Unmanifesting the Web: A Lesson in Letting Go of Old Realities

The following is a meditation my guides told me to do. They often tell me to tune in to accept what needs to come in.

When I closed my eyes, I see a red energy all around me and light codes streamed into my consciousness. The Reiki Master symbol, the Dai Ko Myo, expanded my energy field so I knew that what was to follow would be an attunement. I became aware of the red and black spider beneath my feet. She was clinging to her web, upside-down, wrapping silken threads around the eggs she had just laid. I was reminded of the fogou Chris I visited many years ago in Cornwall with its birthing chair and stone womb. There were many spider’s eggs sacs suspended from the ceiling, hanging from the damp walls.

This is what I wrote during that visit in 2006:

“The energy on entering the fogou was powerful. Just inside, on the left side was the creep. The doorway to the creep was narrow and low and we really had to squeeze through it to get inside. It was difficult to imagine just why it was there. I would have been much more careful if I had known how many large spiders there were hanging about. Egg sacs hung suspended from the ceiling everywhere.

The creep itself turned out to be ‘L’ shaped, and we were in complete darkness here, so we needed the torch. In the first part of the creep, before it turned left, we had to move past a boulder on the ground. It looked like a reclining woman. Moving past it and turned the corner to the end of the creep, we were greeted by a rounded stone blocking the entrance. It reminded me of a cervix, an entrance from the outside world to the inner womb.

I went back to the stone that lay on the ground. It looked like a seat and I felt an immediate urge to sit on it. It was like sitting in the lap of the Mother and I began to feel like I was in labour. I wanted to sit on this reclining stone to have my baby, as this is why I was in here and this was its purpose. When I said it to Chris, he told me, with surprise, that he felt this was a woman’s place for having babies, but he had ignored it thinking he was making it up. He felt uncomfortable being in there, so he squeezed back out through the narrow doorway.

I had a strong sense that the pregnant woman would have been helped into the chamber from outside, through where the big stone now blocks the entrance. Then she would have sat on the stone chair to have her baby, in the womb of the Mother. It was as if her baby was not only being birthed from the physical mother, but also from the Great Mother. When the child was born, it would then have been handed to those waiting outside the small doorway, as though the baby had been born twice. It would then be welcomed into the physical world of humanity and the tribe. A gift from two Mothers. This baby was emerging into the physical world of the Mother from the Mother’s other worlds.”

So, back to the present. I had the thought that this meant I was creating new ‘babies’, birthing new ideas and realities. With that thought, my energy opened from my creative centre, looking and feeling like an inverted cone, moving upwards into another dimension. Next, a spider, from a grid above me appeared. It felt more masculine. It had a brown body and it moved down from this upper web into my body, becoming part of me. I had the impression that it was some kind of desert spider, yet I could still see the black and red spider beneath my feet with her eggs.

I was now this large brown spider, becoming this energy, its legs extending out to each side of me. My guides then said: ‘Camel Spider’. They explained that it could go the distance. It had something to do with creativity, but not the same kind of creativity as the black and red spider. It was more like a creative energy on a level that isn’t the deep earth, but is more in physical reality. I was aware of it pulling in the silken threads of a web. Not weaving them, but pulling them in, threads of a web that have already been woven. It pulled them into my centre, (Hara), as it was recycling them. The threads were all potentials, old creative ideas. I could see some of them above and behind me, moving from some point in the past to a point in the future.


I pulled some of them in like pulling a rope, gathering them all up inside me, undoing creations, pulling them in so they can be rewoven. It was as though the web that I had created, at least some of those threads needed to be dismantled, to be recreated. I was unweaving the future. Letting go of visions of the future so that new ones could be created. I had created these threads of reality in the past and they were no longer necessary. They were built on old beliefs, formed during times in my past that would have manifested in the future. Old ideas of what I thought would be. But new threads are needed. My female spider is laying new eggs which grow, new ideas, new thought creations.

This masculine spider dismantles. It destroys the threads of the web, but he does it with intention. Un-spinning them. It changes my future, disconnecting me, my soul, from other places, other people who will no longer be part of my reality. This feels empowering because those threads I pulled back into myself then travelled up through my body and emerged from my crown centre. Long vibrant threads of rainbow web connected to my higher reality leaving me feeling empowered and steady. I knew I could completely trust in the creation ideas that I received from ‘Upstairs’, not those ones that I receive from outside of me, from other people. But completely trusting my ability, my own knowledge, myself, not the beliefs I get from others about what I can and I can’t do, feeling sure in my creative expression, knowing who I am.


The male camel spider, pulls back the threads of the ideas other people have for me, rather than ones I feel for myself. I don’t need to manifest a reality based on who other people have told me I am. And the female spider in the earth is busy creating new ‘babies’ for me, but old creations and connections need to be dismantled first to make room for them.


So, for those of you have received a brown spider in readings or attunements from me, this will help explain that the masculine spider energy is an uncreator, and unmanifestor. Yet the threads pulled in from the old web also feed you on some level. Each thread is a different possibility that needs to be uncreated, or recreated. The camel spider pulls in energy from old beliefs, and futures you no longer need to manifest. Each thread is a future that you’ve envisioned, or a possibility that exists outside of you. But it’s now pulling those all back iso that you manifest new realities based on who you are, not what other people in your past have told you you are.

As my guides explain: The spider energies are lines of force, the lines of light lie alongside them. These are healing frequencies. Lines of force bring change, a change in the surroundings through which they move. The lines of light bring healing to the consequences of those changes. Healing from the Angelic Realm.

This is healing I love to do because it moves my consciousness into the celestial body, the sixth layer of my auric field, or higher-emotional body. This is the layer of the field where we experience spiritual ecstasy, and where we feel our connection to the spirit world and unconditional, or Universal, Love.

