The Merkaba and Attunements. A History…

This morning my guides gave me the name ‘Ezekiel’. They had given it to me the week before, when I was with Eartha, but I had forgotten it. So this morning, having been prompted again, I looked it up. I knew he was a prophet of the Hebrew tradition and that he had had a vision of a fiery wheeled chariot of God, but that was about it. However, googling him opened up some interesting information.

He was a Jewish prophet, born in 622 BC, in Israel, who had many visions of the energies of ‘God’ as he understood it. Today we might think of it as ‘The Source’, or the Universe’ etc. His first vision was that of the Merkaba, the Throne of God. We think of the Merkaba as a more modern energetic ‘structure’ but it has its roots in Judaism, and that tradition came originally from Egypt.

Breaking down the word we know that it had its origins in Egypt, in the priestess/priest training. Mer-Ka-Ba. Mer is the personality, the Human Will, in Egyptian language. It is our personality, with all of its desires and cravings, etc. It also is the symbol of the Hoe, which was used to create the foundations of the temples. The Ka is our Spirit body. That part of us that can leave the physical body at will and wanders around doing work in places which we cannot reach, but it is always connected to us. It contains our ancient knowledge and training, garnered through prior temple lifetimes, in many cultures. The Ba is our Soul awareness, our connection to All That Is, and that part of us which learns through our Human experiences. So the Merkaba is our ‘Whole Self’, capable of living in multi-dimensional realities. Once we have learned to work within these multi-dimensional fields we can expand ourselves and work in many dimensions, both earth-based and Universal.

I think that is why it was known as the Chariot. We have to have all of our humanness, and our soul selves, under control, moving in one direction. We have to be able to move in the Direction of our Divine selves in order to work with Divine Will. We have to have the ability to work in multiple dimensions, within all kingdoms of Nature.

Merkavah mysticism was a school of early Jewish mysticism. It concerned Ascension, or ascending to heavenly palaces. Part of this mysticism concerned the Ma’aseh Merkabah, a collection of poems recited by those in the process of ascension. These hymns contained long lists of the secret names of God,and specific Angels, connected to the seven Palaces. These were recited during various rituals, involving 40 days of fasting and meditation. The meditated on the secret names, and on the ‘seals’ which were the Divine names, and he placed these ‘seals’ on various parts of his body, invoking the prince of the Torah, Yofiel, who would then ‘descend’ into the person, filling him with his Light. Different names of God were placed on hands and feet, arms and legs, head and heart, etc. Much the same way as we pass healing/activating attunements today. That original process was taught by Moses, who had taken the Sacred energies and teachings of Ascension out of Egypt and to safety.

(But these attunements were also part of Eastern traditions, such as the process which Usui underwent in his own spiritual development and which became the system of Reiki.)

Moses did his own training in the temples of Egypt, before trying to free people who were ‘slaves’ to a system of greed and power. I also believe that the Hebrew people were the remnant of Akhenaten’s people, who worshipped the god, Aten, who was the Solar Sun, and embodied both male and female in his aspects. Ever since I began my own spiritual journey I have always had a connection to Egypt and Moses, although I did not understand it at the time. I had many outer-body experiences, where I was communicating with Moses and an Egyptian pharaoh. I had no idea what it was about, but my Soul did. I don’t want to go into spiritual fantasy here about Akhenaten, and Moses, as I don’t fully understand the relationship between them, but I know that our current system is based on that relationship.

Our three main Religions have their root in this relationship and if we are to undo the negative outgrowths of these religions we have to go back to the beginning and weed out negative human influences, bringing back the teachings to balance and to their original intention. I think that is why we have to heal ourselves of our human desires and small Will, in favour of service and following our Divine Will. We have to bring our small self under control, without demonising it. It is, after all, the only way that Divinity can manifest its vision! Our human self is the medium of expression, which is why it is important that we do our best to clear it of our own personal desires, our ‘Mer-self’, and to build ourselves anew, without denying our darkness. We need to go into our own darkness in order to heal it. Denying its existence in favour of ‘Ascension’ is counter-productive. One is part of the other.

What I find interesting in all of this is that we are effectively following an Ancient Egyptian spiritual tradition and an Ancient Japanese tradition too! Both traditions incorporate an attunement, or Reiju, to pass energy, although the Egyptian/Judaic one seems to be a self-initiated one, under the guidance of a senior teacher. What is also important to remember, is that in that ancient Egyptian/Hebrew tradition, the attunements were connected to the Ascension process and Merkaba development.

Mikao Usui too received his teachings from a spiritual source, which he then passed on others, working with them for many years, as do a number of other systems, such as Magnified Healing. Nothing we are doing is original, but is based on spiritual practices that have been in existence for thousands of years! The only thing that changes is the language!

Hatshepsut’s Temple.

One of the places where I have carried out initiations has been in Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple at Deir el Bahri. Initiations seem to happen there naturally, perhaps because she was a server of the Goddess and a Priestess working with Earth energies. All of the energywork I have done there over the years tells me how she worked and how powerful she was, not only in a physical sense but in an energetic one. Many people have worked with this temple but here I am explaining it through my own direct experience of working here over the years with the Gaia Method.

This is what I have learned about this temple over the years:

The three layers each represent different levels of human experience.

The bottom level represents physical fertility and power within the Earth plane, the Mother, earthly power as symbolised by the lions, which once flanked the bottom ramp. The carvings along the lower level show you the daily agricultural life in Luxor.

The top level represents the ‘Sky’ or Father, open to the upper dimensional energies,the Sun and water. This is very much like the temples of the S. America’s where both sun and water gods were honoured. Sun and water are what fertilises the plants, which feed us. In this upper court is a geometric field, which is contained by the element of ‘Water’, the Source of Divine Feminine nourishment and knowledge. This is the container of Hatshepsut’s knowledge and energy of the Energy grid in Luxor and beyond. At the Midwinter solstice, the light shines in through the Holy of Holies on this level, then it is channelled, via a serpent energy, down to the earth, bringing fertility and abundance. The carving of a serpent undulates down both sides of the long stairway, from this upper level to the ground level, ending with a Horus Bird, which is the human medium, the son/daughte, able to ‘fly’ between Sky and Earth. It reminds me of the pyramid of Quetzalcoatl in Chitzen Itza where, on the Spring Equinox, the sun creates shadows on the side of the pyramid, making it look like the serpent is undulating down its sides, bringing the Source of life with it to the Earth.

The middle layer represents humanity, living on the earth, beneath the sky and sun. It is the level with the greatest area in front of it, apart from the ground level. From this platform the energy of the Sun can be channelled into the land, showering it with blessings and abundance by the priests and priestesses. This is not simply a ritualised act, for the energies channelled are very real.

On one side of this middle level there is the Chapel of Hathor, the Goddess of feminine abundance. Hathor is often portrayed as a Cow goddess. She brings abundance to mankind through her milk. The cow has been seen as sacred in many cultures around the world because she gives of her body for the benefit of mankind. As a cow, she also represents the overall abundance of Mother earth which is freely given. The Energy of the Ruby is anchored in this chapel via a sacred flame. There is also a direct link from this site to the Obelisk in Karnak temple which radiates the energy out through the upper layers of the earth’s energy field.

On the opposite side of the temple is the chapel of the God of Anubis, guardian to the Underworld. This contains the Emerald energies and is the Masculine counterpart to the Feminine energies. For this reason Hatshepsut’s temple is the ideal place to experience initiation. The balance of male and female is held here in this layer as fertility is created through the combination of male and female energies. It can be no other way. Energies are held in balance both horizontally, through this level, and vertically, through the energy of the three levels of the temple.

Over the years I have joined Hatshepsut’s temple to Karnak, Luxor temple and Medinet Habu, in a landscape temple, which bridges the River Nile. All temples in Luxor were once energetically joined together and yearly the temple priests activated this connection by a sacred procession of the Opet festival. This ensured that fertility was maintained in the landscape and the people were fed.

Queen Hatshepsut.

The sun moves from the upper level of the Sun and Amun, God of Wind, to the lower ‘human’ level, and then through humanity, who, by their physical actions, create the fertility necessary for their survival. The energy is ‘stepped down’ from God/Goddess, to humanity and then to the land. All of the necessary ingredients for survival exist here: Sun, Water, Wind and Earth! A wonderful place indeed.

Working with the Energy-field.

The most important thing, when doing energy-work, is to build a strong energy-field, or energy-body. Getting to know your energy-field, and building its frequency and size, means that you are also developing your Self. You are your energy field. It contains everything you need to know. It is like a vessel, a container for everything that you are in this lifetime, emotions, patterns of behaviour, thoughts, frequencies, keys, codes, memories and knowledge, both of this lifetime and all other lives which you have lived. Everything you have ever learned is in this field although, like a computer, you only use certain ‘programs’ at a time.

When working with earth energies we are working with the three Tan Tien in the body. The seven chakra system is the system that works with the energies moving into our physical body through the other layers of the energy field. The three Tan Tien, are in the Hara Dimension (see at the end for an explanation of this). The image below shows the seven body chakras and the three Tan Tien. The upper and middle Tan Tien correspond to the third eye chakra and the heart chakra but the lower Tan Tien lies behind the navel in the centre of the body. The image is from Barbara Brennan’s book, Light Emerging. (A book well worth reading if you want to develop your sensitivity and healing).

When you receive your first Gaia Method Earthways attunement the earth energy serpent lies coiled in the lower Tan Tien. The serpent is in the Hara dimension and when it is awakened it moves into place showing you how you will express the earth’s wisdom and fertility in your life, and your Soul’s intention for the expression of your gifts.

Your Hara Line is the core of your spiritual intention on earth. Your intention sends the energy messages of your thoughts and feelings into your auric field. What turns up in your life is what you intended, whether you are consciously aware of it not. The Lower Tan Tien is your physical centre of gravity and your connection to the earth energies. The Hara dimension is a deeper dimension within the auric field and aligned with your Soul’s intention and purpose. The top of the Hara line is 3.5 feet above your head and aligns you to Divine energy and purpose.

Here is the exercise I used to develop sensitivity in my energy-field so that I could get to know how I sensed physically. When you work with energies, you learn to feel them with our body, learning to sense the different energies which can often be quite subtle. Nature energies are very much a ‘felt-experience’, so learning to sense with your body is important. Working with your energies directly also provides you with an emotional map, because changes made to your energy-field effect your behaviour, bringing things to the surface as trapped emotional energies are released. The more you release, the more effective you become as an energy-worker.

