Unmanifesting the Web: A Lesson in Letting Go of Old Realities

The following is a meditation my guides told me to do. They often tell me to tune in to accept what needs to come in.

When I closed my eyes, I see a red energy all around me and light codes streamed into my consciousness. The Reiki Master symbol, the Dai Ko Myo, expanded my energy field so I knew that what was to follow would be an attunement. I became aware of the red and black spider beneath my feet. She was clinging to her web, upside-down, wrapping silken threads around the eggs she had just laid. I was reminded of the fogou Chris I visited many years ago in Cornwall with its birthing chair and stone womb. There were many spider’s eggs sacs suspended from the ceiling, hanging from the damp walls.

This is what I wrote during that visit in 2006:

“The energy on entering the fogou was powerful. Just inside, on the left side was the creep. The doorway to the creep was narrow and low and we really had to squeeze through it to get inside. It was difficult to imagine just why it was there. I would have been much more careful if I had known how many large spiders there were hanging about. Egg sacs hung suspended from the ceiling everywhere.

The creep itself turned out to be ‘L’ shaped, and we were in complete darkness here, so we needed the torch. In the first part of the creep, before it turned left, we had to move past a boulder on the ground. It looked like a reclining woman. Moving past it and turned the corner to the end of the creep, we were greeted by a rounded stone blocking the entrance. It reminded me of a cervix, an entrance from the outside world to the inner womb.

I went back to the stone that lay on the ground. It looked like a seat and I felt an immediate urge to sit on it. It was like sitting in the lap of the Mother and I began to feel like I was in labour. I wanted to sit on this reclining stone to have my baby, as this is why I was in here and this was its purpose. When I said it to Chris, he told me, with surprise, that he felt this was a woman’s place for having babies, but he had ignored it thinking he was making it up. He felt uncomfortable being in there, so he squeezed back out through the narrow doorway.

I had a strong sense that the pregnant woman would have been helped into the chamber from outside, through where the big stone now blocks the entrance. Then she would have sat on the stone chair to have her baby, in the womb of the Mother. It was as if her baby was not only being birthed from the physical mother, but also from the Great Mother. When the child was born, it would then have been handed to those waiting outside the small doorway, as though the baby had been born twice. It would then be welcomed into the physical world of humanity and the tribe. A gift from two Mothers. This baby was emerging into the physical world of the Mother from the Mother’s other worlds.”

So, back to the present. I had the thought that this meant I was creating new ‘babies’, birthing new ideas and realities. With that thought, my energy opened from my creative centre, looking and feeling like an inverted cone, moving upwards into another dimension. Next, a spider, from a grid above me appeared. It felt more masculine. It had a brown body and it moved down from this upper web into my body, becoming part of me. I had the impression that it was some kind of desert spider, yet I could still see the black and red spider beneath my feet with her eggs.

I was now this large brown spider, becoming this energy, its legs extending out to each side of me. My guides then said: ‘Camel Spider’. They explained that it could go the distance. It had something to do with creativity, but not the same kind of creativity as the black and red spider. It was more like a creative energy on a level that isn’t the deep earth, but is more in physical reality. I was aware of it pulling in the silken threads of a web. Not weaving them, but pulling them in, threads of a web that have already been woven. It pulled them into my centre, (Hara), as it was recycling them. The threads were all potentials, old creative ideas. I could see some of them above and behind me, moving from some point in the past to a point in the future.


I pulled some of them in like pulling a rope, gathering them all up inside me, undoing creations, pulling them in so they can be rewoven. It was as though the web that I had created, at least some of those threads needed to be dismantled, to be recreated. I was unweaving the future. Letting go of visions of the future so that new ones could be created. I had created these threads of reality in the past and they were no longer necessary. They were built on old beliefs, formed during times in my past that would have manifested in the future. Old ideas of what I thought would be. But new threads are needed. My female spider is laying new eggs which grow, new ideas, new thought creations.

This masculine spider dismantles. It destroys the threads of the web, but he does it with intention. Un-spinning them. It changes my future, disconnecting me, my soul, from other places, other people who will no longer be part of my reality. This feels empowering because those threads I pulled back into myself then travelled up through my body and emerged from my crown centre. Long vibrant threads of rainbow web connected to my higher reality leaving me feeling empowered and steady. I knew I could completely trust in the creation ideas that I received from ‘Upstairs’, not those ones that I receive from outside of me, from other people. But completely trusting my ability, my own knowledge, myself, not the beliefs I get from others about what I can and I can’t do, feeling sure in my creative expression, knowing who I am.


The male camel spider, pulls back the threads of the ideas other people have for me, rather than ones I feel for myself. I don’t need to manifest a reality based on who other people have told me I am. And the female spider in the earth is busy creating new ‘babies’ for me, but old creations and connections need to be dismantled first to make room for them.


