Meeting My Spirit Guide

This is the story of how I first connected, consciously, to my main guide. I hesitate to call him a ‘spirit guide’ even though he is not physical, at least not now – and he feels more like a friend than a ‘guide’ although he does guide me, or at least keeps me on the straight and narrow. He resides in the realms we all come from, the world of the soul. Home.

My first meeting with him happened when I did a meditation to meet my guide back in the early nineties. Like most people starting out, or who have never known who their guide was, I wanted to know too. I had been developing psychically for a couple of years, and had become a Reiki healer. My focus at that time was to connect with my soul so many of my meditations began with making that connection. When you first learn to work with your soul, you know you’ll only to get the right information because you have developed that channel.

Having got myself into the right depth of meditation, I asked my guide to show him/herself. At first nothing happened, then a grizzly bear appeared in my vision. It was standing beside a woodland on four feet.

OK, I thought. Maybe my guide is a bear. But then the bear stood up on two legs and I realised he was giving me a message. But I wasn’t getting it. So he did it again. Then I understood. But as usual, I gave my guide more status than he was comfortable with. At the time, I thought guides were somehow far superior to us mere humans, so I thought his name was ‘Great Standing Bear’.

His response? ‘No, it is just Standing Bear.’ Said in a voice of humility and grace.

For a few years, following that first conscious contact, he often arrived as a bear, and gave me bear-related messages. Such as one message where he opened his furry skin right down his middle and pulled me into it. It felt womb-like and safe and I knew he was giving me his protection. And I needed it. I was starting my healing journey, on a conscious level, and it was traumatic. To say the least.

But then things shifted and often, while lying in bed, preparing to sleep, I began to receive visions. A first nations warrior appeared in front of me, on his horse, telling me to climb up behind him. Together we rode across the plains to a lone teepee. I dismounted and was told to enter it.

A large fire lit up the interior and around it sat a circle of elders. My guide sat at the other side of the fire, at the twelve o’ clock position. I was instructed to sit at the one o’clock postion and then I had to do certain things. Sometimes, I was told to throw things into the fire, or I was given information, or a peace pipe, which meant I had to lay something to rest.

When the ceremony was finished, the other warrior would take me home, and then I could fall asleep.

This happened on a number of occasions over the years but each time, I noticed how my postion in the circle of elders changed. I was moving around the circle and soon was at the six o’clock position.

One night, I was taken to the teepee as usual, but this time as I entered, I saw Standing Bear clearly. He said to me, very loudly, from across the fire: “BLACK ELK SPEAKS“. Even though this was only a vision, it shocked me out of the vision space and I couldn’t find my way back to it.

For days afterwards I wondered what the message meant and then forgot all about it. We didn’t have the internet then so I couldn’t look it up online.

Then one day, a year later, I was in Waterstones book shop, when I suddenly asked the man behind the counter, ‘Have you ever hear of Black Elk Speaks?’

‘Yes,’ he replied. ‘We have a copy here.’ And he went to one of the shelves and picked out a book. On the cover were the words Black Elk Speaks. Once again, I was stunned. A book! I paid for it and brought it home, still shocked. It was as if my inner reality had met my waking reality and the collision had caused an earthquake.

The aftershocks were even bigger. In the book, there were photos of Standing Bear! MY Standing Bear! He had been a real, physical person and had only died a couple of decades before my own birth.

It took me weeks to get to grips with that. How could that be?

Once again, my understanding of what spirit guides really were was shifting, seismically.

I discovered that he had also been a writer and he wrote books about his childhood on the plains. He had also been a movie actor and had been part of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show. And he had even come to England. To say my mind was thoroughly blown would be an understatement. Incidentally, my Maternal grandmother’s surname was Coady and my Mother always told us we were related to Buffalo Bill. She had a wonderful imagination. But, in hindsight, it feels like it served as a reminder, a hint to remember that my soul could pick up on.

But slowly, it all began to make sense. Why, when I was a child, I thought I was born into the wrong body and should have been a Native American boy with black hair. Why I was obsessed with plains indians until my twenties, reading everything I could and getting angry at the way reservations were run and exploited. I’d even picked out future children’s names in the sioux language and had memories about sacred objects. For instance, when my children were born, I kept that little part of the umbilical that eventually drops off so I could put it in a bag for them for when they grew up. I knew exactly what that meant. It would be their medicine. I never actually did it, but I still have some of them.

Your guides are part of your consciousness. Their energy is so close to you, especially when you are younger, that you can feel like you are them. Their energy is so much a part of you. I noticed the same thing with an african guide when I first left home at nineteen. I became very interested in different tribes in Africa for a few years. Many years later, I discovered this African’s name. Mabusu. He is a zulu warrior, and my protector. He appears often when I need certain types of protection. I have had a number of African guides, both male and female throughout my life.

But no guide had ever blown me away quite like Standing Bear. As much as I am very grafteful to my Zulu guide for always being there. Although meeting Red Feather was also a huge surprise.

I ‘grew out of’ my Native American (First Nations) obsession in my twenties when I became a mother and I developed something of a more psychic need. But when I ended up in the UK and began my psychic development, I often heard a name come into my head. I thought it was ‘Kunta Kinte’, from the series ROOTS. Even though I heard this many times, it never seemed to mean anything significant. I looked for the meaning, watched Roots again, but gleaned nothing from it.

Until I read Standing Bear’s book. When he was a child, his name was Óta Kté. He had been giving me his name for years before I finally made contact with him. Preparing me.

My teepee visits continued until one night, when I entered the Teepee, I was at Ten O’ Clock. Standing Bear told me that I was nearly ready to sit beside him. When I did, I would have reached the place he too had reached and would be ready for the next phase.

Whatever that would be.

I eventually did because I never needed to visit the teepee again. Now I was ready to be my own guide, even though he has always been by my side and pops in when I need him. Especially when I am going through challenging growth. Now the teepee has come to represent growth and development, emotional, mental and spiritual, and is one of the energy symbols you can receive in an attunement. So much is tied into that symbol.

One of the things I am aware of from Standing Bear’s incarnation is his ability to adapt. He had to manage the changes the white man brought. He had his own native life stripped away and given a new name, Luther. He had his hair cut off and learned to read and write. He lived a very different life to what he had grown up with.. But he managed those changes. He adapted and made his life a success. He found a way.

I imagine that, as my guide, he was also helping me with similar challenges. I have also had to adapt to shifting sands in my life and to grow rather than remain in resentment about changes forced on me as a child. And, because I also write, I’m sure his influence has had a large part to play in that too. Acting, on the other hand, is never going to happen. I am far too self-conscious for that. But he has helped me navigate the stormy waters of childhood and, to be fair, the equally stormy waters of most of my life. He helped me to grow, to move past issues and to make my life mean something. He wrote books that showed people how he lived before he had to go to the white man’s school. Because he adapted, he survived, and he lived a good life as a result. A great lesson to learn and share.

My own life mirrored his, in an Irish way. I spent the first ten years of my life, minus the two that I lived in Australia which I cannot remember, in a river valley in southern Ireland. Some of it was tricky, with emotional family dynamics and accidents etc, but I lived in nature. It was my safe place. Until my family decided to move to Dublin and everything in my life changed. It also changed for my siblings. After that life became very difficult and we experienced years of challenge. Just as Standing Bear had to do, we learned to survive. I adapted and grew. His guidance gave me strength, even though I did not ‘remember’ him. But I dread to think how things might have been had he not been there all along.

The last shock of recognition I experienced with him was in one of his books. The copyright is held by one May Jones – which is also the name of my first grandaughter! So even when that blew me away again, I laughed when I read it. It was his way of saying that my writing would be taken care of.

I had finished writing this and decided to put a quote of his to finish this blog. I looked up one of his books for sake at Abe books and found a name that has been coming into my head for days. Houghton. Turns out it is the name of a publisher who published his book back in 1931. Standing Bear knew I’d be looking it up. I love that he’s still there, looking on at me with humour.

The Rainbow Vortex of the Air Elementals.

This is a sixth dimensional tool that lifts you out of the emotional body to connect to the higher mental body, or Celestian body of you and the Earth. It connects you to the blueprint of your own life and that of the Earth’s. The sixth level is the level of the Divine Mind, the archetypal level. It is the level from where inspiration, vision, and higher knowing originate. In this layer you can experience: Divine love, Spiritual ecstasy and bliss and your connection to universal consciousness.

Working in this layer teaches you how to clear what you no longer need so you can operate more from this level than your own human mind.

I recently flew to Spain for my monthly visit to my elderly mother. Thousands of feet in the air, I felt my channel open and strong waves of energy move into my field. Earlier in the day, I had felt an internal vibration so strong I thought I was coming down with the Covid virus again. I nearly cancelled the trip, but the Ryanair website refused to open. I took it as confirmation that I should continue with my plans.

Sitting on the plane, the energy increased until I saw an air elemental appear in a sphere in front of me. It is not the first time that air elementals have communicated with me while I am flying somewhere, but they never appeared in a sphere. There was a reason for this, as it emerged. My own field, with the Arcturian medallion, expanded to merge with it. I was aware of my Lemurian guide standing to one side, overseeing and guiding this process.

The elemental being was a male energy with a colourful, whirling energy that looked like a tornado. Through our joined fields, he pulled me into this whirling energy of his and then he wrapped me up in it. Once it was around me, it took the form of a cloak of rainbow energy, which he closed up in the front. I was completely sealed inside this cloak.

Once this part was complete, I was aware of myself as separate from him again, yet still in the combined spheres. Sitting in my seat, he handed me a book to help me understand what this energy is and how it is to be used. Books often contain information which is shortly afterwards intuited and experienced.

Telepathically, he communicated that the cloak was an air elemental cloak. A higher elemental energy from layers way above the Earth. The colours represent the different energy layers within the atmosphere, more like the human energy field, but completely of the air. He then suggested that I meditate on each layer from red to violet, keeping my focus on the mental body of the earth.

Each colour of the rainbow vortex, and therefore the air, has its own vibration which affects the human mental body. He shared a way to change the vibration of thoughts, so we can choose thoughts of a higher vibration. These thoughts affect the layers within both the personal mind and the collective mind, along with the beliefs we hold in them.

Then I received the impression that he came in the sphere because it allowed him to merge with me in a more focused way. This merging of fields was directly connected to the Arcturian medallion. Overall, the energies of this being was beautiful, if not a little intense, but then I began to experience feelings of great sadness about pollution in the air. This was followed by the hope that mankind could find ways to travel and create things that don’t add a lower, denser vibration to what should be pure and clear.

I was reminded of the difference between Cader Idris, in Wales, with its beautiful crystal clear energy. Humanity would greatly benefit from this clearer air, and our physical bodies would feel energised. His hope was that greener ways of living would increase and also that we would recognise more the absolute importance of trees, especially those at high altitudes and those of great height. We need to recognise the job they do in creating a clearer air and energy. He also said that more trees were needed.