We work with spheres in this system, energies often anchoring around your body in a spherical shape.

Here is the first basic exercise.

Building your connection to Sun and Earth and Creating Healthy Boundaries.

1. Sit in a comfortable position, but not so comfortable that you want to fall asleep. Keeping your back straight, state your intention silently to yourself that you are going to be spending the next 20 minutes strengthening your field. Take a deep breath into your lower Tan Tien (Small star at your navel) and breathe out a long relaxing breath.

Continue breathing in and out of your lower Tan Tien, until you feel ready to continue. At this point you should be more aware of the inside of you than the outside of you. Moving your awareness inside can take as long as it takes, so just keep breathing until you feel fully centred, keeping your awareness focused in your Tan Tien, which is the centre of your being.

2. Now imagine that a gold line, the Hara Line, is connecting into the earth beneath you. Let it connect to the earth’s core. When it ‘feels’ anchored, imagine that the gold line is also connecting to the sun, through your body. Anchor it there and wait until you feel that the line connecting you to sun and earth is stable. Sit with this feeling of connection for a couple of minutes. This line makes you feel strong, centred and confident. It is your spiritual connection to All that is and to the Heart of the Mother. (see below for information on the Hara).

3. Your energy-field is like an ovalish-sphere all around you. I visualise it as a sphere becasue it has a feeling of containment, and energies can move into energy field, or aura, spherically. The shape gives you something to focus on. Your lower Tan Tien is at the absolute centre of this sphere. To know the extent of your field, it should be at your fingertips, when your arms are outstretched and parallel to the ground.

If your aura is closer to your body it can feel like you are being oppressed by others around you. Your own ‘personal’ space is not valued by others. You feel ‘squashed’ and small. You might unconsciously pull it in to protect yourself.

If your aura is larger than your arms’ width, then you put a lot of your energy into outside things. People might perceive you as a ‘larger than life’ personality, or as dynamic and forceful.

4. Now, ‘look’ at the boundaries of your field. Is it spiky? Wobbly? etc. How it looks is how you feel. A healthy aura should be at your fingertips with your arms outstretched to the side, like the first image. If it is doing any of the others: wobbly, too small, or too large, then change it. If it is too big, mentally ‘pull’ it to a healthy size. If it is too small push it out with your intention until it is at a healthy size. If you find either of these things difficult to accomplish then it is pointing to issues which keep you in that pattern, so you are being given a clue.

When you can bring your auric field in to a healthy size create a safe boundary around it. A protection, if that is needed. Allow your subconscious to create an image which means protection to you. If you work with other protective energies, such as the Violet Flame, then you can place those around your field.

Once you have placed your chosen protection around your now ‘healthy-sized’ energy field, you can take a few breaths and bring your awareness back into your physical surroundings, feeling more relaxed and empowered.

Do this basic exercise a few times a week and see how both your behaviour changes and the behaviour of others around you. If you have problems asserting your values, and needs, then you might find that you stop being a doormat and people start treating you differently. Working with your energy-field helps you to ‘know yourself’ better. The more you use this exercise the easier it gets and you can soon do it in a couple of minutes. Energy follows thought so it can be done anywhere.

This is the foundation for the other work to come, so becoming proficient in playing with your energy-field makes the energy work that follows, that much easier.

Healing your Energy Field.

As a Planetary healer your most important tool is your energy-field. In order to heal effectively it is important to raise the vibration of your energy-field through exercises, emotional/mental healing and attunements. It is a lifelong process and the more you clear yourself, the more effective you become in your healing work. The more energy you are able to hold, and channel, through your field, the larger energies you can anchor.

Over the years I have received many attunements and done many workshops in my quest for healing. Many of the tools I learned, often through studying other channelled sources, helped me to open my ‘field’ to both my Soul Awareness and to being able to receive the Gaia Method training from my guides. I will provide you with the links to the most influential books I have read over the years, books which taught me how to connect and to clear. I will also share techniques, on other pages, which my own guides gave me, and exercises to help you to build a strong energy field.

Every time you receive healing, or an attunement, you are putting new energy into your system. That higher vibrational energy releases old, denser energies, which may have been stuck for a long time. The more healing/energy you receive, the more the old stuff is released. Learning to recognise the source of the energy you are releasing is very helpful and gives you the knowledge that this too will pass. It helps you to understand that what you are experiencing is stuck emotional energy leaving your system, and that you are not going crazy! Sometimes, as a result of making choices that you know will bring healing, others might not understand why you are doing what you are doing. So long as you do the rest doesn’t matter and you learn to follow your own path regardless of what others might think.

The goal in the Gaia Method is to to be able to change the frequency of our field through intention. Sometimes we need to raise it and at other times we need to lower it. It depends on which energy layer we are working on at any particular time.

If you feel drawn to doing a different healing workshop or training in different healing modalities, I would suggest that you follow that impulse. The more you do, the better you get ,and the more energies you can hold in your field, in the form of energy keys and codes. Everybody develops their own way of working and expressing those energies, so whatever floats your boat…

One of the misconceptions about becoming a healer is that we are suddenly magically healed. We find our soul mate, we attain the perfect body, we become rich. Our lives are comfortable and stress-free. We have everything we ever wanted etc. That might be true for some people, but its an ideal which is pretty hard to attain. Getting to that place in our lives might take a lot of healing, depending on what we have come in to heal. Perfection is not the goal!

Through healing we become better healers. Our lives become better but not perfect. We might change how we feel about our bodies, we might, or might not, find a loving relationship. We might find ourselves happy not being in a relationship. We each create according to our dictates and beliefs.

What does happen is that we feel supported in our journey. We heal ourselves and release what no longer works for us, even if that takes many years. We allow ourselves to be guided by our guides and to follow the clues. We become more emotionally intelligent, we develop our greatest gifts. We learn to accept ourselves. We become creative, powerful and centred people with a desire to serve humanity through our work. Not through our compulsive helping and healing, but by being ourselves. Most importantly we ‘know’ that we are souls, living in a human body, and that Earth is our chosen school of experience. We also become better at surfing energy and being anchors for the new keys and codes for the future of humanity. A worthwhile occupation to be sure!

Tree-work 8/9 July 2015.

I went to a lovely woods last night for a walk. I wanted to visit the first tree I had ever connected to, so I went in search of it. The woods were magical and as soon as I walked into them the energy blanketted me. The Dryad there, an ancient, spreads its energy-field over the entire area. You can feel it within 10 metres of walking along the path into the woods.

It had been sixteen years since I had first seen it, so when I caught sight of it again I felt so excited! It was still here! It felt the same as finding a long lost treasure. But its branches were bare and ivy grew up all around it. (You can just about see Cheryl hugging the trunk on the left of the tree!) I walked up to it and could feel its energy. It made my skin tingle. I felt it welcome me as a sister. I stood with my back to its trunk and I felt very energised. Initially all I could see was light around my vision, then I saw images of the Aran Islands and a gold key like a small arrow. I felt like the tree was telling me to go back there.

Then the energy shifted and I felt the familiar pulling in my Hara/lower tan Tien centre. I was feeling the tree’s massive energy. My whole body felt electrified. Then I saw, and felt, the tree place a cloak of its bark around my shoulders, like a cloak. It felt like protection and the essence of its ‘tree-ness’. Then I saw myself writing, and the tree said ‘write about us’. They wanted me to share my experiences of them with others.

On the way back, I watched a large hawk trying to steal the eggs and babies of blackbirds in their nest. The hawk was making a huge screeching racket and the blackbirds were trying to get rid of it, loudly. Each time the hawk stopped on a branch, the blackbirds would chase it off. They preceded me almost down the entire path! What was the message there, I wonder? I love Blackbirds and their songs. Every-time I hear them singing, it resonates inside of me and I feel comforted by it. My whole energy softens and I feel safe. It always felt as though they were very healing birds. So what/or who, is this predator, come to steal their creations, their babies? Something I need to work on resolving obviously! Although I think I might have a good idea…

I went up to the woods again today, this time with my friend Cheryl. She followed her ‘gut’ until we came to the tree. The energy today was very different, perhaps because I had already connected to it, although its energy was just as palpable as we entered the woods. This tree has a huge energy-field. This time its messages were different. The only growth visible was the ivy climbing up around it. The rest of the tree seemed to be dying; only tiny outgrowths were visible, quite high up. The tree communicated that although it was coming to the end of its life, it was time for its work to be passed to the younger trees. As she died, they grew, and this felt perfectly alright. It was just the way of tree-things. But we were struck by the way the ivy was obscuring the tree itself. We could not see the bark because it was covered in ivy. It was like our true selves being obscured by clinging people and issues. They grew and thrived while we died. Food for thought, to be sure.

Once we were finished here, we walked back along the path and came to a lovely old Pine. We stayed under this tree for a little while and it felt so nurturing. It looked like it had been grown for wood, but never used, so it has just kept on growing. It was a very peaceful place and a lovely place to come and meditate.

Walking further along, we came to three more old yew trees, growing in a row. We tuned into the larger of the three and I received the message “ Give to the Givers.” Of course, in giving to the givers they will then give to more givers and so on. There is no point in giving to the takers, they will not share it, but will hoard it and use it selfishly. So simple really…

We received a lot of very subtle messages in these woods, and some not so subtle. I will definitely be going up again. If you want to go up yourself, the woods lie alongside Lainston House Hotel. It’s probably part of its lands. There is a pathway on the left of the main Stockbridge road from Winchester, which is where we start from, just across from where the road from Littleton joins the Stockbridge Road. There is a little parking space there too, across from Apley House, the last house on the Littleton road.

There is also a ruin of a 12th/13th century chapel in the hotel grounds so the Lime tree is probably that old, if not older. Cheryl and I are going to go for afternoon tea there, sometime, so we can check it out. (Any excuse for a treat!).

Communicating with Trees.

Communicating with Trees is very simple. You just sit, or stand, with your back against the tree trunk and you intend that your energy-field blends with the energy-field of the tree. You imagine that both your ‘fields’ are One. Then you wait! If you are with a Dryad, and this will be pretty clear already because you will feel something different about the tree, then you just keep your inner senses open and watch to see what happens. The tree might need your help, to clear it or to change its field, or something entirely unexpected. Or it might share with you, its energy. It might send impressions into your mind telling you what it needs. You just have to be open to whatever you receive.

