The Mother Oak gives strong stability and wisdom and teaches you to recognise damaging behaviour, teaching you to trust yourself when something does not ‘feel right’. The White Dragon gives energetic protection from external energies building a forcefield around your auric field which provides protection and strength. This essence can be used in your home when you want to feel a sense of sanctuary. It creates a safe space for others. It is very good to use if you are a healer working with vulnerable clients because it imparts to them a sense of safety and trust. They internally recognise that you are a safe container for them. Included in this essence is the energy of gratitude and the gift of abundance. The gratitude comes from the Goddess of Water, and she teaches us to be grateful to the rivers and waters of the world and skies, to be grateful for the abundance bestowed on us through them. Water is a gift and the abundance in the waters of the earth is to be valued, not taken for granted. We will always be taken care of when we recognise, truly, the value of water and its myriad creatures.

He would enclose it in the rock of the Kieve; but when again the true faith revived, it should be recovered, and rung, to cheer once more the land.’ And that time is now, for we are rediscovering the older Celtic Christian traditons which venerate the land and the Goddess and which serves humanity. It calls you to create places of sanctuary, and to be a voice in the wilderness calling others to safety. To be a guide for others while they navigate the stormy waters of change. In short, it calls to all those whose roles are to be the guardians of sanctuary who create places of succor and wisdom. Those of you who feel a deep calling to preserve the old ways and renew them for the future benefit of humankind.

Dragon people are the bringers of change. They are the rebels of the world, fighting an old order that no longer works. They break things up, they challenge society’s thinking and beliefs, but often, they have to fight their own way to freedom first. This essence was made in the Great hall in Winchester. Although centuries old, this place was, until recently, a court of law where justice was meted out. Sometimes, the red dragons can get trapped by society’s expectations. They can be dependent on people and situations, having had their power and freedom taken away from them by others who seem to be more powerful than they. But it is an illusion. Freedom comes when they begin to see through the illusion and they start to change the beliefs/chains that bind them and they break through into freedom. They let of their fears and with courage, change their route.