In a distance session, using a crystal layout, Aura Soma and music channelled from the Angelic realm specifically for healing, I accompany you, in your spirit-body, to the spirit world which is our true home. You are then given healing by a team of dedicated spirit healers who themselves channel the frequency of the Angelic realm to you. Sometimes, these healers know you very well and sometimes they are a group of Souls whose service it is to give healing to any soul who requests it.

They work in the layers of your energy-field, channelling healing energy into whatever issue is holding you back, to whatever is stopping you from creating the life you want. They work with love and dedication, removing old thoughtforms, old traumas, etc. Once they have achieved this, they then transform the energy into its positive opposite, giving you a new freedom.

From my place in the spirit world, where I wait, I watch what they do, so that you know what is happening. I see what they do, and they communicate it to me, and i record it, so you have an intellectual understanding of the issues involved. This helps, because as your energy shifts, you can see the result of the shift and experience your life changing.

As with all my work, I record the session. Your guides will usually suggest, once you know the issues they have worked on, that you listen to the latter half of the recording to reinforce the positive shifts anchored by the angelic healers. They may also give you exercises or advice, whatever they feel you need.

You can experience this healing as often as you feel necessary and there is no limit to which issues you want to deal with. It could be emotional, creative, relational, work etc. Or, if you want to find out what holds you back but you cannot put your finger on what the issue is, but it has been a block for years, then this is a good way to find without having to go into it all again. Some things you do not need to re-experience. The belief that was anchored at the time, is what is shifted during a session.

If you would like to gift someone a reading, or a healing session, email me the name of the person you are gifting it to. Once I have done the reading, or attunement, you can then gift it to them.

Sending an attunement to someone as a gift is a way of giving them a deeper connection to Gaia. It will give them a stronger feeling of appreciation for the Earth and every Being on it. They don’t have to be a healer to receive an attunement but they will benefit from it. It will help them move forward in their life with the knowledge that they are supported by the Earth, and by all the Beings who exist on her, both physical and non-physical.

If you gift a Gaia Method Earthways Attunement for someone and their soul does not feel it is right for them, I will attune them to the energies that are. Everyone’s spiritual needs are different. This way of gifting an attunement is always in line with their soul needs. The soul will not accept what is not right for them, in that moment. In this way, you are not taking away their free will because if their soul does not want something, the energies will not come in. So far, that has only ever happened once.

When I was first asked to gift an attunement, I was not sure if that was alright or not, so I asked my guides for advice. They told me that the recipient would receive the energies they needed and the person gifting the attunement was responding to a soul need the recipient was unaware of themselves. Once I had the go-ahead, I went ahead, and so far it has worked beautifully.

Monthly Readings.

My guides have suggested that I offer readings on an ongoing, regular, basis. They actually suggested it a few months ago, after a client asked me to do monthly readings for her, which I have been doing. But I did not act on their suggestion. I was not sure how useful regular sessions would be until I saw firsthand how their suggestion made sense.

In many ways, regular sessions are like therapy with both your guides and your Soul adding their guidance. From their perspective, having regular readings allows for continued development and expansion. The readings are not simply readings, however, they build on each other and are a combination of guidance, attunement, and support. (I’m also happy to chat online, or via emails, and can also do a zoom call, or WhatsApp, every few weeks if you want to connect on a deeper level and have that support in your journey).

Done on a monthly basis, the readings cover whatever issues you are currently grappling with, and give insight into your work and development, including past life issues – if they apply. They also help you further your relationship with your own guides, and Soul awareness, because your guides often take the opportunity to give you exercises which are tailored to your specific path of development. If your development requires energetic expansion, in the form of additional attunements, they also add those. So it is an all-round process which allows you to grow even further – with the support of other dimensional energies.

They have suggested a few different options. You can sign up for on-going monthly sessions, (which you can do using the donations box at the bottom of this post), or you can sign up for three, six, nine or twelve months. Each session lasts an hour, sometimes more, and is recorded. If energies have been sent, you will also receive a written report with all the symbols. Sometimes, too, healing is sent as part of the reading. Depending on your Soul requirements, you will receive whatever you need.

Avebury Winter Solstice Activation.

This year’s Winter Solstice Activation is at Avebury Stone circle, in Wiltshire. (Activation meditation at the bottom of the page). This year we had to go to Avebury (a couple of days before the Solstice) and activate energies which could then be accessed by those who work with the consciousness of Gaia/Mother earth. This in itself was interesting because it felt as though the space and time which the circle occupies holds many different thoughtforms. Just as in a university which occupies a certain space in physicality, yet one in which you can study any number of subjects and modules within those subjects and at any level.

Although I have been going to Avebury for a couple of decades – it was my first experience of a stone circle in the UK back in the early nineties – I had not been in many years. But a visit from a friend and fellow Gaia Method healer from California brought me there again. (I am currently writing that up). This brought certain things to my awareness and so I was ‘instructed’ to visit again. This time Chris and I went.

As often happens, on the drive there, the guardian of the site was already communicating with us, attaching to our ‘centre’ and keeping us focused on what needed to be done first. He bid us welcome and then told me to buy eight crystal points in Elements, the lovely crystal shop in the circle. When we got to the village, we had a cuppa, and then went to buy the crystals. They did not have basic crystal points but they did have something even better: some beautiful apophyllite pyramids. These were going to be used to anchor an etheric pyramid in half of the circle, the half that contains the two smaller circles.

We began at the large stone near the barn and followed where the white lines of the crystal directed us. Beneath each of the anchoring stones we placed one crystal pyramid, to anchor the corner energetically. When we got to the Large Portal stones, we had to plant two crystals, one at each stone. This left an energetic entrance into the crystalline pyramid we were anchoring.

