Return to Flowerdown Disc Barrow

Chris and I went up to Flowerdown Barrow, Littleton, today to do some energywork, and to make an essence. Chris brought his dowsing rods so we could check out the energies of the barrow once we were finished the work we had to do. As usual, we never know what it going to happen, but this visit was very interesting. Many years ago, on our first ever visit to this barrow, I received channelling that said this barrow was one of the most important sacred sites in the area, a place where people came, annually, to celebrate and hold sacred ceremony. It held the balance of the grid, providing much needed fertility to the area and distributing the cosmic energies into the energy-lines in the earth.

We stopped first at the remains of a large sarson menhir, which came originally for a field a kilometer away, in Dean Down Drove. Again this was originally part of the sacred landscape and would have been used as an anchor for the above-mentioned energies. It has some interesting features and sparkles with tiny crystals, which, it was impossible to capture.


I placed the bottle on the stone and Chris was ‘told’ to walk around the stone three times, in a sunwise direction. Yet, he felt that this stone was more lunar than solar and still it needed to be anticlockwise, in the direction of the sun’s movement, which is the masculine-opening direction. When he had finished, he saw that sparkles of lunar-light were rising up from the stone in a wave-like pattern, but again they were linked to the moon. He was aware of a lunar goddess, but with an Egyptian flavour, and she was dressed in a lilac-blue dress. She was related to the Full Moon. This is the preliminary energy that went into the essence bottle. More happened later in the main disc barrow.

(Side note: When we are doing earthwork, when doing it with other people, we can often see images of people, just as Chris did with this Egyptian lunar goddess. Sometimes, these ‘people’ represent real people and the energies they are bringing or working with. As soon as Chris mentioned the Lunar feminine, I knew he was seeing a part of me and the energy I am bringing to this work, in this moment. It became clearer when we began working on the disc barrow. Sometimes, people will appear to Chris and I know who they are because I have just given them a particular energy which Chris is picking up on, as will become clear in the next blog. Once, when we were working in Hook, in Co. Wexford, I was doing the energy work on the shore and Chris reported seeing a druid with his arms raised to the sea calling the energy, which is what I was doing. But I was not speaking, so Chris had no idea, thinking he was seeing a spirit person, or guardian, doing the work. The more you work with energy, in these dimensions, the more you begin to recognise another person’s energy as different to the true spirit guardian of a place. The guise you are seen in holds information however. In that case, I was working as the druids worked, calling in the elemental and the waves. At the barrow, I was obviously utilising energy from my Egyptian training with the moon, even though I have no conscious memory of that).

Back to today: When Chris walked around the stone, clockwise, on the third round he suddenly felt a shift that made him feel dizzy. (I had the same experience on our next visit, having done the same). He had shifted energetically to be in tune with the necessary energy level of the site. His feeling was that this stone was connected to lunar cycles and ceremony, which would explain why we never experienced energy from this stone before. it was active only at certain times, as if it released energy only at those times.

This lovely sparkly lunar energy went into the bottle, which I had placed on the stone and then an apple went in to. Apples represent the knowledge of the Divine Feminine. This part of the process was finished so we proceeded to the main barrow only having to walk once anticlockwise around the smaller one which lay between the Sarsen stone and the disc barrow. As we walked towards the smaller one, we were both aware of feeling the stone’s original position in the farm where it was taken from, half a kilometer away. It had been a satellite stone but removed by the farmer to the museum in Winchester and then placed here at the barrows. It was as if the stone had left an energy memory in its original position and was letting us connect to that.

Standing on the outer bank of the barrow, I was instructed to place the essence in the centre of the barrow itself. Next, we were told that Chris had to walk sunwise, the masculine solar direction, around the barrow bank. While I had to walk anticlockwise in the feminine direction. Three times we had to walk, Chris walking a sunline and me walking a lunar line. These looked like a band of yellow light, and a band of white light, each flowing in the opposite direction. We each did three rounds, at the same time, meeting at the same point each time. It reminded me of work I did at Castlerigg, in Cumbria with my friend Cheryl, five years ago. That was also to do with opening time, but I did not understand that at the time. (I’ll write about that if i ever find the time!)

Once we had done the three rounds, we stood in the centre of the barrow, where I had put the bottle. The energies of the energy lines we had walked went into the bottle. Chris said that the yellow solar line he was leaving behind him as he walked, looked like a wavy yellow curtain that was higher in come places than others. for him it was like sound waves. It was only when I was replaying the recording that I realised I had been singing quietly to myself as I did my rounds. Did that have an effect on the energies we anchored, I wonder?

Once this work had been completed it was time to focus on the essence. The bottle of water remained in the centre of the barrow while we had done all the walking, so it was already primed with whatever energies we were activating.

I saw a beam of sunlight move down and into the bottle of water and then saw the Brigit cloak laying over the site, following the contours like a layer of emerald green energy. Then I became completely distracted by somebody’s rather clever wind turbine. It was on their house and looked like some kind of vortex. I’m easily distracted! But the layering had happened anyway.

The emerald energy of the cloak acts as both a layering of that energy, holding the site at that frequency. The emerald green, of course is a clue too, as it is the crystalline energy of all growing things, that lovely emerald of trees and plants, the emerald layer of the Mother’s crystalline field. The cloak protects the area, keeping it flowing with energy and under the Goddess’s protection. (For those of you who hold the Brigit cloak/mantle in your energy-field, you too are under her protection and receive her emerald nurturing).

The solar beam was a thin golden thread and it made the sparkles from the stone’s energy, already in the water, even more vibrant, enlivening them. Chris was aware of a vortex-like cone drawing the energy into the bottle, concentrating it. Then we were told to walk around the bottle in a smaller circle, again Chris going in the sunwise direction, and me going in an anti-clockwise direction. It was while we were walking these smaller rounds that I realised we were working with cycles of time. The three larger rounds, around the outside of the barrow, related to the solar year, one round per year. The smaller rounds in the centre represented the moon cycles, lunar months. I still don’t actually know what that means, but to a part of me, it makes some kind of sense.

I was very aware of the significance of doing the rounds in sets of three, however. Six on the outside of the barrow, large circles, (years? Ages) and six inside, shorter ones, like phases of the moon. Three walked by Chris, and three walked by me. I kept thinking: 3.6.9.12. Cycles, years, days, weeks, months. The common denominator was obviously three. Did the three outer rings signify ages? And the smaller inner rings shorter periods of time? I don’t know. But it meant something.

Now the lunar light, from the smaller circles went into the bottle. Solar, and lunar, time. A huge green crystalline dragon appeared then, a translucent sea-green colour, and it put three of its crystalline tears in the essence, straight from his eyes. Crystal teardrops. It felt like a kind of dragon healing, healing sadness, and then Chris reminded me of the tears of the phoenix in Harry Potter and how they healed wounds created by the basilisk. (He loves Harry Potter).

Next three teardrops from the Obsidian dragon also went into the essence, but this time it was about healing really deep grief, things that are so deeply entrenched that they need particular help. Healing the depths, trauma, loss, etc. The harder-to-get-to stuff. Once again, we were struck by the significance of the number Three.

Chris had brought his dowsing rods to dowse how the energies looked in the barrow. They spiraled out from the centre, occasionally becoming smaller vortices, and then continuing. But they spiraled out in a serpentine fashion, the line wavy rather than straight. But this only happened the further out the spiral Chris walked so the serpent line really began close to the edge of the barrow, close to the ditch.

At one point, while I was still standing in the centre of the barrow, my guides suggested I focus on bringing in a stronger solar ray and then to watch what happened. I said nothing to Chris, but did what they suggested. I visualised the strong ray entering the centre of the barrow and saw it radiate out through the lines. Immediately, Chris began to pick up many more vortices in the line he had already dowsed and which had been just a wavy line before I sent the solar light out. It was as though the solar light created a change in the pattern of light travelling through the main spiral. It reminded me of the patterns carved into the stones of Newgrange and Knowth, in Ireland.

This was all we needed to do here, but last year, when my guides told me to bring Chris here they also said we should go to The Running Horse pub at the other end of Littleton. I felt there was something underneath the pub, an energy point or something. It had taken us a year to get to this so we followed last year’s instructions and went for a coffee, and a rather delicious raspberry and rose soft drink! We did not detect anything of an energetic nature but as we were leaving, walking across the carpark, Chris bent to pick something up. It was a large piece of a jigsaw puzzle. When he turned it over it had the number Three printed on it.

A Mother Tree in Winchester Cathedral Grounds.

I have been visiting Winchester Cathedral for over thirty years but only now has this tree made itself known to us. Chris and I were walking through the Cathedral grounds, having done some flame work in the Cathedral, when we decided to walk straight up the tree-covered walk instead of going into the centre of town, through what was once the original market street. As we came to the halfway mark along this stone-paved walkway, we noticed an old and very large beech tree, with gorgeous roots, growing near the railings that separated the grounds from the street outside it. The Cathedral grounds is a grassy area where people sit and chat but it was once the graveyard of the Cathedral, evidenced by the remaining gravestones.

It was the roots we noticed more than anything because they were so beautiful. spreading out around the bottom of the tree (as they do), but looking like cooled molten lava. An artist sat by the path, sketching the tree, so we tried not to get in his way. Immediately, I became aware of a large golden chalice within the trunk and I was told that this tree holds the energy of the Cathedral. It holds the history, like a memory tree. ‘I have seen a thousand bishops come and go.’ I heard her say.

When I was in my father’s house, the previous week, my guides mentioned a memory tree, but as usual, I had no idea what they were talking about. This then was the memory tree. I was aware of it knowing the entire history of the place because its roots went deep into the soil, probably fed by the many bodies buried there over the years.

She did not give any further information on that visit, but we had made the connection.

The following week, Chris and I felt called to her again, and this time we were told to bring a bottle of water to make an essence. As usual, we went to Kneaded cafe for breakfast but felt the tree pulling in my heart centre. This feels like a magnetic pull which also has an emotional feel to it. Once I feel that, it is like being in a pleasant tractor-beam that pulls me towards that which wants to make the connection. This is often how we can find sites that call to us. We are pulled by it, initially in consciousness, but then through the magnetic pull. Sometimes the magnetic pull is felt and I have to open my mind to see where the pull is coming from. I feel the pull and then travel along the line of that pull to see where its origin is. This more often happens when I am close to the place. It doesn’t happen if I am miles away. In that situation, my guides will tell me, or they will tell whoever I am going with. We each pick up the information is slightly different ways.

So, back to the tree. Once we had finished breakfast, we left the cafe and walked over to the cathedral grounds via the tree-lined flagstone path. It had been raining a lot so we had to pick our way carefully across the muddy ground. Arriving at the tree, we saw that it was full of life. Chris saw a beautiful silver-haired, large-eyed, elvish woman wearing a pink, floaty, dress, standing at the base of the tree. I was aware of many elvish beings, scampering among the branches. It was like something from LOTR. This energy of Lord of the Rings was how our consciousness’ were showing us symbolic information.