So, for those of you have received a brown spider in readings or attunements from me, this will help explain that the masculine spider energy is an uncreator, and unmanifestor. Yet the threads pulled in from the old web also feed you on some level. Each thread is a different possibility that needs to be uncreated, or recreated. The camel spider pulls in energy from old beliefs, and futures you no longer need to manifest. Each thread is a future that you’ve envisioned, or a possibility that exists outside of you. But it’s now pulling those all back iso that you manifest new realities based on who you are, not what other people in your past have told you you are.

The Camel Spider Attunement.

These old webs also affect the collective unconscious but in uncreating them you allow room for new threads to be woven. The new threads are ones the world needs.

Healing from the Angelic Realm.

This is healing I love to do because it moves my consciousness into the celestial body, the sixth layer of my auric field, or higher-emotional body. This is the layer of the field where we experience spiritual ecstasy, and where we feel our connection to the spirit world and unconditional, or Universal, Love.

In a distance session, using a crystal layout, Aura Soma and music channelled from the Angelic realm specifically for healing, I accompany you, in your spirit-body, to the spirit world which is our true home. You are then given healing by a team of dedicated spirit healers who themselves channel the frequency of the Angelic realm to you. Sometimes, these healers know you very well and sometimes they are a group of Souls whose service it is to give healing to any soul who requests it.

They work in the layers of your energy-field, channelling healing energy into whatever issue is holding you back, to whatever is stopping you from creating the life you want. Your guides will usually suggest, once you know the issues they have worked on, that you listen to the latter half of the recording to reinforce the positive shifts anchored by the angelic healers. The Living Meadow: A Channeled Vision of Unity in Nature.

This was channelled material I received a few days ago, while I was trying not to feel such despair over human behaviour and world events. It was my guide’s way of giving me a potentially more helpful outlook, much as they do during readings. They spend more time focusing on what we can do rather than dwelling on what we cannot. This equally applies to individuals we are in relationship with, whether family members, friends or partners. This view, that our guides want us to cultivate, is how they view us, and how we view those on earth, when we are not physically incarnated. Bringing heaven to earth is about bringing Soul love and compassion to those who are struggling here. We come to earth with a view to helping humanity, and so our guides give us some help when we forget!

“Long have we recognised man’s need for more. Long have watched how each individual strives, in their own way, to acquire what they believe to be ‘their right’.

“But we are here to tell you, man has no more rights than the birds in the trees, the ants that move through the grass or the fish that swim in the water. All are created equal. All living things on earth are created from the same soul, the same rocks, the same elements. No one of Gaia’s creations is more, or less, worthy than the other.

Heal the trauma that perpetrates more trauma. Those who hate need more love, not more hate. Try to see them as creatures of the earth who do not recognise that they are part of creation, with an equal right to exist. See them as needing more love, not less.

“See each human being as a blade of grass in a beautiful meadow, each one standing proud and free. Visualise how the world might look if everyone understood that each had the right to a place in this meadow. That, through their roots, they were joined in a common endeavour; to expand, to show their beauty, to scatter their seeds.

“Try this and see what comes of it, what ideas come to mind. See yourself as a blade of grass in this meadow and allow yourself to feel part of this wonderful creation. It is your collective creation. Your desire for a better world.

“Do this for nine days and see what changes, See how you change. Document it and witness the miracles.”

If you would like to gift someone a reading, or a healing session, email me the name of the person you are gifting it to. Once I have done the reading, or attunement, you can then gift it to them.

Sending an attunement to someone as a gift is a way of giving them a deeper connection to Gaia. It will give them a stronger feeling of appreciation for the Earth and every Being on it. They don’t have to be a healer to receive an attunement but they will benefit from it. It will help them move forward in their life with the knowledge that they are supported by the Earth, and by all the Beings who exist on her, both physical and non-physical.

If you gift a Gaia Method Earthways Attunement for someone and their soul does not feel it is right for them, I will attune them to the energies that are. Everyone’s spiritual needs are different. In this way, you are not taking away their free will because if their soul does not want something, the energies will not come in. So far, that has only ever happened once.

The Faery Gifts.

Created at Aire Falls in Cumbria, this essence was gifted by the Guardian of the waterfall. She was a transparent pastel rainbow glow which peered out from the water. The Blue Flame of Peace Attunement.

My guides gave me this message a couple of weeks ago (16th January 25):

“We recommend starting with hope, hope for the future; hope for humanity; hope for the living. We see all, and we see how humanity is holding a torch for peace. But the torch is small. When enough of you add your flame of peace to the flame of hope then, and only then, will peace prevail.”