It does take some trust, and sensitivity to energy communication, but once you have done it you will always recognise the energy. Sometimes, even just passing a Dryad, it will make it’s presence felt. As you walk through its huge energy-field you may ‘imagine’ that the tree is an old man, or an old woman. Don’t dismiss this feeling as you are picking up the age of the Dryad. You will ‘know’ which of the trees is the Dryad.

Dryads are easy to recognise as they seem to ‘pull’ your awareness of their energy to them, through love and appreciation. You might be out walking and suddenly feel how beautiful a tree is. Your heart feelings are triggered. No matter how old, or young a Dryad is, you will feel a heart connection.

Trees which are close to human habitation are often ‘memory-holders, especially ones near churches or old human settlements! So they might choose to share with you the history of where they grow. That can be fascinating. Some of these trees, especially yew trees, grow to a very old age, so they can hold vast amounts of memory-energy.

Trees that are about to be felled, for one reason or another, might need other assistance, such as requesting that you hold the energy until either a new tree is planted, or another tree can be found to hold the energy elsewhere.

Some trees will communicate with you that they need to be cleared of negative energy, or healed, on some level. Just follow your impulses and do what the tree requests, just as you would a person. Sometimes trees are so filled with negative energy, such as toxic fumes from human existence, that there is nothing you can do for them. In those instances you just have to honour the experience of the tree, recognising their sacrifice to the environment. You could send those trees your appreciation of its work.

The more time you spend around Dryad’s, and within their energy-field, the more you will pick up the energy that they are picking up from the Earth’s consciousness. They know more about the world, and it’s future, than we do!

Sometimes when a tree wishes to communicate with you you will feel a ‘pulling’ sensation in your belly. It is literally ‘pulling’ your awareness to itself so that you stop and ‘talk’. Once you have stopped, with the intention of listening, you will know what to do, or the tree will show you what it is doing.

Trees always remind me of elephants! I think it must be because they are so huge and the fact that they hold memory. They also know what is coming for the world. After my last experience with the young beech tree in Farley Mount Woods I received this channelling. That made me realise that the tree’s connection to the earth means a lot more than I originally understood. They not only connect us to the past they also give us information about the future!

So when you blend your energy with a tree, be aware that anything could happen. Thankfully trees are way smarter than us and only give us what we are energetically able to manage. Another lesson we can learn from them.

I lately received a book I had been wanting for a long time, by Dorothy Maclean, one of the founders of Findhorn. Call of the Trees. Well worth buying if you want to work with tree consciousness. One of the most important messages which trees impart is the need for old, large trees. In cutting down our ancient trees we are cutting ourselves off from their important work. Not only do they do what we already know but they also transmit forces of energy into their surroundings, as I’ve already experienced. As the tree devas say:

We would emphasise the absolute necessity to have large trees for the well-being of the land. The control of such things as rainfall is often in our hands, but as well we draw forth inner radiances, which are as necessary to the land as rain.”

They say that mature trees are the skin of this world; take them away and the whole creature can no longer function, but dries up and dies. We need to be working with trees.

In the words of the Deva (overall consciousness) of the trees:

What is Planetary Healing?

In these pages I will go into detail of what you might find while working in the landscape. The Earth’s energy matrices, as in vortices and gateways, energy-lines etc., have always been, but as Humans work within the landscape these energies change. Their actions create changes within the earth’s Magnetic field. If you were to imagine the earth, without humans on it, as a planet made up of different levels of existence; the energy lines running throughout it, keeping the balance of nature, and within the solar system it is part of. Everything runs smoothly and creation happens every day.

At different junctures of the energy lines, there are vortices of energy which interact with other levels of existence, just like our chakras effect the different energetic layers of our bodies. Earth was created to be a ‘school’ for our souls to develop on, one of many, and so life-forms evolved in order to provide us with the opportunity to learn and develop as Souls.

As humans, with a Soul, we have free-will, and so our actions, good and bad, create change on this planet. This change is often very damaging, therefore the earth’s basic energy matrix often needs upgrading or rebuilding. If we are to remain here on our earth school, then we need to take care of it. At different times during our collective evolution, we also need new energies, new ideas, etc. and these come in through us; the ones whose job it is to maintain the energetic integrity of the planet; the Harmonisers and Balancers.

As Healers of the Earth we are the upgraders, rebuilders, anchors of new energies, soul rescuers, guides, energy-cleaners, and the custodians of Holy places. It is our job to work within all of the layers of the Earth School’s ‘building’, so that Humanity can continue its progress of learning. We have to do the plumbing, the electricity, the heating, the gardens, provide the food, the shelter, etc., fixing it all when it becomes old and damaged. Our Earth house has many floors, many wings, and many rooms.

However, the earth also has a Soul. As Seth says in his book :

“The body of the Earth can be said to have its own Soul, or mind (whichever term you prefer). Using this analogy the mountains and oceans, the valleys and rivers and all natural phenomena spring from the earth’s soul, as all events and all manufactured objects appear from the inner mind or soul of mankind. The inner world of each man or woman is connected with the inner word of the earth. The spirit becomes flesh. Part of every individual’s Soul, then, is intimately connected with what we will call the World’s Soul, or the Soul of the Earth. The smallest piece of grass, or flower, is aware of this connection,and without reasoning comprehends its position, its uniqueness and its source of vitality.”

We, as Earth-workers, bring those inner creations into physical manifestation. We work within the Earth’s Soul layers and her place in the Universe, creating new creations, and experiences, for our Souls to develop and enjoy. We bring harmony and balance, even though that might feel like the opposite, and it might feel like our work is achieving very little, but it acts on subtle levels, bringing change and renewal over time.

Seth calls the vortices of the Earth ‘coordinate points and explains them thus:

“These coordinate points act as channels through which energy flows, and as warps or invisible paths from one reality to another. They also act as transformers, and provide much of the generating energy that makes creation continuous in your terms…these points impinge upon what you call time, as well as space…”

Learning to work with these vortices and realities is part of what we do as Planetary healers.

Reading Michael Newton’s Destiny of Souls I was interested to read from one of his clients under hypnosis that within the astral plane surrounding Earth, alternate or coexistent realities are part of our physical world. Within these realities non-material beings can be seen by some people in our physical reality. there are boundaries between these different realities, like spheres. These spatial zones have vibrational properties that allow for soul passage only when their energy waves are attuned to the right frequency.

This what many of the attunements of the Gaia Method facilitate; because we work within these other realities we need to be able to move up, or down, in vibration, in order to be able to communicate with the beings that inhabit those other worlds. In many of my experiences in Earthwork I have experienced these communications. They are very open to sharing their knowledge and gifts with us and happy to work with us. All you have to do is want to!

2 July 2009.Channelling.

In a far distant galaxy, filled with the embers of past knowledge, lay a valley so vast it would fill the eye forever. So vast was this plain that not only could one not see to its end but one could also not see where it began.
The valley itself was carved out of the ancient rocks by years of running fertile waters and to this day it remains, large and beautiful. It was the perfect place to live. Both humans and animals lived side by side, both aware of their own place in the realms of nature and each residing in harmony within it and with each other. There was no death in this place, only life, and harmony reigned.
One day however, all this changed. Life began to grow bored with itself. There was no growth here, only harmony and where harmony reigns no growth occurs. This is because there was nothing to challenge it to grow, nothing to force creative ideas to the surface. Everything went on as it always had and life had had enough. It decided that it would introduce a challenge to those living. It would introduce the need for separation hoping that those who lived within this fertile valley would learn to live together and grow so that life would not be static. It would begin to move again, but this all depended on those living and how they managed that growth.
It was decided by the Lords of Nature that the element of strife would propel the living into realms of which they had no understanding. So Strife was introduced. This came in the form of disease. It was a total shock to those who lived in this valley for not only had they never fallen ill they had no words to describe this awful thing which afflicted them. They gathered together to discuss this ‘thing’ of which they had no experience but found that they had no solutions. You see, they had never had to think before. Everything was present. They had no need to discuss or to think about solutions because there had never been a reason for them. They were completely baffled and went to bed at night dreading what they would wake up to in the morning. No-one had an answer. More and more of their families fell ill and died.
Then because there were less of them to work the fields and take care of the animals their food ran short and they began to starve.
Now another element was introduced. The earth tremors began one morning when everyone was just beginning to awake. They were small tremors at first, barely noticeable, but over the course of the morning they began to grow until their very houses shook and all the people had to leave them. Now they were not only falling ill with disease, they were also starving and homeless. What on earth was happening? What had befallen them? Why was this happening? They ran about in confusion, not knowing how to fix this as they had never had to think, never had to create anything. They were lost, and very afraid. They looked up at the darkening skies overhead and the rain began to fall, thick and heavy, but it wasn’t rain, it was black, hot and dangerous. They fled, leaving their sick and dying behind them and took refuge in the caves where once they had kept their animals. They had no food, no water and the air itself was thick with death.
The people were starving. Starved of the light, of the water and of the land which had always sustained them. Some among them decided that they must have done something wrong for how else could this have happened? How could their lives have changed so quickly, from life to death?
But what they didn’t know was that they were being watched. Watched by a consciousness so great as to be unfathomable. This consciousness watched and waited to see what would they would do. It was interested in how this fledgling humanity would extricate itself from its darkness. How would they cope with this sudden downfall, from life to death? Would they just die out, beaten by the powers of nature or would they find a way forward? The consciousness watched, much as a human might watch an ant colony, but it had compassion for this young humanity. It waited until it became clear that they just did not have the knowledge to deal with this and that they needed help. So, souls from a different time and place, were asked to volunteer to be born into this struggling group of humans. This would be a difficult mission as they had not incarnated on this type of system for many years and would have to relearn how to live in such basic circumstances. But they did have the creative spark of the mother in their souls and so could help these lost humans, who held such potential, to find the new skills which would help them so survive and thrive within the Mother’s domain.
And so they incarnated into these trying times. Some did not survive as human babies because their human carers were unable to deal with the circumstances. But this gave the souls time to acclimatise to the new energies of this planet. They incarnated again and again, ready to help over and over, and as these children grew they showed their families new ways of being and living. This came slowly for children needed to survive before they were ready to show their ways.
The climate changed and returned to normal but everything these humans had known was gone, disappeared in the blink of an eye. They had to relearn everything and also had to learn new skills.
The soul children grew into adulthood and shared their soul knowledge with their human parents, showing them through play how to survive and grow within their new parameters.
They learned that through challenge do they grow and that harmony was at best, a temporary luxury. They realised that there was a joy in creating and growing through the challenges which now faced them. They saw too that working within the Mother’s energy brought a safety and succour which they had not experienced since before the fall and that although there would also be challenges there was also hope and the promise of tomorrow. They learned balance and this was the most important lesson of all. To live in harmony while still striving to grow became their joy and they lived it to the full. They learned that when they joined together that they could create many different realities and they revelled in this new-found understanding for it was indeed good. Nature continued to grow too and humanity learned to live within these growth spurts, no longer fearing that they would not survive for they now had the experience of previous struggles to guide them.
They had grown and the source of all life saw that the experiment had worked and that there was indeed hope for this fledgling society of humans for that is what they had become, a society, committed to the growth of each and every person, regardless of their beliefs or appearances.
The souls who had volunteered to live amongst the humans lived out their lives and when they passed out of that world that were glad that they had volunteered to serve the Source in this capacity for the planet had grown into the wonderful apple of the Mother’s eye and would remain so as long as humanity remembered her.Unfortunately we have lost this connection, thinking that we are indeed the Lords of Nature. We clearly are not! And we are about to learn that lesson. If we want to survive and thrive then we need to reconnect with the bounty of the mother and learn to live in harmony with the cycles of nature once more. Growing and striving for the good of both the planet and the life upon it.
This we leave you with today as a parable of life and how to structure your lives on a daily basis so that life and growth can continue unabated. Once again the young amongst you will be your teachers and if you listen you will hear the breath of the Mother in their voices and you will know what it is to live in her bounty once again.
Go now with our blessings and give succour to the land, replenishing where necessary the parched dry earth of the world. Adonai.