The Elvish woman began to communicate with Chris and she mentioned The Silmarillion, but it had something to do with crystals. Silmarils, as it turns out, are three crystals made from the essence of two trees in Valinor. The light of the heart of those two trees were inside the crystals. This is all Tolkien stuff but she was telling us of the connection between trees and crystals through book The Silmarillion, which I read when I was a teenager but remember absolutely nothing about. Chris has never read it.

She was using the book Tolkien wrote to help us understand some of what this tree-crystal connection meant. I know it all sounds like fantasy, but our Souls/guides use symbols that we understand to help explain the nature of things, using stories as symbols and metaphors. It is how our inner consciousness relays information to the personality-mind. So many books are written by our higher guidance without many realising their origin. (The three crystals, as a matter of interest, were cast into three places: One ended up in the sky, the Star of Earendil, another went into the ocean, and the last one went into a chasm in the earth).

The elvish woman then went on to show Chris a crystal layout with specific crystals, which I recorded. There was a connection to an ancient shield and something about stone circles. But it was not clear.

Next she spoke about Brittany and the sea people. She spoke of the coast people of France, Brittany and sea energy, pointing out the connection to the Beings of the sea. (Like the Silmarils, one went to the sea). Chris was reminded of St. Brendan travelling in a coracle, which was the energy we worked with in Ireland when we travelled by sea and went to Iceland; and the work we did in the Aran Islands with the old saints and the Sea Beings. We were being reminded of the energies of each of the places we worked with and how each place added to our understanding.

Then it was time to make the essence. But it felt like Chris had to make it. He held it in his hands and a blue and green plied energy spiraled into the bottle. He was getting something about a tree in the sky and was feeling the energy of a small child laying at the base of the tree. I saw this elvish lady place a pearl and a Herkimer diamond in the bottle of water, followed by a sapphire, a ruby and an emerald (which turned out to be the three main energy points in the main aisle of the cathedral. They are also layers of the crystalline energy field of the planet. Each energy point in the cathedral connects to one of those layers of the earth’s field).

Once the essence was made, we had to turn our backs to the tree and Chris was attuned to the heartwood symbol, which was yellow, and which connects him to the heart of all trees. An energetic gold chain also went into the essence. We turned to face the tree again and the lady appeared and gave us both a Christmas present. Mine was a cube, like a box, and Chris’s was a sphere, wrapped in paper with a bow. The cube felt earthy and masculine, and his was spherical and feminine. There is something about the Heartwood symbol that represents the gifts from the trees, like Christmas presents hanging from a Christmas tree.

The following week, I met my friend Nadia, another Gaia Method healer. We have been friends with since 2001 (actually most of my friends are those I met back in the Speaking Tree days 2000-2001). We have a past life history (as I do with Nef (short for Nepthys) and Chris). We meet up every few weeks to have breakfast in Kneaded and then go for a walk, doing energywork when called to do so. This time, I felt called to the tree, so we ambled over to the cathedral grounds. The heart-pull was so strong and it became stronger the closer we got there, nearly taking my breath away. The Elven lady of the tree, the Dryad, instructed me to anchor our hearts to the heartwood of the tree, so we followed what she told us to do.

She instructed us both to consciously make that connection by extending a line from our hearts to the heart of the tree. Once that heart-to-heart connection was made, I sent a line of light towards the sun via the crown centre from the heart connection. Then a line was extended down through the base chakra and deep into the core of the earth, again from the heart These were both separate lines, but connected through the heart. The earth line connected to an obsidian dragon, a deep black crystalline energy. This was a strong connection and needed to be strong. It felt like the necessary grounding for the times to come, when huge changes would need us to remain calm and to understand the purpose of the changes.

Once this connection was solidified, I became aware of the water layer that the lines also travel through, the one closest to our surface level of earth. Next, I was aware of the lava layer. In that order, core, water, fire. While connected to these energies, I had to make the essence. I had already placed it on the roots before we started. (Crows are acting as messengers for this tree work. Keep an eye, and ear, open for them to guide you).

The pink lady placed the light of Venus, as starlight, into the water, then a spring-green beech leaf, gold coins, a red rose, and a black obsidian energy.  Then I saw a squirrel (spirit) placing hazelnuts in the bottle and lastly the pink lady placed her pink energy there too, but the most important part was the starlight which shone out of the water like a sun.

So the essence contains all the energies needed to connect to both sun, tree and black dragon.

Now, our connection with her was finished, for that day. I will see when she calls to us next.

Messages in Egypt.

I received this in the first year of living in Luxor, Egypt. (6th June 2012). I was living in the large village of Qurna, on the west bank of the Nile. (The other side is Luxor). It was a tumultuous period and there were times I thought I could not bear it any longer. It was an alien world to me, and I was living in a way I had never experienced before, with people I did not understand, and who did not understand me. On any level. Yet, I was aware that I had karmic ties there; a rebalancing that was necessary. Much of the difficulty stemmed from this awareness. The ‘past’ energies were very present and yet the ‘present’ was completely different, and yet not different at all. Times had not changed in all the centuries, but with the advent of electricity, mobile phones, televisions, tourists and concrete and brick buildings, everything was growing in a different direction. Yet, from another perspective, it was the perfect place to heal, and I learned to see the beauty and potential there.

But it did take time…

I was also aware that Egypt was to experience a renewal. It was to become the garden of Eden again although this would take many years. The number of healers and earthworkers installing the new codes in Egypt, and resurrecting the old ones – the ones that need to be resurrected – are doing this work. That was why I was there. My job was to clear away the old and then anchor new templates, preparing the grid for the ruby energies of the Mother to flow into,- when the time was right. This would bring love, and the balance of the divine masculine and the Divine feminine, just as it had been in the past.

It was very hard work. My guides, however, were constantly reassuring me, giving me information to help me understand what on earth I was doing there, literally. The information I received (below) is also for those healers who are doing, and have done, the work of realigning and anchoring. Change takes years and sometimes those changes are not what we would like them to be. But, as I was constantly reminded: ‘All is in Divine Order’.

This is what my guides told me:

“You entered this world with one intention: that of anchoring the consciousness of the Divine Feminine in harmony with the Ray of Service. This would ensure that those of you born under the sign of Divine Potential would bring both Light, and Solace, to the masses, each in your own individual way. To do this you sacrificed your own personal needs, and desires, to support the energies that would change the nature of reality itself. You gave up ‘Love’ in favour of soulful service; you gave up ‘wealth’ in favour of thriving and surviving; and you gave up ‘hope’ in favour of possibility. These sacrifices have not been in vain.

“You see all around you, in everything you do, the note of Service and Potential, and in every way, you do your best to meet the requirements of the situations in which you find yourselves. This is no easy task, we know, but we assure you that this service is needed and desired by all those alive on this planet, at this time, even if they are unaware of it.

“So keep up the good work and know that the Keys to Heaven, through the Star Gates, have enabled thousands to access their Divine Selves. You who are born in service, have opened these gates so all who are ready can step through and experience a completely new ‘Living’ potential, one which has not been achieved so far. And it is you, the Ones who sacrifice their own needs to serve the Whole, who will look back and feel the Joy of the connection which all those souls now experience for the first time. A connection you have enjoyed for many centuries.

“So be glad to carry the flame into Humanity’s future and be glad also that you were part of this huge awakening, never before experienced by Humanity in its journey of evolution. Put all else behind you now and know that the seeds are planted and a new life is about to be lived by all.”

Another message I received in 2012:

“An open wound lies at the heart of Egypt. A wound festering with rot and putrefaction. This wound was caused by the dark thoughts and deeds of those in the past who desired power at all costs. They wished for nothing more than the ultimate control of an entire region. This desire for control has cost the lives of many people and continues to do so for this wound rots more and more each day, cutting off the life-force of those who live here. Without this life-force nothing can survive for long, which is why you see a dying nation before your eyes. It will not be long before the country will fall into the wrong hands. The hands of those who would be only too happy to take the reins of power and control the people once again. Mercy is on their lips but the fire of hate is in their hearts.

“This is why it is imperative that you continue your sojourn in the lands of Khemit and that you continue to learn the old ways, paving the way for the new to enter and for the life-force to be slowly reignited in the hearts of the people, for they will lose their power yet again. They will be left wanting. The only solution here is in the reinstatement of the Divine Mother energies into their hearts. It is the only way that life can be assured. The rivers are running dry now and soon will be dried up river beds so the water needs to be made to flow in the veins of the earth once more.

“We bequeath to you now the ability to bring the Water’s of Life to the shores of evil. It will be like a mighty ocean wave that slowly builds, nearly unnoticed, until one day it will become a mighty, unstoppable wave of power and life, bringing succour and hope to the people. We bequeath to you also the desire to create a fountain of life where all can enjoy the benefits of this energy, a place where love and joy, intermingled with life and creation can be experienced, bringing a new wave of light to the world of the East. A wave of love so profound that to experience it will change their lives forever.

“Let this be so now and do our bidding as we guide you. For you will have to walk in the dark places to get this gift and to plant the seeds, just as you have been doing. And one day, these gifts will be shared with all those who desire to plant these seeds in the other dark places of the world.

“Let this be your task now. Feel it and see it and let it guide your footsteps, for it is a long journey but one which ultimately will mean safety and love for an entire region.

“We leave you now to peruse our words. Go in peace sister.

“Vestiges remain of what was once fertile ground in this valley. Vestiges, which, when once more  discovered, can bring fertility to the entire region of Upper Egypt, as it was in days of old.

“It only remains to be seen how this will be accomplished.

“During your days of isolation ponder this: in times gone by there were many such fertile crescents, and there in lies a clue as to their whereabouts! These crescents were designed by us to be areas of distinct human experience. Areas which fostered much growth and awareness within the inhabitants who resided therein. These areas now lie in fallow places and to look on them none would know that once these places were places of immense beauty and life. Places where people’s lives were touched by the Divine in their every making moment; places where the forces of creation resided, side by side, with the inhabitants; places that reflected beauty and shone a light out into the world; places where equality was the norm and segregation unheard of.

“There is one such place known to you as Solomon the Wise’s temple. This place straddled two great empires and within these empires the place you know as Baghdad was once a fertile crescent of such beauty as to be unimagined in your current time. This temple was a creation of immense magnitude, a creation unbounded by walls and pillars but created of love and wisdom shining a light into the whole of the area you now know as Saudi Arabia and Israel. Once these two great lands were ‘sisters’, joined in a bond of love and creation, places where none knew drought or starvation, for the goddess and her light shone brightly there.

“Only when the forces of light became overshadowed by the forces of the dark did this region begin to struggle and life became a daunting task indeed. It became a place of death, and not of life, for that is what occurs when the Mother no longer holds sway in her land. Between the two lands now lies a barrier. A barrier which must be removed and the ancient past once again renewed. Only in this action can the love of the Mother regain her rightful place in this world.

“Now that you are here, you can see which way the land lies, and which direction you must take in order to restore the ancient one to her throne. For she needs the aid of human helpers and devotees to reinstall the sacred codes of life and love and creation.

“Try this: it will aid you in your far memories of this place in times of old.