He went on then, to give me the exciting feelings for the relationship between trees and the colour layers of the air elementals, which felt like a joyful communication and cooperation.

He also showed me how the green, and blue, dragons work within the trees and above them. They’re in a level between the trees and the air, clearing the air of black particles, like manta rays scooping up plankton, or bats eating mosquitoes and midges, on the wing. These dragons are intermediate energies. More subtle than the trees, but more physical than the air. As wind and rain, they keep the energies clear above the earth, which feels really exciting. Moving between the trees, in the air and on the ground, around mountains and over lakes, they enlivened, cleared and charged the mental body of the earth. This is how the dragons work in the atmosphere to clear mental noise created by us.

The mental body of the earth is like the mental body in the human energy field. It is where our beliefs are held, energetically. The mental body of the earth is where our collective beliefs are stored, and it also needs clearing. Not all beliefs are negative, however. We keep the useful ones and discard the rest. The Rainbow Vortex helps us to do the work of clearing the mental body of Earth with the help of the air elementals and the dragons, who also work within these layers. But it also helps us to clear our negative beliefs and learn how to work with our own thoughts. If our thinking gets in the way of achieving anything, this vortex energy spins whatever is getting in our way out of our field.

I was shown how the red dragon – the lava – focuses its attention on energy. It felt powerful as it moved through the earth, a surging power that was both flowing and explosive. The red dragon people carry that energy and are energised by volcanic places and igneous rock. They are highly creative people and in sync with the red coloured layer in the airy mental body of the earth. The other colour layers affect this energy, symbolised by the creative energy of lava flowing as pyroclastic flow, and how it is calmed and cooled by the air, and the sea, the blue energies. The blue energy calms an overactive mind.

The blue water dragon flows. It moves around obstacles in its path and is connected to the blue layer. Through storms, it moves in a layer that appears as a blue/lilac colour, bringing new energy and fast-moving particles. It devours the build-up of human fear and emotional thinking. It returns life to balance. The red and blue dragons are close companions in this work. They dance together, one creating, the other maintaining balance, but both with the same intention: creating harmony through venting and letting off steam, a glorious dance of creation.

“We anchor this in you now, with joy and life, and the love of survival. All is harmony, followed by moments of chaos, but all swings back to balance once more. Watch us as we work through trees, through fires and floods, tornadoes and hurricanes, through volcanic activity and earthquakes. Do not fear these changes, for they are all necessary to the earth. Just as you humans need to let off steam and run off excess energy, so too does the Earth. All is in divine order, and all will be well.

“As the earth goes through this rebalancing, so too do you, collectively. For those of you who are sensitive to these energies, we say this. Do not fear the power of the Earth to mould and reshape herself. It has happened many times, (Atlantis and Lemuria were given as examples), and will continue to do so as she expands. You are all part of this expansion, whether you know it or not, and are privileged indeed to witness it. You chose to be here – now. You chose to be a witness to these exciting changes and events. Do not fear, but rather rejoice in Earth’s transformations and growth.

“She is shedding a skin, rising in vibration, and you will all benefit one way or another. End of transmission. We will return many times to bring you more information. Do not be sad about the loss of this energy, but rather think about what we have said and forge a greater alliance with the Being of the Earth. Witness her transformation, for it helps to transform you too. Farewell.”

And I did experience the lessening of this beautiful energy as the elemental being’s sphere separated from mine, with the help of the Lemurian guide.

A day later, I was told to use the vortex. I was shown how each of my guides, from the stars, the ancestors here on earth, and the elemental dimensions of nature, adds their colour to this rainbow vortex. It is as though I were surrounded by the telepathic vibration of my guides on each layer. If you are one of those people who connect to star beings and to the elemental intelligences on earth, this tornado is your connection. It keeps your feet firmly planted on the earth plane while your consciousness can be elevated to work with the higher atmosphere of earth, which is the meeting place of earth intelligence and the star beings. They are the frequencies you work with and who help you on your journey.

Another aspect of this tornado is to pull out beliefs generated in past lives. When it does that, it looks like a candy floss maker, pulling out the coloured floss of each belief and adding those colours to the tornado – just as a tornado uncreates things on the physical planet. You may be shown your past life and how it has negatively affected your life. When you work with the rainbow vortex, you are cleared for further work.

Healing with The Arcturian Medallion.

It has taken me a while to write this down because I had to wait to see how it worked. This is a healing template given to me by my Arcturian guides. It comes in the form of a gold medallion which is anchored into your body and energy-field. It helps to consciously harmonise your personal energy-field with other fields of energy. For example, you might want to harmonise your field with that of abundance, or health, or love, etc. Or with another species, such as horses, or trees.

The harmonising part is easy because the medallion contains the energy that allows you to harmonise your energy field through intention. Anyone can do that without the use of the medallion. All you have to do is consciously focus on bringing two fields of consciousness together. But where the medallion comes into its own is how it affects deeply held beliefs we have inherited from our family of origin and the world.

When my guides first gave me this energy they also immediately told me to harmonise my field with the field of money. Great idea, I thought! That’s easy. And it was. Easier than I thought it would be, at least. But once I had done that, they then told me to harmonise with the energy of the Bison. A different form of abundance based on need, planning, saving, and most importantly, respect and gratitude.

Based on what I thought harmonising might look like, I expected my ability to make money to get easier. But nothing materially changed. Not immediately, anyway. Instead, something deeper was taking place. Having the medallion in my field brought up family beliefs and dynamics around money. The energy affected my DNA. It showed me what beliefs still affected me. But more significantly, I found myself at peace around having money. Now it feels like simply another sphere of energy that exists, like a planet in the universe. It’s there; I’m here, and we coexist. I am more comfortable with it.

I had ceased to see it the way I had been brought up to see it: something desired yet feared. I no longer felt anxious. The attachment to it shifted. This is a good thing, because when we lose the attachment we see it for what it is, an energy that allows us to live. When I am faced with bigger costs, instead of worrying, I am reminded to use what I have. To not be afraid to let it go. It flows in; it flows out.

The bison on the plains allowed the nomadic tribes to live. They knew the times the animals would come and were ready for them. They hunted the ones they needed, and saved what meat/hides they could for those times when the herds were elsewhere. They used the resourse wisely. And that is what the medallion teaches. It shifts beliefs so that we use the resource well when we have it. It teaches us how to respect money/abundance.

This medallion is about healing and literally helps us to vibrate at the same frequency as the field of energy we want to be part of. But what it also does, is heal all those parts which are not in resonance. This is really important. I might want wealth, but do my deeper beliefs tell me I can have it. Even writing this, I find beliefs coming up: I only want enough to be comfortable. I don’t want to be rich. These beliefs feel perfectly rational to me, but do they block me from actually having the comfortable life I would like to live? And when I say comfortable, I don’t mean in a mansion. I simply want to live the way I feel comfortable. Something that is simple, functional but aesthetically pleasing. That’s my idea of comfort.

Working with the medallion helps to clarify and release beliefs that block manifestation.

One day, I received an inner prompt to harmonise my field with the field of good health. This was trickier. Health isn’t a physical thing like abundance. I had to shift my perception, and not see the field as one solid thing. Instead, it felt amorphous and subtle. But it has had surprising results. The DNA aspect was highlighted and I was shown the beliefs I had inherited from the previous generation. In clearing beliefs passed down to me through my father, I could clear them from my field. What is right for me could then be clarified.

Naming your demons is half the battle. Not that my relatives are demons. They’re actually very nice people. But I don’t want to manifest their beliefs in my life. Beliefs I didn’t even know I carried and which kicked in in certain situations.

Each time I focus on the medallion, I am shown another way to use it. The health one was very useful. Now I am having new impulses to get healthier, through diet and exercise that suits me. Flows of healthy energy are emerging into my psyche and I am feeling what I need to do, releasing what is not mine. Which I love. My guides also make suggestions, such as seeing a nutritionist, or having a certain type of healing. The shifting is gradual. It is not a quick fix.

I tune into the medallion once a day, activate it and it does its thing. Sometimes it spins out the negative energy I have accumulated; sometimes it shows me how to eat better, so my vibration is higher: what food is beneficial; what food is not. Sometimes it attracts postitive things into my field.

While you walk in the woods, you can also activate the medallion to harmonise your field with the collective field of trees. Or with the energies of water. There is no limit to what you can harmonise your field with. But give each field time to work on yours so you can see and experiences the changes. They will be obvious over time.

Tuning into the medallion daily, and activating it, even for ten minutes at a time, is enough to make those changes. It is exciting when you experience new thinking emerging from deep within you, and wwhen you have new ideas around improving your life. The Arcturian medallion puts you on a new path, and gives you much more power over the choices you make.

Creating the reality you want becomes real and not simply a concept. Sometimes we just need a little help.

The Lemurian Flame of Poseidon

This is a healing flame gifted to me by the Lemurian guides I work with, whom I made contact with both in Wales, many years ago, and again a couple of months ago in Southern Spain.

It is a flame of deep emotional healing and the development of Feminine wisdom, whether you are male or female. (Link for attunement is at the bottom of the page).

The energy of the two beings I connected with, on a beach called El Bajondillo, in Torremolinos, was the masculine energy of Poseidon and the Feminine wisdom of the sea. I did not realise that in making that connection I would be working with them in such an intense way.

Two months after that first connection, they activated the Lemurian Flame and the Lemurian Pillar of Poseidon. They came in with a lot of information and a way to connect with their energy, and then they gave me no time at all to integrate, but as usual, threw me in at the deep end.

The flame is made up of two energies: a sea-green flame surrounded by a flame of pearl. The sea-green flame is the masculine healing energy, and the pearlescent flame is the feminine. The green flame brings deep healing of the emotional body. The pearlescent flame is a flame that grows from the wisdom gained through this deep healing. The Pearlescent flame also becomes the beacon to others who recognise the development you have gone through because it will be apparent in both your energy field and behaviour.

My Lemurian guides told me to add the following, after they had explained it to me by showing me a book, then placing it in my heart. They opened it, and it concertinaed, all the pages joined, showing me how all is joined together seamlessly:

“The Book of Poseidon holds sacred knowledge devoted to the healing and evolution of humanity. It carries the wisdom of the Lemurian enclave, the masters, and the sisterhood, preserving teachings that guide the awakening of compassion, care, patience, tolerance, devotion, and love in all its expressions.

“Love is not a single frequency. Like the many facets of a diamond, it reveals countless dimensions. What may appear to be one vibration actually contains many subtle frequencies, each representing a different aspect of love. As each facet is developed, another quality of love is awakened and refined—a process that often unfolds over many lifetimes.

“Throughout your many incarnations, you have learned these qualities through experience: compassion through suffering, patience through waiting, tolerance through difference, and care through connection. Much of this learning has come through trial and error, through living and growing in countless forms and circumstances. All that you have learned remains within you. It is stored within your own inner treasury of wisdom. Every soul carries such a bank of knowledge, gathered across lifetimes of experience and growth.