Until I channelled the blue flame meditation this morning, (10 feb 25) I did not realise they were speaking literally, in an energetic sense of course. To help us to remain energetically steady in the face of so much distortion and destruction in the world, they have given me a meditation to use during times of fear. Especially when we find it difficult to separate ourselves from the traumas of world events. At these times it is important that we remain focused on the Soul, remembering that everything that is happening has been chosen by each incarnated soul, on all sides, for their growth and development. However, because, once we are born into this world, we forget that we are only inhabiting our physical bodies, we get caught up in the world dramas, feeling the fear and pain of all involved. To help us remain focused on the higher awareness of our reality, where we can do something that helps the world, my guides gave me this meditation. This does not mean that we blissfully trip off into a meadow of sunny daisies, but it does give us the frequency of peace and hope so that we can transmit that awareness and energy into the world around us. It also helps us to focus on what we can do to help. As I was channelling the meditation it soon became clear that their earlier words meant something in particular.

They have given a meditation that blends both the flame of peace with the flame of hope.

This flame belongs to a trio of flames, each one of a different frequency. The three flames are the Blue, the pink and the yellow. In Winchester cathedral, we have over the years, anchored the triple flame on an energy point, as well as portions of those flames in the smaller chapels. The portions are anchored as individual portions of the triple flame, depending on the purpose of the chapel. (We only learn that once we have anchored the flame). The same thing applied when we were working in Egypt. One large flame was anchored in the main temple, and smaller flames were anchored in the smaller chapels, depending on which chapel needed it.

Recently, here in the UK, the flames have taken on a Divine Feminine Goddess archetype energy, which tells us the function of the flame. For instance, in the lady chapel of the cathedral, we anchored a gold flame of Demeter. In St. Lawrence’s Church, which stands on the site of the original church of William the conqueror’s palace, we anchored a flame which holds the frequency of Mary, the Cosmic Mother, in the Christian tradition.

The main triple-flame lies between the Lady Chapel and the St. Swithin’s monument and holds the energy of Divine Love, Divine Peace and Divine Joy. Its masculine energies, because balance is required, are love, power and wisdom. The frequency of the these flames changes depending on what energy is needed.

For this meditation, it is the energy of both Peace, with a smidgen of Hope, that we are attuning to.

Below, I am sharing some of the images you will need for the visualisations in the meditation. Have a look first so you can see what everything is supposed to look like. There will be variations, naturally, based on your own soul images, but this will give you an idea of what you need to create, energetically. Try to feel them, as well, because these energies are very tangible and it is a great way of gaining more sensitivity to them.

Monthly Readings.

My guides have suggested that I offer readings on an ongoing, regular, basis. They actually suggested it a few months ago, after a client asked me to do monthly readings for her, which I have been doing. But I did not act on their suggestion. I was not sure how useful regular sessions would be until I saw firsthand how their suggestion made sense.

In many ways, regular sessions are like therapy with both your guides and your Soul adding their guidance. From their perspective, having regular readings allows for continued development and expansion. The readings are not simply readings, however, they build on each other and are a combination of guidance, attunement, and support. (I’m also happy to chat online, or via emails, and can also do a zoom call, or WhatsApp, every few weeks if you want to connect on a deeper level and have that support in your journey).

Done on a monthly basis, the readings cover whatever issues you are currently grappling with, and give insight into your work and development, including past life issues – if they apply. They also help you further your relationship with your own guides, and Soul awareness, because your guides often take the opportunity to give you exercises which are tailored to your specific path of development. If your development requires energetic expansion, in the form of additional attunements, they also add those. So it is an all-round process which allows you to grow even further – with the support of other dimensional energies.

They have suggested a few different options. You can sign up for on-going monthly sessions, (which you can do using the donations box at the bottom of this post), or you can sign up for three, six, nine or twelve months. Each session lasts an hour, sometimes more, and is recorded. If energies have been sent, you will also receive a written report with all the symbols. Sometimes, too, healing is sent as part of the reading. Depending on your Soul requirements, you will receive whatever you need.

Third Level Attunements

There are levels within levels at this final stage too, (I say final, although it never feels truly final. There is always more to learn). The basic attunement anchors the Blue Sphere and the Trident of Poseidon. The Blue Sphere is the Sphere of development where you fully align your will, with the Will of the Mother, or Gaia, the Soul of our earth. It takes you into the realms of universal consciousness, as it is actualised through the consciousness and Will of the Universal Mother, or Cosmic Mother. This is the Mother who sees all from a higher, more unconditional, Soul awareness level. She is aware of the many changes on earth and sees where and when changes need to be brought into play.

She watches the earth, and all upon it, just as a good-enough mother watches her children growing. She knows what her growing children need to experience if they are to survive into adulthood. She watches with compassion when humanity act from hate and she projects great love to them, hoping they will feel her love and grow into that love. She is aware that each soul on earth is on a path of growth and development and that they will make mistakes. But she does not judge. She sees from a higher perspective and knows they will find their way.

