The Mantle of Brigit.

As we are coming to Imbolc, I have released a Goddess Brigit attunement. This is a Level One attunement which can be received after you have received the First level attunement into the Gaia Method Earthways system. There are a number of energetic expansions you can experience after each main attunement which allow your energy-field to hold more keys, thereby allowing you to be effective in your earth-work. I will be adding these throughout the year. This attunement is called The Mantle and The Flame of the Goddess Brigit. It will allow you to work directly with the fertility aspects of fire as the ancestors once did.

Spring is Brigit’s time. Her festival is celebrated, traditionally, on the 1st of February but fire-work associated with Spring, spans a number of weeks. Imbolc is a celebration of the awakening earth when plants begin to grow and the crone of winter becomes the virgin once more. Spring vortices become active, bringing in new energies and clearing out the old. Becoming attuned to Brigit you will feel this impulse strongly at the beginning of each new year.

Winter has been a time of quiet, or rest, the death of the year. In the past, Winter was seen as an old woman coming to the end of her life. She had grown from the young girl in spring, became the Mother of Summer and now is the old woman, the crone of winter. She is associated with places of death and with vortices active during the Winter season.

But spring sees renewal and fresh beginnings. Life has never really died, it has just been sleeping. During Brigit’s time, it is reawakened with the light of life and the flame of renewal. After the Winter Solstice, the sun is channelled into the womb of the earth, fertilising the Mother, so that crops will grow and feed the community. Brigit is a Spring Goddess, an aspect of Sovereignty. (Sovereignty is the feminine consciousness of the earth). The fire festivals brought hope and the promise of abundance. After a long dark winter of eating food they had stored throughout the year, they looked forward to eating green plants and planting their fields with corn. It was a celebration of survival, of having lived through yet another long, cold season, and emerging into the light and increasing warmth of the sun. It was a time of joy and celebration and, I imagine, a certain amount of relief.

But the festivals were not purely symbolic. They were real, energetic practices designed to assist the physical earth and to keep her vitality flowing. Healthy earth means healthy people. In becoming attuned to the Brigit energy you become aligned to the spring focus of fertility. The mantle is about reclaiming ancient sites associated with the Mother Goddess and learning how to work with them again for the benefit of all.

I anchor the sacred flame into your energy field so you can become a channel for the Sun and for the fire in the earth. You can then light these fires, energetically, at sites where this was once done. That light then travels through the network of energy lines, bringing with it the promise of new life.

This is the first in a series of attunements for the first level and includes a pdf giving information on both the Mantle of Brigit and the Flame. There are also two guided meditations which you can use during Spring, and a shorter one you can use throughout the year. The PDF also includes information on how to recognise fire sites and how to work with them.

Having a Past Life Reading.

Although you can find some information on the Soul Readings page, I thought I would go into a little more detail on how the past-life readings happen, as they differ from Soul Readings, which give you information on what you are doing when not in physical incarnation.

The first thing I do, is ask for your guides and Soul for your history. When I feel the energy coming in, I go to my internal study. From here, I can access all your Soul records.

In my mind, this room looks like an old gentleman’s study. There is a fire blazing in the fireplace, warming the room. On either side of the fireplace are large bookcases, filled with Soul records. In front of a large window, looking out onto a beautiful garden, there is a large desk where I sit and read the book of your Soul History. This ‘study’ is my internal access to what are otherwise known as the Akashic records.

Once I have retrieved your Soul History book, which contains both your past lives, and the lessons learned, I am shown one of your lives that has importance in the one you are currently living. The energy of that life then comes into my consciousness and I feel the story emerging from there. In effect, I become your past-life personality and I write your story as if it was mine; I am experiencing it too.

This is an important aspect of the reading. In living your past-life personality, I am feeling and thinking and seeing everything from your Soul perspective. That also means, that as you read the written up report, you are directly experiencing everything too. It is after all, your past-life experience. As you read the report, the energy is transferred, via the writing, directly to you. Often your guides will also give me information on why you have chosen this lifetime’s challenges and will give you direct information in the form of a channelled communication.

We come into each life with a plan of learning, a desire to experience, and to grow. There are people we have agreed to connect with, to learn from and sometimes to leave. Some of our lives are easier than others but all will challenge us, in some way. The events in our past-lives sometimes leave emotions and beliefs that affect us in this one. We can feel as though we are going round in circles, trying to gain an understanding of why we continue to do things, even when we feel we have been healing that issue for years. Sometimes, no matter what we do, we cannot get to the bottom of it.

This is when a past-life reading is useful. We are not simply dealing with current life issues, but also working through older lifetimes. A persistent problem might have its roots in a prior existence, and in this case, a reading helps to uncover it. Once we have connected to the root of the problem, we then have the knowledge we need to heal the issue we are dealing with and can use the healing skills we have learned to resolve it.

When we are planning our next lifetime, we choose which issues to work through. We could be working through multiple lives simultaneously; lives which have a common energy or which are pertinent to what we want to learn in this one. People we connect with in this lifetime, even people we have challenges with, are often people we have known in those lifetimes. Like characters in a movie, we know the roles we are playing with them. We wrote the script together. The challenge is often to overcome past issues with them and when we have achieved this we move on. This can be a very difficult concept to accept, especially if we have been in abusive or damaging relationships. But no relationship is a mistake. A past life reading can help us see the bigger picture, allowing us to let go, and grow.

Having a reading can be a profoundly moving experience and can take time to integrate. There are many lessons to be learned in each life we have lived, so seeing the roots of a problem can be the first step in overcoming something that has been an issue for a long time. Once we know it, we cannot unknow it and we will receive little prompts from our Soul-consciousness reminding us of where we are concerning the challenge we are working on.

I have found, through my own past-life work, that often I am given a past-life memory, or information about the details of the life in question, because it is important for me to know what I am working on. I might have been working through that past-life issue for decades! This information usually comes when I am close to completing that particular challenge and therefore the information is helping me to consciously work on resolving it. It can still take years, but it can then be whittled down, step by step. Past-life readings are given because you have reached a place where you need to understand something. Having the past-life information assists you in understanding the root of your current circumstances so you can change your situation for the better.