Workshop in Tintagel, England.

This was a workshop which Cheryl Brennan and I did a few years ago, in Tintagel. It was the first one we did together and was wonderful.

We had a terrific weekend, with glorious weather, and although we had a structure for the entire weekend, we ended up adding things that we had not expected to do.Our intention was to initiate people into becoming Guardians, Keepers of the Grail. As a result of the initiations they would then ‘become One’ with the Earth. They each worked on a part of the site with which they resonated. The needed energy-work, at a particular place, exactly matched an issue which needed healing in the person doing the work. In healing the site they were healing themselves and in so doing, healing that facet of human consciousness.

We discovered, that our overall work was to anchor the female Goddess energies at certain points, points which had become predominantly masculine and therefore missing its balance. Some places were easy, once we figured out what needed to be done, and other points felt incredibly difficult. The energy needed to anchor a female consciousness, in places which have been, and continue to be, used as male strongholds, was a challenge. Some of these sites brought up a lot of anger for some, as it was apparent what the power imbalance had created. But now we were in a position to, at least, plant the seeds of balance for the future.

Its not difficult to see how this works. All you have to do is look at how long it has taken women to gain some semblance of power in a patriarchal world. Men believe they have to behave in a certain way and, as a result, women are forced to behave in another way. Anchoring the female energies will bring a slow awareness of the nurturing and powerful aspects of Woman into the lives of both men and women, with the eventual hope of peace. The wounded female needs healing as does the wounded male.

We had intended to begin the weekend at King Arthur’s Halls but, as we had a day to ‘potter’ we went to the Rocky Valley to check out the labyrinth. We spent some time beside the river and then did some unexpected ‘anchoring’ beside the labyrinth, carved into the walls! Just beyond both Labyrinths was a small room, which once formed part of a building, possibly the house of the miller. Just standing there was energising. We discovered, by following the clues, that there was no Maiden/Spring energy here, just Mother/Summer and Crone/Winter. As we were all women on a healing path this was significant for our personal healing. The maiden represents that part of ourselves that yearns to live spontaneously. She is full of potential, full of life-force, moving towards the birthing. Bringing this energy here meant uniting with this part of ourselves so we could become more of who we truly are.

We anchored a white flame here, which is a Brigid Flame. Eartha held the ability to channel the female solar energy, so she anchored it here. She was amazing! She so represented that energy, completely uninhibited and spontaneous. It was a powerful moment and we felt very energised by it. We manifested the physical flame by lighting a candle and leaving it there. The creative, feminine solar energy was now blended with the white flame of Brigit. An unexpected piece of work but amazing.

The following morning we began the day by visiting Arthur’s Halls. The Merlin (male) line flows through this building and it contains a golden serpent energy. We did a meditation and anchored three different flames of the Divine Feminine consciousness, which are, Magenta, Yellow and Blue. It was very difficult to anchor the energies here because, as Anne, one of the participants, pointed out, it is used mainly by men. It is used regularly by the local Freemasons who own the building. The whole point of anchoring these energies at a male site and on a male energy line is so that the change in consciousness around the feminine can be sown within the masculine consciousness. It softens the masculine energy and brings it back into balance.

Later in the afternoon we went to St. Materiana’s church to do Magdalene Flame attunements, given to me originally by Jhadten Jewall, and to re-anchor the energy there. We didn’t know it, but they were preparing for a wedding there that day and we were just in time. They had decorated the church with white and gold, the colours we had previously worked with in the Rocky Valley! Cheryl and I carried out the attunements and we all then went down for the initiations in Tintagel Castle. The female energy line, runs beneath St. Materiana’s church, so we were ensuring that it was maintained energetically.

On our way down to the castle Eartha suddenly pointed out the dragon’s head, right where we were going to do the initiations. His head faces out to sea. All the times we had come here and we had never noticed! We wondered where the tail ended up? I discovered a couple of weeks later that according to Paul Broadhurst the tail is at St. Nectan’s waterfall, which was where we were finishing the work the following day!

We carried out the initiations at the Solar Portal, which is a point on the highest part of the castle and looks out on the setting sun, and each person received their ‘mantle’. The mantle is a layer of colour vibration placed in the energy-field of the person. We also created a new essence there. As we were leaving the hall we had a nice piece of confirmation. The tour guide was explaining the uses for each room when the castle was in power, and where we did the initiations was where they kept their cloaks!

When we had finished we pottered off to explore. Anne and I ended up in Merlin’s cave and I did a personal activation with her. The vortex lay just inside the entrance and, after we had gone through to the other side of the cave, we came back and Anne ‘freed up’ the trapped creative energy here. She and the vortex were one which meant that in healing the energies there, she was equally healing her own matching issues. A couple of years later, Chris Bishop also had an initiation here and met the Dragon of Tintagel.

The following day we began at Bossiney Mound, which lies on a cross-over of the male and female energy lines. There is a local story that on Midsummer’s eve a golden, round table rises up from beneath the mound and then goes underground again. Cheryl led the meditation and we anchored layers of energy here, all designed to help heal the world and change the consciousness of those receptive to the energies of Divine Balance. When we were finished we went to St. Nectan’s waterfall. Jaynie needed to do work here so we spent some time doing that. This was her initiation, on the inner levels, into working with Divine Balance and the unification of the forces of Nature with Humanity. Doing this meant that she could work more closely with site guardians and the Elder Race. As part of this she then was to lead the next meditation, which was terrific and very powerful. Eartha, once again, picked up the discordant energies of the site, which Jaynie was able to ‘upgrade’. We also placed the intention for the site keepers to maintain the cleanliness of the place, which they weren’t doing! Jaynie’s work also involved creating a ‘holding’ structure for the energies to flow through, as they were not being ‘contained’.

To finish the day we all created a strong heart connection and commitment, to the healing of ourselves and the earth, through the site.

The Lords of Light.

This was my channelled introduction to one of the Lords of Light, back in 2007. At the time I tried googling it, but found nothing. Now, of course, there is the Game of Thrones and the Lord of light. So I decided to post this channelling I received from them, as they form a huge part of the earth-work that we do, and they don’t have a crazy bunch of followers ready to murder the non-believers!

Salutations.

Welcome to my domain. All that you see around you, in the form of the trees and plants, wild animals and tame, the cycles of the seasons, come under my rulership.

The Devic realms and all realms of earthly light are within my territory, my ‘land’, for I am known as the Devic Lord, the Lord of elemental Light and Life. It is my task to oversee the smooth evolution of nature and, the light within nature.

Come with me now on a journey into that light and see for yourself how all is put together.

Try as you might, in your everyday consciousness, you cannot begin to imagine the delicate intricacies that make up the creation and maintenance of nature. It is my task now to give you a glimpse of my world so that you can share the awareness of this light with the world.

In your greatest imaginings you cannot begin to comprehend the task which we share with you. It goes beyond anything you have ever known. Our task is Herculean, a mighty task, yet a task full of wisdom and caring.

Nature can be both a terror, frightening, and a joy, pleasing. In order to work with the cycles of time you need to understand Nature and her ways.

It is I, as Lord of Light, who take Nature’s creations and ‘evolve’ them. I mould them with light and ensure their survival. Yet now my task has become more difficult because of the interference of man’s greed. They are destroyers, not creators and yet they have the potential to create.

Man’s internal desire is always to create and grow but this desire has become masked in pain and coldness, so his creative forces cannot flow. This constriction of the creative channels blocks other avenues of expression such as love, compassion and loyalty, respect and admiration. In the blocking of these channels, all connection to the beauty and joy inherent in nature’s creations cannot be seen or acknowledged; they cannot be valued and emulated.

The only way that mankind can move forward now is through the unblocking of these channels of light and creation. The only way that these channels can be manifested is through the unblocking of these channels.

In order to create one must be clear, clear in body, mind and spirit. When one reaches this point of clarity, the creations in, and of, the soul begin to peek their heads out and call for attention.

When mankind has opened these creative channels and begun to create ‘life’ and ‘light’ from within, then can nature find her ‘flow of creation’ once more and the Lords of Light and the Mother can continue their works of creation.

To begin one must first clear the channels in the body so that the forces of light from the sun, and the forces of light from within the earth, can flow, like the lemniscates, filled with rainbow light. It is these forces, within you now, which drive you to create your forms. Allow them to flow through your body and mind filling your form with rainbow light.

Through your brow chakra the majestic lines of heavenly art flow. Through the heart, flow the lines of earthly creation and through the sacral/Hara flow the juices of the Mother’s creations. In all three of these centres, unify your intentions. Create a matrix of light, joining these three centres into one, a unified chakra, yet still three. These three centres are the most important centres in the human body. In order to create from your soul all three of these centres must act as One.