The physical earth is also observed. The Cosmic Mother knows when planetary changes are needed. She sees the wildfires raging through the forests and sees the necessary clearings they create. She watches the forces of nature rampage across the land in floods and tsunamis, volcanic upheaval and storms and knows too that these are necessary ‘restructurings’ of the earth’s landmass and that they have been happening for millions of years in their own cycles. (As traumatic as it is for us to experience them!)

At this level, you learn to see, objectively, through the eyes of the Mother. Just as in the second level, you are anchored into the Venus Matrix – the pink sphere – and learn the lessons of love, in the third level you learn the lessons of objective compassion contained in the Blue Sphere. You have learned to follow your guidance, even when your personality wants to jump in and fix things; to rescue people. With those skills under your belt, you learn to be a watcher, seeing the social currents and how they move in the world.

You may not see the outcome of the events on earth, or understand why they are happening, but you understand they are happening for a reason, and that all those involved understand that too – on a Soul level. You learn to stand back and follow what your guidance wants you to do, and what your Soul wants you to do. It is not easy to do this, especially when you see terrible things happening in the world, yet you are asked to stand back and be a watcher, and do what you are called to do. This can be challenging where there is so much pain and destruction in the world and this is why the Venus matrix sphere comes before this one; because we have to learn to love all inhabitants of earth and see them through the heart of love – as difficult as that can sometimes be.

You may be asked to focus on what will and can help in real terms. Humanity needs to change, to grow, to expand in consciousness. Each one of us that heals the beliefs that create our current reality, is needed. In healing ourselves, and learning about our own beliefs, we learn how others do the same. All of us, collectively, create the physical reality we live in. Imagine if enough of us changed those beliefs. What would reality look like then? And what vision does the Cosmic Mother hold for humanity? Can we help her manifest those visions – through us?

The Blue sphere holds tools to help us heal old beliefs, both individual and collective, and creates in us the desire to recreate the world. The thoughts that flow through us, from the Cosmic Mother, are the thoughts we need to align to – because they are the ones she knows we need to manifest with. She is always, and ever, filled with compassion for us here on earth, no matter what the winds of change bring.

Within this sphere, there are other energies available but the primary one, to start with, is the Trident of Neptune. Because your will is now aligned with the Will of the Mother, the energies of this trident flow out from you and into the world. These are your Soul-filled and Angelic creations. They emerge from your will, your solar plexus, as streams, or currents of energy. Each stream is a creative endeavour which helps the world, through what you do. Each stream, or current, has a particular focus. One stream could be writing, another, healing. Yet another could be temple building, or even raising a family. It all depends on which stream wants to work through you. These streams use your learned skills, and creative gifts, even if you think you haven’t got any!

This is a deep level of creation and creativity. Sometimes, depending on where you are in your emotional development (Your soul knows what you need) The angelic aspect is that part which works in service to humanity’s development and future. We may never see the outcome of our work in the present, but it heals the past and creates the future. Because, at this level, we are manifesting on behalf of humanity, we are guided to create what is needed. But they move through us, using our natural gifts and learned skills. We are the conduits for new creation.

There is a balance here around the creations of the Cosmic Mother and the masculine Poseidon, and what those creations are manifesting in terms of humanity’s need to move forward.  The masculine frequencies come in through the Poseidon energy. Poseidon is master of the emotions and deep creative impulses and therefore utilises what the trident brings into his consciousness. The thoughts and desires the cosmic Mother has for humanity are brought into being, and anchored, by the Poseidon energies, the master of the collective seas of creation.

As with all the Gaia Method Earthways attunements, these energies become active when you are ready for them, so you never have to worry about taking in too much energy or being overwhelmed by them. Your Soul is like a gatekeeper, opening the way for you when it knows you are ready. Although it took me fifteen years to bring in this level, I recognise how the necessary energies activate in their own time, which is reassuring! I have been holding most of these energies for years and yet, even now, they activate within me when they are good and ready. The energies of the previous attunements continue to work through your psyche, expanding your gifts, and your ability to work with the earth, and all its inhabitants.

Avebury Winter Solstice Activation.

This year’s Winter Solstice Activation is at Avebury Stone circle, in Wiltshire. (Activation meditation at the bottom of the page). This year we had to go to Avebury (a couple of days before the Solstice) and activate energies which could then be accessed by those who work with the consciousness of Gaia/Mother earth. This in itself was interesting because it felt as though the space and time which the circle occupies holds many different thoughtforms. Just as in a university which occupies a certain space in physicality, yet one in which you can study any number of subjects and modules within those subjects and at any level.

Although I have been going to Avebury for a couple of decades – it was my first experience of a stone circle in the UK back in the early nineties – I had not been in many years. But a visit from a friend and fellow Gaia Method healer from California brought me there again. (I am currently writing that up). This brought certain things to my awareness and so I was ‘instructed’ to visit again. This time Chris and I went.