Once this was achieved we then had to walk through the portal and as we did, Chris was receiving the information, until we got to the smaller circles. Everything about this pyramid was Egyptian. We entered three phases of initiation, symbolised by three different spaces we had to move through. This was very much a personal initiation of moving through phases of our own journey. For each person it will be a different journey.

As we moved through these spaces in the pyramid we were also making an essence. Each Being, in each space, added their energy to the essence. The first Being was Anubis. Of the three spaces we moved through, within this etheric pyramid, my only part to play was to communicate with the woman in the inner circle. The goddess Hathor. She added her energy and light to the essence too.

By now, we had used seven of the eight crystals so I thought I had misheard when the Guardian told me to get eight. But, I reasoned, it meant I had one to take home. So, once we were finished here, we decided to go for a potter and explored the lovely church and The Henge shop, which we knew we had to visit. Browsing through the many oracle packs there, I decided to pull a card from one of them. The card was: The Sanctuary. The message was clear. We had to stop off at the Sanctuary too, to finish the work we thought was finished. That explained why I still had one crystal left.

On the way home, we stopped at the Sanctuary and stood in the centre. We had to honour the four directions first, where the four lines of energy entered the circle, and then we anchored the rose energy in the middle and held the serpent energy that came from the Henge, placing the last crystal in the centre to anchor it. There, we each received a gift from the guardian: a large, nearly naked man wearing a headdress of antler horns. This type of guardian speaks of old neolithic/early bronze age beliefs. Malia and I had been given more information about the three instruments of the Sidhe in Micheldever woods from the same antler- headdressed man there too. The guardian of the main Avebury circle was a druidic-type priest of great age, but here in the sanctuary, the guardian was more connected to shamanic knowledge.

Once I got home, I mapped out the lines. What I find interesting is that we created a pyramid on the ground – minus it’s capstone. It was the great pyramid of Giza, itself a place of initiation, amongst other things. When we are simply following our guidance we don’t know what the shape will look like from the air, as our ancestors did not know either. But they laid out these places knowing what they were doing, and following the energies as they sensed them.

This is not the first time we have anchored Egyptian energy in Britain and Ireland, but it really makes me wonder if there truly was communication between the two great cultures in the past. No reason why not. There is certainly mythology to support it. But, a few days previously, applying my usual Aura Soma essences, I was given information about the pyramid in Giza. But they were showing me the topmost part being removed, as though it was a separate part to the main pyramid. They showed me how at that topmost point, there was a raised black line, as though someone had put it around the top. I saw the top part then being removed. Then ‘they’ reminded me that they had told me before to go to Avebury and anchor the pyramid within the circle.

So that is what we did. I have created a crystal grid activation for this Winter Solstice based on the work we did at the circle, within the pyramid, which you can access here. May it bring you abundance and joy in the coming year. 🩷

Working with the Symbols.

You’ve been attuned to the symbols, but what do you do with them now?

Unlike some healing modalities, such as Reiki, the symbols within the Gaia Method Earthway’s system are embodied, rather than channelled. This means that once you receive an attunement, those energies integrate into your personal energy. The energies themselves have a consciounsess and they become your guides. They are living energies.

When I was gifted the energies, from the trees and elementals, I did not do any exercises, as I would have done with Reiki, mainly because I had no idea what they were supposed to do. So I just let them be there. I lived the energies, allowing them to change me.

Receiving an attunement aligns you with those energies, connecting you to them. They are forever part of you. You are like a radio, capable of picking up certain channels, if you are plugged in. Like lightning coming from the sky, to connect with the electricity from the earth, each energy meets itself. The individual energies are represented by symbols superimposed on their meaning, such as the sovereignty symbol superimposed on the image of hte image of a woman presenting a folded cloak. The symbol helps us identify the energy, although most times you never need to use it consciously. It runs in the background, becoming active when it knows it is needed.

I find that the energies come in days before I know they are needed. When I am meditating, which is for me a moving meditation, (I use my body to bring in energy and to move it about), I find certain energies appearing in my auric field, sometimes on their own, or sometimes joined together, superimposed on one another. When this happens, my higher Self consciousness is showing me what is coming and what energies I need for that, or what group of similar energies I will need. When I am to pass an attunement, but I don’t know it yet, the master energies come in, along with the energies that person is going to need. I have no control over that process. As my guides say : Each person receives exactly what they need to pursue their particular path to Sovereignty; including the Healing, and Light Code activations required. Whatever level of spiritual development they have achieved, will be raised to a higher frequency, activating the light portals in the body. Once these light portals have been activated, the DNA strands will reflect this, allowing a deep transformation and an increase in healing ability and skill. New codes will be added and the journey will take on a new significance. New possibilities will appear, new pathways discovered. Whatever the Soul needs for its journey, from darkness to light, will be received.

The energies have an energy, and consciousness, of their own. They activate with intention, but it is the intention of your higher-self consciousness. It knows exactly what is necessary. The trick is to trust it. This is a steep learning curve for us humans, with our egos, our fears, our mistrust. It is a challenge to let go of control, but the energies are gentle, and teach you over time, to listen to their wisdom. We all begin learning in kindergarten, and progress to being the professor. It all takes time.

The codes, represented by the symbols, are active for as long as you live, working through you, even when you are not expecting them to. They also do exactly what they need to do. Your body/personality is the medium through which they work, and even if you have had attunements but cannot remember any of them, they continue to work, coming to life inside you when the time is right for them to do so. Once you have received them, they are you. You are the conduit, the receiver, the transmitter, the activator of certain frequencies in the world.

If you want to get to know each energy better, you can meditate on them.