“Dig deep into the annals of history bound within the stone walls of Nineveh’s’ tombs. You will know this place once you have found it. Buried within its walls lies a mystery and the keys to the mysteries need to be inserted before the secrets can be revealed. You have been given the keys so now all it takes is for you to travel to this place with your loved one and remind the walls of what they were designed to do. With the keys you hold you will release the sacred codes which will allow you to reveal the mysteries. (still haven’t done this and have no idea how! But when the time is right…)

“As is usual we will provide you with the means to this work so all will be well, never fear. For now go about your work and we will begin the downloads which will allow you to ‘remember’ the sacred rites of release. This will happen over a period of time, so relax, and go with any changes you feel and all will be well. Live well in this world and do not fear that you are not on the right track for this land is a dark one and sorely needs the light of the Mother to break its bonds and release her back into the world once more. “Let us intervene here. Tonight, as you are beginning to go into sleep remind yourself of what it is you hope to achieve here. Remind yourself that you are a vessel, holding light of the Divine Mother, so that all who come into contact with her will prosper and thrive. Remember too, to hold your light steady in the midst of the darkness for only in doing so can you hope to remain here. Remember your sacred oath to help this land when its need was great. You will need all your strength to hold yourself steady for the time is fast approaching when the forces of dark threaten those of the light in this area. Remind yourself daily that none can touch you or harm you and all will be well in your world.

“Do not fear oblivion, but walk tall and straight, and allow none to diminish your light. For you are the light here, the eternal, everlasting light of the Mother. When you return to England’s’ shores, return with the light of the Divine in your hands, and anchor it strongly there beneath your feet. It will help you as you build your light center, and the means to sustain yourselves through the dark storms of humanity’s trial. For it will be a trial, and there will be many who will come to your door seeking nourishment. Give it freely and when the light once again returns to Egypt there will many who will remember your kindnesses and will repay you well. Live in the light now and fill yourself with it daily. Never fear, Love is here.”

I spent ten years in Egypt doing energywork and am now back in the UK doing the same. Building the Light-center. But the center is an ancient place, not a modern center as we think of it. It was always a center of light, built by the ancients and maintained as a place of balance of wisdom. When I received this channelling, I did not understand what they meant. Now, it is clearer. Many things are clearer now. I had forgotten many of these words my guides gave me in Egypt, and there are many more. At the time they did not make much sense, but twelve years on, they are beginning to.

The Heart Breath.

At two-thirty am on Wednesday morning, I awoke to a download and activation. It was happening while I slept, which is unusual, and I saw it clearly. I tried to ignore it – I hate disrupted sleep – but I knew that I would never remember it in the morning. I grabbed my phone, made a quick sketch, wrote a small description, then tried to get back to sleep … to no avail. The energy continued flowing. Then it became something more, and I eventually got back to sleep sometime after three-thirty.

This is the exercise:

  1. Focus on the Hara line, which is a slim gold line that connects to the top of the energy field, and the base. The Hara line is at the level of intention, from where you manifest from your highest intentions. It holds your life’s purpose. When you work from this level, you only manifest what is within divine purpose.
  2. Once your connection to the Hara line has been established, focus on your Solar Plexus. Breathe in and imagine you are drawing energy from your solar plexus up to your heart where it changes to heart energy.
  3. Exhale that changed energy from the heart into your energy field. This changes your Will energy to a more Heart-centred energy.
  4. Repeat this, breathing energy from the solar plexus, into the heart, and then out into your field for as long as you feel you want to.

When they gave me this technique, they explained that it would ‘Allow what is – to be.’ I thought, half asleep as I was, that it would help us change our desires for certain outcomes, to accept what is happening in the world. Seeing through the lens of the heart rather than the personal will.They told me to try the technique and record what I experienced. Today, two days later, I had time to do that.

I dowsed to see what aura soma essences, and my own, would be of benefit – as I do every morning – and applied them as usual. I should have considered that before doing the exercise … because it was not what I expected. I’ll try it again without using any essences.

This is a recording of the exercise. I recorded it, as I always do, with no intention of sharing it, but I thought it might be useful. (Ignore the washing machine in the background!). Below it, is the written up version.

I first become aware of the energies are the Artemis, the stag, antlered energy, the Woodland consciousnesses. So, I start by breathing in and imagine breathing in and pulling up energy from the solar plexus to the heart, which I then breathe out. The SP energy anchors in the heart then flows out through the heart. And I breathe out, the energy is pink light. But I feel like I’m pushing or breathing out that love into the woodlands.  Blowing out pink energy into nature feels as though I am working with one layer of nature.

From the solar plexus energy now arises a golden energy. I breathe it into the heart and, it becomes a magenta energy and that light, as I blow it out, fills what looks like a deeper layer of energy, like the dinosaurs, back into ancient times, places that are exposed, layers of stratigraphy and rock formations that go back to those times. It’s as if those layers still exist in time and consciousness, times of volcanic upheaval and huge change. It feels related to the earth changes that are happening in the present time, weather changes: flooding, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions. Especially the storms. Things out of balance.

Now, I see a sword, standing with its point embedded in the soil in the woods. But there’s light around the sword, like Excalibur, yet it’s not Excalibur, it’s just a sword that has to do with the energies of winter. The Abundance King of winter. And he’s smiling. And I’m still breathing up that gold of the solar plexus and exhaling that magenta that it becomes as it moves through the heart. I’m sending that light to those images. And the energy is moving up to the sky.

I’m still aware of the Hara line, and the gold breath becoming the pink breath from the Heart that’s then blown into the air, into the sky, to the clouds.  I’m aware of a balancing between the layer with the sword in the ground, and the sky so the two of them are in balance.

Continuing that breath of gold into magenta, as I continue to breathe, I see a woman of light, a fairy woman. She’s all light. Long hair, long gown and she’s holding something out to me, like a gown of some kind, a cloak of light. It’s like the sovereignty symbol, but it’s more fairy, more light, like a nature lightbeing, a guardian of the woods, a guardian of the lights, guardian of the elementals, the nature elementals.

She puts this cloak around my shoulders which is white shiny velvet with a white brocade around the edges with tiny diamonds embedded in them and I become one with the Sidhe. All their knowledge and wisdom is embedded in the little crystals in the cloak, and it shines brightly in the woods, like if I’m walking through the woods. I’m aware that I’m like a beacon, and that other creatures in the woods will recognize that light and see it as kin, as fairy kin, as Sidhe kin, as an elemental worker holding that fairy light. (this feels like something that can be passed on attunement).

Again, I blow the energy out into my auric field, but now it is no longer magenta as it emerges, but snow. I’m blowing snow, covering the land in snow as I walk through the woods. It’s like a protection of sorts. The snow is a blanket that gets laid on the earth. The soil needs the snow; it needs that cold, and I see St. Catherine’s Hill covered in a blanket of snow again and there’s a quiet joy in the earth, the promise of spring  in the soil, when it’s covered with this blanket.

Snowbringer. The white snow dragon sits on top of the hill. The green and the blue dragons are asleep inside St. Catherine’s Hill, and now the white dragon is in the ascendancy, like a blanket holding it all together in this quiet hibernation. It holds everything in a form of stasis. It feels gentle, as though everything is asleep under this blanket. Everything is simply resting.

Next, I see the goddess with the stag antlers on her head, Artemis, which feels like me, but is also not me. It’s that woodland energy, connected to the trees on top of St. Catherine’s Hill. She’s holding it all in balance, but it feels like me holding these weather patterns for the area in a balance, or that part of me that works with her energy. She’ll know when to remove the blanket of snow. She’ll know when it’s time for the green dragon to come to its ascendancy, when the green plants start to grow again. But the green and the blue wake up together. The blue dragon is slower than the green dragon. The green is the snow drops that start to emerge first, and the crocuses.

The blue water dragon is still. It’s present, but it’s quiet. Then my breath becomes more fiery and it starts to melt the snows and the crystals of the snow start to melt away and become the water of the blue dragon. It’s adding that layer of elemental energy to the green.  They work together. The golden dragon of the sun appears above, warming the soil; warming the plants, so now other things begin to grow. Some things grow in the cold and other things need the warmth. The green dragon starts to become more alive now, and  the white dragon has faded away, melted with the snow.  The blue is becoming more vibrant and alive, and the rain comes, the sun shines, and it’s spring.

Everything in a balanced cycle. The dragons, blue and green, become more vibrant, more alive. They send their energy out through the hill, through the countryside, travelling through the energy lines, travelling through the soil. Filling the environment, meeting Winchester cathedral (on the blue waterline that runs beneath it). It’s more powerful now and everything is really enlivening. Everything is in full flow, and full growth, and it feels alive and it’s summer and everything is colour. The gold dragon/sun is above. St. Catherine’s hill, shining down.

St. Cross is also covered. All the local energy points are covered, solar-energized. The green dragon has spread its energy as if it’s expanded out into the environment, like the gold disc at Danebury. And the blue is invigorating the water of the Itchen river, both water and soil, and everything is working in perfect harmony. Perfect seasons, as they should be. The birds are singing, the rabbits are out on the grass, people are walking on the hill, the weather’s warm, beautiful, peaceful, gentle.

It’s wet sometimes, as it is supposed to be. The seasons, back in their natural order, until the dragons, the blue and the green, start to become sleepy again and move into their position in the hill, getting ready for their winter hibernation. Preparing for the ice, the snow, the cold blanket to be laid above them, and around them, bringing that cold, quiet, hibernation energy.

Harmony restored.

Update on 1st December 2024:

I was impulsed to use this breath this morning and did it for about ten minutes, intending that my breath continue to move from my solar plexus and out through my heart. An hour later, and I had a discussion with someone around an issue that had always been present but that I had never voiced. I had noticed it over the years, and decided to ‘work around it’, changing my own behaviour so that it would no longer have the effect it had always had, the usual result being feelings of anger and determination that I would take back my power.

However, this morning, this issue arose again, and without even thinking about it, I immediately went back into that same pattern of listening, following his communication, and then realising that the same dynamic was taking place again. This time, however, instead of sitting on it and vowing I would change my behaviour, again, so I would not be so affected by it in the future, I found myself telling him about my experience. He was completely unaware that his actions were creating that dynamic and because I was able to talk about it, it changed the energy. I had succeeded in taking back my power of choice-making without having to plan a strategy of future management of the situation.

I have always, since recognising that my energy/communication creates many of my situations, taken the responsibility to make the changes myself. It was always a way of to observe what was happening, which meant I could then change my own behaviour. This is what I was taught. And that is still a good thing to do. If there is a crocodile in the water and I go for a swim, knowing it is in there, and if that crocodile then eats me, then I am responsible for the choice I made to go into the water in the first place.

This breathing technique, however, allows me to talk about it, without blaming, taking the energy from my solar plexus and flowing it through the heart. The energy does not get stuck in the solar plexus and therefore does not build up causing physical issues. The communicating of the issue changes the dynamic in a different way. Nothing unusual in that. However, the outcome of this was that my friend was able to explore the issue for himself, recognise his own childhood issues around why he does that, and then made changes that benefited him too. So not only was it a healing for me but also for him.

Such a simple technique, but how simply wonderful.

Red Dragon. Freedom.

Imagining Peace.