As often happens, on the drive there, the guardian of the site was already communicating with us, attaching to our ‘centre’ and keeping us focused on what needed to be done first. He bid us welcome and then told me to buy eight crystal points in Elements, the lovely crystal shop in the circle. When we got to the village, we had a cuppa, and then went to buy the crystals. They did not have basic crystal points but they did have something even better: some beautiful apophyllite pyramids. These were going to be used to anchor an etheric pyramid in half of the circle, the half that contains the two smaller circles.

We began at the large stone near the barn and followed where the white lines of the crystal directed us. Beneath each of the anchoring stones we placed one crystal pyramid, to anchor the corner energetically. When we got to the Large Portal stones, we had to plant two crystals, one at each stone. This left an energetic entrance into the crystalline pyramid we were anchoring.

Once this was achieved we then had to walk through the portal and as we did, Chris was receiving the information, until we got to the smaller circles. Everything about this pyramid was Egyptian. We entered three phases of initiation, symbolised by three different spaces we had to move through. This was very much a personal initiation of moving through phases of our own journey. For each person it will be a different journey.

As we moved through these spaces in the pyramid we were also making an essence. Each Being, in each space, added their energy to the essence. The first Being was Anubis. Of the three spaces we moved through, within this etheric pyramid, my only part to play was to communicate with the woman in the inner circle. The goddess Hathor. She added her energy and light to the essence too.

By now, we had used seven of the eight crystals so I thought I had misheard when the Guardian told me to get eight. But, I reasoned, it meant I had one to take home. So, once we were finished here, we decided to go for a potter and explored the lovely church and The Henge shop, which we knew we had to visit. Browsing through the many oracle packs there, I decided to pull a card from one of them. The card was: The Sanctuary. The message was clear. We had to stop off at the Sanctuary too, to finish the work we thought was finished. That explained why I still had one crystal left.

On the way home, we stopped at the Sanctuary and stood in the centre. We had to honour the four directions first, where the four lines of energy entered the circle, and then we anchored the rose energy in the middle and held the serpent energy that came from the Henge, placing the last crystal in the centre to anchor it. There, we each received a gift from the guardian: a large, nearly naked man wearing a headdress of antler horns. This type of guardian speaks of old neolithic/early bronze age beliefs. Malia and I had been given more information about the three instruments of the Sidhe in Micheldever woods from the same antler- headdressed man there too. The guardian of the main Avebury circle was a druidic-type priest of great age, but here in the sanctuary, the guardian was more connected to shamanic knowledge.

Once I got home, I mapped out the lines. What I find interesting is that we created a pyramid on the ground – minus it’s capstone. It was the great pyramid of Giza, itself a place of initiation, amongst other things. When we are simply following our guidance we don’t know what the shape will look like from the air, as our ancestors did not know either. But they laid out these places knowing what they were doing, and following the energies as they sensed them.

This is not the first time we have anchored Egyptian energy in Britain and Ireland, but it really makes me wonder if there truly was communication between the two great cultures in the past. No reason why not. There is certainly mythology to support it. But, a few days previously, applying my usual Aura Soma essences, I was given information about the pyramid in Giza. But they were showing me the topmost part being removed, as though it was a separate part to the main pyramid. They showed me how at that topmost point, there was a raised black line, as though someone had put it around the top. I saw the top part then being removed. Then ‘they’ reminded me that they had told me before to go to Avebury and anchor the pyramid within the circle.

So that is what we did. I have created a crystal grid activation for this Winter Solstice based on the work we did at the circle, within the pyramid, which you can access here. May it bring you abundance and joy in the coming year. 🩷

Messages in Egypt.

I received this in the first year of living in Luxor, Egypt. (6th June 2012). I was living in the large village of Qurna, on the west bank of the Nile. (The other side is Luxor). It was a tumultuous period and there were times I thought I could not bear it any longer. It was an alien world to me, and I was living in a way I had never experienced before, with people I did not understand, and who did not understand me. On any level. Yet, I was aware that I had karmic ties there; a rebalancing that was necessary. Much of the difficulty stemmed from this awareness. The ‘past’ energies were very present and yet the ‘present’ was completely different, and yet not different at all. Times had not changed in all the centuries, but with the advent of electricity, mobile phones, televisions, tourists and concrete and brick buildings, everything was growing in a different direction. Yet, from another perspective, it was the perfect place to heal, and I learned to see the beauty and potential there.

But it did take time…

I was also aware that Egypt was to experience a renewal. It was to become the garden of Eden again although this would take many years. The number of healers and earthworkers installing the new codes in Egypt, and resurrecting the old ones – the ones that need to be resurrected – are doing this work. That was why I was there. My job was to clear away the old and then anchor new templates, preparing the grid for the ruby energies of the Mother to flow into,- when the time was right. This would bring love, and the balance of the divine masculine and the Divine feminine, just as it had been in the past.