When you begin the meditation, you may feel like your body wants to move rather than sit still. Allow it to. The energy of the earth is like a moving serpent and this energy moves through you making your body want to shape and mould your reality. I find it impossible to sit still when working with these energies. Even if I am sitting, my arms are active, my hands are shaping energy and my fingers are moving into specific positions. I have no idea what the gestures mean but I know they are having an energetic effect on my consciousness and auric field.

Imagine the symbol you want to explore taking up space in your body, then, feel the energy inside you, and open yourself to what wants to come in. The symbols are pictographs, keys, which when you focus on them, open your energy wide. The energies then show you what you are opening to receive. Each time will be different, based on your energy needs at the time, but all will be connected to that one energy, that one channel.

They will show you, if you have a well developed ‘eye’. If you are more sensory, you will feel the information, or simply know it.

It is a useful exercise, and often you will feel the impulse to do it. This is your higher self’s way of communicating that there is information available to you and ready to be made conscious. Follow the impulse and allow the energies to be what they are. As soon as they are activated, they will begin to work their magic.

I will give you an example of one of my recent experiences of working with the Sovereignty symbol, so you have an idea of how it works.

Opening myself to this particular energy gave me additional information about an aspect of Sovereignty as protrayed by the Hindu Goddesses, as well as more personal information.

I focused on the symbol, seeing it in my body, and felt the impulse to open my arms wide, feeling myself opening my personal auric field. I am very visual, so I see the images in front of me, but I also feel their energy. An Indian woman, very brightly dressed in oranges and deep yellows, appeared in front of me, holding not a cloak, but a bolt of gorgeous, deep earthy orange, sari-fabric. This fabric had a dragon of the same colour connected to it, and it began to unfold from the bolt in the woman’s arms, moving with the fabric as it began winding around me. But it did not wind around me as a sari, but more like a cocoon.

The dragon moving with the fabric had a small gold sphere above its head and as the fabric wrapped round me, so the dragon moved into my body, like an imprint, with the gold sphere now in my head. A small wooden portal appeared at my heart, and the dragon was peering out through it, but its tail was wrapped around my sacral chakra. This felt like a period of creative gestation, my creative energies receiving a much needed boost, and some extra vitality.

I became aware of a Hindu goddess with many arms and in each hand she held an object. This represented the ability of the Divine Feminine aspect to ‘hold’ certain energies within the body, auric field, just as we do when we receive attunements. The Hindu goddess is telling us she channels/wields multiple energies in the one body. As do we. Each energy is a symbol, and vice versa.

The energies shifted, and I am a seahorse, my tail wrapped around a tall green frond of sea grass (just as the orange dragon was wrapped around my sacral). I am quite happy here, beneath the green-hued water, allowing the sea currents to gently move me back and forth.

Next, I am looking up to the surface of the sea above me, and I see the dark shape of a ship. I create a watery, protective sphere around myself, but remain unpreturbed by what is happening at the surface. No matter what happens, I know I am safe, as if I am invisible and can observe what is happening on the ship, without being affected by it.

The ship feels like a pirate ship, but I know I am alright, that my emotions are protected, that my undersea bubble is far enough away from the surface danger not to affect me. My African guide comes in then, with his shield, telling me he is also there to provide protection. He comes in when I am about to face a particularly challenging time – but I still feel safe in my undersea bubble, well anchored to the sea grass.

Meditating on this symbol has given me additional information, both about the Goddess, and my own life. Once you open the channel of any of the symbols/energies, this is what can happen.

Choose one symbol to work with at a time. Play the music you feel drawn to, the one that gets you into the right space. And remember to record what you experience, even if it is only a little. Every time you do exercies such as this, or when you are learning a healing modality, you are training yourself to see more, and to access your infinite unconscious mind and higher mind. I use my phone, dictating what I see, so I don’t lose any of the details. I also draw any images that I need to, such as other symbols that might pop in. Keeping a record is important, for you will then be able to look back and see exactly what this meditation meant. This is part of the learning process, learning to understand the significance of certain symbols and knowing what the information received pertains to. You are opening up a channel to yourself and to all the wisdom of that symbol.

Reiki Attunements.

Reiki was my first ‘opener of the Way’. It gave me energetic support I had never experienced before and sent me on a path of ascension and healing. Without Reiki, the Gaia Method Earthways would never have come to be. The attunements are passed to help the person heal herself and to build her capacity to hold, send and receive energy. To heal others, she must first heal herself.

Reiki is an important adjunct to the Gaia Method Earthways System. The more space we make in the energy field, through healing and growth, the more we expand. By the time it comes to doing the second level of the Gaia Method Earthways the more important this becomes. At the Reiki Master Level, you have expanded your energy field enough to integrate more easily the second level of the Gaia Method Earthways. It also means you can pass on the energies of both the main levels.

Each attunement comes with a recording of the attunement which you can listen to as a meditation and also a certificate. I recommend the books: Japanese Art of Reiki: A Practical Guide to Self-healing. and the Reiki Sourcebook. I don’t provide a manual as I would be reinventing the wheel, but I do send a write-up of information about the attunement you have received, which will be personal to you. Reiki Attunement Level One.

This first attunement opens the Reiki fire in your Solar Plexus and allows you to channel healing energy through your hands. The energy gives you added support in your life and is the perfect complement to the Gaia Method Earthways. Reiki helps you to develop sensitivity to energy. The more you heal in yourself the better you are able to hold energy and clear blockages. The more you heal, the more you can hold. The First level gives you the first symbol of the Reiki System. This symbol is the name of an energy. It is symbolic of the Reiki fire you can bring through. The symbol helps you to call in the necessary healing energy.