That information does not remove the challenging circumstances, however. We are here to learn after all, but it helps us to know what we are dealing with so we can work to overcome it.

When I do a reading, I am doing it from the perspective of the Soul, so it is important to remember that. Our Souls see our physical lives in much more expansive ways than we do. There is less judgment, and more need to learn as much as possible. Even a so-called ‘negative’ life can be an important vehicle for learning. So keep that in mind.

Once you have received your reading, and you still have questions, or you feel you need to talk about what has come up, you can contact me on my facebook page. I am more than happy to be a sounding board or to help you understand something you find difficult.

If you would like to further explore the Soul concept of past lives, read Dr. Michael Newton’s books: Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls. These describe why, and how, we choose our lives and who we choose to live them with. If you want to expand your current learning, and understand the deeper reasons for your life, read those books. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They will help to you to understand your own past-life reading from your Soul’s perspective.

For the more practical information such as prices and how to pay, you can find that here.

Attunements. Teacher level.

This is the level where you receive the Master symbols, which allows you to pass on the attunements.

Initially you are taught the attunement in very much the same way as a Reiki attunement, but as you become more proficient in passing the energies, you learn how to pass the attunements through the energy-field, in a transfer of energies. This also allows you to do distant attunements and teach from a distance.

At this level, you are also given more energy attunements, which allow you to grow  further into your chosen path, be it the Orkney path, or the Temple of Artemis, which you will already have been growing through.

If you were initiated into either of these paths, you will learn how to teach others this path, through the attunements associated with each system, for there are multiple paths to tread in the Gaia Method system.

It takes time and dedication to reach these levels. If you are already a Reiki teacher, then you will have the necessary energy skills to pass attunements, making your task easier. The more training and attunements you have received, in any system of healing, the easier it will be for you to do this work.

The Dragon Energies Simplified.

This is what my guides have to say about the true nature of Dragon energy:

“The dragons exist as concepts designed to help humanity at this stage of their development. As concepts, they have existed in many forms and in other stages of development, they have existed as other forms. Not all stages require the same conceptual imagery.

Because of the over-materialising of modern living, there is a great need to return to the natural world. The separation between Man and Earth is growing and there is a need for people to ‘come back to the Earth’. This is where the dragons come in. In order to ‘come back to the Earth’, new thoughtforms have to be created whereby people are impulsed to return to previously known energies, and ways of living.

Dragons are the energy of ‘thought-in-motion’. They act through channels of reality, and action. Working with the dragons in this way, keeps the energy grounded and real, otherwise they spiral into fantasy, where no work can be done, for although fantasy has its uses, it is often ungrounded and unrealistic..

Water Dragon.

“Dragons are the guardians of the underworld, both that of the Earth realm and that of the realm of human consciousness. When you awaken the sleeping dragon, you are initiating a course of action within the mind of humanity, which will change the thinking of everyone on the Earth plane. For this reason, only certain people are ‘qualified’ to work with the dragons, as they have built up, over many incarnations, the ability to work with the human mind. Their thinking is focused, and direct, and they are capable of deep contemplation, plumbing their own depths and that of humanity. The dragon represents all that is mighty and powerful within the forces of creation. In awakening this dragon you also awaken man’s ability to create heaven on earth. Only in using power with wisdom can true magic be affected.”

For more on Dragons click here.

When I received this info, it made perfect sense to me. It is important to remain grounded, even when what we see, feel and experience sounds like fantasy to others. The dragon energies are symbolic of very real forces: emotional, mental, energetic, and even physical. They are what keep us alive and connected to the world around us. They are conceptual images of all aspects of nature and exist in a layer of consciousness that is more elemental than physical, influencing our thoughts and emotions so that we feel more connected to the natural world. All physical manifestation has its energetic counterpart and the dragons are part of that energetic counterpart.

Although they are the forces that work with us, closer to the physical world than other energies, They work through us, not separately from us. They join their energetic consciousnesses to ours so that we can work in partnership. Their body becomes our body, or at least a facet of it. We embody them when we are initiated into their sphere. Our energies merge to become one and yet we can still separate our thinking from theirs so that our human mind can do all it needs to do when living in the human world. But, when they need us to be in their energy they will make themselves known and then they show us what to do on their behalf.

Remember that what happens on a Dragon level, impacts us on a physical-reality level. This can be through our emotions, our creativity, our minds or our physical bodies. We are channelling dragon power through our physical bodies.

Below, I will explain what I have learned, so far, about working with these energies. And if you are interested in learning how to work with the different dragon energies, click here.

As Gaia Method workers, we learn to channel and maintain the energy of these two elements. We channel Solar energy into certain feminine energy sites, and also help maintain the flow of water energy in other sites, such as cathedrals, churches and stone circles. Humans have always created Sacred spaces, so that the fertility of the land is assured. Without this work, the land becomes empty and unproductive; a wasteland. When we work with these energies, we anchor thought-forms into the ether, where receptive minds pick them up. We do not know what the thoughtforms are, because we are channelling and directing these energies that come from our higher consciousness. We are often given aid from the spiritual guardians of sites in how we should carry out this work, so we are merely channels and witnesses.

Gold Dragons.

Lessons of Power. The ability to generate abundance that is free to all depends on the ability to balance power with desire. If one desires much and is given what they desire yet their power issues are out of balance, that abundance is then used for personal gain and does not benefit the whole.

However, when abundance is achieved by one who balances power with desire, that abundance is then used to generate ‘more abundance’ for the common good and the betterment of humanity.

The Gold Dragon represents gold, money, and abundance. It is the power of wealth and the wisdom to use it wisely. This dragon is about using wealth for the betterment of all, not simply hoarding it or wanting it because you want luxury or comfort. In working with this dragon, wealth comes to you as you need it. It is not about becoming rich and having an easy life. Dragon-gold is given because you are working in service to humanity, using your money to continue your work. You are given what you need. This doesn’t mean you do not have a life of security. Your needs will be met because having a secure life means you are free to do your work without worrying about how to pay the bills.