This information came in this morning as I was getting ready to spend the afternoon with my father. It is expanding on ideas my guides have been telling me about current situations around the world and how to manage them. As usual, they see things from a different perspective to the way we do. Because we are in physical bodies, living in this world with its emotions and beliefs, we respond from those places. But, we are being taught a different way, a Soul-focused way. Seeing through the eyes of the soul takes strength and faith but it changes things dramatically.

But to be clear, my guides are not suggesting we ignore current imbalances. These situations are teaching us valuable things about ourselves, and often these events are planetary initiations, helping us to find our voice and helping us to see truth. There are so many things we don’t understand, as humans standing on the earth, but our guides know what is happening and why. And so they come to help us to empower ourselves. This empowerment is our strength and our route to soul development. It is also a way to learn how to manifest collectively. How do we want the world to look? How do we want to live? The more we heal ourselves the better the world will become. Healing is service. And so, as they suggest: look within and heal.

“Try to envision a world of peace. A world wherein each soul is aware of the pain and suffering of the other, and in so knowing, strives to bring healing and succour. Try also to see how each karmic dynamic, and by karmic we mean indebtedness (the desire to overcome past guilts and traumas inflicted on another) is working out perfectly. Try to understand how each person alive in this world is here because they chose to be here; that they chose to undergo the trials of liberation, that they chose, for reasons only they can know, to undergo the challenge of living in a certain area and in a certain life.

“Prior to life on earth, each soul choses their path. Not all succeed in their task, however, but each one is given unlimited support to do what they came to do. Other souls, who also chose to learn, forget their task and so plunder what they can, thinking this material life is all that is exists. But for those of you who remember, think about this: Imagine that your destiny was to achieve great heights but for reasons unknown to you, those strivings were prevented by another soul who does not remember. Now, you have two choices here. You can stop and bewail your failure, or you can try something else. What lessons are available? Can you let go of anger? Can you choose to love instead of hate? Can you give up seeing the hopelessness in your situation?

“To understand another’s experience is to develop compassion. To help a nation is to develop love. To love another we must first love ourselves. What you see around you is not hatred of other but hatred of self. Ask yourself: what might make a person hate himself? What circumstances have led to such self-hate? Was that person born like that? Did they come into the world with this hate? Or did it originate in his environment? The Law of Life says that no soul will go unaided in this life. No soul is left to flounder in their own self-created disaster. No soul is abandoned. The only abandonment he experiences come from himself; he abandons himself.

“And so you see how man is defending his ‘right’ to self-abandoment, to self-hate, to self-judgement. He sees himself as wronged and yet who has wronged him? Has he wronged himself? Has he created an outpouring of self-hate onto others, justifying his actions?

“Think on this for it provides a lesson around how not to abandon oneself. Current situations in the world are reflecting to you where you might be judging yourself, hating yourself, abandoning yourself. Heal this IN YOURSELF, and in time, what is reflected outside will be self-love, peace and compassion.

“Although this is very easy for us, we know it seems impossible to you. But let us tell you this: All is possible when you apply the Law of Love and share it freely. For Love is all there is. But you must bring it into your own dark places and allow it to fill you, to lighten the dark and to teach you that nothing is accidental. All is designed to teach you how to Love. But you must first start with yourself.

“We hope this will act as an impetus on your journey and that it reminds you of your true Soul task: to love, love and love again.

This is our gift to you this day.”

Musial Gifts of the Sidhe.

Further to the four gifts of the Tuatha de Danann, there are three musical instruments. The Harp, the Pipe and the Drum. Later, once you become experienced working in the Sidhe sphere, you will be given a calling horn. The horn is a decorated cow’s horn that calls the Sidhe to you. This is only given after you have worked with the three musical instruments for some time and have enough experience working with the Sidhe and their sacred spaces.

The three gifts are associated with the three worlds, or levels of creations. The pipe relates to air (as noted by a gifted GME healer), and the sky. It is aligned to the mental body of the collective unconscious and how it relates to nature. The harp relates to the middle world of plants and vegetation, the world we live on and which we experience physically and emotionally; the drum relates to the earth beneath our feet, and which resounds deeply to the rhythms of the centre of the planet, and ourselves.

You can receive these gifts at any point, sometimes all together, and sometimes as a single instrument. Each instrument has its own energetic function, some more obvious than others. I will start with the one that had the biggest impact, for me, in terms of how it is used. This is the Flute/Pipe. I first received this gift at Wistman’s Wood, in Cornwall, and this is the communication I received while sitting on a moss-covered rock in the woods on the 23rd September 2005.

“We welcome you to our realm. We are the Faery host collectively known as the ‘Shining Ones’. We have brought you here today to partake of our energies and knowledge. The trees you sit beneath are our kin and they share their existence with you. Humanity does not acknowledge the gifts which the trees bring to your world. We offer you a potion, made of wild red berries and white, dipped in honey and made into a magical drink. Henceforth you will be known to us by the name of Deirdre, for you carry the knowledge of the wildwoods and the Faery places.

Bring only those who are attuned to our energies, as many do not understand our work, seeing us as merely a race of mythical beings. However, we do exist and it is through us that your world has continued to live, even though your people work against us. Bring back the awareness of this symbiotic relationship and do your best to accommodate our teachings and practices. This is achievable and workable. We leave you now to continue your heartfelt journey. Drink the potion and endeavour to live a good life, in harmony with nature.

 Farewell sister. We have a gift for you to take to humanity, the gift of the silver flute. You will know how and when to use it.

The Pipe is used to create to places of sanctuary, and nature and shortly after, I learned what it was for. I went to New York. My guides had told me to go and that I had work to do at the World Trade Centre site. This work turned out not to be what I expected. While I sat in the little church across from the site, I tuned in and immediately saw a geodesic dome form around the entire site. I saw the pipe and the symbols of musical notes floating towards it and as each note hit one of the polygonal facets it lit up and changed colour. Soon there was a pattern of coloured facets and I saw the inside of the dome becoming like a garden of Eden, filled with greenery; a healing place. At the time, I thought, ‘Well, that’s never going to happen’, because I thought they would simply rebuild over the site.

I forgot all about it. A few years later, my friend Cheryl told me, without realising, that they had created a memorial garden there. I could not believe it. It reminded me of the potency and power of these wonderful energies and what can be achieved when we carry these energies and allow them to work through us, doing what is needed. It also taught me that my mind does not always know and that sometimes miracles do happen.

The Harp is the one I use the most. Not out of conscious choice, but from the elemental needs of the moment. I have written about some of the uses of this instrument on another page so will cover its earthwork uses here. When there is a particular need for the frequencies of the harp, you will be asked to choose which coloured string you want to work with. The string will indicate the energies you are going to anchor in the landscape. Again, it is your higher consciousness that chooses because we, as personalities, have no clue what any of it means, half the time.

For the first four years of my time back in the UK, from 2020 to 2024, I have been working with the red string. This involved laying a line of red light, which looked like a red ribbon, along the South coast from Worthing to Bournemouth. Chris and I did this in increments, anchoring the first part of the line/cord in Worthing by attaching it to twin Hathor pillars and then on subsequent visits, anchoring another part, along the next part of the coast and on until we reached Bournemouth, which I did with my daughter Hana. Often the red strings/ribbons were anchored around a pillar, so that it looked like a barber’s pole. This symbolises healing. The surgeons of medieval England, in their tents beside a battlefield, wrapped a bloodied rag around a white pole as a sign to others that ‘in this tent there is a surgeon’. They were known as Barber-surgeons because they fulfilled both roles.

So on that stretch of the south coast there is an energetic signal that declares to a world in pain that healing is available here. Hathor is the Goddess of Love and her priestesses used sound as a way to connect to the Divine, so this makes sense when a string from the harp is used to heal others.

The pillars and poles along the coast were of varying height and width, each composed of a different energetic function. We don’t always know why we are doing what we are doing, but we trust the process, knowing that someone does.

We anchored four poles in Worthing, each one of a different energy.

In laying these lines we are creating healing sanctuaries along the coast, a place of safety for others. I did the same by the Red Sea from Makadi Bay to El Gouna. With what is happening now in the Middle East, this makes sense, providing protection and healing for the energy lines we anchored through Egypt and providing a barrier to those energies.

The harp also sends lines of light/sound through the lines of force which make up the spider energies, healing that which has been charged and released.

The drum has not shown up so often but when it does it is interesting. A Sidhe Being shows up with this and shows us how to beat the drum and how many times. It is energetic, but we see it happening. The resonance goes into the earth, deep into the layers of geological time, into caverns and caves. Back into a time when other evolutionary people lived. The sound travels into the past, to when grains of sand were once mighty mountains. Where memories of those ancient times can be retrieved for the benefit of us here – now. It reminds me of the LOTR and ‘drums in the deep’.

The drum helps us to communicate with the ancient past and the beings who lived in it. The earth has things to teach us about how those ancient people lived and how they stabilised their world after upheavals and earthquakes. Those memories remain in the earth, and can be shaken out by this instrument. Knowledge we can use in our present time is available when we know how to use the drum. In using it, we are utilising vibrational information, just as our human ancestors used drums to send messages and to tell stories.

In working with the drum, you are also working with the chakra points those ancient people once worked with, and which now lie buried deep in the earth. Sometimes, you can access these chakra points, or vortices, in caves or caverns and you will feel it as you pass through. But, often these vortices are deep in the rock and are inaccessible, but with the drum they become accessible. The drum allows to connect with the deep earth vortices and to work with them on that level. The instrument acts as a guide to those places so it is not something you are even conscious of. It simply happens.

The last gift is one that is given when you are ready to work with the Sidhe – at that level – and you will not know you are ready until they tell you. The reason for that is because the horn is the instrument that calls them, that gathers them together and which calls others to receive the attunements when they are ready to receive them.

Once you have received this gift, it is your consciousness that calls to them. It also shows the secretive Sidhe that you are one of them, and they will work closely with you, when you vist one of their places. They will know you have passed the tests they set for you, and that you are capable of working with them on behalf of both their consciousness, and that of the planet’s. They see into your heart, seeing your intention, and they gift their instruments when they see you are ready for them and that you have the necessary sense of service and trust to use them wisely.

Sometimes these gifts are given singly in an attunement, and at other times, they are all given together, especially if you are at a faery site. But when you have them all in your auric field, they work as and when they need to. You are the witness to it all and yet you have to be physically present for the gifts to be worked. They are in your field, and your Higher Self, (your faery self), will activate them when they are needed.

World Empowerment Meditation.

I received this channeling last month, and sat on it, as I always do. Mainly because I am uncomfortable with this type of information, but also because of the timing aspect. Today (5th oct 24) my guides are telling me to put their first communication on this subject out there. To plant the seeds. I have no idea when this meditation is to come in, or what it will entail, but they said to put out the info so others could pick it up if they chose to. It makes me nervous, my fears of judgement coming to the fore, but ‘Upstairs’ know what they are doing. I just have to overcome my insecurities.