We do not speak here of anything other than the use of these three chakras within the creative forces of the soul, as the chakras have their other functions. But in terms of working with the creative forces of light and life one must be proficient in using these three chakras. For this reason do you need to clear these when working with the forces of nature.

Pathways.

There are three paths for the Gaia Method Earthways. You can take the Therapeutic Path, where you learn the Gaia Method for healing as part of your therapeutic practice; or you can take the Path of Earth Energy-worker, focusing on earth-work in the Landscape; or you can take the path of the Initiate, in service to the Divine Feminine. Each path incorporates the other, so if you decide that you feel drawn to being an Earth-energy-worker, then that will also include the Therapeutic path, and the Initiatic Path also includes the Therapeutic and the Earth Energy Path.

The only path that is not consciously chosen is the Initiatic Path. This is the initiation into the Temple of Artemis. If your soul is an Initiate, then that will be made clear at the beginning of your attunement. Otherwise, you can choose the Path you feel more drawn to. Your own soul knows what it needs and will guide you in that direction.

You are self-directed in your training, in that you follow your own guidance. The Gaia Method Earthways paths are for people who are already confident in their ability to channel energy and do not need instruction. That saying, we are writing some books that will help you if you are working on the Earth energy path or working with nature.

27 October 07 Values and Beliefs. Channelled.

Down through the centuries mankind has allowed a certain set of values to dictate what beliefs were necessary to reach ‘God’. These values are inherently flawed and need revising. In order to do this a new set of ‘possible’ values need to be explored. Only in doing this will balance be restored. However, there are difficulties in this for many will be unable, due to their own level of evolvement, to make the necessary belief changes and this will lead to conflict, initially! Over time the new value sets will be established and mankind will enjoy a period of relative calm. This calm will have been hard won and many will not forget how things changed and what happened to change it. It will go down through the centuries as a period of great change and disaster and many myths will evolve out of it, some real and some imagined, for that is the way of mankind.

Living through these times will not be easy but you will be offered protection at every corner. Some of the changes will cause great disturbance in the earth’s atmosphere and during those times you will be protected form them. At other times it will be necessary for you to experience the disturbance for only then will you come to learn and appreciate the processes of change which are necessary for great world changes to occur. So, you see, it will be a great education and experiencing.

Nothing you do is ever wasted so never be afraid of making a mistake. All will work out as planned if every one of the souls born on earth to be part of these great changes can make the changes themselves.

Many downloads will be experienced as those souls with this particular mission of energetic change, at a molecular level, experience the shifts and changes. Only in going through their trials by fire will they experience the freedom that comes with the change of destructive beliefs. Beliefs which limit them from their full soul’s capacity at every turn. Only in enduring these great changes, WITH THE WORLD will they understand what is necessary and what is ready to be released. This is how beliefs are changed in the collective unconscious. Only in undergoing the same trials as the world will those self same trials be understood and ultimately changed for the better. This can be a long and lonely journey but beacons of hope exist for all those travelling it.

Abandon all of those desires now which do not marry your soul’s direction for they will act as impediments to your journey, creating confusion and misery. It is not difficult, just hand yourself over to the Goddess and all will be revealed, in time, and you will know what is right and what is wrong.

Changes 2 June 2015. Channelling.

I received this having felt an extremely sad heaviness in my heart and my Hara/ centre. I ‘felt’ the knowledge that all was about to change, to ‘return back’ and that life, as we know it, would never be the same again. I felt overwhelmingly sad and then these words came.

“A million years ago the world stood on the brink of ‘knowingness’. It ‘knew’ that its destiny was changing, that all it ever knew was coming to an end. Its populations, nomadic travellers and settlers, also knew, because they were attuned to the cycles of nature in a way which modern man is not. He knew, for instance, that life was a continuing cycle, and that death was only a transition from one sort of life to another. He was not afraid of death. His only fear was that of starvation, because he also knew that nature was a fickle mother. But he learned to live within her boundaries, and to grow within her belly. He knew, that in order to survive, that he had to do this. There would be no point in resisting her ways. The rules could be bent, but never broken.

Modern man, on the other hand, is on a collision course with the forces of nature. He believes that his way is the right way, until Mother Nature shows him something different. Then, when she does, he feels like a victim. But he is not a victim, he is a casualty. He exists on Earth as a guest, a guest of honour, and guests do not betray their generous hosts. To betray a host means to not be invited again. The boundaries of nature are sure and strong.

In order to survive the coming times you too have to learn to live within the boundaries of nature. It is not enough to pay lip service to her, pretending to live a natural life, while living amidst the rubble and rubbish of modern life. That does not work here. Living in the bosom of the Mother means to live within her boundaries, caring for what she gives, wasting nothing, respecting her gifts, her generosity. If someone gives you a gift and you throw it way, why would they give you another? Yet Earth keeps on giving and you, as humans, keep on throwing it away.

Now it is time to learn a new way. A life of extreme luxury and wastefulness is not a life, it is a waste of life, and a waste of the abundance which Mother Nature has gifted you.

Be prepared for change, where all of your abundance will come with the proviso that you change your ways. The gifts are being revoked and your lives becoming a little less free. All that is good will remain, but all that is wasteful will be returned to the Mother. That is the way.”

So what does that imply? Whatever it does imply it might be a good idea if we learned how to grow our own food! …and I still can’t shake this overwhelming pain in my heart and stomach!!

Reconnection.

I’ve been back in Winchester for a week and I still feel overwhelmed! As I drove to the woods, the only place that I feel secure in, I was aware of myself being in a glass bubble. I could see outside the glass, but I could not feel anything. I felt completely disconnected from everything.

I drove to the first place where I ever connected to earth energies, and which seems to be my entrance-point to the English energy-grid. Every-time I spend time away, it seems to be this place I start off with again.

This was the only place I didn’t feel ‘bubble-wrapped’ in, so that was really good. I stood on the round barrow, where the Dryad that gave me the tree wisdom symbol grows, and tuned in, but felt nothing but a slight soft energy in my legs. I wandered down a path I have never seen before and ended up in a wide open space, a lovely grassy plain. It felt wonderful; like ‘home’. I wandered down the path a bit and then felt the need to stop. As I stood still I felt like I was facing the wrong direction, so I shifted, and then all of the energy I had brought from Egypt began to flow into the earth. What a relief that was. I stood until my belly felt completely empty and then I walked back up the hill, enjoying being under the green, leafy branches once again.

As I came closer to the round barrow again, I felt my heart energy move out of my body. It looked, and felt, like my heart was a metre out in front of me. I could feel the stretch of it. I didn’t initially know why it was doing that, but I followed it as it pulled me forward, and then I found myself standing just in front of a young Beech tree that was growing at the base of the Barrow. My heart energy disappeared into the tree, even while it was still connected to me by a cord of energy. I stood waiting to see what would happen next. After a few minutes I felt my umbilical cord activate and it too moved into the tree, at the same level, then it changed direction and moved up the trunk to connect to my heart! Once it had connected, I could release it. It seemed strange to anchor myself in a tree, but it was obviously what I needed. I’ll have to wait and see why it was necessary.

I continued on up to stand on the barrow, but, again I was facing the wrong direction, so I turned a faced the same direction as earlier. That was where I needed to go next. I wondered if it was the Roman Site I used to spend a lot of time in. The mosaic from the site is in Winchester Museum.

The following day I went back up to Farleigh Mount and took the scenic route up to the villa site. It was very pretty! I had really missed all of the trees while I had been in Luxor, and am going to make the best of them while I am here! When I got to the site I sat and breathed, but did not feel the need to do anything. But then I heard what sounded like bird cries. I thought it was an owl, or a buzzard and it sounded like it was in distress. It turned out to be a faun, which had wandered away from its mother and was calling for her. It had gotten a little lost in the lost in the undergrowth. But I knew that it mother was around calling for it, so I sat back down and waited. She came and took her baby and all was well.

This little lesson, from Mother Nature, is one I have been learning in Egypt. “Mother knows best, so stop rescuing”! Seems I needed to be reminded of that here.

Working with the Earth’s Magnetic Fields. (2008)

When I first received this information I had little idea what this meant. I had to learn to hold large amounts of energy and understand the concepts of ‘layers’ before I was ready. Much of the work I do in the land is through these layers. I was given tools to help connect the layers beneath the earth with those above. Some of the layers were geological, some energetic and others physical. Some too were anchored in ‘Time’. But this channelling explains exactly what we are doing, and why. Some of the work we are called to do clears human emotional debris from these layers, leaving them clear for the future learning of incarnating souls. Sometimes this includes spirit-rescue, one of the focuses of this cleansing which I love. The Gaia Method Earthways is the training these earth-workers from previous earth civilisations speak about and many of the tools that are part of the system are for this purpose.

15 million years ago the world was a very different place. Continents existed that no longer exist in your world. These places now lie beneath your feet; they are in the deepest oceans or compressed by the weight of tons of ice. But in the deepest places of the earth, the canyons, the sea bed and the caverns in the earth, these regions are still accessible.

Beneath the earth’s core lies another world: the place of divine creation. This world is constantly ‘in process’, creating the magnetic fields that power your earth and keep you alive. This world we speak of is not a physical place, it is magnetic. It supplies the power to the earth’s surface. Without this energy, your world would not exist. This is why the interaction between the elemental worlds of Earth, Air, Fire and Water are so crucial to your understanding of the Earth’s magnetic fields. Without these elements, the magnetic field would have nothing to ‘work upon’ or to ‘act upon’. Its ‘job of creation’ is to regulate the force fields of each element, which is why you find many healers working with the different elements. All are needed if the world is to remain in balance.

Our work, in your prehistoric past, was also to regulate the world. We did this in much the same way we are teaching you today. In times past, we too understood the volcanic nature of creation and strove always to work in harmony with it, choosing our times carefully and with foresight. We knew the result of our actions would affect the entire planet’s energy field and so we worked diligently to repair it and maintain its efficiency.

The magnetic core, at the centre of the earth, is regulated by other, more cosmic energies. It is held in place , energetically like a ball on many cable-strong strings. Whenever this forcefield changed, so also did our work, but we strove to work in harmony with the earth’s forcefield so that all life would succeed.

There are layers of patterns, working in harmony with each other, and all layers require different expertise. But all must work in harmony. This is why it is so important for those who work on their particular layer to be trained to trust their intuition, and vision, so that the patterns can be re-instated, or changed as necessary. Each elemental world requires its own patterning. The sea world requires the use of magnetic flows capable of ‘swimming’ the currents. Like giant sea serpents, they meander along specific ‘highways’. Earth currents do likewise but require a different attention than those of the sea. The waterways that flow through the landscape require yet another form of energy regulation, if they are to flow in harmony with the other forms of life, and so on.