There are lessons around money: how you save, how you spend, etc. If you misspend your wealth because you have not learned the wisdom to use it properly, then you will learn from that. All your beliefs, and illusions, around money will come up. However, even when you make mistakes, the dragon supports you, but you are expected to learn so you don’t waste those resources. They are your payment for the work you do. But you will learn to share it.

This dragon energy can take up residence where the wealth of nations, and of smaller communities, are centred, such as local authority offices, businesses, your place of work, etc. Anything that affects your life and the lives of others, is impacted by the gold dragon.

He guards his gold for a good reason. Humans do not a great reputation for looking after the wealth of the world. But if you let him, he will teach you how.

Red Dragon Energies.

The Red Dragon helps you care for your physicality, and purpose. Where are you in the world? What are you doing? Are you pursuing your Soul path or are you trapped by the will of others?

This dragon is both your lifeblood and the lifeblood of the physical planet. It is what feeds you, on all levels. It teaches you how to take care of your physical existence through how you feel about what you are doing in life. If your life is unfulfilling, or you feel you are not where you are supposed to be, this dragon energy helps you to clear the way, showing you where you are stuck, or where you are flowing, if that is the case.

The red dragon is always flowing, always creating life. If it does not flow, it backs up, causing stagnation. That is its nature. It desires constant movement. Staying still does not work for it and if it does find itself stuck and unmoving, it can feel difficult to manage. Only when it is free to move again, can it continue its work of creation and revitalising.

Only the strongest, the most resilient, can work with the black dragons. They are the dark, the mysterious, full of illusion and delusion. If you have not yet learned how to balance your thinking, how to question what you see, then you are not ready. Only those with the strongest, clearest minds and can see ‘multiple realities’ for what they are i.e. layers of symbolic meaning, designed to protect the very nature of the work, can work within these realms. These are the realms of humanity’s deepest recesses, their darkness, their passions and desires for riches, power and dominion. Only those who can keep their heart light steady, focussed on what is real, can join the ranks of the great Dragon healers. Healers of the dark side, the shadow side of human consciousness.

This is a challenging dragon energy to work with and not everyone can work with them. They are the hidden depths of human emotion, those emotions that are seen as negative or chaotic but which are important. The black dragon is powerful. He sees the darkness in the world and knows that sometimes it takes darkness to heal. Life is not always love and light. Darkness exists too. If there was no darkness, you would not recognise the light. The world needs the dark. Sometimes it brings rest, time away from the world, so you can be in some dark emotion. Healing is not easy; most people want to avoid it, but if you are working with dragons, you cannot avoid it. In order to grow, you must heal our own darkness. The only way out, is through, as they say. Working with the dark dragon means learning that all is not what it seems. Dark things happen, yet when they do humanity is forced to deal with it; to change it; to grow through it. What we resist, will persist, until we look it squarely in the face.

You have to plumb the depths of your own consciousness, emotion and behaviour, learning to know the difference between your own issues and those of the issues you are working with. The tricky part is, because the energies you are working with often mirror your own unhealed issues, it can be difficult to tell them apart. But the black dragon energy wastes nothing, so you find that in healing that issue in yourself you are also healing it on behalf of humanity. This is also why you may find yourself in situations or places that are challenging to live in. Those places need your help and you are drawn to living there for both your own healing and the healing of others.

There are also many places where ‘negative’ energy remains as a result of past human behaviour, and you are called to clear them too.  Because you understand this ahead of time, you can remain separate enough and not get too caught up in identifying with the negative behaviour which generated the energy in the first place. Understanding that every negative action provides a learning opportunity for humanity to learn to Love is what keeps you whole and centred.

Green Dragons.

The Green Dragons are the energy of vegetation and birth. They are very much associated with natural springs, which are the source of rivers and streams. When they are not residing over natural springs and young rivers, you will often find the Green Dragon wanting to be awakened in religious buildings where the energy has been capped by a male-cntred priesthood. When they are freed, it is as if they are saying: ‘Do not forget us. We create the world of nature. Even in winter, when all is asleep, we keep the green of nature alive and fruitful.’ Life is not all about dogmatic religion. The Green Dragon flows, it wants to create new life, it wants to renew itself. But man is afraid of this creative power of the Feminine and so it seeks to prevent its power, especially in sites where it was once venerated. Religious Man does not recognise the balance between male and female sacred power, but this was not always the way. In the past, the sacredness of water was acknowledged as a manifestation of the feminine and used in sacred rituals. But over time it changed. Now, however, the Green dragons want to be acknowledged and we can bring that into reality by working with them.

The Green Dragon energy is a reminder not to forget the creative fertility of the Divine Feminine waters that emerge from the Mother’s body to feed us with new life.

Blue Dragons

The Blue Dragon is water, but water that comes from the sky as rain. Whereas the Green dragon emerges as springs from the earth, the blue dragon energies come from the skies. In a way, these two dragons work together, one from below and the other from above.

Historically, there have always been people who had the ability to work with rain. Cultures around the world have their rain dances, their rituals, their cleansings. Water has its elemental energies, just like every other physical element on earth. Therefore, it is something that can be worked with energetically. The Blue dragon is also creative, carving up the earth, nurturing its inhabitants, cleansing the collective energies of humanity when they fill the air with pain. It knows when it is needed, it has own rhythms and cycles. It is we who have lost touch.

The blue dragon can teach you how to cleanse and clear, how to nourish, and grow the world. It can teach you to use the energetic pathways of water and how to work with it, rather than against it. You learn what is needed, not what is wanted. What does nature require? What can you do to help? That is what you need to ask when working with the blue dragons.

Dragon Energies.

White Dragons are higher inspiration and creative ideas that need to be anchored in our 3-d dimensional reality. This inspiration can come through any form of art: music, writing, visual arts, drama, etc. The energies that come through with the White Dragon energies are very healing and are used to anchor higher artistic expression on the earth plane, for the healing and betterment of humanity.