My own journey of empowerment is on-going, and it has been my life’s challenge. Working on opening the lines of light to Jerusalem has also been our work for the past twenty three years, so I imagine this is also why their planned monthly meetings are being suggested. I had to fight for my Self too, as many of us have, and still do. So I leave you to decide what you want to do with this, and I will let you know when the meditations are to be broadcast. I’m not sure what they mean about ‘streaming’ as I don’t do that. But, they are smart and I know they are planting seeds in my mind too, so I am prepared for that step. I am such a hermit!

On another note, I am so relieved they are giving something. I have felt so helpless around the suffering in the Middle East, even though I understand there is a bigger purpose behind it. I have known for over twenty years that this was coming although I did not know what it would entail. My guides came to me one evening and told me they were going to show me something about the future and that I needed to record it. They then proceeded to show me Israel at war. Turbanned men running in the streets, huge bombs exploding, filling the air with smoke, like nuclear bombs.

However, while that was happening, the golden dome started to shatter, like glass, and from within it, a beautiful feminine spire of blue-white light emerged. The old belief systems were breaking apart and from the ashes a new one, based on love, was growing. I look on the current situation and know what is happening, and why, but my human heart breaks at the suffering and the abuse of power. I understand it all, from a Soul perspective, and know that each soul chooses it’s life, but, at the same time, witnessing that abuse of power is overwhelming. I have held back, until now, until my guides clarified the situation. I have learned that there is a Divine Timing to everything but I am glad they plan on giving us something we can do. I imagine there are many healers out there, sending their energetic support to the Middle East, just as we do. However, it would appear the time has arrived to do more.

We are the sweep-up crew. So when the meditations arrive we can start to clear up and plant the news seeds of love that will allow the new spire to grow. It sounds like a very tall order, and there is so much trust that needs to be held, but I know the time will soon be here. Perhaps certain things needed to happen before our particular ‘little bit of help’ would be useful, but I know that ‘Upstairs’ are fully aware of everything, even the parts we can’t see.

There are many other places in the world too, that need energetic support and I see how the power imbalances are showing up everywhere, so this is for everybody. Trauma will continue to be acted out until it is healed, so while I wait for the next step to arrive, I share this. The following is what ‘Upstairs’ suggest.

80 years ago, a great war machine was stopped because people rose and fought back. They took their power, and with collective intent, pushed back the tide of hatred and despair.

Now, once again, the people are confronted with a similar situation. But the difference is they do not have the means to fight it. What do you think might have happened to England if they did not have the fire-power to push back against the Nazi invasion? Do you think you would be looking at the same Britain?

That is the difference between this situation, and that. The people of the Holy Land have no mercy, they have no connection to the Other. Yet, they are the ones with Might, and the Others have none of the ability to push back. This is the difference and this is why so many people support them in their plight.

What we would like you to do is to stream a meditation that brings people together to help empower those who are disempowered. To bring them to a place of strength so that the oppressor can be pushed back. We do not often give you advice on matters earthly, for we see how things work out. But in this instance, as in some others we have spoken about, the time has come for the people themselves to rise into their power and to harness that power for the greater good. Create a meditation that you can share with the world and that you can disseminate. This will help support the world’s emotional field if enough people use it. Spread it far and wide, help those who are not in a position to help themselves. This includes those in other countries who are also seeing great suffering because of duelling powers and displays of masculine aggression.

Time your release carefully, we will assist, and when it has been created, expose it to the world. Part one will ensue directly. Be prepared. Try to activate this work monthly, bringing new information and assistance to those who feel powerless to help. All those who do not feel their power in situations of aggression with be assisted.

We leave you now, but shortly we ask you to set up to receive a channelling which will be for the first month. The time has come; the time is now.

They gave me this information a month ago, and I was not expecting them to ask me to share it so soon. But there you go. As soon as the first part comes in, I will post it, and you can join in if you feel called to. I’m not sure yet what my guides have planned, but we’ll soon find out. And remember, we are All One, so in helping them, we are helping ourselves. It is our world and we need to take care of all of it.

Working with the Symbols.

You’ve been attuned to the symbols, but what do you do with them now?

Unlike some healing modalities, such as Reiki, the symbols within the Gaia Method Earthway’s system are embodied, rather than channelled. This means that once you receive an attunement, those energies integrate into your personal energy. The energies themselves have a consciounsess and they become your guides. They are living energies.

When I was gifted the energies, from the trees and elementals, I did not do any exercises, as I would have done with Reiki, mainly because I had no idea what they were supposed to do. So I just let them be there. I lived the energies, allowing them to change me.

Receiving an attunement aligns you with those energies, connecting you to them. They are forever part of you. You are like a radio, capable of picking up certain channels, if you are plugged in. Like lightning coming from the sky, to connect with the electricity from the earth, each energy meets itself. The individual energies are represented by symbols superimposed on their meaning, such as the sovereignty symbol superimposed on the image of hte image of a woman presenting a folded cloak. The symbol helps us identify the energy, although most times you never need to use it consciously. It runs in the background, becoming active when it knows it is needed.

I find that the energies come in days before I know they are needed. When I am meditating, which is for me a moving meditation, (I use my body to bring in energy and to move it about), I find certain energies appearing in my auric field, sometimes on their own, or sometimes joined together, superimposed on one another. When this happens, my higher Self consciousness is showing me what is coming and what energies I need for that, or what group of similar energies I will need. When I am to pass an attunement, but I don’t know it yet, the master energies come in, along with the energies that person is going to need. I have no control over that process. As my guides say : Each person receives exactly what they need to pursue their particular path to Sovereignty; including the Healing, and Light Code activations required. Whatever level of spiritual development they have achieved, will be raised to a higher frequency, activating the light portals in the body. Once these light portals have been activated, the DNA strands will reflect this, allowing a deep transformation and an increase in healing ability and skill. New codes will be added and the journey will take on a new significance. New possibilities will appear, new pathways discovered. Whatever the Soul needs for its journey, from darkness to light, will be received.

The energies have an energy, and consciousness, of their own. They activate with intention, but it is the intention of your higher-self consciousness. It knows exactly what is necessary. The trick is to trust it. This is a steep learning curve for us humans, with our egos, our fears, our mistrust. It is a challenge to let go of control, but the energies are gentle, and teach you over time, to listen to their wisdom. We all begin learning in kindergarten, and progress to being the professor. It all takes time.

The codes, represented by the symbols, are active for as long as you live, working through you, even when you are not expecting them to. They also do exactly what they need to do. Your body/personality is the medium through which they work, and even if you have had attunements but cannot remember any of them, they continue to work, coming to life inside you when the time is right for them to do so. Once you have received them, they are you. You are the conduit, the receiver, the transmitter, the activator of certain frequencies in the world.

If you want to get to know each energy better, you can meditate on them.

When you begin the meditation, you may feel like your body wants to move rather than sit still. Allow it to. The energy of the earth is like a moving serpent and this energy moves through you making your body want to shape and mould your reality. I find it impossible to sit still when working with these energies. Even if I am sitting, my arms are active, my hands are shaping energy and my fingers are moving into specific positions. I have no idea what the gestures mean but I know they are having an energetic effect on my consciousness and auric field.

Imagine the symbol you want to explore taking up space in your body, then, feel the energy inside you, and open yourself to what wants to come in. The symbols are pictographs, keys, which when you focus on them, open your energy wide. The energies then show you what you are opening to receive. Each time will be different, based on your energy needs at the time, but all will be connected to that one energy, that one channel.

They will show you, if you have a well developed ‘eye’. If you are more sensory, you will feel the information, or simply know it.

It is a useful exercise, and often you will feel the impulse to do it. This is your higher self’s way of communicating that there is information available to you and ready to be made conscious. Follow the impulse and allow the energies to be what they are. As soon as they are activated, they will begin to work their magic.

I will give you an example of one of my recent experiences of working with the Sovereignty symbol, so you have an idea of how it works.

Opening myself to this particular energy gave me additional information about an aspect of Sovereignty as protrayed by the Hindu Goddesses, as well as more personal information.

I focused on the symbol, seeing it in my body, and felt the impulse to open my arms wide, feeling myself opening my personal auric field. I am very visual, so I see the images in front of me, but I also feel their energy. An Indian woman, very brightly dressed in oranges and deep yellows, appeared in front of me, holding not a cloak, but a bolt of gorgeous, deep earthy orange, sari-fabric. This fabric had a dragon of the same colour connected to it, and it began to unfold from the bolt in the woman’s arms, moving with the fabric as it began winding around me. But it did not wind around me as a sari, but more like a cocoon.

The dragon moving with the fabric had a small gold sphere above its head and as the fabric wrapped round me, so the dragon moved into my body, like an imprint, with the gold sphere now in my head. A small wooden portal appeared at my heart, and the dragon was peering out through it, but its tail was wrapped around my sacral chakra. This felt like a period of creative gestation, my creative energies receiving a much needed boost, and some extra vitality.

I became aware of a Hindu goddess with many arms and in each hand she held an object. This represented the ability of the Divine Feminine aspect to ‘hold’ certain energies within the body, auric field, just as we do when we receive attunements. The Hindu goddess is telling us she channels/wields multiple energies in the one body. As do we. Each energy is a symbol, and vice versa.

The energies shifted, and I am a seahorse, my tail wrapped around a tall green frond of sea grass (just as the orange dragon was wrapped around my sacral). I am quite happy here, beneath the green-hued water, allowing the sea currents to gently move me back and forth.

Next, I am looking up to the surface of the sea above me, and I see the dark shape of a ship. I create a watery, protective sphere around myself, but remain unpreturbed by what is happening at the surface. No matter what happens, I know I am safe, as if I am invisible and can observe what is happening on the ship, without being affected by it.

The ship feels like a pirate ship, but I know I am alright, that my emotions are protected, that my undersea bubble is far enough away from the surface danger not to affect me. My African guide comes in then, with his shield, telling me he is also there to provide protection. He comes in when I am about to face a particularly challenging time – but I still feel safe in my undersea bubble, well anchored to the sea grass.

Meditating on this symbol has given me additional information, both about the Goddess, and my own life. Once you open the channel of any of the symbols/energies, this is what can happen.

Choose one symbol to work with at a time. Play the music you feel drawn to, the one that gets you into the right space. And remember to record what you experience, even if it is only a little. Every time you do exercies such as this, or when you are learning a healing modality, you are training yourself to see more, and to access your infinite unconscious mind and higher mind. I use my phone, dictating what I see, so I don’t lose any of the details. I also draw any images that I need to, such as other symbols that might pop in. Keeping a record is important, for you will then be able to look back and see exactly what this meditation meant. This is part of the learning process, learning to understand the significance of certain symbols and knowing what the information received pertains to. You are opening up a channel to yourself and to all the wisdom of that symbol.

The Dragon Children. Channelled. 21 October 2016

While I was living in Luxor, Egypt, I received this channelling on the Dragon Children. I had never heard of dragon children and I was reticent to put it into the public domain. I had known about the indigo children, and the Violet children, and the crystal children for some time, early on in my development and had accepted it then- I was a violet/indigo myself. But later, when I had discarded all my New Agey beliefs, after my coming down to earth in the early 2000’s, the concept of children on different rays had been put on the back burner. After that time, I wanted proof of everything and I did not have any proof of these children, until one of my daughters became pregnant, and I tuned into the soul of the baby. She told me she was a crystal child. I was taken by surprise, as it challenged my beliefs. But seeing her grow up, I see that crystal aspect easily. The proof is in the pudding, as they say.