Working in harmony with each element is vital to the success of the planet.

Other networks of energy flow through the deeper layers of the earth which cannot be accessed by humanity for they lie too deep beneath the earth’s crust. These energy flows are regulated by outside forces, forces which you have not yet come into contact with, for that is not in your realm of experience. Suffice it to say that all is taken care of, either by humanity’s healers, the earth’s healers or the cosmic balancers.

If you would allow us, we will now teach you to maintain the earth’s energy flows that run throughout the earth’s crust on even deeper layers. These are layers which our civilisation would have been familiar with but which your archaeologists have never discovered. These layers lie within a circle of fire which you can access by going within. All parts of the world contain these rings of fire but only some are visible.

Commentary.

My guides had, for months, been bringing my attention to this story which I only now understand. This version describes it better than any other version I have read so far.

This story is about the Goddess Path and how each sacred relationship, no matter how difficult, adds another ‘power’ to your already created necklace of life experience and wisdom. As a Priestess learns to be the Goddess, which is a lifelong path once embarked upon, relationships become very different. Often they are very difficult emotionally and one cannot apply ‘normal’ rationale to them. When I say ‘normal’ I mean within self-development terms. They can feel abusive, painful, co-dependent and downright unbearable sometimes but they have to be ‘undergone’ in order to gain the prize, becoming the Divine Feminine. They often have a strong karmic element to them and are mainly to do with service to the planet and to Humanity. There is a very definite feel of when you are ready to release the relationship and your karmic work is done. The gifts to come out of these relationships make you stronger,with more self-knowledge and with gifts of healing and abundance. They often facilitate your work and development in material terms, depending on what you need to develop. But you have to give some part of yourself to the relationship in order to gain the deep healing and gifts.

This path is the Old path, as told in the story, but only the strongest of women, women who are undergoing, a deep underworld journey themselves, can stay with them. In the initial stages you are aware that this is a healing journey but as you go further it becomes more and more about the anchoring the Goddess energy in your self. Becoming one with her. Each of these relationships are gone into very consciously and under guidance and run contrary to everything we are taught in our self-development. It is only when we have reached a certain point in our development that we can undertake these relationships at all. It is a very powerful process of Anchoring the Goddess consciousness in ourselves so that the male consciousness can be healed. At the end of this process the Goddess can then join with her consort, bringing all her gifts and skills with her to lighten the earth and its people, with him. In the beginning he does not recognise her but eventually he sees her gifts and knows.

Each dwarf in this story is one such relationship and the Goddess Freya goes into each willingly even though it is painful but in doing so she gains something which helps her in her role as Goddess. This happens when the Goddess consciousness is rising again as it is now. Each one brings his own challenges and gifts but without making these sacrifices she knows that she will not succeed in her path of Being the Goddess, and the world will not receive her gifts.

BRISINGAMEN.

Two fair goddesses sat close by the weaving loom, the Vanir queen and Beyla, the mead maker. Freyja frowned, concentrating on the half image of woven silk before her, eager to complete her work. Freyja hoped to have the tapestry on the wall of the ale hall before her brother returned. She sighed, ‘tapestries take so long’ she mused, ‘even for goddesses’ ! Freyr stood before her in the shining silks, sword raised in triumph, the earth dragon dead at his feet, ancient days, at the beginning of the world. Freyja reached for another skein and twined the thread into the weaving.

Suddenly Freyja’s concentration was broken as her brother ran into her chamber, a boyish smile on his face and a golden boar trotting at his side. Freyja stared in disbelief, the boar shone like the sun and gazed at her with large and intelligent eyes. Beyla leaped up with delight, scattering her tools. “Isn’t he wonderful ?” Freyr cried happily, “the dwarves made him for me ! And this as well !”, Freyr pulled a small wooden object from his purse. Freyja, still somewhat taken aback by the boars appearance, took it from his hand, and was shocked to be holding a miniature battleship, perfect in every detail..

“Why ” was all the Vanadis could say.

“Oh, it was some knavery of Loki’s, but the dwarves were honoured to make treasures for all the gods. Thor’s got a lovely hammer.

“And what did they make for me” asked Freyja.

Freyr’s face fell, ” Er, nothing dear, maybe Loki forgot to mention you”.

“We will soon see about that” Freyja said coldly, and demanded to know the names of the dwarven smiths. The nervous Freyr told all he know and watched his beloved snatch her feather cloak and hurtle angrily into the air in falcon form.

“Ah, women !”, Freyr sighed, grinning sheepishly down at the boar who oinked in agreement.

Far away in the lands of men, a storm thrashed at the wings of a struggling falcon. Thor was enjoying his new hammer and Freyja’s weather spells weren’t having any effect on the tempest. Freyja was in a black mood when she landed in the dwarves’ cave mouth. Freyja shrugged off the cloak and wrung out its’ sodden feathers, and magicked her damp hair and clothes back to respectability. She set off down the stone tunnels with a determined and dangerous stride.

Far beneath the ground, where the sun’s light could never reach, Freyja found the dwarves she was searching for. They were exhausted from their recent endeavours, drunk with good ale and half heartedly arguing the finer points of metallurgy. Freyja demanded her share of the treasures that had been made for the other gods. The dwarves groaned “Come back next week” said one.

“If I even see another set of bellows before the month’s end, I’ll die” said another.

Freyja was not prepared to wait and screamed at the dwarves: “You have no honour for the goddesses !” she cried, “You should be ashamed !”.

The master smith Eitri grinned up at Freyja through hazy drunken eyes, “Be fair madam, you will get no work out of us today but there are four brothers nearby who will gladly make you a treasure, but it will cost you dear.

“I will pay if I must” Freyja muttered. Eitri gave her directions and the goddess strode off, determined to find a treasure to match the others. The dark tunnels took Freyja further and further from the world of men and finally she came to the forge Eitri had described. The dwarves were working here, their hammers clattering and echoing around the vaulted ceiling. The fire of the forge reflected on their pale, corpselike faces and Freyja shuddered at the sight. One dwarf looked up and gasped at the visitor, the first woman these low dwellers had ever seen.

Freyja walked in haughtily, well aware of the effect her firelit beauty was having on the smiths. “I have come to commission a treasure from you. Are you aware of the gifts made so recently forthe gods ?” “Aahh”;, hissed one of the smiths, “gifts given freely, the unskilled work of amateurs !”.

“You can do better ?”;, asked Freyja.

“We can, if you are prepared to pay”.

“I am”, Freyja replied.

“Then we will set to work, and when the treasure is finished we can discuss what is due”. The dwarves whispered amongst themselves and then set to work, stoked the fire into a towering searing blaze, pumped hard at the bellows, poured liquid gold from crucibles and hammered busily. Content that she would return with a prize worthy of a goddess, Freyja relaxed away from the scorching heat of the forge.

After an hour the fire died down and the dwarves brought their work to Freyja for inspection, between them they held a glittering and elaborate necklace of gold and amber, intricate beyond belief and of unsurpassed beauty. Freyja was filled with an uncontrollable desire to own the jewels, and asked what she owed them for their work. The dwarves grinned and said “We want you”.

“What ?”, Freyja sobbed in horror, aching with desire for the necklace, “you expect me to live in this hole ?”.

“Nay”, answered one of the dwarves,”only for four days, one with each of us”. Freyja was filled with disgust at the very sight of the pale smiths, but she had to have the necklace, after a few minutes thought she consented.

The ugliest dwarf grabbed the necklace and shooed his brothers away, he turned to the goddess and said “Lady, my name is Alfrigg. Will you honour your promise and lie with me until the forge is cold ?” .

“I will honour my promise” Freyja replied. Alfrigg held out the necklace and gestured for Freyja to bend down so he could fasten it round her neck. The dwarf arranged the jewels in three tiers and Freyja was overjoyed at having the treasure about her shoulders. She smiled at the dwarf in pure pleasure, seeing not his ugliness but the skill which had crafted the gorgeous necklace and loved him for it. She untied her belt, unfastened the golden pins securing her gown and let it fall softly to the floor. The dwarf shuddered with desire for the naked goddess standing before him in the firelight, the gold and amber sparkling above her breasts and her smooth skin reflecting the embers’ glow. Freyja knelt down in front of him and kissed his lips warmly, then pulled his face against her bosom. Alfrigg squealed with delight and kneaded her breasts as she pulled off his breeches. She lay down and drew him to her.

The embers were cooling and Alfrigg lay exhausted in Freyja’s arms. “Never has such pleasure been known in the dwarven halls”, sighed the dwarf. “Because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add a gift of dwarven magic to your prize”, Alfrigg stroked the necklace and spoke charms of power over it. “No man you desire will resist you while you wear this necklace, no magic will defend them against you, even the gods will be brought to their knees with lust for you”.

The cavern had grown cold and Alfrigg helped the goddess into her gown. Time passed and Alfrigg’s brothers returned, they relit the forge fire and stoked the flames into a roaring blaze. The stockiest of the dwarves declared himself to be next and ordered his brothers out of the room.

“I am Dvalin”, the dwarf declared, “and you are mine until the fire grows cold”. The dwarf leaped at Freyja with astonishing strength and tore her dress from her. He pummelled her breasts roughly so she gasped with pain. He bit her nipples and entered her, clawing at her woman hood with his fingers. The hours of abuse passed slowly for Freyja, but she lay for him without complaint, thinking always of the necklace heavy on her neck, and the power it now contained.

Eventually the fire cooled and the breathless Dvalin ceased his rough play. The dwarf grinned at her, saying “because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add my own magic to your prize”. Dvalin, all fury gone, stroked the necklace gently and spoke dwarven charms. “No warrior you admire will fail to please you while you wear this necklace. No army you support will fail on the battlefield. No fallen warrior will resist your call and no magic of men or gods will prevent you”. Dvalin put blankets around the goddess and held her tenderly as the fire died. The brothers returned and kindled the fire, piling the fuel high.