It was very hard work. My guides, however, were constantly reassuring me, giving me information to help me understand what on earth I was doing there, literally. The information I received (below) is also for those healers who are doing, and have done, the work of realigning and anchoring. Change takes years and sometimes those changes are not what we would like them to be. But, as I was constantly reminded: ‘All is in Divine Order’.

This is what my guides told me:

“You entered this world with one intention: that of anchoring the consciousness of the Divine Feminine in harmony with the Ray of Service. This would ensure that those of you born under the sign of Divine Potential would bring both Light, and Solace, to the masses, each in your own individual way. To do this you sacrificed your own personal needs, and desires, to support the energies that would change the nature of reality itself. You gave up ‘Love’ in favour of soulful service; you gave up ‘wealth’ in favour of thriving and surviving; and you gave up ‘hope’ in favour of possibility. These sacrifices have not been in vain.

“You see all around you, in everything you do, the note of Service and Potential, and in every way, you do your best to meet the requirements of the situations in which you find yourselves. This is no easy task, we know, but we assure you that this service is needed and desired by all those alive on this planet, at this time, even if they are unaware of it.

“So keep up the good work and know that the Keys to Heaven, through the Star Gates, have enabled thousands to access their Divine Selves. You who are born in service, have opened these gates so all who are ready can step through and experience a completely new ‘Living’ potential, one which has not been achieved so far. And it is you, the Ones who sacrifice their own needs to serve the Whole, who will look back and feel the Joy of the connection which all those souls now experience for the first time. A connection you have enjoyed for many centuries.

“So be glad to carry the flame into Humanity’s future and be glad also that you were part of this huge awakening, never before experienced by Humanity in its journey of evolution. Put all else behind you now and know that the seeds are planted and a new life is about to be lived by all.”

Another message I received in 2012:

“An open wound lies at the heart of Egypt. A wound festering with rot and putrefaction. This wound was caused by the dark thoughts and deeds of those in the past who desired power at all costs. They wished for nothing more than the ultimate control of an entire region. This desire for control has cost the lives of many people and continues to do so for this wound rots more and more each day, cutting off the life-force of those who live here. Without this life-force nothing can survive for long, which is why you see a dying nation before your eyes. It will not be long before the country will fall into the wrong hands. The hands of those who would be only too happy to take the reins of power and control the people once again. Mercy is on their lips but the fire of hate is in their hearts.

“This is why it is imperative that you continue your sojourn in the lands of Khemit and that you continue to learn the old ways, paving the way for the new to enter and for the life-force to be slowly reignited in the hearts of the people, for they will lose their power yet again. They will be left wanting. The only solution here is in the reinstatement of the Divine Mother energies into their hearts. It is the only way that life can be assured. The rivers are running dry now and soon will be dried up river beds so the water needs to be made to flow in the veins of the earth once more.

“We bequeath to you now the ability to bring the Water’s of Life to the shores of evil. It will be like a mighty ocean wave that slowly builds, nearly unnoticed, until one day it will become a mighty, unstoppable wave of power and life, bringing succour and hope to the people. We bequeath to you also the desire to create a fountain of life where all can enjoy the benefits of this energy, a place where love and joy, intermingled with life and creation can be experienced, bringing a new wave of light to the world of the East. A wave of love so profound that to experience it will change their lives forever.

“Let this be so now and do our bidding as we guide you. For you will have to walk in the dark places to get this gift and to plant the seeds, just as you have been doing. And one day, these gifts will be shared with all those who desire to plant these seeds in the other dark places of the world.

“Let this be your task now. Feel it and see it and let it guide your footsteps, for it is a long journey but one which ultimately will mean safety and love for an entire region.

“Vestiges remain of what was once fertile ground in this valley. Vestiges, which, when once more  discovered, can bring fertility to the entire region of Upper Egypt, as it was in days of old.

“It only remains to be seen how this will be accomplished.

“During your days of isolation ponder this: in times gone by there were many such fertile crescents, and there in lies a clue as to their whereabouts! These crescents were designed by us to be areas of distinct human experience. Areas which fostered much growth and awareness within the inhabitants who resided therein. These areas now lie in fallow places and to look on them none would know that once these places were places of immense beauty and life. Places where people’s lives were touched by the Divine in their every making moment; places where the forces of creation resided, side by side, with the inhabitants; places that reflected beauty and shone a light out into the world; places where equality was the norm and segregation unheard of.

“There is one such place known to you as Solomon the Wise’s temple. This place straddled two great empires and within these empires the place you know as Baghdad was once a fertile crescent of such beauty as to be unimagined in your current time. This temple was a creation of immense magnitude, a creation unbounded by walls and pillars but created of love and wisdom shining a light into the whole of the area you now know as Saudi Arabia and Israel. Once these two great lands were ‘sisters’, joined in a bond of love and creation, places where none knew drought or starvation, for the goddess and her light shone brightly there.