The White Dragon energies are associated with sites with a high creative energy. They come in ‘from above’, like the Luck Dragon in the Never-Ending Story.  They are also accessible through warm, coral reefs which hold an abundance of beauty and colour.

Sometimes, the White dragon energy is a higher expression of the red and gold, more physical, dragon energies that we work with. When we succeed in a lesson about wealth, or have healed something important to our soul purpose, the Red or Gold dragon can become the higher ‘Light’ dragon and you are no longer as blocked in your work.

All ‘dragon energies’ are symbolic of certain forces of nature. Working with them involves learning how to work with Nature, in both her positive and negative aspects. We don’t control these energies, just as we cannot really control nature, but our Soul knows how to read Nature and how to work with her forces.

The Gaia Method attunements are a first step in learning how to work with these forces wisely and through the energy of our connection to the Soul of the planet, Gaia. It is through our connection to her that we learn how to balance ourselves and the energies that feed us, allowing us continued existence on this, our schoolhouse planet.

A Spark Of Light.

I have been struggling with heart palpitations over the last couple of weeks. My heart beats strongly enough to make me feel ‘rocked’. I asked upstairs what was causing it, and they said, apart from unconscious issues around Father, and having to ‘do as I am told’, it was also to do with the amount of salt I eat.

I asked my good friend Cheryl to ask as well, without telling her anything and she came back with the same answer, Salt! Plus another developmental issue that I won’t go into here.

So, having had this info, I realised that I now had the answer as to why so many people in Upper Egypt die of heart attack and stroke! They drop like flies. I have never seen anything like it. They eat a massive amount of salt and really bad quality oil from the government. I can’t even eat that oil as it gives me massive cramps!

And the salt issue? Well, Egyptians live off the stuff. They pile it into everything. The older generation of Egyptians, those now in their in 80’s and 90’s, didn’t have that problem. They are fresh butter and cheese, and didn’t have processed foods, like ‘stock cubes’ which are full of salt here.

So now I had my answer. I really should know better by now, not to ask questions like that, because invariably I get the answer and it is usually painful!

The exercise from my guides, which follows, speaks to the challenge of living a life that is in some way, difficult and which needs extra help from the Universal field of energy. Energy, which is there for the taking, giving us extra mileage and extra light, even in the darkest of times and places. If you need an extra kickstart then use this. It will change how you see your world and show you how to change it to one you want to live.

Sometimes the challenge of living a Soul Life, can take its toll on our personalities and bodies, so here is the exercise that will fill us with energy again, if done regularly. It is very simple, but I have been using it and it has helped me to recognise where ‘I’ feel stuck or powerless when my soul is directing my life. This is what my guides said about it:

“How valiantly the Soul struggles to survive, even though the body tires of its incessant demands. How weary is the heart that pulses its life throughout the physical system, and how unmet demands have weakened it. Try this:

A measure of Light, filtered through your consciousness; a particle of Light seeded in your heart, bringing renewed vigour, pulsing its life through and beyond.

Feel the light flowing through your veins, lighting up your physical cells and molecules, quickening them, expanding them, until all is light.

Then let that light expand all around you until your surroundings are filled with it.

See how much light is generated from one little spark?”

I read through this message quite a few times and realised that the answer to my heart issue was about  far more than Salt! On some level I am not expressing my whole self, not allowing myself to be who I am, creatively and in my life. That is most women’s lot in this culture, and even in our own Western Culture. Feeling unfree to live freely. So, I will see how things change, after using this exercise, and let you know.

And if you use it too, let me know.

Healing your Energy Field.

auricbodiesAs a Planetary healer your most important tool is your energy-field. In order to heal effectively it is important to raise the vibration of your energy-field through exercises, emotional/mental healing and  attunements. It is a lifelong process and the more you clear yourself, the more  effective you become in your healing work. The more energy you are able to hold, and channel, through your field, the larger energies you can anchor.

Over the years I have received many attunements and done many workshops in my quest for healing. Many of the tools I learned, often through studying other channelled sources, helped me to open my ‘field’ to both my Soul Awareness and to being able to receive the Gaia Method training from my guides. I will provide you with the links to the most influential books I have read over the years, books which taught me how to connect and to clear. I will also share techniques, on other pages, which my own guides gave me, and exercises  to help you to build a strong energy field.

Every time you receive healing, or an attunement, you are putting new energy into your system. That higher vibrational energy releases old, denser energies, which may have been stuck for a long time. The more healing/energy you receive, the more the old stuff is released. Learning to recognise the source of the energy you are releasing is very helpful and gives you the knowledge that this too will pass. It helps you to understand that what you are experiencing is stuck emotional energy leaving your system, and that you are not going crazy! Sometimes, as a result of making choices that you know will bring healing, others might not understand why you are doing what you are doing. So long as you do the rest doesn’t matter and you learn to follow your own path regardless of what others might think.

The goal in the Gaia Method is to to be able to change the frequency of our field through intention. Sometimes we need to raise it and at other times we need to lower it. It depends on which energy layer we are working on at any particular time. healing_flow

If you feel drawn to doing a different healing workshop or training in different healing modalities, I would suggest that you follow that impulse. The more you do, the better you get ,and the more energies you can hold in your field, in the form of energy keys and codes. Everybody develops their own way of working and expressing those energies, so whatever floats your boat…

One of the misconceptions about becoming a healer is that we are suddenly magically healed. We find our soul mate, we attain the perfect body, we become rich. Our lives are comfortable and stress-free. We have everything we ever wanted etc. That might be true for some people, but its  an ideal which is pretty hard to attain. Getting to that place in our lives might take a lot of healing, depending on what we have come in to heal. Perfection is not the goal!

Through healing we become better healers. Our lives become better but not perfect. We might change how we feel about our bodies, we might, or might not, find a loving relationship. We might find ourselves happy not being in a relationship. We each create according to our dictates and beliefs.