In October 2016, I was once again challenged by the concept of the Dragon children, but it was a step too far. No-one’s going to believe that, I thought, thinking everyone thought as I did! However, the following channelling came about after I had energetically planted dragon eggs in the homes of some of Omar’s recently married sisters and cousins. At first, I did not understand why I was planting etheric dragon eggs in their homes – until the babies were born. Each one of the children born with these energies was a girl, and each one had a character that even their twin brothers did not have. Each one was born ‘awake’ on some level and were bright little sparks. Then, my guides gave me the following to explain just what I had been doing and why:

This life you live, this narrative you write, is about to change, for the better. No more will the forces of creation be held in the hands of the few. Now it is time for the Dragons of old to awaken, and to play their part in the awakening of mankind. This time has been awaited.

The attributes of the dragon are thus: kindness, consideration, the ability to think within the group mind and to effect the Whole. They learn fast, think on their feet, and have a great sense of the injustice around them. They are strong, resilient, and have a deep and abiding desire to change their environment for the better.

These children are born knowing the mountains they must climb, and so they are born strong, unlike other children around them who may be more acquiescent. The Dragon children are the creators of new modes of thinking, and being, in the world. They play a very positive role, assisting their less capable brothers and sisters to manage the challenges of change, which they themselves are helping to instigate.

As a dragon child, you fulfilled this role, protecting the weak and vulnerable, even when your own trauma meant that your Self-caring was damaged. This is often the way for the Dragon children. Here on the African Continent, an influx of such children is needed as change comes, on a global scale, and all are offered assistance.

As a teenager, you witnessed what could happen when dysfunctional adults stalled the growth of the Dragons, through their own fear of change. And so you will see it again, all around you. But do not interfere, just add your ‘adult’ dragon energy to theirs and their own ‘scales’ will then protect them. They will know intuitively that you are kin, even though they do not understand it intellectually. But that is of no matter, it is the inner light which needs to grow as they make their own way in this world.

I put this away, for years, until my own fears were set aside. Even though I recognised the dragon children in Egypt and understood their purpose, I did not want to add yet another type of ‘child’ to the spiritual mix. But, maybe the information is needed, so here we are.

Recently, I found this card in my local shop. I bought it because it was a particularly nice dragon card and I was surprised to see it in the village shop. Only later, I realised how it represented my father and me. I am a red dragon, and always challenged him. Sitting and talking with him for the past two years, I have come to recognise that he too was a red, but had developed a stronger affiliation with the gold dragon energies of money. He rebelled against his own family, just as I rebelled against him. But we were both born dragons. Even though he would NEVER see himself in that light.

The card in the shop showed us head to head, in an eternal battle, but yet we were only fighting our own dragon reflection. Two dragons in the same space will do that. Yet, I recognise his battle and how much he fought for other people, mostly outside his family, but his own dragon nature had been squashed too much. Breaking out of 1940’s Catholoc Ireland when Ireland was breaking away from centuries of oppression, left its mark. But – he had me! Even though the mirror-reflection of rebellion was not something he liked, at all.

But, maybe some of the dragon children are born to older dragons, or have the assistance of one. If you have a dragon child, allowing her to be herself is vital. You will know you have a dragon child because they often seem like minature adults, and forget that they are children. (they may be boys or girls).They may hate being children and want to grow up yesterday! They may also be very wise and worth listening to – a lesson my father is only just learning. I heard him telling his priest friend in Ireland that ‘he was learning from me now what he refused to learn when I was younger’. That was interesting as it was absolutely true. In my years doing Rebirthing (a breathwork healing), that was one of the things my Soul told me. That I had been born to my father to be a reflection for him, to help him heal what I mirrored to him. But, he had chosen not to learn, and instead hated the reflection I provided.

Now, it would seem, he is learning something. I wondered if he would, in this second opportunity before he dies. I knew I was playing this role again, so I am glad he recognises it – even if he is not telling me directly. And perhaps, he had to be older to listen to my strange beliefs, and equally, I had to have the wisdom of patience to know that he can only change so much. But any change is a good thing.

The Crusader.

I’ve been doing many past life readings lately, and thinking about some of them and how they relate to my own memories of past lives, especially those that have an emotional foundation. This is not something we consider when we think of potential past lives where we may have been a member of the Knights Templar brotherhood or a crusading knight. When we think of them, we tend to think only of the spiritual aspects, their quest for the Holy Land – however we understand that. We forget that the members of the brotherhood were human beings with human emotions and reactions.

While I was considering this, my guides suggested I share my own past life ‘crusader’ memory and how that life plays such a huge part in my current lifetime. They intimated that it might be of assistance to those currently re-experiencing past life memories within that time, and also the energetic ‘push’ that was playing out and that is currently being played out. So, I will endeavour to recount what I remember, what they told me, and how it plays out. Because I am not done with it yet.

The first information, I had about a lifetime as a crusading knight, I received in my thirties. I was meditating, as I did every day, and my guide appeared and gave me information. For most of my life, I had been looking for my Soulmate. But my relationships, up to this point which had been challenging and often abusive. I attracted men that brought up issues, known and unknown, which I had developed around the relationship I had with my father and other abuse experiences I had when I was younger. In the nineties, my quest, as a completely co-dependent woman, was to find the ONE. In that search, I had a reading with a woman who had done her training with the Alice Bailey Arcane School. I had been doing training with this material too, along with some friends of mine, and therefore I trusted her background. I was always careful about who I had readings from.

She told me I would never meet my soulmate but that I would have a number of relationships which would allow me to heal past-life and present life issues. She explained that these were souls I had known before, in past lives, and with whom I still had things to work out. To say I was disappointed would be an understatment. For my entire life I had been looking for the perfect relationship and now it looked like that was never going to happen. She also mentioned Jerusalem, and that I had failed before, but was now given an opportunity to try again.

I did not really understand what she meant, as I was only a few years into my conscious psychic development, so my guide thought it would be a good idea to give me an explanation, from a soul perspective. The way he did this was to show me a past life which I had chosen to work through in this one. As it turns out, there are multiple layers to this, but I will focus on the two most most important parts.

In that lifetime, I was a knight by the name of de Guillaume. William. I was a crusader. I was also madly in love with a noblewoman, and just about to go on my second crusade. She promised to marry me on my return and gave me a token to take with me so I would not forget her. It was a small kerchief which I tied around my upper left arm. With her promise of marriage I happily set off for the Holy Land. I returned successful, and more importantly alive ( I did not survive the following one) only to fnd she had not waited. Instead, she had married someone else.

I felt betrayed, angry and hopeless, and fell into a deep depression.

At this point in the vision-memory, my guide stepped in again. He went on to explain that the crusade I had gone on was supposed to be in service to God, but instead, I had gone in service to human love, and my own needs. In that lifetime, I had not succeeded in my chosen task. Therefore, I had chosen to come again, but this time, relationships would be secondary to my service to the Source. Once again, I was gutted. My need for love was immense. I was in my thirties. The last thing I needed to hear was that my life would be devoted to divine service, even though I wanted that too. But not to the exclusion of what I wanted most. I was codependent, after all and who, as a codependent person, wants to hear that they will never find the love they want?

Of course, he was talking about human love. Divine love is a whole different game. Something I understand now, but didn’t then.

I had a very physical message in Tintagel around this crusader lifetime, when myself and Chris went for a weekend to do energywork. This was back in 2005-ish. I had gone for a walk because my guides had told me to go the church of St Materiana. To get there, I had to take a side road that led past a tiny chapel called Fontevault Chapel, As I walked past it, my guides told me to stop and look in the hole at the side of the building and to take what I found there. I had no idea what they were talking about but I was used to being sent on ‘missions’, when they were teaching me to listen to their instructions.

At the tiny church, I noticed a square hole. You can just about make it out at the top of the steps to what would have been a door. Feeling self-conscious, a a little nervous, I put my hand through the hole. There was something in there. I pulled it out and it was a large, heavy piece of soapstone. It was too heavy to carry to the church on the cliff, and leftover feelings of guilt from my catholic upbringing made me feel bad, so I thought I’d pick it up on my way back to the bed and breakfast. That would give me time to process the morals of what they were telling me.

On my way back, hoping I was wrong and that my guides did not really want me to take it – someone had left it there for a reason, after all – again I was told to retrieve the stone. Hoping no-one could see me, even though it was evening and no-one was about, I took the stone and put it in my bag. I still felt bad, but told myself that it must be alright, otherwise my guides would not have told me to take it. It must mean something.

When I got back to the b & b, I took the stone out and examined it. It was large piece of creamy soapstone and on the base someone had scratched a message on it. It was a message to Richard the Lionheart in gratitude for the crusades they had shared. Now at this point, I knew about my past life, but had not yet gone to Ireland or Egypt, so did not really understand the message. Yet, I knew it was important to my own life. Richard was significant as it turned out. While cooking in my flat by the Red Sea, years later, one evening in 2016, my guides came in and said, ‘You slept with Richard’s mistress’. I had gone on crusade with him but I wasn’t all that faithful either by the looks of things. Or maybe it was revenge sex. Who knows…

(Fontevault chapel was named after an abbey which is also called Fonetvault/Fontevraud in Anjou, France. King Richard is buried there, along with Eleanor of Aquitaine, his mother. Both chapel and Abbey are dedicated to Our Lady of Fontevault).

Now in my sixties, I look back and see that both the medium, and my guide, were right. I have spent the past thirty years dealing with relationship issues, and now, taking care of my father, I am getting to the core of those issues, and the past life issues connected with them. I learned something invaluable from each relationship, and healed many layers. Those layers continued to go deeper. In each relationship, I was challenged to let go, over and over again, and my growth, and slowly my work with ‘Upstairs’, took precedence.

This involved more crusades. Two so far. The first to Ireland, and the second to Egypt. Each time, I had to choose to let go of loved ones, to do the work I had promised to do. The letting go was unbearable at times, but I was completely aware of the spiritual challenge, although at this stage I was not aware they were crusades. Even though my emotional attachments had to be secondary to the primary work of planetary healing it was not easy to bear, for me or for my loved ones, but I was learning to think with the mind of my soul.

And that brings me to the part my guide did not tell me, the part where I was continuing my crusader work of keeping open, and creating, the energy lines. It was only when I left Luxor, and moved to the Red Sea, that my guides told me what I was doing. All the work I had been doing since my last year in Ireland (2007-2008) had been building layers of energy in certain places, clearing a meridian across the country and opening the energy gates at each side of the country, so that energies could flow through the lines I had anchored. This included Iceland, Ireland, England, France and Egypt. (These links are only some of the work done in these places. But they give you an idea). Needless to say, I was not alone in this work. Friends who also did the Gaia Method Earthways were also present, each person joining in to do their part when it felt right for them. Crusades, after all, are not solitary pursuits.