Reiki Level two

The second attunement increases the fire in your Solar Plexus, like a mini conflagration, thereby increasing the energy that flows through your hands. At this level, you learn to work with healing emotional issues and past traumas. You learn to send energy for distance healing, including into the past of your own currrent lifetime, and past lifetimes. You can send healing to others, including to the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom.

Reiki Third Level.

This attunement gives you the master symbol for passing on attunements to other people. It anchors in the Hara Line, connecting you to your divinity. From here on in, your healing comes from your Higher Self, or Soul. It is called the Teacher level, but you do not have to teach until you feel ready to do so. Reiki is your journey. But it is an important attunement to learn. With this level of development you can pass on the energies of the Gaia Method Earthways too as your energy body has reached the required capacity for holding energy and you already know how to pass an attunement. Reiki Additional symbols.

These are energies which your guides and Soul believe would be of use to you in your development. They may come from any of the Reiki Modalities I have learned over the years. They may include symbols from Karuna Reiki, Seichem and Sechem, Kundalini Reiki, Tibetan Reiki and Tera-Mai Seichem. In this attunement you will receive four symbols which come as a recorded meditation of the attunement so you can meditate with them to strengthen your connection to the energies.

Reiki Healing

These healings are sent in much the same way as attunements, although the symbols are added temporarily, and intuitively. I work with your guides and they instruct me as to what you need. This may be to overcome a challenging time, help with emotional struggles or to help deal with issues that arise with physical illness. Healing does not ‘fix’ a physical issue but it will lead you to the perfect people who can. Sometimes, these issues are past-life related, or they can be challenges your Soul has agreed to overcome. Whatever their source, the healing will bring clarity and succour. Please provide me with a picture of yourself, so I can tune into you while sending the energies. The Gaia Method Earthways at a Glance.

I thought I would create a visual blog so you can see the different components of the Gaia Method Earthways. The foundation of the system is the three main attunements. These are the levels that expand you into the necessary spheres of development the ancestors went through in their sacred initiations.

In between these three foundational attunements, there are other initiations. You will feel guided to learn these teachings or have an attunement, but at other times, I will offer them if your guides tell me you need that upgrade. When I am instructed to give an attunement, I do not charge for that, because it is a gift from them to you, through me. That is how the gifts of the Mother work. As some of my guides in this work told me in December 2008:

“It is a time-honoured tradition among our people to share the bounty of their world with all who would ask for it. It is also our tradition to withhold nothing if it be for the greater good of all. Let this become your tradition. Give freely of our codes to all who desire to share them with the world, for only those who can also freely share will acquire them.” (The Atlantean Elders).

This is the Goddess-Way, so I do not charge for the energy, I only charge for my time and the work I put into doing it.

Once you have received the different levels, starting with the first one, you can then choose what energies you would like to develop. There are two routes you can take:

  1. Once you have started with the basic attunement, you can choose which other attunements you feel most drawn to and work independently. But, I am always here to offer support. I have always been an independent explorer and Gaia Method Earthways healers are people who like going their own way. If this is you, you can pick and choose individual activations, ignoring some of the others.
  2. Or, you can take the basic attunements and study modules, which I am currently creating. These are a focused training of specific elements within the Gaia Method Earthways, but which you can also choose to learn. For instance, if you have done the first level and you want to focus on working with the four gifts of the Tuatha de Danann, then you can study those as a group. The focused work combines ongoing video support, guided meditations, monthly Zoom meetings, and activations, and is of a specific length in terms of weeks or months. Below are the areas which will be covered as you progress. You can do as many, or as few, as you feel. You can also take breaks between modules, giving yourself time to develop at your own pace. It is entirely up to you. Zoom meditations/activations will be recorded and you will be sent a copy to do at home in your own time. Journalling, through writing, art or music, is also encouraged.
  3. Below is an example of the modules that will be offered. (don’t click on them; they are not links … yet). But you can find information on them in the other pages of the site.

As I create the modules, I will post them on the attunements page. So, if you are interested, send me a message and I will put you on the list.

As usual, they will be affordable and you can do as many or as few as you want. Later, I will hold weekend workshops so you can either attend in person, and get hands-on training, or you can receive recordings to follow in your own time. I know it is not always possible to travel but you can vibrationally.

Return to the Magdalene Flame in Sparsholt. March 2023.

Doorway into St. Stephen’s Church, Sparsholt.

When I said it was finished, I really thought it was. But this morning, with half an hour to spare on the way to my father’s, I had a sudden impulse to stop at St. Stephen’s Church in Sparsholt again. Actually, I had an impulse to explore the little road that turned to the left and which led to it, but then I made a snap decision and parked in front of the church gate instead. As I walked towards the front door, I questioned why I was there, when I had already done the flame. Was something else needed? Had I forgotten something? It had felt complete at the time, but as I know from experience, energy gets layered, so maybe this was one of those extra-layer-things.

Inside, all was quiet, so I returned to the altar where I could see the Magenta Flame burning steadily. As I waited, I felt that familiar sensation of energy activating in my lower Tan Tien and my energetic cord connected to the flame. Next, I had the same sensation in my heart, as it too made an energetic connection. Lastly, my third eye connected and as it did I noticed that the cords were like lightning and I was receiving the MF(Magenta Flame) energy along them. I had never had this experience before and wondered what it was about when I felt my own MF expand and become as big as the one in the church so that we matched in frequency.

I began to receive information that this flame needed to be anchored somewhere, and heard ‘Across the Water’, and something about a lake. Then I remembered a message I had received a few days ago about a lake, and told not to forget Padua. Padua is in Italy, but did they mean literally a lake near Padua, or a church dedicated to an Italian saint who came from Padua and which is beside a lake here in the UK? I have no idea, but thinking practically, I imagine it was the latter. I have been wrong before, however. That’s the problem with trying to decipher the meanings of events before the event happens. I had made the same mistake at St. Catherine’s when I didn’t understand the Bull image. At the time, I felt it had to do with the symbolic reference to the four saints which I have seen carved into other small churches. But it was simply a reference to the name of the place: Bullington. Although it was St. Michael, so I might have been half right!