The third dwarf claimed the right to lie with Freyja, and his fellows left the room. “I am Berling”, the dwarf declared, “will you love me as you loved Alfrigg, my brother ?”. Freyja was still sore and weary from Dvalin’s attentions but, determined to settle her debt for the fabulous necklace, nodded. She let the blankets fall from her shoulders and the dwarf marvelled at her naked beauty. The dwarf gently pulled Freyja to her knees, the better to reach her with his short stature. He kissed her, then explored her body slowly and passionately with his tongue, encouraged by Freyja’s gasps of pleasure as he suckled at her nipples. Finally he supped from Freyja’s chalice, the goddess moaned with joy, after Dvalin’s harsh lovemaking, this was bliss.

“Will you do the same for me ?” asked Berling. Freyja nodded again and pulled the dwarf’s shirt over his head, only to check in horror, for Berling’s body was covered in festering scabs. Freyja concentrated hard on the necklace, on beloved Freyr, fair Vanaheim and all she held dear and returned the dwarf’s attentions. The pus from his wounds was foul in her mouth but she took care to repay him fairly. Berling screamed as Freyja bought him to the heights of passion, and then he lay in her arms, gasping for breath.

Once he had recovered the dwarf gazed up at the goddess in admiration. “Only the bravest of women could have embraced a wretch like me. Because you gave yourself to me so completely I will add my own magic to your prize”. Berling stroked the necklace and muttered his dwarven charms. “You will have the might to overcome all illness while you wear this necklace. No curse will prevent you. Death itself no barrier to your healing”. Freyja laughed with happiness and wove charms around the dwarf. By the end of her song there was no sign of his wounds. She held Berling in her arms until the fire burned low, and the dwarf rose to wrap her in blankets and furs.

In the deep cavern, the sunless hours passed and the other dwarves returned to the forge and rebuilt the fire. The fourth brother seemed most reluctant to claim his rights and hung back. His comrades laughed at him and left crying shouts of encouragement. “What is your name ?”, asked Freyja, smiling with amusement at his nervousness.

“Grerr”, the dwarf mumbled staring at his feet.

“Don’t you want me ?” asked Freyja.

Grerr was very short, even for a dwarf, and clearly lacked the confidence of his brothers. “If you don’t want to do this”, Grerr stammered, “you don’t have to – I won’t tell them”. Freyja frowned, was he unwilling, or suffering a virgin’s nightmares of impotency ? Freyja owed a debt to this dwarf, and her pride would not see an oath broken lightly. Using her magic she reached out to Grerr’s mind, and felt it full of lust and fear of failure. Grerr thought himself unworthy of a goddess and it would take a strong charm to restore his confidence.

Freyja drew the dwarf to her and let the blankets fall from around her shoulders. Grerr stared up at her, in helpless reverence of the unreachable divinity before him. Freyja willed him to desire her body and the necklace burned brighter around her shoulders. The dwarf’s uncertainty snapped and he leapt into her arms and buried his mouth into her bosom. Freyja held the dwarf, scarcely larger than a child , to her breast as he suckled with the passion of a man. She lay down for him and Grerr, the virgin, mounted her like a veteran. The forge fire slowly dwindled and Grerr pulled the blankets back around Freyja to keep her warm. “You repaid me faithfully”, the dwarf said proudly, “Because you honoured your debt when you could have shunned me, I will add my own magic to your prize”.

Grerr stroked the necklace and sang his charms. “Your beasts and the beasts of your friends will be fertile when you wear this necklace. The ground where your feet fall will yield the best of crops and flowers. No woman you love dearly will want for a child”.

Grerr’s brothers returned and gathered to bid Freyja farewell. The goddess hugged them all in turn, thanking them for the wondrous necklace and their priceless gifts. She retrieved her falcon feather cloak and followed the tunnels back to the sunlit lands. At the cavern’s entrance she paused, the storm was long over and after the dim forge the light was overwhelming. Freyja stood triumphant, enjoying the warm sun on her naked skin, the wind in her hair, and the weight of the necklace on her shoulders. Vanaheim’s call was strong after so long away. She threw the falcon feather cloak around her shoulders and soared into the sky.

Freyr sat miserably in the meadows of Vanaheim, his beloved had been gone for days and he pined for her company. His gold bristled boar lay beside him in the sun, rivalling its brilliance. A hawk’s cry broke the stillness and the boar rose onto his forelegs and grunted a welcome to the swooping bird. Freyja let the falcon’s form drop away as she alighted before her brother. Freyr stared at the goddess he thought he knew so well. She wore a necklace that put the sun, moon and stars to shame, wild flowers sprang from the turf where she walked towards him and she kindled a lust in him that seared him to his very soul. Freyja embraced him and he wept for joy.

Tree Attunements.

A tree attunement is an attunement to the essence of tree consciousness. You do not literally become a tree, although that would be nice, but you do become the energy of Trees.

It began with a Dryad, in Coldridge Woods, in Wiltshire, in May 2006, where I had been doing an archaeological survey on an Iron Age Banjo enclosure. The tree grew in a bluebell woodland which had grown up around the abandoned settlement. I had taken a friend up there as I was training her in Reiki.

About a couple of hundred meters beyond the settlement-site, lay the remains of a Roman Villa, which I was also surveying, with a colleague from Winchester University. We often field-walked this site, picking up bits of pottery and other Roman remains. Having taken my friend to the Banjo enclosure, and introducing her to the energies there, we went to do some field-walking on the Villa Site. On the way, we passed a large old beech tree. Its energy ‘felt’ different and to me it felt like an old, wise man. We sat at the base of the tree and tuned in, but nothing happened, so we got on with our plan to field-walk.

Returning from the field we passed the tree again and this time we sat at the roots and tuned in again, just in case. My personal guide appeared and I felt his energy move into mine, blending like ink in water. Then I ‘saw’ a tube of energy, an umbilical cord, move from my Tan Tien into the centre of the Tree; into its heartwood. My guide told me it might feel a little uncomfortable for a while. I always hate when he says that , it’s usually an understatement!

The liquid tree energy, the sap, flowed through this umbilical cord and into my centre, feeding me. I remained sitting in place until this stopped. When it was finished, the tube retracted, pulling back into my body, and I could leave.

This experience made me think more like a tree. Being able to stand still, when I needed to, rather than feeling I had to do something all the time. Which I always did. I could never sit still. Trees help by simply being there. They don’t go uprooting themselves when someone else screams for help. It’s not the tree’s responsibility to heal everyone, but it heals with its energy just by being itself, sharing that energy with others. They are rooted in the earth, but their branches stretch high into the sky. They are also capable of reaching deep into the earth for nourishment. Energetically this means that you can access the deep Earth layers and the upper vibrational layers of the Earth’s magnetic field, and higher dimensions. You can access the higher dimensional energies and bring them deep into the Earth.

But that is not as easy as it seems. It takes emotional work to be a tree. As a tree, we learn to witness, knowing that the work we do, when not jumping in to fix or rescue, is just as valuable. When others do not understand what we are doing, they may see our witnessing as an ‘abandoning’ behaviour, or that we don’t care. But we care very much. We witness it all, knowing that our standing still is doing more good than saving. We are allowing others to grow into their strengths, through their hard choices and difficulties. It is not everyone’s path to be a tree, as others have their own tasks with humanity, but for a person aligned with the energies of nature, that is often the way.

We use our ‘roots’ to hold human emotional energy and then root it someplace else, so that healing may happen. We are using our energy to heal, to create connections between other sites and other trees, to bring healing and balance to different areas, just like in my first experience with an ancient Yew tree. And it all happens through the earth.

Years after the initial experiences, I was given an attunement by a large pine tree, who spoke of the Tree-man, a man whom it saw as ‘kin’. The tree was part of a group of pine trees planted in an open park and they expressed such love for this man, telling me about him and how he was not simply a gardener. This man truly loved trees and understood them. He communicated with them as one of them. I could see this man clearly and saw him walking around the vast park, feeling everything. The tree then gave me an attunement, which they told me to share with those people who also felt like kin to trees, and who felt a strong urge to work with them both physically and energetically. The attunement would create an energy in the person’s field effectively making them like a tree, which other trees would recognise, and which would help them communicate with the trees, as a consciousness. Tree energy would become part of the person who received the attunement, which they saw as an energy-sharing.

When I got home, I looked up this park, and it turned out to be part of a large estate and parkland designed by Lancelot Capability Brown. The park was North Stoneham Park. “Brown is regarded as one of the greatest landscape designers of all time. Few people can have made such an important and lasting contribution to the English landscape. Gardens at Longleat, Petworth, Chatsworth, Bowood and Blenheim are among his most significant achievements.” A tree-man to be sure. A couple of weeks after this, we found another tree he had planted, which still grows in the little churchyard of St. Nicolas. There were some beautiful trees in this graveyard. But the huge pine tree was planted by Brown. Tuning into this tree, it shared its essence with me, to create an essence for those who work with trees on the physical plane.

My guides explained our Treeness like this:

The Tree.
When you began this journey you were but a speck in the ocean, a seed of creation, full of potentials yet unformed.
Today you stand as a tree, your potential grown and blossoming for all to see. You now bear the fruit of other’s potential in your branches. The fruit of your tree contains the seeds, which will one day mature into other trees and they, in their turn, will bear fruit which contain seeds of potential.
In this life you have grown and matured. You have moved through obstacles, as you tried to root yourself in stony ground, that became your foundation. As you grew, you grew in strength, your roots trying to find the fertile soil of experience, which lay between the rocks and stones of your surroundings. Your branches ever sought the light of the sun, and the nurturing rain, which fell on your leaves. You expanded ever upwards, trying hard to grow no matter what the odds.

And here today, you stand connected. Your branches nourished by the soil/earth and stones. You have grown into a mighty oak, strong and tall, aware of the mighty currents which sweep through your branches. You stand solid and rooted, straight and true.
We ask you now to provide the fertile soil for the seeds which will fall from your tree, seeds which will need to develop the qualities of strength, love, joy and abundance.
Let nothing sway you from this task. Allow it to fill you, lighting every facet of your life until all that you do radiates life. Let the cells of your body become the repository of joy, not pain, love rather than hate. Let your life radiate the qualities of the tree, steadfast, nourishing and bountiful.
This is our wish for you today. Seek not without for the answers but within, for there you will find the seeds of creation which you will sow, and there too the light with which to nourish them.

Trees and Dryads. Introduction.