“The Lemurian Flame assists in awakening and remembering these qualities of love and healing. It helps you access the wisdom already within you, while also bringing awareness to those places where love may still be distorted or out of balance. In doing so, it gently refines and strengthens the qualities of compassion, care, tolerance, and patience – supporting you in expressing them in whatever situation you encounter.

“All the many expressions of love are interwoven with wisdom, for wisdom and compassion arise together. They are not separate qualities but reflections of the same truth. To feel compassion for another is to draw upon wisdom—the understanding that allows you to see beyond appearances, to recognise another’s experience, and to respond with empathy. This wisdom does not come from theory alone; it is born from what you have lived and learned through your own journey.

“Without wisdom, true compassion cannot take root. Compassion itself is something that is learned and refined over time. It grows through hardship, through challenge, through suffering and struggle. These experiences, though difficult, are often the very paths souls choose to deepen their understanding of life and of one another. Through such lifetimes, we learn patience, tolerance, and a deeper appreciation of the journeys of other human beings and other forms of life. Each experience expands the heart and opens the mind, awakening memories of the many lives in which these qualities have been cultivated.

“The pearlescent flame reflects this process of transformation. Just as a pearl forms through layers created in response to irritation, the soul forms its wisdom and compassion through layers of experience. The flame mirrors this process, reminding us that from struggle and learning, beauty, understanding, and love can emerge.”

When you receive the Green Flame in an attunement, it is anchored into the bowl of the pelvis in the physical body. Its size will be exactly the frequency you need for your healing journey. If you have been on your emotional healing path for a while, the size of the flame you receive will reflect that. Your guides do not give you more frequency than you can manage, especially if you have not been in a healing process for long.

Working with the green flame is important because your healing becomes part of the collective healing. Poseidon works with the collective emotional fields of humanity, so, in working on your own healing, you are also serving humanity and helping to raise the frequency of the planet. The more people who clear out the old, dense energies of the third dimension, thereby raising their own frequency, the more they clear the path for others to do the same.

The green flame is deeply cleansing and allows you to reach places you have been unable to reach before. Yet it is gentle. It removes internal blockages that have prevented you from moving forward in your life. Removing these deep-seated issues helps both you and the planet to evolve.

And again, the issues you can unlock with the flame will be those you are ready to release.

If you have not been in a personal healing process for long, the pearl flame is anchored within the green flame. It will grow as you do. The more you heal, the larger the pearl flame will grow until, eventually, it will surround the green one. At this point, you will be ready to assist others in their healing journey.

Once you are attuned to the Lemurian flame, you will be working within Lemurian consciousness and will be assigned a guide from Ancient Lemuria to help you on your journey. You will be guided to places on the Earth where their energy is accessible and in which you can feel their energy. They will greet you when you get there.

Another very useful aspect of this flame is that as it allows your consciousness to cut through the negative thoughtforms within the Earth’s energetic field. These thoughtforms look like dark clouds and are made up of beliefs that humanity has formed over thousands of years, and more. As a channel you want your channel to be clear. You want to be sure you are receiving information that will benefit humanity. The flame does that. It bypasses the negative collective beliefs, including beliefs that originated in prior civilisations and which still affect us. It is the greatest challenge to being a channel, especially if you are sharing information. The flame will only allow in information from above the collective field and will teach you how to directly connect with pure information.

In the past it would take years to learn to do this, but the Lemurian Flame of Poseidon gives you a tool to connect directly to your guides without picking up what is not truth. Working within the earth’s energy field means swimming in the sea of consciousness, working in the layers we have created. Just as when we are doing our self-healing and moving through our own clouds of belief and subsequent emotions.

Unmanifesting the Web: A Lesson in Letting Go of Old Realities

The following is a meditation my guides told me to do. They often tell me to tune in to accept what needs to come in.

When I closed my eyes, I see a red energy all around me and light codes streamed into my consciousness. The Reiki Master symbol, the Dai Ko Myo, expanded my energy field so I knew that what was to follow would be an attunement. I became aware of the red and black spider beneath my feet. She was clinging to her web, upside-down, wrapping silken threads around the eggs she had just laid. I was reminded of the fogou Chris I visited many years ago in Cornwall with its birthing chair and stone womb. There were many spider’s eggs sacs suspended from the ceiling, hanging from the damp walls.

This is what I wrote during that visit in 2006:

“The energy on entering the fogou was powerful. Just inside, on the left side was the creep. The doorway to the creep was narrow and low and we really had to squeeze through it to get inside. It was difficult to imagine just why it was there. I would have been much more careful if I had known how many large spiders there were hanging about. Egg sacs hung suspended from the ceiling everywhere.

The creep itself turned out to be ‘L’ shaped, and we were in complete darkness here, so we needed the torch. In the first part of the creep, before it turned left, we had to move past a boulder on the ground. It looked like a reclining woman. Moving past it and turned the corner to the end of the creep, we were greeted by a rounded stone blocking the entrance. It reminded me of a cervix, an entrance from the outside world to the inner womb.

I went back to the stone that lay on the ground. It looked like a seat and I felt an immediate urge to sit on it. It was like sitting in the lap of the Mother and I began to feel like I was in labour. I wanted to sit on this reclining stone to have my baby, as this is why I was in here and this was its purpose. When I said it to Chris, he told me, with surprise, that he felt this was a woman’s place for having babies, but he had ignored it thinking he was making it up. He felt uncomfortable being in there, so he squeezed back out through the narrow doorway.

I had a strong sense that the pregnant woman would have been helped into the chamber from outside, through where the big stone now blocks the entrance. Then she would have sat on the stone chair to have her baby, in the womb of the Mother. It was as if her baby was not only being birthed from the physical mother, but also from the Great Mother. When the child was born, it would then have been handed to those waiting outside the small doorway, as though the baby had been born twice. It would then be welcomed into the physical world of humanity and the tribe. A gift from two Mothers. This baby was emerging into the physical world of the Mother from the Mother’s other worlds.”

So, back to the present. I had the thought that this meant I was creating new ‘babies’, birthing new ideas and realities. With that thought, my energy opened from my creative centre, looking and feeling like an inverted cone, moving upwards into another dimension. Next, a spider, from a grid above me appeared. It felt more masculine. It had a brown body and it moved down from this upper web into my body, becoming part of me. I had the impression that it was some kind of desert spider, yet I could still see the black and red spider beneath my feet with her eggs.

I was now this large brown spider, becoming this energy, its legs extending out to each side of me. My guides then said: ‘Camel Spider’. They explained that it could go the distance. It had something to do with creativity, but not the same kind of creativity as the black and red spider. It was more like a creative energy on a level that isn’t the deep earth, but is more in physical reality. I was aware of it pulling in the silken threads of a web. Not weaving them, but pulling them in, threads of a web that have already been woven. It pulled them into my centre, (Hara), as it was recycling them. The threads were all potentials, old creative ideas. I could see some of them above and behind me, moving from some point in the past to a point in the future.

I pulled some of them in like pulling a rope, gathering them all up inside me, undoing creations, pulling them in so they can be rewoven. It was as though the web that I had created, at least some of those threads needed to be dismantled, to be recreated. I was unweaving the future. Letting go of visions of the future so that new ones could be created. I had created these threads of reality in the past and they were no longer necessary. They were built on old beliefs, formed during times in my past that would have manifested in the future. Old ideas of what I thought would be. But new threads are needed. My female spider is laying new eggs which grow, new ideas, new thought creations.

This masculine spider dismantles. It destroys the threads of the web, but he does it with intention. Un-spinning them. It changes my future, disconnecting me, my soul, from other places, other people who will no longer be part of my reality. This feels empowering because those threads I pulled back into myself then travelled up through my body and emerged from my crown centre. Long vibrant threads of rainbow web connected to my higher reality leaving me feeling empowered and steady. I knew I could completely trust in the creation ideas that I received from ‘Upstairs’, not those ones that I receive from outside of me, from other people. But completely trusting my ability, my own knowledge, myself, not the beliefs I get from others about what I can and I can’t do, feeling sure in my creative expression, knowing who I am.

The male camel spider, pulls back the threads of the ideas other people have for me, rather than ones I feel for myself. I don’t need to manifest a reality based on who other people have told me I am. And the female spider in the earth is busy creating new ‘babies’ for me, but old creations and connections need to be dismantled first to make room for them.

So, for those of you have received a brown spider in readings or attunements from me, this will help explain that the masculine spider energy is an uncreator, and unmanifestor. Yet the threads pulled in from the old web also feed you on some level. Each thread is a different possibility that needs to be uncreated, or recreated. The camel spider pulls in energy from old beliefs, and futures you no longer need to manifest. Each thread is a future that you’ve envisioned, or a possibility that exists outside of you. But it’s now pulling those all back iso that you manifest new realities based on who you are, not what other people in your past have told you you are.

Healing from the Angelic Realm.

This is healing I love to do because it moves my consciousness into the celestial body, the sixth layer of my auric field, or higher-emotional body. This is the layer of the field where we experience spiritual ecstasy, and where we feel our connection to the spirit world and unconditional, or Universal, Love.

In a distance session, using a crystal layout, Aura Soma and music channelled from the Angelic realm specifically for healing, I accompany you, in your spirit-body, to the spirit world which is our true home. You are then given healing by a team of dedicated spirit healers who themselves channel the frequency of the Angelic realm to you. Sometimes, these healers know you very well and sometimes they are a group of Souls whose service it is to give healing to any soul who requests it.

They work in the layers of your energy-field, channelling healing energy into whatever issue is holding you back, to whatever is stopping you from creating the life you want. They work with love and dedication, removing old thoughtforms, old traumas, etc. Once they have achieved this, they then transform the energy into its positive opposite, giving you a new freedom.

From my place in the spirit world, where I wait, I watch what they do, so that you know what is happening. The Crab Wood Tree Network.

Part One. 4th June 25.

I had some time spare in early June so I went for a walk in Crab Wood outside Winchester. I wasn’t expecting to do any work, and I was only out of the car two minutes, having taken some photos of the ripening corn, when I felt a tree calling. Right at the corner of the woods beside the road. Great. Now. I’d have to pretend to be taking photos so I don’t look like a crazy person battling my way three times around a random, and not all that impressive, oak tree.

Once I had walked around it three times, and then stood against it, I made the heartwood connection. My consciousness connected to the branches, which feels like my mind is moving upwards so I am in the branches. Next, I moved away from the trunk, looked up, and with my hand on the bark, keeping that physical connection, I was instructed to make contact with two other trees close by. One was a fir tree and the other a beech. This was tricky because there was so much undergrowth.

I made the connection with the fir tree, then the beech, joining them together with a golden thread. This created a triangle, which was to become the foundation energy for something else. The something else, however, was at the other side of the woods.

I crossed the road and followed the path, not sure where I was supposed to be going. But I passed through a cloud of flying creatures that looked like fairies. They weren’t fairies, they were moths, as it turned out, but they are called Fairy Moths.