Once I felt the energy stop, I gazed at the line of white stones someone had placed on the step right in front of the altar and beneath them, scratched into the step as if someone had accidentally scraped a layer of paint from the surface, was a shape that looked like Italy. As ridiculous as it sounds, and because everything means something, I wondered if it might actually mean there would be a visit to Padua, in Italy. I thought of my aunt, who lives in Sicily. I had planned to visit her there, so maybe I could also go to Italy … when I am free of current obligations, that is.

I felt myself being turned around. This is an energetic turning, not being physically turned, as if my energy-field is turned and I have no choice but to follow it. When I turned and was facing the other end of the church, I heard “Go.” And that was it. Done and dusted. But, I was so very aware that everything that happens while doing this work has layers of meaning, so they might also mean that I had to go to the lake, that it would soon be time to ‘go’. It would also explain the necessity for the larger than life recharging of the Magdalene Flame.

I wandered around, finding a little area with a wooden statue of Mary, or St. Catherine. I’m not sure which. I saw a picture when I came into the church which mentioned a chantry chapel dedicated to St Catherine. I wonder if this is the same St Catherine that they dedicated the church in Littleton to?

When I got to my father’s, while he watched rugby on TV, I Googled churches near a lake near with Padua. I found Saint Anthony, a popular saint for Catholics. I remember him well. Whenever anyone lost anything in Ireland it was praying to Saint Anthony that helped them find it. Anthony loved Padua, it was his spiritual home, and there is a large lake ninety kilometres away from the centre of the city. There is also a basilica there dedicated to him. The message “Across the water,” also implies crossing the sea, so we’ll have to see what they mean. If it really is in Italy, then I have time to wait. If, on the other hand, it is local, it might be in the next couple of weeks.

Either way, I’ll find out.

Later that evening, I was telling my friend Chris about it. He often comes up with interesting bits of information. but while he was mentioning lake Garda, I remembered wanting to do a Life Between Lives therapist training at Lake Garda a few years ago. But I ended up back in the UK, then Covid hit and my father needed me, so I put Lake Garda away. Looks like it was the right place, and definitely not the right time. Buy maybe the time was approaching…

I also remembered that before I had left the house earlier in the day, I had accessed the Tibetan Dai Ko Myo energy. I often get the impulse to raise my arms to bring something down and this time I found I was holding the symbol in my arms, guiding it into my crown centre and energy-field. I usually use this symbol when attuning someone to Reiki so I thought it might mean that.

In the church, the Magenta Flame transfer felt like an attunement, although why I was being attuned to an energy I had put there in the first place was beyond me. Perhaps it had something to do with the symbol itself. When I brought it in, the two arms of the ‘Y’ were my arms and the jagged little symbol between them was a lightning energy – which explains the lightning arcing from the flame to my three centres – and the spiral was in my body. Usually, when I use symbols that have spirals they coil around my Tan Tien, like serpent energies, otherwise known as Kundalini energy. Kundalini energy is earth energy but this energy was coming from above, not from the earth. Yet its job is to activate and open. (I often find with energy symbols that the little horizontal line on the top of a symbol represents the mind. So this symbol is like energy that comes into the mind while the arms bring energy through them, which connects at the heart and then activates the lower Tan Tien, otherwise known as the Dan Tien).

Also known as the Dragon’s Breath, it is supposed to represent the Kundalini flame, cleansing and purifying the chakras. Lightning, for me, has always been about cleansing negative energy, and I use a technique using the Lightning bolt of Neptune which does this when I am holding too much of other people’s energy. So, I’m guessing that my three centres, the three tan Tiens, upper, middle and lower, needed cleansing by the Magdalene Flame in preparation for holding more of that energy. But to what end I do not know and why I should need that is also a mystery. But, I’ll find out one way or the other. I usually do.

All I have to do now is wait for the personal healing that is bound to come with it!

PS. Nearly all the small churches in this sequence of activations have female Rectors, which must be significant, especially when the Magdalene Flame is about healing the wounded male consciousness. Many of the wardens are also female.

The Third level: The Blue Sphere.

Since receiving the second level of this system, back in 2008, I did not realise how long it took to get through it. My own process through this system, as taught by my guides (or ‘Upstairs’ as I like to call them) is very much the same as yours. And it has taken me nearly twenty years to reach the point where I can go through into the third level. The Second level, the Venus level, takes time because the lessons of Divine love, in the Ruby sphere, take time to learn. Raising your vibration from the need for personal love to the Divine love takes time and effort.

Originally, my guides told me there were three levels, or Three Gates, but until now, I had not gone through the third gate. At the Stargate on Salisbury Plain, myself and Chris had been allowed through the first two gates, but were not ready for the third. That was in 2008. Now, sixteen years later, we have finally gone through the third gate. The final level. This is how long it has taken us to give up our lower Wills to serve the Divine feminine.

The third and final gateway/level is that of the Divine Will of the Mother. The following channelling is how the Goddess explained the three gates, or levels, and what happens during your journey through them. Having thought I’d gone through my purging, I can’t say I am looking forward to more, BUT, I am also excited to see how this new level of development looks.

“Now is the time to allow the mysteries to awaken in the hearts of men and women everywhere. In fact it is imperative that it do so. Without this knowledge the sacred work of rebuilding the planetary balance, and synchronization necessary to maintain balance cannot be achieved.