“Only when the forces of light became overshadowed by the forces of the dark did this region begin to struggle and life became a daunting task indeed. It became a place of death, and not of life, for that is what occurs when the Mother no longer holds sway in her land. Between the two lands now lies a barrier. A barrier which must be removed and the ancient past once again renewed. Only in this action can the love of the Mother regain her rightful place in this world.

“Now that you are here, you can see which way the land lies, and which direction you must take in order to restore the ancient one to her throne. For she needs the aid of human helpers and devotees to reinstall the sacred codes of life and love and creation.

“Try this: it will aid you in your far memories of this place in times of old.

“Dig deep into the annals of history bound within the stone walls of Nineveh’s’ tombs. You will know this place once you have found it. Buried within its walls lies a mystery and the keys to the mysteries need to be inserted before the secrets can be revealed. You have been given the keys so now all it takes is for you to travel to this place with your loved one and remind the walls of what they were designed to do. With the keys you hold you will release the sacred codes which will allow you to reveal the mysteries. (still haven’t done this and have no idea how! But when the time is right…)

“As is usual we will provide you with the means to this work so all will be well, never fear. For now go about your work and we will begin the downloads which will allow you to ‘remember’ the sacred rites of release. This will happen over a period of time, so relax, and go with any changes you feel and all will be well. Live well in this world and do not fear that you are not on the right track for this land is a dark one and sorely needs the light of the Mother to break its bonds and release her back into the world once more. The Masters of Time.

“Let us intervene here. Tonight, as you are beginning to go into sleep remind yourself of what it is you hope to achieve here. Remind yourself that you are a vessel, holding light of the Divine Mother, so that all who come into contact with her will prosper and thrive. Remember too, to hold your light steady in the midst of the darkness for only in doing so can you hope to remain here. Remember your sacred oath to help this land when its need was great. You will need all your strength to hold yourself steady for the time is fast approaching when the forces of dark threaten those of the light in this area. Remind yourself daily that none can touch you or harm you and all will be well in your world.

“Do not fear oblivion, but walk tall and straight, and allow none to diminish your light. For you are the light here, the eternal, everlasting light of the Mother. When you return to England’s’ shores, return with the light of the Divine in your hands, and anchor it strongly there beneath your feet. It will help you as you build your light center, and the means to sustain yourselves through the dark storms of humanity’s trial. For it will be a trial, and there will be many who will come to your door seeking nourishment. Give it freely and when the light once again returns to Egypt there will many who will remember your kindnesses and will repay you well. Live in the light now and fill yourself with it daily. Never fear, Love is here.”

I spent ten years in Egypt doing energywork and am now back in the UK doing the same. Building the Light-center. But the center is an ancient place, not a modern center as we think of it. It was always a center of light, built by the ancients and maintained as a place of balance of wisdom. When I received this channelling, I did not understand what they meant. Now, it is clearer. Many things are clearer now. I had forgotten many of these words my guides gave me in Egypt, and there are many more. At the time they did not make much sense, but twelve years on, they are beginning to.

Summer Solstice Crystal Attunement. 2024

My guides have ‘suggested’ I do readings for each of the festivals of the year, and for the new moons, anchoring into the grid the energies for the coming months. I begin with a crystal grid meditation for the summer solstice, which feels to me like Stonehenge, but it is also all the circles that fulfill this fertility function. I used the Woodhenge essence a friend and I made on Mayday at both Woodhenge and the Cuckoo stone. It connects us to the Cosmic elements of Stonehenge. An appropriate essence, I thought.

The grid needed to have more fire than usual, so four candles were placed, each one in its own corner. Once the flames were lit, I was instructed to place water in the center. Next, the quartz crystal circle was aranged around the water. This circle felt like a representation of the stone circles. Then an amethyst point was placed in North, South, East and West of the grid, connecting the circle to each of the four directions and holding all in balance.

Lastly, I was told to use flowers. Flowers? I mentally scanned my house. Where was I to find flowers? Then I heard: ‘Don’t you have roses in your garden?’ Why didn’t I think of that? So, I gathered some petals from two roses and placed them in the grid. These represent the love and beauty of the Mother in Nature.

Listen to the meditation and feel yourself there. You can put yourself in the grid by imagining you are standing inside it. I’ve put the image of the grid below the recording so you can see where to put yourself. In placing yourself in the grid, or simply listening to the recording (done on my iPhone so excuse the quality), you are bringing the fertility of Mother earth and Father Sun/Sky into your auric field and hence into your life. May it bring you abundance, connection and healing.

Crystal Readings.