What does happen is that we feel supported in our journey. We heal ourselves and release what no longer works for us, even if that takes many years. We allow ourselves to be guided by our guides and to follow the clues. We become more emotionally intelligent, we develop our greatest gifts.  We learn to accept ourselves. We become creative, powerful and centred people with a desire to serve humanity through our work. Not through our compulsive helping and healing, but by being ourselves. Most importantly we ‘know’ that we are souls, living in a human body, and that Earth is our chosen school of experience. We also become better at surfing energy and being anchors for the new keys and codes for the future of humanity. A worthwhile occupation to be sure!

Here is a list of some of the books I found most useful.

The best book to read on the Human energy field is Barbara Brennan’s Hands of light.  She is an amazing healer/teacher. Any of her books help you immensely in how to understand the human energy field.

Sanaya Roman. Soul Love: awakening your heart centres. I had some amazing experiences using the exercises in these books.

Any of the Seth books, by Jane Roberts.

All of Michael Newton’s Books. Life between Lives.

Elizabeth Haich, Initiation.

I have read thousands of books over the years but these are the ones I go back to.

Read whatever you feel drawn to, as that is what you need to read.

Personal therapy is also very good, as and when you feel you need some outside help.

Good video on grounding. Aura grounding and cleansing.

What is Planetary Healing?

earthIn these pages I will go into detail of what you might find while working in the landscape. The Earth’s energy matrices, as in vortices and gateways, energy-lines etc., have always been, but as Humans work within the landscape these energies change. Their actions create changes within the earth’s Magnetic field. If you were to imagine the earth, without humans on it, as a planet made up of different levels of existence; the energy lines running throughout it, keeping the balance of nature, and within the solar system it is part of. Everything runs smoothly and creation happens every day.

At different junctures of the energy lines, there are vortices of energy which interact with other levels of existence, just like our chakras effect the different energetic layers of our bodies.  Earth was created to be a ‘school’ for our souls to develop on, one of many, and so life-forms evolved in order to provide us with the opportunity to learn and develop as Souls.

As humans, with a Soul, we have free-will, and so our actions, good and bad, create change on this planet. This change is often very damaging, therefore the earth’s basic energy matrix often needs upgrading or rebuilding. If we are to remain here on our earth school, then we need to take care of it. At different times during our collective evolution, we also need new energies, new ideas, etc. and these come in through us; the ones whose job it is to maintain the energetic integrity of the planet; the Harmonisers and Balancers.

As Healers of the Earth we are the upgraders, rebuilders, anchors of new energies, soul rescuers, guides, energy-cleaners, and the custodians of Holy places. It is our job to work within all of the layers of the Earth School’s ‘building’, so that Humanity can continue its progress of learning. We have to do the plumbing, the electricity, the heating, the gardens, provide the food, the shelter, etc., fixing it all when it becomes old and damaged. Our Earth house has many floors, many wings, and many rooms.

However, the earth also has a Soul. As Seth says in his book :

“The body of the Earth can be said to have its own Soul, or mind (whichever term you prefer). Using this analogy the mountains and oceans, the valleys and rivers and all natural phenomena spring from the earth’s soul, as all events and all manufactured objects appear from the inner mind or soul of mankind. The inner world of each man or woman is connected with the inner word of the earth. The spirit becomes flesh. Part of every individual’s Soul, then, is intimately connected with what we will call the World’s Soul, or the Soul of the Earth.  The smallest piece of grass, or flower, is aware of this connection, and  without reasoning comprehends its position, its uniqueness and its source of vitality.”954802_567143093347441_265610033_n

We, as Earth-workers, bring those inner creations into physical manifestation. We work within the Earth’s Soul layers and her place in the Universe, creating new creations, and experiences, for our Souls to develop and enjoy. We bring harmony and balance, even though that might feel like the opposite, and it might feel like our work is achieving very little, but it acts on subtle levels, bringing change and renewal over time.

Seth calls the vortices of the Earth  ‘coordinate points and explains them thus:

“These coordinate points act as channels through which energy flows, and as warps or invisible paths from one reality to another. They also act as transformers, and provide much of the generating energy that makes creation continuous in your terms…these points impinge upon what you call time, as well as space…”

Learning to work with these vortices and realities is part of what we do as Planetary healers.

Reading Michael Newton’s Destiny of Souls I was interested to read from one of his clients under hypnosis that within the astral plane surrounding Earth, alternate or coexistent realities are part of our physical world. Within these realities non-material beings can be seen by some people in our physical reality. there are boundaries between these different realities, like spheres. These spatial zones have vibrational properties that allow for soul passage only when their energy waves are attuned to the right frequency.

This what many of the attunements of the Gaia Method facilitate; because we work within these other realities we need to be able to move up, or down, in vibration, in order to be able to communicate with the beings that inhabit those other worlds. In many of my experiences in Earthwork I have experienced these communications.  They are very open to sharing their knowledge and gifts with us and happy to work with us. All you have to do is want to!

27 October 07 Values and Beliefs. Channelled.

Down through the centuries mankind has allowed a certain set of values to dictate what beliefs were necessary to reach ‘God’. These values are inherently flawed and need revising. In order to do this a new set of ‘possible’ values need to be explored. Only in doing this will balance be restored. However, there are difficulties in this for many will be unable, due to their own level of evolvement, to make the necessary belief changes and this will lead to conflict, initially! Over time the new value sets will be established and mankind will enjoy a period of relative calm. This calm will have been hard won and many will not forget how things changed and what happened to change it. It will go down through the centuries as a period of great change and disaster and many myths will evolve out of it, some real and some imagined, for that is the way of mankind.