I continued along the path, still not sure where I was supposed to be going, but aware of the gold thread I was energetically carrying in my auric field. I followed my sense of direction, making choices at each junction on the path, feeling my way forward.

I spotted a young oak tree, some way along the path, and headed to that. Again, I had to walk around this tree three times and each time I saw the gold thread, or cord, wrapping around the trunk. This was followed by making the heartwood connection, front and back, and then touching my forehead to the bark, as I’d learned to do with the oaks on the Itchen Drove.

Once this tree was connected, I had to take it to another tree. I knew it was on the other side of the path I was walking but ended up going too far. I turned back and then saw the tree, nearly opposite the one I had just worked with. Before I found it, I felt the energy petering out as I wandered up the path, an indication I was moving further away from the tree I needed to get to. Like when you play that game ‘hot or cold’.

This oak I also had to walk around, but only once, again wrapping the gold cord around it to take somewhere else.

These are all young trees, and so far, all oak, except for the triad of trees on the other side of the woods. The next tree was further up the path, but I managed to pick some wild garlic on the way, which would shortly not be good enough to eat. The last tree was the anchor for this network, the end point. I walked around it three times, wrapping the gold cord around it as I went. This was the end of this circuit, and I still had no idea what it was about, or why I was doing it. But there was a definite start to the network, and a finish. The final tree stood beside a hazel copse which was still being harvested.

Once I had completed this circuit, I wandered down a different path and came to a beautiful, big ,old beech tree. This one had an energy but I knew the connection with it was not for today. So I wandered down another path making my way out of the woods.

I reached one part of the woods and felt an energy, then heard the familiar ‘welcome, daughter.’ This part of the woods felt alive in a different way, more alive, as though I had walked into another dimension. There was a guardian here who looked like a druid and who wore a crown of oak leaves. He was gentle, yet mischievous, and I felt like he knew me and that I knew him. The whole area he stood in was like a sphere of green, holding this space, and he told me to return here the next time.

Part two. 6th June 25.

The following week, Chris and I went back to Crab Wood to make that connection with him, but found ourselves connecting another tree network. We walked up the path within the green sphere, and I was aware of the druid person, but he was not communicating with us this time but watching us.

We passed a tree and immediately, we were at the start of a new network. This connected two oaks with an infinity symbol . We walked this infinity symbol three times around the trees, joining them together, one in each loop of the symbol. I was aware, at this stage, of the overall tree consciousness. How the trees communicated with each other, their collective energy.

Again, we preceded to the next tree, taking the energy of the initial connection with us but also taking that sense of tree-consciousness. They were all living in different parts of the woods but not connected energetically. They needed to be aware of each other, to be aware of themselves as part of a network of Living Trees.

We came to the next one and this time there were, again, three young oaks. We did the usual walk around. I began to feel that we were connecting these trees together in a particular way, like a telephone communications system. A network. But this network was not connected to the one I had done a few days earlier. Each one seemed to be separate, like a group. It also felt like a network of tree-people, the humans who work with tree consciousness. A living network. And yet each small grouping was anchored by one larger tree. Each network also had a different beginning point, a geometry, and an ending, with an anchor tree.

This network we were currently working on, was held within the sphere of the oak druid. I also knew, at this point, that the anchor tree for this network was to be the Mother Tree at Lainston House. My Mother Tree. An old Yew. We continued connecting the gold cord energy until we came to the perimeter of the green sphere and decided to have a potter before going to Lainston House. First, though, we had to go back to the anchor tree of my last visit. Nothing happened. So instead, we found our way to the lovely old beech of my last visit and this time the energy was big!

We made the connection with the heartwood symbol, standing with our backs against the trunk. My consciousness rose into the branches again and to the Diamond layer of the earth’s field. It was as though this diamond energy came down through the tree trunk and then flowed out through the heartwood symbol we had just activated. This allowed us to access that layer of the earth’s field and the ideas contained within it, These are the seed-thoughts from the mind of the Mother.

Next, we faced the tree, and the heartwood symbol came out the back of our heart centre. The energy was an orange-yellow. More dragony and coming from the lava layer beneath the earth, moving up into the tree as if this symbol was an aerial, accessing this fiery, creative energy. With our back to the tree, we accessed the diamond mind and its clear, precise inspired ideas for the world. With our back to the tree, we accessed the powerful creative energy of the earth. This gives form to the ideas coming in from the diamond layer. Without this creative, fiery energy, the ideas would remain in the mind and never be birthed into physical reality. We did not know it at the time, but we were being given an attunement that would make sense when we created another network in Andover, a few weeks later.

Once again, we made the third eye connection to the tree, the third part of the process shared with us by the oak. This connected us to the entity that resided within the tree, which reminded me of the Enid Blyton books, which comes up a lot when doing this work! He looked like a Brian Froud gnome, the elemental energy of the tree consciousness.

‘Take our stories’. The tree then communicated to us. ‘Spread them far and wide, like seeds.’ We had received this message before, in Farleigh Mount when we first met the guardian there. Instead of a gold cord around this tree, however, there was a gold chain to take with us.

Back up at the original oak-anchor, we facde the sun and filled our auric fields with its energy, through our solar column, the channel through which we bring in solar light. This column is an energy column specifically for bringing in solar light. The sun filled it up and also filled the carnelian crystal I’d been wearing and which I had activated with solar light, and a dragon energy, earlier in the month. The solar light was white so the whole body was infused with it.

I then saw a fairy trumpet. Long and thin with a wide open end. The sounds that came out of this trumpet came as colour which then bounced off the plants and trees, creating an orchestra of sound and colour. Because the trees had been coppiced, they needed light and energy again, so they could grow back whole. It renewed them energetically, like a message to tell them they were OK, and to keep going. A little plant support for trees which had been cut back nearly to the ground, leaving only stools behind.

The musical notes, as colour, were to reassure the trees that they were OK. It energetically, infusing them with the will to live, to grow back. Healing the trauma. This fairy trumpet was a gift indeed!

As we walked back to the car, I touched a few trees we had not worked with on our way up to the old beech tree, but as I did, I saw the gnome energy in them again. This kept happening until I understood that the gnome energy was travelling in the trees, watching us as we walked down the woodland paths. They moved their consciousness within the consciousness of each tree, able shift their energy from one to another without being seen. Very secretive. Because we had connected to the one in the Beech tree, we could now see them. Each culture would see these energies their own way. I see them as Froudian, because I love his art and his portrayals always felt more real to me.

Now, when we re-entered the green sphere, we picked up all the gold cords from the trees we had worked with. It was like holding a bunch of balloons, the cords of which needed to be brought to the Lainston yew tree.

We drove the couple of miles, to the other side of Sparsholt village to where the Yew grows.

At the woodland, that runs alongside the Lime-tree avenue to Lainston House, I was still aware of the gold cords from Crab Wood. I walked around the Tree, which was always my Mother Tree (We all have one) and wrapped the gold cords around her trunk, three times, so she was the mother to them. When I first connected to her, over twenty years ago, she had told me that she was the mother to all the trees around her -she was hundreds of years older than them – and that she fed each one energetically. This was years before the idea of mycelium came into the public mind. She was way ahead of us. This wonderful old yew was the main transmitting station, she said, for all the trees around her and now for the ones in Crab Wood as well.

But now she wanted us to make an essence, so we placed the bottle at her roots. She then extended her energy, out from her trunk, to bring us into her field, so we were within her etheric body. We also touched her trunk so that we were aware of her solidity, her physical presence. This was important. She was making us aware of the physical body and the etheric body together. She said that although she has an energetic presence, just as we do, her physical presence is what makes her accessible to us. Taking care of the physical body therefore, was really important. Without this physical body we could not affect the physical world.

I saw her pour drops of sap into the bottle and this was like thick nectar. It was about nutrition, about nurturing ourselves through natural substances, not processed foods, allowing the energies of nature to sustain us, physically. When we eat these natural foods, healthy and clean foods, we too will become healthy and clean. We are what we eat. Pulling up the nutrition from the soil, as the tree does, we become the healthy tree-people. She also suggested using tree sugars and honey (raw) as our sweeteners. She reiterated, allow nature to sustain us physically.

In her etheric field, we were being changed too – to become more sensitive to the foods that are not good for us. Instead, going to foods which are gentler, kinder. Man-made produce is harsh and rough to the system, she said, but eating foods that are not processed resonates with our bodies. So her gift to us, through her etheric field and the essence, was the ability to tell which foods were good for us and which made us ill. Eating the right foods would make us strong like her and well able to live to a ripe old age, just as she was doing.

We were to take the essence orally, every day, to make us think like trees and only take in what is good for us. The Gift of nutrition, so we would resonate with tree energy and and know what was good for us. Well, after all this, the inevitable happened. I had to give my orange carnelian crystal point, that I had activated with the crystal dragon weeks before, to her, burying it in her roots. A gift for a gift. But she was not finished. Little diamonds were placed in the essence, once I had given her the gift, and they represented a trickle of her ideas. I looked forward to using that one!

The Living Meadow: A Channeled Vision of Unity in Nature.

This was channelled material I received a few days ago, while I was trying not to feel such despair over human behaviour and world events. It was my guide’s way of giving me a potentially more helpful outlook, much as they do during readings. They spend more time focusing on what we can do rather than dwelling on what we cannot. This equally applies to individuals we are in relationship with, whether family members, friends or partners. This view, that our guides want us to cultivate, is how they view us, and how we view those on earth, when we are not physically incarnated. Bringing heaven to earth is about bringing Soul love and compassion to those who are struggling here. We come to earth with a view to helping humanity, and so our guides give us some help when we forget!

“Long have we recognised man’s need for more. Long have watched how each individual strives, in their own way, to acquire what they believe to be ‘their right’.

“But we are here to tell you, man has no more rights than the birds in the trees, the ants that move through the grass or the fish that swim in the water. All are created equal. All living things on earth are created from the same soul, the same rocks, the same elements. No one of Gaia’s creations is more, or less, worthy than the other.

“For this reason, we come to you this day to instill in you a profound sense of connection to all living things. To every bee that lands on a flower, every blade of grass, every human being. And especially, to those you do not think deserve it.

“To you we say now: Love every aspect of creation. For as you love creation, so you learn to love yourself. For those who struggle to love, or understand, their fellow humans we say especially this: extend your love to those who act out, for their pain is the motivator. Heal the pain; heal the shame. Heal the trauma that perpetrates more trauma. Those who hate need more love, not more hate. Try to see them as creatures of the earth who do not recognise that they are part of creation, with an equal right to exist. See them as needing more love, not less.

“See each human being as a blade of grass in a beautiful meadow, each one standing proud and free. Visualise how the world might look if everyone understood that each had the right to a place in this meadow. That, through their roots, they were joined in a common endeavour; to expand, to show their beauty, to scatter their seeds.

“Try this and see what comes of it, what ideas come to mind. See yourself as a blade of grass in this meadow and allow yourself to feel part of this wonderful creation. It is your collective creation. Your desire for a better world.