Since my Solstice visit to Stonehenge, when I received an energy upgrade, the way I do readings has changed. I now use a crystal grid with geometric patterns and essences. I did not know that I was going to be doing readings this way until I did one for a client and my guides told me to create a simple layout using crystals and candles. It had been a long time, nearly twenty years, since my guides instructed me to throw my just purchased and expensive elestial crystal into the sea at my seventh gateway initiation. At the time, they told me I no longer needed ‘tools’, so I sold all my crystals, trusting my guides completely.

Now, they were telling me to create a crystal grid. Did I have any crystals? I searched the house and found some that other people had gifted me, along with some stones I had tumbled myself from different parts of Ireland. The resulting reading was different and deeper than any I had done before. And I discovered that recording it as I went was also more powerful for the listener because it allowed them to connect with the energies directly rather than simply through the written word. The energies of the reading now move into the consciousness and energy field of the listener. However, I still do a write-up if certain clarifications are necessary.

The great thing about this process, apart from the fact that I LOVE doing them this way, is that I can also open them up to reading the soul purpose of relationships, children, as well as the usual Soul/Life/Healing ones. There really seems to be no limit, so far, as to what I can read.

An important thing to remember, however, is that the readings are coming from a Soul perspective. It will be an overview of development challenges, opportunities for growth, soul purpose, etc. What they will not do is tell you what to do. They won’t tell you that your relationship will last, or not, because you are the one learning the lessons. You have been given free-will for a reason. It is part of your challenge here on earth to use your free will to make choices, so the readings will show you what opportunities there are for growth, what you may have chosen to learn, and what might help you in that learning. They act as a reminder of why you came and what you hoped to learn/overcome/develop.

The Process of Doing a Crystal Grid Session.

Once I have received your photo, and the person you are in relationship with, your home or animal friend, I ask your guide’s permission to receive the information. Sometimes I am given this information by going to the library and sometimes I am given specific information in a dream, or just as I am waking up.

When I am ready to do the reading, or the healing, I set up a crystal grid, intuitively choosing the crystals. I use candles and crystals in the readings, placing them in the pattern I am shown by my guides. There is a connection between the energy of the stones and the energy of the flames which feels ancient to me. It brings me to a place of stone circles and fire ceremonies. The stones become the holder/container of the energy coming in, just as the Stone circles hold and contain energy. The candles I use are also held in stone.

As well as the flames and crystals, I use essences. These are either my own, or from the Aura Soma range. The essences are intuitively chosen when I am doing a healing grid, as they add layers of necessary vibration. The patterns in the grid are based on sacred geometry because these shapes have an energetic frequency that your soul recognises. Crystals are made of geometric shapes so this makes sense to me. The grids are holding patterns that contain and hold the energetic information of your Soul. The crystals act as transmitters of energy just as they were used to transmit radio waves in radios and in watches and are still part of computers everywhere. Crystals also act as harmonisers, modifying the effects of today’s digital world and when used in a grid, together they act to balance the mental information with the energy field. This is what my guides say about crystals:

Crystals are encoded with the energy of creation and are therefore used in many ways in a healing. They are transmitters, modifiers, harmonisers, and balancers. They regulate the crystalline energy of Human consciousness especially when the recipient is aligned with the earth’s purpose and Being. They allow a certain vibration or information frequency to be transmitted through the air waves to the recipient and because they are formed as the earth has formed, over millions of years, they hold the energetic memory of earth creation and therefore are perfect transmitters of frequency. You are all made of the earth and so the crystals help you to anchor your higher awareness into the physical body, keeping you fully anchored in space and time, just as the stone circles do now.

Once everything is in place, I tune in and allow the necessary information and healing to come through. I record what I see, and feel, adding background music so you can use the recording as a meditation. This helps to fully anchor the energies received. If there are energies that need describing, I will create the images and write up what they mean, so you can use them consciously.

One of the things that can come in when having a soul/past-life reading is information about which of the Seven Rays you have incarnated on. I will give you basic information on your Ray which will help you understand both your role on Earth and the energies that move through you.

Once I have finished a reading or healing, I allow the energy to continue flowing, not clearing away the grid for a couple of hours until the energies have gradually stopped transmitting. Sometimes I am told to use sea shells, or other natural objects which bring in the energy of that object. Seashell usually indicate a need to connect to the sea energies. I have a basket on my windowsill of objects I have picked up, such as feathers, rocks, shells, seaweed, bits of driftwood, etc. and these are often utilised in the readings. The process reminds me of how shamans do readings with magical objects, which I find fascinating. But this is how the ancestors have done this work for thousands of years, so it feels good to be doing it again.

During the readings, I may also channel specific guidance from your guides, and add healing energies to the grid to help you gain clarity or overcome difficulties. These energies are from both the earth and the cosmos, depending on what you need, but I will explain any energies so you can consciously connect to what you receive. Sometimes too, I am guided to use sound, via tuning forks, to activate and move certain energies that need a more resonant sound vibration to break up energy which might be preventing forward movement.