The last energy line we anchored was in the Red Sea, and this line came from Europe, down through Egypt to Luxor, up to the Red Sea and across to Jerusalem. It was only then that I realised what I had been doing. In each of these countries, the meridians we were working on had to be cleared, before new templates of information could be anchored. All this work, and the work done by many healers and earth workers around the world, is to prepare for the Love frequency which will fill the grid when the time is right. The grid must be repaired and rebuilt before this love frequency can fill it.

I still wasn’t thinking in terms of crusades, however, but more that I was doing what I had been doing while on crusade: keeping the lines of light open and accessible, not for people primarily, but for the sacred sites. Until, a few months ago, my guides began talking about me beginning my third crusade. My third? I thought. What were the first two? I had not been thinking of the work we did in Ireland and Egypt as crusades, but to my guides that’s what they were.

My next crusade is in Spain, which will involve living there again for a time. All I know about this one is that I will be connecting to a past life where I was a Christian but converted to Islam in a city called Madinat al-Zahra in Cordoba. That information came in a dream, where I was shown the life I had led there, but I also felt the dynamics involved. I feel excited about reconnecting to that lifetime, as I feel it strongly, but I know that each ‘crusade’ has its own challenges and growth. And of course, there is the energywork, which I don’t know yet, but it will be clear the longer I am there.

It will take a few years, as did the others, but at least this time I know that I am working out my past-life failures and hopefully making a better job of it this time. And as for relationships? I’ve learned those lessons too, and no longer need one. Friendships and platonic relationships are more than good enough and they provide sufficient learning around the many faces of love.

The Sidhe – An Invitation.

The following was channelled in 2015 when I wanted to know who the Sidhe really were. I had been working with them for years, and knew them as a reclusive, faery-like race of beings. Yet, they were generous, and in many of their special places, they gave me gifts to help me, and others, do the necessary energetic work. Yet, at certain times, they tested our commitment as to whether we could conquer our fears enough to meet them in their sacred places. If we see only negative energy where they reside, we are not ready. If we see only a dark history and are afraid of the energy we feel, we are not ready. If we allow the fear of that darkness to turn us away, we are not ready. We must see the darkness for what it is, see through it, recognising it as purely a thoughtform and therefore not really real. When we can do that, we are ready.

The story they tell spans thousands of years, going back to the mesolithic period, at the end of the last Ice Age. Some of it also feels allegorical, but I love that there is hope at the end and the desire to work with us. If we can cross the bridge. I had often wondered, and am still unsure, if they are the Tuatha de Danaan, because they feel connected, and yet they also feel vibrationally different. The Tuatha feel more human; more The Ancestors, who now inhabit a liminal realm; the sidhe feel much more fairy-like, but, as they suggest, they were human once too. Perhaps they inhabit different realms and have been on earth far longer than our Tuatha de Danaan ancestors. But, whoever they are, I’m glad they share their knowledge with us, for the Goddess is the one thing they have in common.

Here is the Sidhe’s story.

“It was on a moonlit night that we first left our shores. None of us knew when we would return, as we faced towards the West,and headed into an unknown future. We knew we could not look homewards, for in so doing, our hearts would surely break. Our destiny lay ahead, on wayward shores. Would the people on those shores welcome us with open arms, or would they repel us with swords and shields.

“We knew not where our destiny would lead us, but we knew, without a doubt, that it would lead us somewhere. Our lives, whilst on that journey, wore long and hard, and there were times when we believed we would never reach the distant land. But we did, eventually.

“When we landed, we were greeted by our fore-runners: those brave souls, who by dint of their upbringing, were the privileged few to come to this new land years before us. We knew not what to expect from them, for they were older souls than we, and knew how to live in this wild place. They greeted us, as though we were family, and welcomed us into their homes. We wined and dined and ate our fill, but soon it became clear, that this was not our home. We were needed elsewhere, somewhere wilder and altogether forgotten.

“Once again, we packed our belongings and set off into the wilderness, hoping to find a place wherein we could settle. Ours was a heavy burden and at times we despaired of ever finding a place to settle in. After years of moving and searching we came to this land, the land of your ancestors.  It was a wild place, full of forests and untamed beasts. No-one had yet settled here and so, in the beginning, we could only inhabit the outer edges, close to the sea.

“The winters were harsh, and the summers short, and food was often in short supply. We learned how to fish and how to hunt in these new surroundings and learned to live, and survive, in this New Land. But we still did not feel this was our home, so one day, we picked up our belongings and began to move again.

“The going was slow, due to the dense vegetation, and many of us lost our lives, scrambling through the thickets only to fall to our deaths over a sudden sheer cliff and into deep valleys below. We were lost, indeed. Until one day ,we found an area close to the sea, but on a rise in the land, and we decided to rest here awhile. We cleared away the trees and scrub and made an empty place in the forest. In order to keep out wild animals, we built a palisade with a ditch outside it, and inside we built simple roundhouses of mud and wood. This became our home … for a while. We fished, we hunted, and life became less of a struggle.

“One day a new person arrived. He had been travelling alone, lost and scared and had found our settlement. We let him in and listened to his story. His settlement had been some distance away and it had been a good place to live. His father had been master of their people and his Mother, the living representative of the Great Mother in form. But there were those amongst the people who took no part in the running of the settlement. They wanted to contribute nothing, but spent their days in lazy self-indulgence. Their settlement began to split in two, some people supporting the camp and the others taking from it.

“It was decided that those who took from it could no longer dwell within it, but they disagreed, and rebelled. The young man’s parents were both killed and the settlement burned to the ground. The survivors went out into the forests to find other settlements, as no-one knew where the others were, or if indeed, there were any.

“When we heard this man’s tale, it was unanimously agreed that a network of lines should be established, to connect the settlements to each other. Marker stones would be erected showing the position, and directions, to each one. People were elected to find the other settlements and to put this idea to them. We reasoned we would be safer if we knew the whereabouts of each other. We could form alliances to keep ourselves safe. Now, not only were we protecting ourselves from animals, but from people too.

“And so they set off and, in time, many settlements were discovered, and nearly all of them agreed that it was a good idea. It would be harder for the rebels to rebel if they knew other settlements would come to the aid of their leaders, most of whom were fair, and devoted to maintaining the integrity of the settlement.

“Then it was decided that there should be central communities whose job it would be to oversee, and feed, their own group of settlements. Huge banks and ditches were created to mark out their territory, and smaller settlements were under the protection of the larger ones. To maintain balance, the larger settlements were built on hilltops, and could be seen by the others.

“All worked, for a time. The people lived abundant lives, peace reigned, with only minor grievences. But came a day when the invaders rolled up on our shores and everything changed. Our lives, our way of life, changed dramatically. We were no longer lords of our lands and one with the God and Goddess. Now we were outcasts, sent to the margins to exist, but still under the central control of those who wished to take everything we had created.

“Our people became the unwanted ones, as others joined forces with these new invaders, who promised them power and wealth. Some of us remained separate, nomadic travellers. We had returned to the old ways, but it was harder now. The invaders had taken our land, which they now controlled and so, they also controlled the food. We returned to hunting and fishing to feed ourselves. What we had created, to serve and support the communities, was now being used to control them, and there was nothing we could do to stop it.

“In despair we turned to the Goddess, and she told us to bide our time, that soon her ways would return and the ‘takers’ of this land would be gone and all that had once been, would be again. Reassured, we waited, ever staying in the background, watching as waves of new invaders arrived, taking from the takers. But alongside them, came people from another land and they could see our handiwork. We rejoiced, for we thought this was the time spoken of by the Goddess. But we were disappointed. They too were overtaken by the takers and all they built, they lost.

“Over and over again, we watched those who would take, overtake those who tried to bring back the balance. To us it seemed like ‘soon’ was just too far away, so we shrank back into the forests and woodlands, slowly giving up hope that the Goddess would return. The land was a wasteland and we could no longer look upon it.

“One day, we noticed something changing. The world was becoming brighter. At first we did not understand what this meant, but the God and Goddess appeared to us and told us that it was Time; Time for their return to the land of men and to the honouring of each other and of the Earth.

“We were overjoyed, and celebrated with huge feasts and dancing in the moonlight, for we still did not wish to be seen. We began to notice people appearing in our world. People who could see into our hidden places; people who desired to bring back the ways of the Old Ones.

“We collectively decided to share our knowledge and wisdom with these people, for we could see who was pure of heart and who was not. Those whose intentions were true, we passed the knowledge to, making a pact with them that they would share this knowledge with others, who like them, also wanted peace and balance once more.

“And now you know our story. We are the Sidhe of Old, the ancient energies who live in this world and who have been waiting for this time. We hope our collaboration with you, and the ones like you who are trying to ‘right’ the imbalances in the world, yields positive results.  Only in working together can this work be established, and only in this collaboration can our lives have meaning again.

“We are glad that the humanity of the new World are working in partnership with the humanity of the Old World. Together we create a bridge of Light, a bridge that we hope many will cross, bringing our worlds together once more; bridging the wide gap of Time and Space to become One again.

“All this we hope for, and in our hope, lies our deepest desire for communion. All for One and One for all. That is our hope. We greet you on this bridge, so together we can walk into the future, hand in hand, as One.

2nd Level Attunements.

A message from the Green Dragons.

This is part two of the Summer Solstice activations on Old Winchester Hill. Just as I was finishing writing this, I heard their words come in and wrote them down. This is the first time these energies have communicated in this way but they are eager for us to reconnect with them. Their message is at the bottom of the post.

Once we were finished doing the merkaba work and creating the essences, we walked along the bank and ditch towards the way out and I thought we were pretty much finished, until I stopped to take some photos of the beautiful valley and felt that familiar sensation of energy in my lower Tan Tien. At the bottom of the valley, on the north side, there were pockets of woodland. They looked strangely unreal. I thought maybe it was because I was looking down at the trees from a height, except that the rest of the landscape looked normal. Maybe it was my eyes, I thought, trying to focus. And then I no longer felt like myself. Now I felt like a woman from the hillfort, and in the woodland, a green dragon energy lay curled up asleep in the trees.

The reason why the Green Dragon had come into the conversation earlier now made sense. It was also interesting that Chris did the work inside the boundaries of the Hillfort, but the woman who worked as a priestess – she may not have been called that at the time but it was her role- worked with the dragon energy outside the hillfort, on the slopes.

The green dragon is the creative energy of the trees, of vegetation and often connected to natural springs. It represents abundant growth. It was clear that in the past the hillfort was cleared to be lived on, but other areas outside needed to be maintained, for agriculture, etc. The north side of the valley is steep so crops were grown on the more easily worked south slopes.

I was aware that the woman’s energy was as guardian of the Dragon areas. It was her job to maintain them, just as the female leaders of the Neolithic maintained the sacred springs. Trees were necessary for their survival, so they needed to be taken care of. The trees down the slope from the Hillfort appeared to be growing on the Green Dragon’s back. The area might have been more heavily wooded in the past, but now only pockets remain, and yet this dragon under the trees was asleep.