“Do this for nine days and see what changes, See how you change. Document it and witness the miracles.”

Hawthorn Essence. Magdalene Down. May 2025

On our previous visit to Magdalene Down, we felt we needed to make an essence but had not brought a bottle of water – making another visit a necessity. The following week, we headed back up to the barrows, this time with a small bottle.

Before we entered the area we needed to ask permission to enter that space, which is not something we have had to do before. There was a male entity wearing a crown of hawthorn leaves and a woman who reminded me of Galadriel. He was like the Green Man energy and she was more like an elemental/ancestral guardian of the round barrows. Although they worked on different levels, they were aware of each other and the role each played at the site.

When we reached the hawthorn tree, Chris was told he had to give his crystal too, just as I had done on our last visit. His was a Lemurian crystal too and we had bought them at the same time. It’s all about letting go. But then he was given a hazelnut (Etheric) This had to be taken to Danebury Hill and other places. It was about planting the seed somewhere, especially places connected to water. Bath, Swallowhead Spring, etc. Like the Bishop used to travel to each of his churches, we had to do the same. But then he was shown an oak tree with a crown in it, the Royal Oak (this became significant later and also shows how easy it is to think we know what these gifts are for). As it turned out, a few weeks later, I gifted a (physical) hazelnut to an oak tree in return for an essence, placing in at the roots as a thank you. The oak showed us the crown in its branches). The tree was simply showing us what work we would do later with an oak tree. Work we did not know we would do.

I placed the bottle for the essence in the crook of the tree when prompted and surrounded it with blossoms of hawthorn. Then, we had to infuse the essence, through our breath, and through the hawthorn tree, as though the breath (masc and fem) moved through the hawthorn energy and into the essence as it sat between the branches. The Elemental feminine energy of the Hawthorn showed us the stained glass windows of Winchester cathedral, and then she placed some of the energy of the tree, as drops, three of them, into the essence … along with a thermometer. It was to keep the body in balance with nature and to help with metabolism and hot flushes, which people also experience when energy is moving through them.

Next, she placed three red drops in the bottle. These represented the haws and felt more physical. A gold band then went in too, and this was to hold the frequency in the water, holding the different energies represented by the white drops and the red drops. They would regulate the body, replenishing it, both energetically and physically, bringing it into harmony with nature.

And that was that for the essence … we thought.

A few minutes later, we were told to go to the other tree, just as we had been told the last time. It seemed there was some balancing needed to be done with the essence. This time, we had to walk four times around the tree, anti-clockwise. This happens when we are joining a feminine and masculine energy together. It does not happen very often. But there is something about the three and the four, (making seven) that seems to be significant. But I have not yet worked out what it is. The other me knows, of course!

I was told to drop some of the essence at the roots of this tree to make the connection between the two trees, on a physical level. But this time too, the energy for the essence was not from the tree trunk but had to be held towards it branches. It had to be held up to the sun. This connected to Solar time and the sun as it moved through the branches and flowers of this more masculine-energy Hawthorn. It creates a balance with the energy of the other tree, creating harmony.

Then, tiny little hawthorn fairies, small like the flowers, moved into the water of the essence. This was such a surprise! The other tree tree elemental mentioned making a tincture and then adding the essence to that tincture too, so it works on all levels. (I had already started one after last week’s visit here).

I expected these little hawthorn elementals to come back out, but they stayed there, playing in the water of the essence. This tree was in an overgrown patch and its branches had to reach for the sun to get its solar energy and this was the energy that moved into the essence. A striving for the sun. The other Hawthorn energy was more present in the tree itself, and accessible. This one was quieter, however. If he had been human, we would have called him shy. But that is quite the usual way for these elemental energies. They stay in the quiet, hidden, until they choose to open to you.

Walking past the feminine hawthorn tree as we left, she added that the essence was like a rescue remedy, acting to balance the physical body with the energy body so neither is depleted after doing energywork. It can be taken after doing a lot of work so the internal body battery does not get run down. Which is pretty good, as lately I have been experiencing exactly that. My guides come and say ‘You are running on empty’, just to warn me to replenish. Now, I turn to the essence and I can manage more.

We will return to Magdalene Down to collect some of the berries for another tincture. We’ll see what happens then. I will plant a couple of them too, in my garden, so we have the babies of that tree, inviting them in, as they said.

St. Cross Hospital.

St Cross Hospital in Winchester was founded by Bishop Henry du Blois and is one of our other favourite places to do energy work. Lately, we have been called there more frequently. A number of people have worked with this site over the years, but for those of us who do the Gaia Method, we are anchoring energetic templates for future generations, and clearing out older ones that are no longer needed. Ones that were set out to suit an earlier energetic need for change.

This series of activations is connected to the ones at Winchester Cathedral. Again, over the years we were called to do adjustments, anchorings of specific energy, as though we were preparing for a more focused energywork. And this Spring it has certainly been focused. There are timings here too. The activations happen when they are supposed to, although we don’t know their purpose, or how the timing is important. But each of us is drawn to the sites to do the necessary work.

This Spring has been particularly busy. From the Winter Solstice to around May the first, is my busiest time of the year. But this year has been very different, and activations have been happening every week. It feels like there is some important reason for this. Things hotting up; things opening; the time is NOW, sort of feeling. There is a sense of urgency, of getting in there because the energies are opening in a way they have not up until now. The next few years will show us why, I have no doubt.

This Spring, we were drawn to St Cross again because their cafe in the Men’s Hall is now open every day. Homemade cakes, yes please! And gluten-free. While we were in the cafe, I was told that we needed to do some work with the energy at the central green where we had anchored a pillar before, during one of their wonderful summer fetes. This time, we had to bring in another energy.

At the central green, I saw the flame we needed to anchor. It was the yellow flame. We were impulsed to walk around the green once, anti-clockwise, and as we did the flame grew, as if the walking was turning it up. This seems to be theme as Nadia and I did the same with the green on the south-side of Winchester cathedral.

Reaching our starting point again, there was nothing else to do, so next we were drawn to the garden with its beautiful tree and large pond – which is what we had to activate. So around we went, anti-clockwise, after a brief conversation with the many carp swimming around and hoping for a feed.

Walking around the pond, I was aware of it being a counterbalance to the flame in the green, joining them together like two spheres. Fire and water in balance. The flame is on one template, one layer, and the water is on another. Each has their own energetic purpose within creation.

Once again, having reached our starting point, we were instructed to throw something metallic into the water. The only metal we had was a coin each, so standing at the pond’s edge, together we threw the coins in, not feeling entirely comfortable. Next, I saw a string of pearls being draped from the left side of the pond to the right, the central pearls dipping into the water.

And that was all we needed to do, that day.

The following week, we sat in Kneaded having our breakfast and I was aware that we needed to go back to St. Cross but this time we needed to make an essence. As we sat there, feeling that what we needed to do in St, Cross was the same as what we had done at Winchester cathedral, I became aware of a disc being anchored around my body, horizontally, like a CD. Two more then anchored, one above this, at my heart, and one below, at my hips. I saw that Chris was being anchored with his three discs, which felt like templates of information. The discs were transparent and had silver and gold light language etched on them. This was the information needed.

The lower disc on my body was about water, the top one was about the trees, and the middle one was about flames, dragons and energy lines. Three tiers of energy information.

When we got to St. Cross, before we entered, we were drawn to the gate leading into the water meadows. St. Catherine’s Hill stood prominently in the distance, looking down over us. This was where we had to make our essence. Just prior to this, walking towards the gate, I felt a solar ray activate around me. At the gate, facing the hill, I held the bottle between us, aware that the three discs of information we each held were joined, like a Vesica Piscis. The bottle was in the space between, so that it received all six templates of information. It is an essence of how to work with sacred Christian sites.

The essence was also taking in the beautiful solar light and as we stood there, the sky was filled with an immensely beautiful female energy-being in the atmosphere, shining down like the sun. A solar elemental. She held the solar energy rays in her field and it was the energy of ‘presence’ and deep peace, and connection. The message was to stop, and tune into the Now. That feminine energy flowed down into my lower chakra, to centre and ground me, yet it felt beautiful and peaceful. It brought me back to an appreciation of the present, being present to all that was around me. All the sounds, the calm, the sun, the water, the birds. It all went into the essence. I could have stayed there all day, but we had other work to do. A Mary energy then appeared and she put a tuning fork into the water of the essence. This made sense later.

Chris had a visit from a man in black who gave him a bunch of keys. But as often happens, when you are given keys, you don’t necessarily know what they are for. They give you the ability to open energies in other places, places the Beings that give the keys know you will visit, even if you don’t!

In the hospital grounds, this time we had to work within the chapel. There are three little chapels within this building, and in each one there is a flame, or two. Each person anchors the energy they are told to anchor. In the first chapel, there was a flame of blue, which I had seen last week. I stood in the flame and it was a flame of Michael. I was expecting it to be feminine! Even though we had put there a few years previously but at the time did not know what it was.

We moved into the central chapel with its yellow-gold flame, larger than the blue. I already knew there was a Magenta flame in the lady chapel to the left as we had put it there years before. (Eartha also anchored a pink and gold flame during her work there. Another layer of energy). I stood within the yellow flame, holding the bottle open, and a string of diamonds descended into the center of it., down through the flame. I could see no end to this string. Then the bells of the church tolled eleven times, sending its energy into the bottle. This was the tuning fork sounds we had seen Mary putting in. We stayed, focusing on the sounds as if they were coming from tuning forks, letting their resonance be anchored in the bottle and in our bodies, until they faded away.

Heading next to the Lady chapel, I heard The gospel of st Mary. The saint being the significant word. To people in the Church of England, Mary is known as a saint, but in the Catholic church she is known as the Mother of God. So to whom were they referring? Perhaps, as Chris suggested, it is Mary Magdalene? She is known for having written a gospel.

In the third chapel, it didn’t feel like I had to add energy here, but then another energy came. It was about silence. The energy here was one of pure peace. A sense of retreat and quiet. This is the energy that was placed in the essence. Stillness, retreat from the cares of the world. A connection to the Divine-self. Again, I could have stayed all day in this lovely, monastic, retreat energy.

We burned some candles, as we always do. Me, for all the parents around the world, Chris, for all those people who could not burn one of their own. I felt myself raising the essence bottle, as if I was blessing the wine at mass, holding it up to the divine energy.

And that was that. Another lovely morning and another useful essence.

Not all energywork is ancestral, or elemental. Sometimes we are called to work in places we never imagine would need energywork.

I pass this new EV charging powerhub at Three Maids Hill, in Winchester, everyday and have watched it being built over the past year. On one of my daily journeys to Barton Stacey, as I was passing the hub, which had only opened two days previously, I saw a large geodesic dome over the site. The last time I saw this was in New York over the World Trade centre site when my guides arranged for me to go and do energywork there. My guides suggested that Chris and I go and have a coffee there on our next free morning. It needed work.

