I know the Elven Realm as the Sidhe ( because I’m Irish). For me, they are the consciousnesses of the early peoples, the ancestors of this part of the world. However, these Elemental energies exist all over the world. They are not known as the Sidhe in other places, because each culture has its own history and its own ancestral wisdom. You might connect with them as elvish beings, spirit beings connected to nature, and nature energies themselves. They appear in whatever cultural ‘clothes’ you recognise. Yet, they are the guardians of Nature, those entities that guide the land and take care of its growth.

Recently, they have been prodding me to to offer an attunement to them which you can do whether you do the Gaia Method Earthways or not. They want people to work with them, to attune themselves to the fairy realm, or the realms of the Elementals, so we can take care of the world and work in harmony with their consciousness.

They also offer healing, which is a magical experience, to help your body resonate with the energies of nature. Taking care of the physical body, and becoming aware of its needs, is the natural outcome of this healing. Our body is made of the same ‘stuff’ as nature and so receiving healing in this way helps our bodies adjust to the frequency of nature.

We all have an elemental body, which is the energy consciousness of the physical body, and when you receive healing or an attunement from them, this is what is attuned. It is a fascinating process. I guide you to their realm and, within a beautiful place, my Elemental guide attunes your elemental body to their frequency. Your animal helpers might participate, or if you work with crystalline consciousness, they too may turn up. For everyone it is different.