As I stood looking down the slope from the ramparts, I felt that this dragon priestess would have regularly held some kind of energetic ritual. She would feel into the land and know when an area needed something more. She was very much in tune with the green creative forces of the earth and it was her job to maintain their energetic nature, keeping the areas abundant. These areas too were semi-wild, in our terms re-wilded, except that they were never un-wilded. They were carefully maintained to provide natural foraging possibilities.

“Sorry. But that’s all there is!”

In the past too, when there would have been more trees than there are now, these dragon places provided security. They would have acted as a buffer against outside forces but also added to the resources of the tribes inhabiting the fort. Working with the green dragons was seen as a female role, because women were connected to the Mother. They embodied her. They were the Mothers. The male role seemed to involve working with the energies inside the hillfort, but it was a woman’s role to tend to the green dragon energy, and their creative output. In this hillfort, anyway.

These sleeping dragons need to be awoken, and worked with, by those people who carry Green dragon energy. There is a resonance, between the green dragon in parts of the landscape ,and that part of a person that is ‘green dragon’. Green dragon people grow things. They love trees, and all growing things. They create havens of natural growth, arks and gardens of Eden,

When it is time for the landscape to awaken, they will be called, and they will bring the green dragons to wakefulness again. They may carry the green dragon from one place to another, places where the green dragons once reigned. Places which were once green and fertile but which now are built on and nature shut out. Our awareness of the necessity for the green dragon energy needs to be increased. We cannot exist without nature. And it is the people who work in the green places, who tend the trees, etc, who will awaken the dragons so they can be anchored again. Places that are now in ruins, which were once used as centres of human power, are being reclaimed by the green dragons.

Sources of water often lie beneath these places: springs and wells. The green dragon protects these sources, so they continue to flow, allowing both their physical properties and energetic flow to continue nourishing them. I have found green dragon energy trapped in small lakes which were once connected to the flowing waters of a nearby river. Now they are used by people to fish but there is no flow. The dragon energy can be trapped in the deep layers beneath the water and needs a person who holds the green dragon energy to release them from their prison so they can continue to flow with the river.

As I was writing this, the Green Dragon consciousness came in with information about itself:

We exist on the astral layer and are guardians of land and sea. We exist within the layers of light and dark, following the streams of energy created by nature in her toil. We work in close communion with the elemental energies, those beings who maintain the growth of plants, the sunlight that touches their leaves and the water that flows from root to branch to leaf. We work in concert too with the air, and with the rain, and with the wind that shakes the pollen from the trees, and plants, allowing it to fertilise the land.

In our time, we were masters of all, but now we have diminished in power and exist only in myth. We are powerful still but not so visible, because you have lost the ability to see and feel us. But this is changing. We are growing in stature and soon we will reign, as once we did on these shores, and man will know our true power once more.

For those of you who work with our magic, we say this: we welcome your endeavours to reach us, and are glad that you open your hearts and minds to our existence. We hope that many more will open their eyes to us and learn to work with us, in partnership, as they did in times past. We welcome all attempts to connect with us and so we leave you with this wish: that when you are out and about and something sparks an awareness of us, stop, and listen and open your inner eyes. See and feel what is right before you. I created this one in a Bullaun stone by St. Fiachra’s Well in southern Ireland. A bullaun stone is a very large granite boulder with hollowed out depressions on its surface. The stones are associated with early Celtic Christian Churches. When I tuned into the stones, I saw bread dough being made with water from the spring. This dough, when baked, would be the sacred bread, the communion of the mass ceremony held in the church. The bread was created with both the feminine energy of wheat and the masculine energy of the water. The essence was created with water from the Bullaun stone and then anchored in a Hawthorn tree that grew beside the sacred spring. The Triple Flames of the Divine Feminine: Gold, Magenta and Blue poured into the bottle. The flames are frequencies/rays of healing which are anchored at sacred sites and in rivers, lakes and seas to bring healing, and to add their frequency to the atmosphere around where they are placed. The frequencies of these flames work on the Merkaba level of your energy-field. On another level, the water from the spring of St. Fiachra also protected those people who carried it, from drowning. Old Winchester Hill. Green Dragons, Merkabas and an Essence. 20th June 2024 Prt One.

For this year’s Summer Solstice, we were ‘told’ to go to Old Winchester Hill. This is an Iron Age Hillfort with a Neolithic past (4000 bc to just before the Roman settlement of Britain). Although it has a Neolithic history, it was not settled until the Bronze Age – which is when the Mother was venerated along with the sun as Father. We have not worked with this site for over fifteen years but we were told to go and ‘ramp it up’. I received impression that there was a merkaba above the site but when we got there we discovered there was not one, but two, side by side. Somebody has been busy over the years.

Walking along the path to the hillfort,at a certain point, we became aware of the energetic forcefield. The margins of the site’s energy. I saw it as a white circle around the site and Chris saw it as a dome. The dome is a protective energy placed above the site to contain energy. In this case the dome was just under a kilometer in diameter. In southern England, where the land is chalk, ramparts and rings would have been gleaming white. The ‘ring’ around a site denoted its protective and sacred energy and would have been visible for miles. Especially when these places were built on prominent postitions.

Approaching the Hillfort from the path, I kept hearing that our personal vibration was still not high enough to match the frequency of the merkaba at the top. So we placed our intention to match the frequency, not realising that actually what they meant, was we were not high enough in the landscape yet. It was only when we were in the hillfort, and walking towards the top, that we were told we were reaching the right vibration. So it was our physical position on the site that matched us with the merkaba. When we got to the two round barrows at the highest point of the hillfort, where the trig point was located, we were told we were now high enough.

It was when we got to the first barrow that we realised there was a merkaba over each one. I’ve never seen that before. The merkabas were both in and above the barrows and there was a doorway we had to enter first. Thedoorway was in the side of the merkaba. This was a first. Before going into the first one, we had to attune to the merkaba energy and then enter the energetic doorway. Sometimes, although we have been doing this work for over thirty years, things can still surprise us.

We stood on the centre of the barrow/Merkaba and Chris saw the guardian of the site dressed in a white robe and carrying a staff. He spoke of stars, and constellations. The barrow felt like a boat, much like the energy at the end of the Dorset cursus, so I imagine these were built by the same people for the same purpose.

This turned out to be a masculine work for this site so Chris did most of it, until the end, when I did my part. Some sites are definitely masculine and others feminine, which we only find out once we get there. Other sites are dual so we both work them.

In the centre of the barrow, the top pyramid of the merkaba was open to higher dimensions. I call it angelic, because they are of a higher vibrational light and I have no other name for them. There was also a faery-like elemental energy too, and a green dragon. This elemental energy was female and she appeared as a faery that grants wishes. She had a wand, like in the fairy-tales, with a glowing star on the tip. I knew before coming that we had to make an essence, and she told me now to place the open bottle on the ground. She tapped the bottle three times and each time starry sparkles from her wand went into the water. I was aware of a protective white dragon, like at Burlington but it was just ‘around’.

Chris saw rainbow light going into the bottle, each colour coming from a point on the merkaba, as though the merkaba/ascension energy was being activated. So, the essence was an activator of ascension, building the merkaba frequencies around the physical body, thereby making Soul-manifesting quicker. Pretty good, so far, I thought.

Chris then had to speed the merkaba up so he added the solar light he has been carrying since a trip to France years ago, filling the merkaba. Solar light is a masculine energy and its inclusion in the merkaba ”ramped it up’, as we were told to do. Next we went into the second barrow, which again had a doorway. It was as though both merkabas were joined energetically and we had to leave one merkaba through a doorway on the opposite side to the one we had entered. The second merkaba also had a door through which we entered. This barrow/merkaba felt more feminine. Possibly the person who was primarily buried here in the past was a woman.

This wabarrow was interesting because it contained very different energies. Chris often sees a gold lattice-work column when he does energywork and this time he was seeing the same thing, but this one had a red crystal sphere on the top, like a transmitter. It reminded him of the Eiffel tower, a structure I have seen in recent crystal readings. This Eiffel tower suggests an energy structure that has its feet securely on the ground while the energy is drawn up to another level. Well grounded, bottom up Ascension, as opposed to top down.

Once again, we had to activate the essence, and this time Chris placed energetic rubies in the water, followed by Sapphires energy which I put in. Rubies are feminine, and yet it was Chris’s task to place them in the bottle. Sapphires are a masculine energy, and I had to place them there. It was as if his feminine side, and my masculine side, were energising the essence with our polar opposite. Rubies are the crystal Love of the Mother, from the Ruby layer of the crystalline planet. Sapphires and Rubies are both from the same family: corundum. The only difference between them is the colour. Ruby is the heart and Sapphire the mind. The balance of masculine/feminine is now anchored in the essence. But it is the balance of the Great Mother’s emotional body, and her mental body that is contained there.

The energy of this Merkaba was very much about raising consciousness to a higher level while still having feet firmly on the ground. Considering how much energy had just been anchored in the essence it was no surprise that this was necessary.

We felt our work was complete in this barrow and knew we had to go back the way we came. So we exited through the energetic doorway and re-entered the first barrow/merkaba. But when we were there, we found there was nothing more to do. We sat on the ground and the Guardian appeared again. He told Chris to: ‘Learn the ways of the Dragon. You have to know where the dragons are in the landscape and when you find them you have to wake them up.’ The guardian then went on to tell him about a Green Dragon and a story that existed about him. This was a welsh story with a Merlin vibe. Chris was given a name which turned out to be a place in Wales associated with a holy well and a dragon. The Merlin vibe gave us a time frame of post-Roman. Something we will have to investigate later, I’m guessing. This Green Dragon mention was also signifant later.

In the next post, I will explain more about the Green dragon energy and function, and the information we received about the dragon women who worked with them, and who are calling them awake again.

Summer Solstice Crystal Attunement. 2024

My guides have ‘suggested’ I do readings for each of the festivals of the year, and for the new moons, anchoring into the grid the energies for the coming months. I begin with a crystal grid meditation for the summer solstice, which feels to me like Stonehenge, but it is also all the circles that fulfill this fertility function. I used the Woodhenge essence a friend and I made on Mayday at both Woodhenge and the Cuckoo stone. It connects us to the Cosmic elements of Stonehenge. An appropriate essence, I thought.

The grid needed to have more fire than usual, so four candles were placed, each one in its own corner. Once the flames were lit, I was instructed to place water in the center. Next, the quartz crystal circle was aranged around the water. This circle felt like a representation of the stone circles. Then an amethyst point was placed in North, South, East and West of the grid, connecting the circle to each of the four directions and holding all in balance.

Lastly, I was told to use flowers. Flowers? I mentally scanned my house. Where was I to find flowers? Then I heard: ‘Don’t you have roses in your garden?’ Why didn’t I think of that? So, I gathered some petals from two roses and placed them in the grid. These represent the love and beauty of the Mother in Nature.

Listen to the meditation and feel yourself there. You can put yourself in the grid by imagining you are standing inside it. I’ve put the image of the grid below the recording so you can see where to put yourself. In placing yourself in the grid, or simply listening to the recording (done on my iPhone so excuse the quality), you are bringing the fertility of Mother earth and Father Sun/Sky into your auric field and hence into your life. May it bring you abundance, connection and healing.