This is often how they show me what to do. They show me an image of what is needed and then I go and anchor that energy. Although, in this case it turned out to be so much more.

On a free morning, we both went and got a coffee in the new Starbucks. We felt we needed to be sitting outside the coffee-shop, so we brought our drinks outside and sat at one of the round tables. Almost immediately, I was aware of the geodesic dome around the entire site, each hexagonal ‘window’ a different colour. This is the same as the colourful dome I anchored in New York and I wondered if the flute would be used again, to bring the necessary changes. Chris began to anchor a solar ray, much as he had done at Stonehenge at the solstice in 2023, seeing the solar ray come in and move into the ground, where it solarised the water beneath the site. He was aware of it being like a network of lines, a spider of energy. (We realised that, of course, this is probably what all the wiring underneath the charging stations looks like). It looked like a Catherine wheel, sending energy outwards in a circular motion.

Chris then became aware of Cernunnos, but the Horned God did not feel connected to this place, but to some other place. (As it turned out, he was waiting patiently for us to visit to finish what we were doing here). Cernunnos had his antler headdress on and he was carrying a staff which he banged on the ground three times, sending out pulses of energy.

Next, I became aware of golden lines of light coming from the earth and moving up as though they were fibres of spun yarn being plied. They flowed upwards looking like now like a tree trunk and then splitting off to create branches. A massive, powerful dragon then appeared as if it were part of this energy but it felt so huge, like a storm, and yet it was simply power. Suddenly, each branch ending suckered onto one of the hexagons and began charging the hexagon it was attached to. The solar energy Chris had anchored into the ground, from the sun, was now being sent out in a different form to connect with this dome, creating a circuit of solar light.

We were, of course, at a, EV station which was powered by solar light, solar panels lining the edge of the area. But it was as if what we were doing was charging the area with solar light, of an energetic nature, making it blend harmoniously with the physical energy. I then saw how this network of solar charging stations would be all over the country and that it was not a bad thing. (I had been on the fence about electric cars), because it was utilising a form of energy which would be better for the world, ultimately. These stations would be integrated harmoniously with nature.

After a few minutes, I saw the dome again, and this time all the hexagons had turned to gold, fed by the solar energy circuit. The entire dome was now made up of gold hexagonal cells. Solar cells. But then another energy began to move up my body from my belly. It was lunar this time and it took the form of a woman dressed in white lunar light. A small silver, lunar, tree appeared beside the solar one and it grew alongside it. (This was connected to the work we had done in Flowerdown the previous week). The tree did not do what the other tree did but it grew to a smaller height and then its silver-white leaves and branches grew between the golden branches. Yet, although it was intertwining with the gold tree, it remained itself, radiating lunar light into the branches of the golden tree. It was using its light to hold and support the functioning of the golden solar tree, softening the strong masculine energy of the solar light. The lunar tree, feminine, was connected to the water which the solar beam had moved through when Chris brought it in. It made such a beautiful image, the lunar light holding, and feeding, the branches of the solar tree.

Both of these trees, in their own ways, were holding the energy of this dome. Working together to hold the balance. It was only when we were getting ready to go that I realised that we were sitting beneath a lovely young tree. A Silver Birch. So I’m guessing, the trees will balance the solar energy here.

Once we were finished, we felt pulled to go to The Running Horse pub in Littleton, followed by Flowerdown Barrow again. This was the reverse of what we had done on our last visit there.

We had a tea in the pub and made our way to the Disc barrow, aware that we were doing, in reverse, what we had done last time. This time, it was my turn to walk around the standing stone. I walked around it, sunwise, three times, feeling dizzy at the same place as Chris had done, (on the left side of the stone). I imagine this was because I was at the right layer to be working on. As I walked, I was winding an [etheric] golden thread around the stone, so it was wound three times around it.

Next, we walked to the smaller barrow and stood in the centre. A large gold pin was embedded in the ground by my feet which anchored the gold thread.

We continued on to the main Disc Barrow, aware that I was bringing the thread with me. Standing in the centre of the barrow was the Horned God, Cernunnos, patiently waiting for us. I walked to the centre, and pinned the gold thread there too. We were very aware that the stone was not in its original position, but yet we could see and feel that connection-memory strongly, as if the stone was still connected to its original position. In connecting the stone to the barrow we were, effectively, repositioning it energetically into its current position, holding its newer connection to the barrow, as it had done for centuries in its prior position.

I also became aware of a red line, moving from the centre of the disc barrow towards the smaller barrow. (This happens the same way when I am doing a crystal reading in that I see what crystals, or other objects, need to go in the layout, and the pattern that needs to be created with them). The red line had not been anchored yet, but I was shown what needed to be.

Cernunnos was facing Chris and gave him a necklace made of antler, a small portion of his energy for Chris to work with. It felt like an attunement, for Chris, into the energy of Cernunnos. (And, as that is his energetic name, given to him when he received his first Gaia Method Attunement, it was very fitting. It indicated that he had come into his own, in terms of development and service to Mother Earth. Time to step more into his Cernunnos role).

Leaving the barrow, we walked over to the smaller Barrow where I brought the red line and pinned it to the centre. This red line was bringing the vitality of the main barrow to feed the smaller barrow, which is part of the over all grid. The gold line is solar. The sense was that it was also balancing nature and mankind.

On the barrow with us there was a woman dressed in a long flowing dress. They usually look either Elvish or mythical, because they represent a feminine energy connected to nature, the ancestors or elementals. She placed an apple in each of my hands, one silver, and one gold. The silver apple went into my right hand, where I would have expected the gold apple to be placed. The gold is a more masculine energy. The apples represent the knowledge and wisdom of the level in which she exists. In this case, the feminine knowledge of solar and lunar energy.

Next, she placed around my neck a small diamond-shaped bottle filled with diamond light. This was to be integrated when when I needed a boost of energy or information. The three energies created a triangle. This connects the gold, and silver, apples to the Diamond light of the earth’s energy field, that part of the crystalline field of Mother earth which is her higher mind.

I will soon find out what all this is about, but it feels like an understanding of both the masculine and feminine energies and how they work together to create the balance of Mother Earth. According to her designs. Not my will but thine.

Spring Flames.

January and February were very quiet months, an ebbing of my creative flow. But healing opportunities took me into Winchester twice a week and so I was able to do energywork on both those days. It was light, and very healing, and the only work I did for those two months. March has brought a renewal of energy which, as usual, feels like I have so much to share I don’t have enough time to do it all. But, I’m pacing myself. This is usually how it works for me, but this time there was something else going on, something in terms of the energies of the planet and the collective unconscious that I had to trust the shielding my guides were giving me. I could not access very much of anything of a higher vibration and it seemed as though my guides had gone on holiday. I was still able to work, and do readings, however, but earthwork suddenly became very narrow in its focus.

I had not expected to be doing anything except meeting friends for breakfast after my chiropractic sessions where I was recalibrating my physical body, and central nervous system. It has been a very physically shifting time, for many. There are huge shifts around what we put on and in our bodies. I finally managed to kick caffeine and have changed all my shampoos and face-creams to chemical-free. It felt important to get back to an as natural way of living as possible. I have also been having some wonderful healing sessions with Eve King, from Christchurch and Robin Landsong from Mt. Shasta. Both are ongoing. To move into the next level, as many of us are doing, I needed to clear some older, deeper wounds and patterns of belief. The flamework I ended up doing, was very much part of that clearing.

All of this past two month’s work was carried out in Winchester, mainly in the Cathedral but also in Kneaded cafe, which is built on what used to be William the Conquerer’s palace. This included St Lawrence’s church, which is built on what used to be the chapel of the palace. The first flame was in Kneaded cafe. I had only gone for breakfast, choosing that cafe because my daughter’s boyfriend manages it and he too is a Gaia Method healer and has a lovely connection to the earth.

The bathroom in Kneaded is on the top floor and in the hall outside, I anchored a white flame. These flames are often on upper levels of a building and it could have been here because it was beside st Lawrence’s church. It also felt like the flame would cleanse that layer of energy.

Two weeks later, I met Nef for breakfast, and while I waited for her, I saw the Brigit Flame anchor in front of what was once an open fire. This flame was yellow and I saw the Was sceptre move through it and up through the white flame upstairs. The top of the sceptre held the energy, like a hook, the bottom then moved down to the floor beneath, through a modern manhole on the ground floor. It then continued moving through layers of time. I could see it move through Elizabethan England, through the filth of medieval Winchester, the old sewer systems, then roman layers, and so on, until the sceptre reached the time when Winchester was not inhabited, but was an open flood plain with small branches of the river Itchen flowing through it. The sceptre continued to the bedrock, but I was aware that the energy that remained was the beautiful, pristine flood plain. That was the energy level Winchester needed, once it had cleared the other historic layers and all the emotions that lie there.

When I told the manager what I had done, the following Friday, he looked surprised but also pleased. He told me that he had been standing downstairs, behind the counter, when he suddenly felt that he was standing in a beautifully clear space in nature and that this felt like the purity of nature without any human interference. It was lovely for me to hear too, and I realised that this is what anchoring into this part of the past was about. It would bring some of that pure nature back into present reality. But first it would have to clear the other layers that remained within the collective unconscious of Winchester. Anchoring into the bedrock has another meaning. Not only is it going back to the physical past, but also the healing could go no further. Hitting bedrock means that are no more layers to clear.

Because the flames are both cleansing, and energising, wherever they are anchored they are removing denser energies that still affect the thinking of those living there. They are not aware of it, of course. It moves society in particular directions and their souls are drawn to the place became they have matching frequencies. Much the same as when we are healing our own emotional layers, and associated beliefs, we need to heal our collective layers.

Back to the day with Nef however, (the 24th January 25) when she came, we had breakfast and we both felt a pulling sensation, and knew that we had to go into St. Lawrence’s church. This often happens, when we both get the same feeling. It is good confirmation when you are still learning to trust your senses, although she has been doing this for many years.

In St. Lawrence’s church we planted another flame, this time it was Blue and contained the frequency of the Mother of Heaven, the Cosmic Mary. This flame lies within a band of gold on the floor, which holds the frequency of it in place on that level. Gold bands are often seen around a flame, holding it at a certain level, like adjusting the flame on a gas cooker. The band holds that frequency so it remains giving out its energy at that level. It does not fluctuate.

Standing in the flame, I saw myself pushing a large gold pin into the ground and attaching a gold line of light. This is how we create lines of force between places. They are then connected on that layer and feed each other or are held in a certain focus, nearly as twin flames.

We then felt the pull to the cathedral, so we walked down the tree-lined flagstone pavement to the cathedral, aware that we were creating a connection between the church-flame and the Cathedral. Inside the cathedral felt full of sunlight. The art around the walls was yellow and orange and it felt warm and welcoming. We lit our candles, as usual, sending healing to all those places experiencing trauma and also to people we knew and then went to stand before the high altar.