There are indeed three levels to this system, the first level is the journey through the wilderness. This is the wilderness of your own fears, desires and thought streams. In this part  of the process there is a need to discard all unnecessary encumbrances and free yourself from outmoded thoughts and desires. It takes as long as the candidate requires and there is no deadline for its accomplishment. It is, after all , a soul journey, not a personality journey.

The second level involves learning to work as a unit, as a team. The Serpent Goddess priesthood, such as the Artemis and Diana mystery schools maintained a balance of unity in the souls and minds of the people and this now is the next level of development. The first level is primarily a solitary one whereas this second level is the level of relationship and unification.

The third level requires that the candidate undergoes a trial by fire in which all aspects of the personality are finally purged. With the completion of this last and most profound initiatic level, self-determination is finally achieved, and unity with both the God and Goddess accomplished. It is perhaps the hardest  of the levels to complete but it is also the most rewarding.

When these three levels are complete you are then a fully fledged and self-realised representative of the Goddess/God.”

This is the level of Mary, Mary Magdalene, Isis, and all the Goddess energies that come through the blue ray of the Divine Will of the Mother. This is also the Will to follow the call of your Soul, and Divine purpose, as it is presented to you. In doing this, you heal and release all that does not serve the Will of the Mother. The only way you can know what that is is through letting go. Life will present you with what you need to do. Your guidance, at this point, is strong. You have an idea of where you are going. Through the preceeding stages, you have honed your gifts, and most importantly, you trust the process, you have faith that you are going where you need to be going. The choices you have made were the right ones.

At this stage, having relinquished your own personality desires, and will, your ability to create and manifest becomes stronger. But what you create now comes through the filter of the Divine Mother’s Will. You KNOW that everything you want is what the Mother wants. It is not selfish need that motivates you, but rather what the Divine Mother WANTS you to create. What would serve her? And through her, humanity? The creations have a direct impact on the collective unconscious and therefore you need to be able to create what is needed, not what is personally wanted.

The keys and codes you receive at this level have that in mind, for they are directly connected to working within the sea of human consciousness. They manifest the desired thoughtforms, the needed energies. They also raise the vibration of all the energies you have already integrated, raising them to a new, lighter vibrational level, including that of the dragons. All the preceding work you have done has trained you to work within this sphere, the Blue Sphere, and you are ready, finally for the last stage of development.

All along the journey, you have had littler letting-gos. Challenges to your personal value system and attachments. You have learned to see through the lens of the Soul. This has not come easy, but in your heart, you know that it is right. For the world to know the Love of the Mother Goddess once more, you know that many things need to be relinquished and new things shared. Now is the time to reveal yourself, to open herself to the world. In the first level you wandered alone, in the second you joined another, or two, and now, in the third, you share; you open yourself to share everything you have learned so that others can follow the path of the Mother and find their sacred heart of Love and Divine Will.

There is no longer any resistance or fear for your future, because you trust your own Self. You KNOW that you have a job to do and you do it. You are your Divine Self on earth, and when you look back on your life, and all the trials and challenges it took to get there, you realise that it all has been worth it and you would not change a thing.You are still human, with human feelings and thoughts, but you know how to manage them and how to heal them, so they do not control your life or make you feel helpless and hopeless. You move through them, because you know that there is no other way.But this is just the beginning of this sphere of development and as you progress through it, learning and teaching, you add more wisdom and more learning to it, more energies and more abilities. And on it goes.

At this level too the the activations continue. All is a process of growth. Manifesting, working with the higher vibrational frequencies, that come with the third level upgrade, become available. You are the channel, the embodiment of knowledge, wisdom, and the frequency of healing love. You are still completely yourself, but you are more healed, more expanded and much wiser. All your personal desires are ‘quiet’ as you realise that it is the Mother’s Will which guides your actions and not your own. This applies to where you go, how you express your gifts, etc, but it does not mean that you lose yourself. You become more of yourself. What you create from this expanded self is far better than anything you could have created with your own desires alone.

Anchoring you deeper into the collective psyche of humanity and into Divine Will and Power. From here, everything you do is for the good of the whole, working with Angelic intelligence: the guides and healers of humanity’s future. You begin to manifest, on behalf of humanity, under their guidance.

The Grail and the Blood sacrifice.

There is another aspect to the Grail work that I will talk about here:

holy-grail-blood-cupAs you progress further with your work as a Planetary healer the archetypes of the ‘grail which holds the blood’ becomes less of a symbol and more of a reality, although it is not the ‘blood of Christ’ which you hold in the vessel but the ‘blood’ of your own sacrifice.  Blood is your life force, it is what keeps you alive. When you are doing something in your life which means you have to sacrifice something precious it is like sacrificing your own blood. It is emotionally painful but necessary. It is also one of the hardest things to do.  My first experience of this came when I was in Lyme Regis with Chris doing my 7th Gateway Initiation. It was an emotionally difficult time:

24 August 2005.

“While I was in Lyme Regis with Chris we stayed in Bridport.  While I was trying to fathom everything that I was feeling I had a vision. Quetzalcoatl appeared in front of me and he was holding a carved stone bowl of water in his hands. He held the water out for me to take and drink, so I did. When the bowl was empty he remained there. I then saw myself cutting my left wrist and allowing the blood to poor into the stone bowl. When it was full the Quetzalcoatl priest turned and walked up the steps of the Serpent Pyramid at Chichen Itza and offered it up to the Sun. He told me that in order to partake of the Waters of Life I needed to sacrifice some of myself in return. This felt like the sacrificing of my own emotions in order to gain the gifts.”tlahuicole5

I didn’t really understand what he meant, in hindsight, but I do now. Receiving these energies meant sacrifice on my part, sacrifice which would be experienced as challenging and painful and that has certainly proved to be the truth. Doing this work of bringing in the Gaia Method and doing the earth energy work has meant I have had to sacrifice much of what I wanted for my life. It also meant that I was sacrificing a ‘normal’ life. Although the gifts far outweigh the sacrifices they are nonetheless difficult!