Living through these times will not be easy but you will be offered protection at every corner. Some of the changes will cause great disturbance in the earth’s atmosphere and during those times you will be protected form them. At other times it will be necessary for you to experience the disturbance for only then will you come to learn and appreciate the processes of change which are necessary for great world changes to occur. So, you see, it will be a great education and experiencing.
Nothing you do is ever wasted so never be afraid of making a mistake. All will work out as planned if every one of the souls born on earth to be part of these great changes can make the changes themselves.
Many downloads will be experienced as those souls with this particular mission of energetic change, at a molecular level, experience the shifts and changes. Only in going through their trials by fire will they experience the freedom that comes with the change of destructive beliefs. Beliefs which limit them from their full soul’s capacity at every turn. Only in enduring these great changes, WITH THE WORLD will they understand what is necessary and what is ready to be released. This is how beliefs are changed in the collective unconscious. Only in undergoing the same trials as the world will those self same trials be understood and ultimately changed for the better. This can be a long and lonely journey but beacons of hope exist for all those travelling it.
Abandon all of those desires now which do not marry your soul’s direction for they will act as impediments to your journey, creating confusion and misery. It is not difficult, just hand yourself over to the Goddess and all will be revealed, in time, and you will know what is right and what is wrong.
Adonai sister, travel well.

Trees and Dryads. Introduction.

DSCN0043
Dryad in the Churchyard of a deserted famine village on Achill Island, Ireland.

Trees play a very important role in the maintenance of balance on the earth, not only physically, but also energetically.  Some of them also have a consciousness, which we call Dryads. It was no accident that the first Gaia Method symbols were given to me by a Dryad, as they hold the elemental wisdom of the trees.  But not all trees have a Dryad energy. Dryads are tree spirits and they connect to all other trees within a given area. The Dryad is not a woodland sprite, who runs around the branches and skips amongst the leaves; it is the living spirit within a tree, a spirit which you can communicate with if you choose to. Communicating with Dryads is simply a matter of trust and recognition.

There are thousands of Dryads in the world. Most of the Dryads I have worked with were in woods, or forests, or on Earth energy-lines. They can be of any age and you can usually ‘feel’ their age, but usually the older the tree, the older the Dryad.  They can also inhabit any species of tree. I have worked with Ash, Olive, Fig, Ficus Benjamina, Beech, Larch, Pine, Hawthorn, and Oak, amongst others. The ones that feel to me to have the most ‘human-like’ personality are the Beech trees. You can have whole conversations with the Beech Dryads! They seem to be very easy to access and are very ‘giving’ with their energy. Other species are doing definite jobs, which you can help with, but they do not communicate in quite the same way as Beech trees.

Dryads also hold an energetic space around themselves. They can have huge energy-fields that cover a large area. They are not limited by their physicality, just as we are not. We think we are; the trees know they are not! When working with a Dryad, we are within its energy-field, even though we need to be in physical contact with the tree’s physical self. We are all in a physical body but we all have an energy-field. Often, when in the presence of a Dryad energy it feels like wind in the branches, which suddenly whips up and fills the air.  Sometimes it feels like the entire area is filled with this ‘wind’, and there is a definite sensing of energy in it that communicates with you. It is a whole body, mind and emotional experience, so there is no mistaking it when you feel it.

The roots of trees can anchor the energy-lines which run throughout the earth, transmitting the energy from those lines into the atmosphere, keeping it clear. However, these trees can also become very clogged, energetically, by human negativity and destruction. These trees then transmit all of that energy into their surroundings, because they will transmit whatever runs through the lines. They don’t have any judgement about whether it is good or bad, they just channel it from the earth and into the air, affecting the energy around it. If the energy flow is denser or filled with negative human energy then, over time it effects the tree,  leading ultimately to its death.    I have used the roots of trees to anchor the red lines, the ones which come from deep beneath the earth. When they need to be brought closer to the surface, or even created, then a tree is usually what holds them in place.  Once it does this, then the tree is effected by it and holds the energy for its surroundings. The energy from the line energises the tree.

Dryads often have a definite feeling of gender. They can be perceived as male or female, young or old. Some of them are so old it is as if they are just ‘present’ within the tree and their wisdom is all around them, but they do not communicate, so much as radiate; just being.  But you know they are there because they ‘feel’ different.

When I first started working with Dryads, I thought that all trees held this type of consciousness. But then I tried to communicate with some trees and discovered that they felt like Trees, but had no Dryad energy. When I tried to blend my energy with a non-conscious tree, the feelings were incredibly subtle and initially, I thought I was feeling nothing. But then I began to experience the tree’s experience of Time, and how the seasons changed around it. There was this constant awareness of movement within the seasons and cycles of change, which went on forever. At first, I couldn’t understand why this was all I was picking up, but then realised that not all trees had a Dryad energy within them.

A friend tuning into Beech Dryad at Coldridge Woods Banjo settlement.

My very first Tree contact was with an ancient Yew tree, close to  Lainston House Hotel, near Winchester, in the 90’s. I had gone rambling through the woods, as I love exploring new paths, and I had found myself beside a huge old Yew tree which I felt an impulse to stand against. As soon as I leaned my back against the tree, I became aware of it being connected to all the trees around it, through the earth. It was as though it was communicating with the other trees and somehow ‘broadcasting’ to them and into the environment. It felt amazing.  In many ways it acted like a satellite dish, but there was something in the communication which was about keeping the balance within the area. The Yew tree felt like the Elder and the rest of the trees in the woods felt like its children!

That experience awakened something in me, which, at the time, I didn’t fully understand until many years later. But ever since that experience, I was able to sense the energy in and around the Dryads.

Many trees live on the cross-over points of energy-lines, and they hold the energy which runs through the lines, acting as both anchor and transmitter. I remember one Ancient Ash tree, which lived on a boundary ditch that had once been part of a village deserted during the plague years. It had grown in the garden of one of the cottages, and even though the village was no longer there, the tree remained. When I was around this tree, it felt like I was in a cathedral, the energies were so light and spiritual. I was new to working with energy-lines and nature energies back then, but this tree’s energy was palpable. It felt like a Grail site, but I had  no idea what that meant. I loved this tree, and its wonderful energy, and took a lot of friends to visit it over the years. (Years later, I discovered that this ash tree grew in the grounds of the village church, now no longer there. The building itself was long gone, but the tree remained, harnessing the church’s wonderful sacred energy).

Beautiful photo of Swallowhead Spring. (Not mine)

Dryads ca often be found living on, or near sacred sites, even if that site is no longer there.  The energy, however, is, and the memories live on. Trees living around the energy of old churches, which were often built on pre-existing sacred sites, act like elephants and have a very long memory. You can tap into this energy by tuning into the tree. It is a little like psychometry!

