective emotional field, you can receive an activation into that field via the flame in embryonic form. This is a gentle introduction to the collective seas of human emotion, wherein your healing becomes part of the collective healing, as with the Poseidon flame, but in a much gentler fashion. It is a first step in that direction, a dipping your toes in, so to speak.

As with all the attunements I give, your guides can come in during the attunement process and gift you whatever additional energies they see you need.