We each did our own healing here, standing on the step. My attention was drawn to the well beneath the altar and my internal connection went down into the water and, like a hose, pulled up the water, which became blue serpents, filling my womb. This is my second experience of this happening, The first time it happened was in the crypt with Malia (of which I will write when the time is right). The blue serpents are connected to the waters of the earth and to the storms and rain. It has been raining so much this past year that I’m guessing this is why the water serpents are showing up.

Next, we went to the Lady Chapel, but I was feeling two points, so Nef went to the three-flame point, by St Swithin’s tomb, and I went into the chapel. There, I anchored a yellow flame which was a flame of wheat dedicated to the energy of Demeter. I was aware of a light-being standing behind me with her hands on my head. I planted the gold pin in the ground between my feet, anchoring the blue flame of Mary with this one of Demeter. Two goddesses, but each from a different culture and time.

Each of these flames are connected to the Triple flame, where Nef was standing. They are a portion of the triple-flame which burns brightly in the cathedral. But it was interesting that these two flames were of a completely different vibration, more specific in what they were bringing to the cathedral, and to St. Lawrence’s. The Kneaded flames were much more related to emotional and time-line clearing.

Each time I returned to the cafe, I could see the colour of the Brigit flame, which is yellow, changing. It was slowly becoming magenta. One day, it was completely magenta. Then, over the days it began to change to a teal green. Again, these are all flame colours I am familiar with, but I have never seen them change frequency like this. On following visits, the flame was changing back to magenta again, and now it has remained stable with a yellow centre and a magenta outline. This brings the energy of love and bright optimism.

The following visit I made with Nef, (24th January 25) not knowing what to expect as usual, we got to the cathedral to find it all different. Now it was not all sunny and warm but all watery. Three sperm whale models were suspended from the ceiling and blue hangings hung from the pillars on either side of the aisle. The song of the sperm whale filled the cathedral.

We wandered for a while, listening to the sounds of the whales clicking and singing. It felt amazing to be in the cathedral with this sound everywhere and the changing colours of blue and green. We went to the third chakra point along the central aisle and tuned into what was happening. The clicks of the whales were in my bones, each click touching something in my body, opening something. I was told that my body holds the thought that it is evil, that physicality is evil, and this comes from catholic beliefs I did not even know were there. They showed me the ‘Devil’ from the Church in Rennes le Chateau, who is really the energy of the physical world. The sound was clearing out pockets of these beliefs from my body, around the demonisation of physical life, lust, etc. The belief that physical life is wrong and that natural physical things are wrong too. The belief was in my bones. I wondered later why it was that particular image from Rennes le Chateau that was the image shown to me. Past life connection possibly? I was brought up a catholic so there are plenty of devil images my unconscious mind could have chosen to show me to represent this old religious belief. Why did it show that particular one? I was aware that the belief was not one of my own but one imposed on me. I am aware of one traumatic lifetime where this happened, but maybe it was not the first time.

This whole experience was beautiful. We both felt as though we were moving through the ocean, walking in the water with the whales, perfectly at home there. I was also aware that the stones on the floor of the cathedral are filled with shell fossils. So much of this building contains the energy of the historical sea.

My next earthwork visit to the cathedral was with Chris, although the previous visit was with Nadia where she was attuned to the energy matrix of the cathedral. We stood on the point of the triple flame, which is blue, pink and gold. The blue flame filled our energy fields and we received information about the spiritual understanding of what was happening in the Middle East. They said that what is happening in Palestine is the completion of a 2.000 year cycle and that all people were fully aware, before birth, of what they were being born into (My guides had already told me twenty five years ago that this conflict was going to come).

The Zionists were playing the part of the aggressor, giving the Palestinian people the opportunity to complete what they needed to complete, enmasse. Now, in the 3-d world, both sides are completely unaware that this is the drama they are playing out, and there are other levels involved too. But from their Soul perspective, they understand. (So many people, individually, are also clearing up old cycles in the last couple of years, and so we are doing the same, collectively). From our Soul level of understanding, we do things with full knowledge, and awareness, but from our personality level, we completely forget and naturally we identify with this physical reality and our survival. I have to constantly remind myself that the ‘reality’ we see is not the true reality.

But, the reason I have posted this particular article was that we were also told that what is happening in the Middle East would have a ripple effect on Christian beliefs too. Christianity was born in the Middle East and whatever happens there, affects everyone, from all three western faiths. But specifically, we were told, the Christian faith. All three religions have, historically, been both aggressor and victim and, at the point of a sword, all three religions have been persecuted for their faith – by one of the other faiths. They have all acted in ways which were completely ungodly and yet used God as their excuse, and so it continues. But all lessons learned are learned from a Soul level.

We are clearing up karmic/soul lessons, and what is happening is part of that. It doesn’t make it any easier, but the blue flame of Peace helps us to hold that soul level awareness that all is not as it seems. We are moving into a new level of development, collectively and individually. Naturally, the personality side of me struggles with what I see happening in the world, but the Soul part of me tells that all is simply a theatre, a drama we are enacting and that all we can do is share our peace, and our hope that humanity learns the lessons, and turns instead to to compassion and thoughts of healing. (I hesitated to share this message, because I am so aware that few people are aware of the nature and reality of the Soul, but, it also felt important. Because there is something we can do).

So it’s been a busy flame-time, and I’m not sure it is finished yet. But this part of the work laid the groundwork for the tree work that followed and the connection to the Obsidian dragon. Everything happens in divine timing.

Tree Connections in Crab Wood, Winchester

I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for a few weeks now, fixing a twisted pelvis and a curve in my spine, which I’ve had for a number of years but did not realise. My sessions are twice a week, in Winchester, so it gives me the perfect opportunity to not only have my breakfast in Kneaded, a great cafe with chef-cooked food, and delicious hot chocolate, but also to meet up with friends and do some energy work around Winchester.

Today, ( 28th Feb 25) Chris and I went to Crab Wood, in Sparsholt, Hampshire, to visit a tree. One of the trees I wanted to show Chris, we could not find, but we connected to some others instead. One of them, I wanted to specifically visit on behalf of a friend in Ireland, but to connect with this one, I first had to touch base with the Mother tree deeper in the woods.

As usual, when we meet a tree, we walk around it anti-clockwise. Once we had completed one circuit, we stood facing it, and Chris felt his heart connect with the heart of the tree. (He had received the heartwood symbol which Malia (a friend form California) and I had been gifted by a pine tree in Micheldever woods last October). Chris received his from the lovely old tree in Winchester Cathedral grounds last week, which I will write about too, as they are all connected.
Once Chris had connected to the heart of the tree, he saw bands of colour around the tree, half a meter above the ground and about a meter out from the tree itself. The colours were light brown, brown and orange.
I had the idea to walk around the tree again, to see if more were added, but instead, the rings moved with me. Chris then walked around it again, and the same things happened. The bands of colour moved with them. So it was our connection to the tree that was creating them. This was a new experience.

I stood with my back against the tree, feeling a pull to do that and Chris saw the tree reaching towards me as if it was giving me a hug. With my back against the trunk I became aware of my spine being as straight as the tree trunk, as though I was part of the trunk. Sap rose up my spinal column and into my head and from my head I was aware that the sap was rising into the branches that emerged from my head, as though I was the tree. The sap fed the leaves and branches in a delicious way and I felt very connected to the vitality of the tree itself, and to the sun, to which my branches were reaching.

Chris, with his back against the trunk felt the energy rising from the earth up through his feet and into this veins, spreading out through his body, to the heart, which was important because his heart was now connected to the trees. From there, it went to his shoulders, down his arms and out through his hands. Finally, it spread through his head, meeting at a point at the top. He felt the impulse to spread his arms out and then his fingers, so he too became a tree.

My biggest feeling then came from the tree to share her energy with others. The consciousness of the tree needed to be sent out to other people so they could connect with the trees in this way. She said that Mother trees did not differentiate between fir trees, oak trees, beech trees or larch, etc. The energy was shared, sent out to all, so every tree could benefit. She did not make the decision that one group of trees were privileged to receive her knowledge and energy while others had to stand in want, but that every tree would be given it. (later I understood what this meant when I received channelling about writing a book about the connection between Runes and Trees; not something I understand, but which I’m sure will become clear!)

As I stood with my back against the tree, I began to see a gold disc forming at the level of my lower Tan Tien, on the Hara line, its centre at my centre and expanding horizontally a metre out from my body. As I later discovered, this was an information disc, for the project of the tree book.

Chris was drawn to two oak trees a little distance away so we headed over to them. I had brought water from the two springs at Glastonbury, the red spring and the white spring and shortly thereafter, I found why I was told to bring it. As we wandered over to these oak trees, Chris was suddenly told that they were called Arthur and Guinevere, which completely surprised him. Then he was told that the Mother tree we had connected to was called Albion. He found this hilarious, and strange. But, I’m guessing this is symbolic of something the trees were trying to show us around the masculine and feminine energies of Albion.

Once we got to the trees, I was told to walk an infinity symbol around them, connecting them together, like I had done before here but on the other side of the woods. Once we had walked one round of the symbol, which is all they needed, I anchored the centre of the symbol where the lines cross over, with a sapphire, which relates to the sapphire level of the crystalline energy-field around the earth.

Focusing on the sapphire, I then saw a small white flame with a yellow centre grow from the ground beneath the sapphire. The white flame is a flame of renewal. I have anchored a white flame, much larger than this, in Coldridge woods in Wiltshire, which was my very first flame experience, but this flame had a tiny yellow centre. Not sure what that means but it reminded me of a Frangipani flower which I saw a lot of in Egypt.

Once this was done, it was time to visit the beech tree down by the road, which holds the sapphire energy around it. However, as we walked back towards the Mother Tree, I spotted a piece of iron, part of a plough which had been discarded. In Egyptian hieroglyphs, the plough (also called a Hoe) is not only a letter, Mer, but also a ritual object. In the Gaia Method Earthways, we use it as part of the creation of foundations of ‘temples’. In the past, this was part of the sacred building process of building physical temples, but in our work it signifies building energetic landscape temples. So, it felt like a little reminder that we were building foundations.

Although saying that, it could just have been part of a plough. 😁

We continued on our way to the other beech tree, saying a mental thank you as we passed the Mother Tree.

At the beech, by the road through Crab Wood, we connected to the amethyst sphere around the tree which I had anchored there last year. I had been ‘told’ to bring a bottle of water to make an essence here so, after pouring some of the Glastonbury water at the roots, connecting it, again, to the other trees. I took it out and waited for what to do. Immediately, an energetic, hand, that looked cartoon-ish, formed from the sapphire energy and plunged itself into the bottle of water in my hands. It remained there, infusing the water with its energy and then it changed frequency and became yellow topaz. This felt like crystalline sunlight.

With both of those energies now in the water, the last energy that appeared was the sapphire, which formed a sphere around the bottle just as the amethyst sphere contains this tree. This sphere not only contains the bottle, with its two energies inside, but also adds its sapphire energy to the whole. This is the first time this has happened so it was very interesting. I understand that the essence is for those who work with trees in this way, connecting them energetically to other trees and connecting an energetic tree-field.