Trees play a very important role in the maintenance of balance on the earth, not only physically, but also energetically. Some of them also have a consciousness, which we call Dryads. It was no accident that the first Gaia Method symbols were given to me by a Dryad, as they hold the elemental wisdom of the trees. But not all trees have a Dryad energy. Dryads are tree spirits and they connect to all other trees within a given area. The Dryad is not a woodland sprite, who runs around the branches and skips amongst the leaves; it is the living spirit within a tree, a spirit which you can communicate with if you choose to. Communicating with Dryads is simply a matter of trust and recognition.

There are thousands of Dryads in the world. Most of the Dryads I have worked with were in woods, or forests, or on Earth energy-lines. They can be of any age and you can usually ‘feel’ their age, but usually the older the tree, the older the Dryad. They can also inhabit any species of tree. I have worked with Ash, Olive, Fig, Ficus Benjamina, Beech, Larch, Pine, Hawthorn, and Oak, amongst others. The ones that feel to me to have the most ‘human-like’ personality are the Beech trees. You can have whole conversations with the Beech Dryads! They seem to be very easy to access and are very ‘giving’ with their energy. Other species are doing definite jobs, which you can help with, but they do not communicate in quite the same way as Beech trees.

Dryads also hold an energetic space around themselves. They can have huge energy-fields that cover a large area. They are not limited by their physicality, just as we are not. We think we are; the trees know they are not! When working with a Dryad, we are within its energy-field, even though we need to be in physical contact with the tree’s physical self. We are all in a physical body but we all have an energy-field. Often, when in the presence of a Dryad energy it feels like wind in the branches, which suddenly whips up and fills the air. Sometimes it feels like the entire area is filled with this ‘wind’, and there is a definite sensing of energy in it that communicates with you. It is a whole body, mind and emotional experience, so there is no mistaking it when you feel it.

The roots of trees can anchor the energy-lines which run throughout the earth, transmitting the energy from those lines into the atmosphere, keeping it clear. However, these trees can also become very clogged, energetically, by human negativity and destruction. These trees then transmit all of that energy into their surroundings, because they will transmit whatever runs through the lines. They don’t have any judgement about whether it is good or bad, they just channel it from the earth and into the air, affecting the energy around it. If the energy flow is denser or filled with negative human energy then, over time it effects the tree, leading ultimately to its death. I have used the roots of trees to anchor the red lines, the ones which come from deep beneath the earth. When they need to be brought closer to the surface, or even created, then a tree is usually what holds them in place. Once it does this, then the tree is effected by it and holds the energy for its surroundings. The energy from the line energises the tree.

Dryads often have a definite feeling of gender. They can be perceived as male or female, young or old. Some of them are so old it is as if they are just ‘present’ within the tree and their wisdom is all around them, but they do not communicate, so much as radiate; just being. But you know they are there because they ‘feel’ different.

When I first started working with Dryads, I thought that all trees held this type of consciousness. But then I tried to communicate with some trees and discovered that they felt like Trees, but had no Dryad energy. When I tried to blend my energy with a non-conscious tree, the feelings were incredibly subtle and initially, I thought I was feeling nothing. But then I began to experience the tree’s experience of Time, and how the seasons changed around it. There was this constant awareness of movement within the seasons and cycles of change, which went on forever. At first, I couldn’t understand why this was all I was picking up, but then realised that not all trees had a Dryad energy within them.

My very first Tree contact was with an ancient Yew tree, close to Lainston House Hotel, near Winchester, in the 90’s. I had gone rambling through the woods, as I love exploring new paths, and I had found myself beside a huge old Yew tree which I felt an impulse to stand against. As soon as I leaned my back against the tree, I became aware of it being connected to all the trees around it, through the earth. It was as though it was communicating with the other trees and somehow ‘broadcasting’ to them and into the environment. It felt amazing. In many ways it acted like a satellite dish, but there was something in the communication which was about keeping the balance within the area. The Yew tree felt like the Elder and the rest of the trees in the woods felt like its children!

That experience awakened something in me, which, at the time, I didn’t fully understand until many years later. But ever since that experience, I was able to sense the energy in and around the Dryads.

Many trees live on the cross-over points of energy-lines, and they hold the energy which runs through the lines, acting as both anchor and transmitter. I remember one Ancient Ash tree, which lived on a boundary ditch that had once been part of a village deserted during the plague years. It had grown in the garden of one of the cottages, and even though the village was no longer there, the tree remained. When I was around this tree, it felt like I was in a cathedral, the energies were so light and spiritual. I was new to working with energy-lines and nature energies back then, but this tree’s energy was palpable. It felt like a Grail site, but I had no idea what that meant. I loved this tree, and its wonderful energy, and took a lot of friends to visit it over the years. (Years later, I discovered that this ash tree grew in the grounds of the village church, now no longer there. The building itself was long gone, but the tree remained, harnessing the church’s wonderful sacred energy).

Dryads can often be found living on, or near sacred sites, even if that site is no longer there. The energy, however, is, and the memories live on. Trees living around the energy of old churches, which were often built on pre-existing sacred sites, act like elephants and have a very long memory. You can tap into this energy by tuning into the tree. It is a little like psychometry!

One of the most important things I learned with trees is that they do not judge what we humans do, they just continue with their ‘function’ without becoming ‘upset’ about it. Many people working with trees tend to ‘project’ their own emotions and beliefs about the tree, onto the tree itself. The tree can have a very different idea of what it finds ‘acceptable’. To give you an example: Once I went to Swallowhead Spring, at West Kennet Long Barrow. There, people had left lots of ribbons and crystals and ‘stuff’, which to my human mind seemed more like littering. But as I was thinking this and feeling quite pee’d off about the lack of respect people seemed to have for the site, the tree that grew beside the spring put her feeling of gratitude into my consciousness. I was quite surprised. She said she was really happy the site was being honoured by humans again, as it had once been, and she didn’t mind their offerings. It brought love to a neglected place which once honoured the Mother. I had to completely shift my perspective about what was acceptable and what was not after that. My human mind had simply projected my personal beliefs onto the site, and the Tree; I have never done it since. Although I do think that the stuff needs cleaning up now and again, so that it does not end up clogging the area.

If you want to know what a tree really feels, then ask it. If you feel a negative emotional response, such as anger, sadness etc. then those are probably your feelings getting in the way. Trees don’t feel like we do, they are far more accepting of our failings than we are. I have never met an angry or sad tree. They are far closer to the Source, or God, or whatever you want to call it than we are. When you are in communication with trees, you are in communication with the Divine. Experientially it feels exactly the same. It feels joyful, accepting, loving and giving. Even when they are holding human negative energy, they still do not judge it. It just IS! To me, they feel far closer to our Soul’s experience, than to our human one… and our human perspective can be very limited.

I will post some of my experiences with trees, so that you can get an idea of just how to work with them and how they operate; then, if you have similar experiences you will know what they might mean. The Changing Sun. Channelling.

In times gone by, when men were free and times were fruitful we expected our work to remain as it always had and our lives to be the same as they had always been. But we did not account for the rays which emanated from the sun. These rays, our source of life and light began to radiate in ever stronger ways. This brought destruction to parts of our world but it brought life to many others. We were forced to move where the sun w

as weakest and to recreate our lives in a simpler manner. We had no control over these circumstances but we did have control over how we managed these changes.
We moved our belongings and livestock to those areas which still allowed life to flourish. We did not delay for we saw, over a number of years, that the sun’s emanations were changing our way of life forever.
Over the coming winters you will see how your world is changing and you too will have to choose to stay or to change. The sun’s rays will mean that you will have to endure many years of fluctuating weather patterns over which you have no control. Life as you know it will subtly change and you will find that if your world wants to survive then you will have to flow to where life is still manageable.
This will not last forever but it will last for some time until the sun’s rays balance your world again and all can continue once more, albeit in a different form.
You recognised what needs to change and this is happening already.
You need to be prepared for these changes. You will need to be ready for a complete change of lifestyle. You will need to relearn old skills so that you can teach these skills to others. You will need to reorganise your lives so that you can survive the coming difficulties. Try to express this to those who will listen but do not take responsibility for their lives. Their destiny is theirs alone as yours is yours alone.
Relearn what you can then pass it on.
Combine your nomadic lifestyle with a life of culture and movement and bring back the old ways. They will be appreciated one day.

Summer Solstice 2008 Channelling.

Down through the centuries mankind has endeavoured to find the source of his misery and suffering believing it to be inflicted by outside sources. However, he has consistently refused to look for the reasons inside of himself.
This has led to great wars, famine, and suffering across the globe and yet he continues to refuse the acknowledgment of his part in its failure. It is down to you, as a member of the human race to begin to look within for the source of all suffering. This has been said by many down through the ages, but as yet no-one has really heeded those words. Why is it, we hear you ask, that humanity consistently refuses to take responsibility for their actions, even though they see the outcome of those actions all around them, everyday? We answer you now, with kindness and compassion, that humanity refuses to bear the weight of its own choices and the outcome of those choices. It is as simple as that. If mankind were to realise, en-masse, that its choices effect everyone on the planet not just itself, then maybe he would begin to make better choices. It is only when one person refuses to acknowledge the results of his actions that suffering ensues and this suffering not only effects him but the entire world, as we are all connected in consciousness.
In order to effect change on this level many of you will need to consider that your choices all have consequences. As light-workers your responsibilities in this matter are huge. You are the ones who hold the new templates of thinking and belief which we ask that you act out, and own. It is through you that the template of suffering can change. It is through you that the new beliefs of kindness, awareness and compassion, coupled with a soul understanding, will be anchored on the planet but it is also your responsibility to ensure that you anchor these beliefs responsibly. This can only happen if you are healing your own, outdated, beliefs which state that suffering is the natural outcome of human life. We say NO. It is not the natural state of humankind to suffer. Suffering is the result of unnatural choices made on a daily basis. From a soul perspective you are incarnate on the planet to serve and to learn, through all your experiences but your experiences here, through successive lifetimes should teach you that belief and awareness can heal the world and create a place where humankind can change the name of the game. You are not destined, collectively, to suffer. You are destined, collectively to learn, and learning through responsibility is a natural outcome of a natural life. It is up to you now, collectively, to change the game. To change the outcome of your world’s future. What kind of world do you wish to create? What kind of world do you want to incarnate on? One of suffering or growth through learning? It is your choice.
We leave you now with these words:
If you decide to learn through growth then grow you will, even if this is challenging. But if you decide to grow through suffering this is also what you will create. But remember, you are all connected and, as light-workers, your lives effect others. What do you want for the world you live in? Choose now.
Do the hard work of Love and you will grow. Hate and you will not. We leave it up to you.