There is a significant difference between the sacrifice of the wrist cut and the palm cut. The cutting of the wrists seems to be more of an emotional nature, like sacrificing your life for the greater work. This sacrifice is a gift to Humanity and signifies your readiness to work for the benefit of the whole.  Cutting the palm of either hand is about the sacrificing of your resources, your give and take. It is a sacrifice you make yourself. If you have a vision about a heart sacrifice then that symbolic gesture is obvious. Your relationship needs, on all levels, are sacrificed for the greater good. A most painful experience indeed. These sacrifices are only ‘offered’ once you have reached a certain point in your own healing and can accept guidance from your guides and soul without allowing your own Will to get in the way. That is not to say that they are easy, they are not, but you understand at this point, the necessity of it, and are willing to let go of your own Will in order to achieve the necessary goals. This allowing is not a form of co-dependence, spiritual or otherwise, although at times you do question that, but you are consciously choosing this path and are fully aware of its implications. It is also not martyrdom, although at times you will question that too, especially if you are raised within a religious culture where martyrdom is seen as somehow desirable. There are fine lines between delusion and spiritual reality here! Recognising your own emotional and behavioural patterns is indispensable.

On another occasion, while doing energywork at the sea in Southsea, on MOD land, I had the following vision:

“I saw my left hand, but it was the hand of the Goddess Lakshmi and she was holding it out and up. In her palm was a golden lotus. A sword, like a scimitar, had its point in the centre of her palm and it rotated slightly into her flesh until drops of blood appeared. I thought this was a bit weird but I continued to watch. As the drops of blood came from her hand she allowed it to pour into the vortex, filling the area with her life-force. The entire area became red. Then I was Lakshmi, and I felt in my power as her, giving and yet powerful. I was aware of my/her energy filling this entire energy and bringing back the awareness of the Goddess into this male-dominated area of the land and sea. She was reclaiming her world and giving something back in return. I can’t help feeling that there is something about her own pain there as she has to be bled in order to give. ”

Now I understand what this was about. Lakshmi is the Goddess of Abundance and the scimitar is the Middle Eastern sword energy. It really was telling me about what I had to do here in Egypt. Coming here and helping financially has often felt like I was being ‘bled dry’ by the needs of the people around me. It has not been easy, especially as I have had to struggle so much myself in the process. It has been a sacrifice but it has allowed me to do a lot of energywork here, creating the network of energies which allows the Divine feminine to be anchored here again. The Goddess was sacrificing her own blood so she was choosing to do this for the good of the land and its people. At the time I received this vision I had no idea that I would be living here but it is certainly how things have worked out!

On another occasion, while receiving energy information about my husband, (19 may 2010):

“Last night I felt myself opening again. I raised my left hand high to bring something down and I saw both a flint dagger and a pink lotus being placed there. They seemed to be the same energy and initially I tried to separate them but I couldn’t so I had to let it be what it was. I then had to hold my right hand up and I brought the knife down and cut my right palm in a long cut. This felt a little freaky and I wasn’t sure if I hadn’t been reading too much of the Sookie Stackhouse books! Blood was flowing from my palm and then I saw Omar standing in front of me. He held the grail in his hands and I held my bleeding hand over it and allowed the cup to fill with my blood. When it stopped bleeding he brought the cup to his lips and drank it’s contents. He now had part of my essence in his body and was accepting my sacrifice.

Then I began to sprout branches from my body, like I was becoming a tree. Omar was still in front of me and I then said to him ‘Our fate is sealed, we are now One’. I was now standing beside him, on his right hand side and I had a long bow with arrows in my right hand. I was Artemis. He was now an Aztec warrior-priest and protector.”

Again this is exactly how things have worked out. I have sacrificed my own emotional needs for the past three years here and he has grown as a result. But this is the way it had to be if we were to work together as one unit. Aztec-priest-human-sacrifice-2

The blood sacrifice is usually an emotional one as sometimes the necessity of working for Humanity means that your own needs are left behind. But in the process you heal deep-seated issues and complete challenges which have proved difficult in previous lives. So nothing is wasted.

As with all of this work your guides ALWAYS offer this to you. You do have a choice. You are never put in a position where you have to sacrifice anything. It is always your choice. If you choose not to accept the voluntary sacrifice then there is no judgement. As always these ‘gifts’ are offered in Love. Usually it is an ‘inner’ decision rather than a rational one as the soul recognises the symbolic energy but the rational mind may not, until much later.

Sometimes it is during an attunement that the Quetzalcoatl priest will appear. During a Reiki 2 attunement with a Gaia method healer the priest stood in front of her:

“Then, just when we though it was finished the  priest was standing in front of her. He cut her wrists and then allowed the blood to pour into the bowl, with which he then walked up the pyramid, and offered it to the Gods”.

On another occasion, while doing another Reiki and Gaia Method attunement the priest appeared and asked the person if they wanted to accept their sacrificial path. She decided that she did not want to take this step. She was worried about having said no but another guide appeared and told her that there was no judgement  and that everyone’s life, and path, was their own to choose.

Although, what I do find interesting is that so far, it is only women who are called upon to make this sacrifice! I haven’t had any experience of the sacrifice with the men who have received the attunements. Perhaps it is because women are embodying the Goddess and men have to learn to serve her once again. But maybe in the future that will change. I  will have to wait and see.

It is easy though, to see how all of these sacrificial energies became misunderstood in the past,  and where they all became physical sacrifices over time. They had the right idea but had lost their reverence for life and the understanding of the sacrifice.