One of the most important things I learned with trees is that they do not judge what we humans do, they just continue with their ‘function’ without becoming ‘upset’ about it. Many people working with trees tend to ‘project’ their own emotions and beliefs about the tree, onto the tree itself. The tree can have a very different idea of what it finds ‘acceptable’. To give you an example: Once I went to Swallowhead Spring, at West Kennet Long Barrow. There, people had left lots of ribbons and crystals and ‘stuff’, which to my human mind seemed more like littering. But as I was thinking this and feeling quite pee’d off about the lack of respect people seemed to have for the site, the tree that grew beside the spring put her feeling of gratitude into my consciousness. I was quite surprised. She said she was really happy the site was being honoured by humans again, as it had once been, and she didn’t mind their offerings. It brought love to a neglected place which once honoured the Mother. I had to completely shift my perspective about what was acceptable and what was not after that. My human mind had simply projected my personal beliefs onto the site, and the Tree; I have never done it since. Although I do think that the stuff needs cleaning up now and again, so that it does not end up clogging the area.

If you want to know what a tree really feels, then ask it. If you feel a negative emotional response, such as anger, sadness etc. then those are probably your feelings getting in the way. Trees don’t feel like we do, they are far more accepting of our failings than we are. I have never met an angry or sad tree. They are far closer to the Source, or God, or whatever you want to call it than we are. When you are in communication with trees, you are in communication with the Divine. Experientially it feels exactly the same. It feels joyful, accepting, loving and giving. Even when they are holding human negative energy, they still do not judge it. It just IS! To me, they feel far closer to our Soul’s experience, than to our human one… and our human perspective can be very limited!

I will post some of my experiences with trees, so that you can get an idea of just how to work with them and how they operate; then, if you have similar experiences you will know what they might mean. I would also love to hear some of your stories and communications, no matter how crazy your experiences might seem to be.

There are Tree energies available as an attunement within the Gaia Method Earthways System: symbols which give you the ability to access the Dryad energy.

The Vain Rook.

Sometimes stories ‘pop’ into my head and it is only when writing them that I realise what they are about. They usually reflect situations with people around me, teaching me,or someone else, how to deal with a situation or how a situation will evolve. I hope this helps the person it is destined for!

Once upon a time there was a very vain rook. He spent most of his days gazing at his reflection from a branch high up on a tree which grew on the side of a very large river. The river was so large that he couldn’t actually see where it began or where it ended.

His branch overhung the water in a particularly quiet part of the river, where two little channels separated from the main river and created little islands, which were then surrounded by clear, slow moving water.

Every day from his perch he would sit and gaze at himself, admiring his long shiny black feathers and his grey feathered chest.

“I must be the most beautiful bird in the world”,  he would say to himself as he turned his head this way and that to see as much of himself as he could in the reflection of the water. He spent so much of his time preening and admiring himself that often he would forget to eat and the other rooks that spent time in the tree thought that he was the craziest bird that they had ever seen.

His parents, whose nest lay high above his branch, despaired of him, wondering how on earth they had raised such a vain chick. They shook their heads and sighed and worried about what would become of him.

One day, while he sat above the water, admiring himself as usual, he spotted a fish swimming below him. The fish was looking for flies as she was very hungry and she created ripples in the water distorting the mirror-like quality of the water’s surface.

“Hey” cawed the rook loudly. “What do you think you are doing there? Can’t you see I am doing something?”

The fish looked up in surprise. “I’m sorry. Were you talking to me?” she asked, her mouth gulping in a large fly that just happened to fly by her.

“Yes I’m talking to you!” the rook said indignantly, and he stuck his neck out trying to bring his beak closer to the water to get a closer look at this rude intruder.

The fish went on looking for flies and other tasty morsels and as she was so hungry didn’t really have much interest in the rook or his behaviour.

“Are you listening to me?” the rook demanded, becoming more and more irate with this selfish fish. The fish was swimming around so much now, and creating so much rippled water, that the rook could only see the dark shadowy outline of his body. Gone was the shiny lustre of his feathers and his long sleek wings and dark piercing eyes.

“Can’t you stop?” he yelled loudly in an angry caw. “I can’t see myself anymore”.

The fish stopped swimming and looked up at the angry young crow, her curiosity overcoming her need for food.

She poked her head up out of the water and took a couple of gulps of air. She stared up at the crow, whose beak was now right in front of her little face. She had to  twist her head slightly sideways to get a better look!

“So…what are you doing?” she asked the crow who was by now hopping up and down and doing, what to the fish, looked like a very comical dance on the branch.

“What am I doing?” screeched the crow, “What am I doing? What does it look like I’m doing?”

The fish looked puzzled. All she could see was a young black crow hopping up and down on the branch of a tree and staring into the water.

“Are you …fishing?” she gulped warily, thinking that she might be crow food at any minute.

“Do I look like I’m fishing?” asked the crow in the kind of voice only reserved for the stupidest of animals…or fish.

“Well, come to think of it, no you don’t.” answered the fish. “ I mean I’ve seen those beautiful kingfishers flying high above the water and then diving deep to catch smallfry, but no, you don’t look like one of them.” she reflected. “I mean” she added with relieved grin, “I sure am glad you don’t look like one of them. So…if you are not fishing…then what are you doing?”

“I am taking care of myself”, answered the crow imperiously, thinking to himself that this was the most ridiculous fish he had ever come across. Didn’t she know anything?

The fish frowned a fish frown, which was barely perceptible to the crow. Not that he was looking at the fish anyway as he was too busy trying to see his own reflection.

Taking care of yourself…” the fish repeated, trying to ascertain exactly what this might mean. “Em…I don’t mean to sound stupid,” she added after a short pause, “But how does sitting in that tree, looking at the water all the time equal you taking care of yourself. I don’t get it”.

The crow, now believing entirely in the fish’s stupidity, explained in a slow manner, just so that the fish would understand what he, the clever and vain rook, meant by taking care of himself.