It was interesting that the Arthur and Guinevere infinity connection was on this side of the woods. I had done the same thing at the other side last year (and which Chris did not know about) and two trees were also connected to each other with the infinity symbol, One was feminine and the other masculine. But it was a Mother and a Brother tree that had to be connected. Again, holding some symbolic meaning that the trees understood.

So that was the end of that, until I got home and channelling came through telling me about a connection between runes and trees. I’m still trying to work that out, but they did say it would take time…

Tree Heartwood Meditation

This is a meditation of the connection gifted to us by the Memory Tree in Winchester Cathedral Grounds. It is an attunement meditation and offered to everyone who works with the energy of trees. It is also a gift to help you understand the world in the way trees do. It was given to help us all ground deeply into the earth, to stabilise our energy connection to earth for the coming times when events become even more interesting. The Blue Flame of Peace Attunement.

My guides gave me this message a couple of weeks ago (16th January 25):

“We recommend starting with hope, hope for the future; hope for humanity; hope for the living. We see all, and we see how humanity is holding a torch for peace. But the torch is small. When enough of you add your flame of peace to the flame of hope then, and only then, will peace prevail.”

Until I channelled the blue flame meditation this morning, (10 feb 25) I did not realise they were speaking literally, in an energetic sense of course. To help us to remain energetically steady in the face of so much distortion and destruction in the world, they have given me a meditation to use during times of fear. Especially when we find it difficult to separate ourselves from the traumas of world events. At these times it is important that we remain focused on the Soul, remembering that everything that is happening has been chosen by each incarnated soul, on all sides, for their growth and development. However, because, once we are born into this world, we forget that we are only inhabiting our physical bodies, we get caught up in the world dramas, feeling the fear and pain of all involved. To help us remain focused on the higher awareness of our reality, where we can do something that helps the world, my guides gave me this meditation. This does not mean that we blissfully trip off into a meadow of sunny daisies, but it does give us the frequency of peace and hope so that we can transmit that awareness and energy into the world around us. It also helps us to focus on what we can do to help. As I was channelling the meditation it soon became clear that their earlier words meant something in particular.

They have given a meditation that blends both the flame of peace with the flame of hope.

This flame belongs to a trio of flames, each one of a different frequency. The three flames are the Blue, the pink and the yellow. In Winchester cathedral, we have over the years, anchored the triple flame on an energy point, as well as portions of those flames in the smaller chapels. The portions are anchored as individual portions of the triple flame, depending on the purpose of the chapel. (We only learn that once we have anchored the flame). The same thing applied when we were working in Egypt. One large flame was anchored in the main temple, and smaller flames were anchored in the smaller chapels, depending on which chapel needed it.

Recently, here in the UK, the flames have taken on a Divine Feminine Goddess archetype energy, which tells us the function of the flame. For instance, in the lady chapel of the cathedral, we anchored a gold flame of Demeter. In St. Lawrence’s Church, which stands on the site of the original church of William the conqueror’s palace, we anchored a flame which holds the frequency of Mary, the Cosmic Mother, in the Christian tradition.

The main triple-flame lies between the Lady Chapel and the St. Swithin’s monument and holds the energy of Divine Love, Divine Peace and Divine Joy. Its masculine energies, because balance is required, are love, power and wisdom. The frequency of the these flames changes depending on what energy is needed.

For this meditation, it is the energy of both Peace, with a smidgen of Hope, that we are attuning to.

Below, I am sharing some of the images you will need for the visualisations in the meditation. Have a look first so you can see what everything is supposed to look like. There will be variations, naturally, based on your own soul images, but this will give you an idea of what you need to create, energetically. Try to feel them, as well, because these energies are very tangible and it is a great way of gaining more sensitivity to them.

Monthly Readings.

My guides have suggested that I offer readings on an ongoing, regular, basis. They actually suggested it a few months ago, after a client asked me to do monthly readings for her, which I have been doing. But I did not act on their suggestion. I was not sure how useful regular sessions would be until I saw firsthand how their suggestion made sense.

In many ways, regular sessions are like therapy with both your guides and your Soul adding their guidance. From their perspective, having regular readings allows for continued development and expansion. The readings are not simply readings, however, they build on each other and are a combination of guidance, attunement, and support. (I’m also happy to chat online, or via emails, and can also do a zoom call, or WhatsApp, every few weeks if you want to connect on a deeper level and have that support in your journey).

Done on a monthly basis, the readings cover whatever issues you are currently grappling with, and give insight into your work and development, including past life issues – if they apply. They also help you further your relationship with your own guides, and Soul awareness, because your guides often take the opportunity to give you exercises which are tailored to your specific path of development. If your development requires energetic expansion, in the form of additional attunements, they also add those. So it is an all-round process which allows you to grow even further – with the support of other dimensional energies.

They have suggested a few different options. You can sign up for on-going monthly sessions, (which you can do using the donations box at the bottom of this post), or you can sign up for three, six, nine or twelve months. Each session lasts an hour, sometimes more, and is recorded. If energies have been sent, you will also receive a written report with all the symbols. Sometimes, too, healing is sent as part of the reading. Depending on your Soul requirements, you will receive whatever you need.

Third Level Attunements

There are levels within levels at this final stage too, (I say final, although it never feels truly final. There is always more to learn). The basic attunement anchors the Blue Sphere and the Trident of Poseidon. The Blue Sphere is the Sphere of development where you fully align your will, with the Will of the Mother, or Gaia, the Soul of our earth. It takes you into the realms of universal consciousness, as it is actualised through the consciousness and Will of the Universal Mother, or Cosmic Mother. This is the Mother who sees all from a higher, more unconditional, Soul awareness level. She is aware of the many changes on earth and sees where and when changes need to be brought into play.

She watches the earth, and all upon it, just as a good-enough mother watches her children growing. She knows what her growing children need to experience if they are to survive into adulthood. She watches with compassion when humanity act from hate and she projects great love to them, hoping they will feel her love and grow into that love. She is aware that each soul on earth is on a path of growth and development and that they will make mistakes. But she does not judge. She sees from a higher perspective and knows they will find their way.

The physical earth is also observed. The Cosmic Mother knows when planetary changes are needed. She sees the wildfires raging through the forests and sees the necessary clearings they create. She watches the forces of nature rampage across the land in floods and tsunamis, volcanic upheaval and storms and knows too that these are necessary ‘restructurings’ of the earth’s landmass and that they have been happening for millions of years in their own cycles. (As traumatic as it is for us to experience them!)

At this level, you learn to see, objectively, through the eyes of the Mother. Just as in the second level, you are anchored into the Venus Matrix – the pink sphere – and learn the lessons of love, in the third level you learn the lessons of objective compassion contained in the Blue Sphere. You have learned to follow your guidance, even when your personality wants to jump in and fix things; to rescue people. With those skills under your belt, you learn to be a watcher, seeing the social currents and how they move in the world.

You may not see the outcome of the events on earth, or understand why they are happening, but you understand they are happening for a reason, and that all those involved understand that too – on a Soul level. You learn to stand back and follow what your guidance wants you to do, and what your Soul wants you to do. It is not easy to do this, especially when you see terrible things happening in the world, yet you are asked to stand back and be a watcher, and do what you are called to do. This can be challenging where there is so much pain and destruction in the world and this is why the Venus matrix sphere comes before this one; because we have to learn to love all inhabitants of earth and see them through the heart of love – as difficult as that can sometimes be.

You may be asked to focus on what will and can help in real terms. Humanity needs to change, to grow, to expand in consciousness. Each one of us that heals the beliefs that create our current reality, is needed. In healing ourselves, and learning about our own beliefs, we learn how others do the same. All of us, collectively, create the physical reality we live in. Imagine if enough of us changed those beliefs. What would reality look like then? And what vision does the Cosmic Mother hold for humanity? Can we help her manifest those visions – through us?

The Blue sphere holds tools to help us heal old beliefs, both individual and collective, and creates in us the desire to recreate the world. The thoughts that flow through us, from the Cosmic Mother, are the thoughts we need to align to – because they are the ones she knows we need to manifest with. She is always, and ever, filled with compassion for us here on earth, no matter what the winds of change bring.

Within this sphere, there are other energies available but the primary one, to start with, is the Trident of Neptune. Because your will is now aligned with the Will of the Mother, the energies of this trident flow out from you and into the world. These are your Soul-filled and Angelic creations. They emerge from your will, your solar plexus, as streams, or currents of energy. Each stream is a creative endeavour which helps the world, through what you do. Each stream, or current, has a particular focus. One stream could be writing, another, healing. Yet another could be temple building, or even raising a family. It all depends on which stream wants to work through you. These streams use your learned skills, and creative gifts, even if you think you haven’t got any!

This is a deep level of creation and creativity. Sometimes, depending on where you are in your emotional development (Your soul knows what you need) The angelic aspect is that part which works in service to humanity’s development and future. We may never see the outcome of our work in the present, but it heals the past and creates the future. Because, at this level, we are manifesting on behalf of humanity, we are guided to create what is needed. But they move through us, using our natural gifts and learned skills. We are the conduits for new creation.

There is a balance here around the creations of the Cosmic Mother and the masculine Poseidon, and what those creations are manifesting in terms of humanity’s need to move forward. The masculine frequencies come in through the Poseidon energy. Poseidon is master of the emotions and deep creative impulses and therefore utilises what the trident brings into his consciousness. The thoughts and desires the cosmic Mother has for humanity are brought into being, and anchored, by the Poseidon energies, the master of the collective seas of creation.

As with all the Gaia Method Earthways attunements, these energies become active when you are ready for them, so you never have to worry about taking in too much energy or being overwhelmed by them. Your Soul is like a gatekeeper, opening the way for you when it knows you are ready. Although it took me fifteen years to bring in this level, I recognise how the necessary energies activate in their own time, which is reassuring! I have been holding most of these energies for years and yet, even now, they activate within me when they are good and ready. The energies of the previous attunements continue to work through your psyche, expanding your gifts, and your ability to work with the earth, and all its inhabitants.

Level Three Main Attunement.

Anchoring you deeper into the collective psyche of humanity and into Divine Will and Power. From here, everything you do is for the good of the whole. Working with Angelic intelligence: the guides and healers of humanity’s future, you begin to manifest, on behalf of humanity, and under their guidance. Along with this attunement there is a practice that will help you discover what streams of energy flow into manifestation through you.

Level Three Open Attunements

Trusting your Soul, and your guides, and opening to whatever comes in, shows a level of trust necessary when working with the Soul of Mother Earth. In allowing yourself to open, in whatever way is necessary for your development, means you receive energies you may not have expected and which may come from the other levels. This happens because your soul, and your guides, know what you need to continue your work. This might be different to what your personality thinks you need. These attunements add to the energies you hold and help your continued development.