“Well,” he said, puffing himself up, “I look at my reflection in the water so that I can see how I look. I have to look my best you know, as do all birds. But,” he nodded his head in the direction of the other birds, “they don’t seem to understand that”.

“Riiight” said the fish slowly, still not really understanding what on earth the bird was talking about. She thought about this for a minute, then she asked carefully “So why do you need to look your best?”

The crow looked up to heaven, exasperated beyond measure. But at the same time, a little doubt was starting to creep into this mind. He had done this since he could leave the nest, in fact, he reflected, since even before he left the nest. He remembered sharing the nest with his brother and two sisters and as he grew older and bigger he would peer out over the edge of the nest and see himself reflected in the water below. He thought then that he must be the most beautiful of birds as he never could see the reflection of his brothers and sisters in the water. Only his. He felt that this must surely be because he was the most beautiful and so the river only wanted to see him. He must be the special one. And so it was important that he look his best at all times, otherwise the river might lose interest in him and then he would be…just ordinary…like the other birds. “No”, he thought, feeling now a little worried, and stating aloud, forgetting that the fish was beneath him in the water “I am the most beautiful. I am special”. He looked down at the water and saw the fish, who was looking up at him with a quizzical expression on her face.

“You’re special?” she repeated, curious now as to what this crow saw in himself. All she saw was a crow, and not a very handsome one at that, if handsome was a word one could use with crows! “And beautiful?”

“Yes, yes I am” stated the crow, straightening his neck to create the best profile.

The fish laughed, she had to go beneath the water to get her breath back as she was laughing so hard now that she thought she might drown with laughter. Once she had composed herself she rose again to the surface.

“What do you mean by laughing”? screamed the crow, flapping his wings and bobbing his head up and down angrily. “What is so funny about that?”

“I just don’t see what makes you the most beautiful…or the most special of all the birds,” the fish answered chuckling. “I mean…you’re a crow. What’s so special about that?”

The crow was furious. “I’m not just a crow”, he sputtered, “I am the most beautiful Crow. And that is why” he added breathlessly, “the river loves me so much. She sees me everyday and shows me how beautiful I am. Just look” he said pointing his beak at the water. “See, there I am, right there. How wonderful I look”.

And the crow leaned out over the water trying to prove to the fish just how much he was loved for his beauty.

The fish was by now in hysterics. After all she lived in the river, she knew that the river was just water and didn’t love anyone. Water was water!

She began to swim and swim in circles and the water became very agitated.

“Stop, stop,” screamed the bird wildly. “You’re ruining everything!!! Now I can’t see anything. Not even my colour! STOP”.

The fish suddenly stopped and let the water settle into quietness once again. It became the calm mirror-like surface it had been before. The crow heaved a sigh of relief and gazed anxiously into the water to see himself.

Then the fish asked the crow quietly “If the river loves you so much how come I can make ripples in it and waves so that you cannot see yourself in it any longer?”

The crow stopped gazing at himself and stared at the fish. Fear gripped his belly like a vice. He had never considered that before, believing that the river was all there was and that her reflection of him must be the truth.

“What do you mean?” he asked shakily. He gripped the branch tightly with his talons lest he fall off the branch.

“If the river loves you so much, which you believe it does, and that that is why she shows you such a wonderful reflection of yourself, how come I can come and change it all in an instant? How come I can make her change what you see?”

The crow became lightheaded. This thoroughly confused him. He had never thought of this before. He believed what he saw in his reflection and never for one minute thought that there might be another reason for it.

He felt that he was going to faint. What if the fish was right and he wasn’t the most special of all the birds..or the most beautiful? Then what? Would that mean that he was just like the others? Drab and boring, not shiny and black as he was? No, no that can’t be true.

“I don’t believe it” he said finally, sticking his head in the air and refusing to acknowledged the fish. “Its just not the truth. I am special. I just know it.”

“Oh you might be special” the fish said, “But no more special than any other crow.”. Then she added, just to torment him further as she liked the effect her words were having on this conceited young bird. “I , on the other hand, am special. Look how I can change the water and make you look ugly and distorted.” And she laughed at the bird who had now turned a whiter shade of grey!

She spotted a fly and darted for it, catching it deftly in her mouth and swallowed it whole. She turned then and looked at him. “You see crow, I live in the river and I know all of her moods and I know that in order to survive we must respect her and be grateful for what she gives us. But you, you will never understand that because you are a bird of the air and you do not know how to live in her…as the other crows do. They know where they belong but you don’t.”

She looked long and hard at him and then said  “I wish you well, young bird, and I hope you find your true source of happiness one day.” And with that she dived beneath the water and was gone, her tail creating a splash behind her.

The rook sat on the branch, his wings drooped low and his head fallen on his chest. He couldn’t bear to look in the water, to see the reflection which no longer meant anything. After a short while he raised his head and watched the other birds in their nests. He watched too the other crows flying to and from their tree searching for food and he realised that he was hungry. He realised that he had spent so much time looking at himself that he really hadn’t been taking  care of himself at all. He hadn’t been feeding himself but starving himself, and for what? Adoration? Love? He didn’t know. But he did know this. He knew that he would never trust what he saw in the river again, knowing that the reflection could change at any time and it didn’t tell him who he truly was. He was a crow, and he was supposed to be flying free above the trees and the earth. Something, he realised with gleeful surprise, that the fish couldn’t do. And with a loud and exultant ‘caw’ he flew into the air and soared as high as his wings could take him.

He flew so high that his parents, who had been watching him, wondering what on earth had been going on, were suddenly struck with fear that he might fly too high. But then they stopped and looked at each other. They each had the same thought, “Our son is flying…FLYING”. They cawed wildly and excitedly and threw their wings around each other. “Our son is flying” they cried together. “He’s become the crow he is supposed to be.” And they hugged each other and watched as their son soared through the clear blue skies where he was soon joined by the other crows. Their heart swelled with joy and they settled down in their nests glad that their  son had finally found his wings.
