elven starlight

Elven Starlight.

This is a gift from two trees; one a Memory Tree, which holds the memories of both humans, and all the trees of the world, and the other a tree which holds the Amethyst and Yellow topaz energies of the upper crystalline layers of the planetary field. Amethyst is the layer related to the Mother’s higher thoughts for her planet and the Yellow Topaz is the light of the sun, in crystal form. The essences are held within a sapphire sphere. The combination of these energies connects you to the heart of trees everywhere and gives you access to the events of the past, and those of the future. It holds you within the energy consciousness of all trees, so you can work with them more closely and be rooted solidly in their energy and stability. The essence was gifted by the Elven dryad of an old beech tree which grows in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral and she wishes to share her energy with all who desire to work with the dryads and trees everywhere.

Pine Tree Wisdom.

A gift from an ancient Pine tree, which was planted in a church in Northam estate by Capability Lancelot Brown. To the trees he was ‘kin’, because he not only understood them as Beings but also worked with the Spirit of Place. He listened to the trees and planted accordingly. The essence is for those who wish to work with trees on a physical level: planting them, caring for them and/or working energetically with them. It helps you to listen to them and to see them as Beings in their own right. It also connects us to Pine trees all over the world and to connect one pine to other pines in other places. Pine trees are more conencted to the world around us, unlike deciduous trees that work on higher levels. Pines are aware of every little thing in the world around them and teach you to be sensitive to all around you. This is their gift.

The Blue Flame of Peace Attunement.

My guides gave me this message a couple of weeks ago (16th January 25):

“We recommend starting with hope, hope for the future; hope for humanity; hope for the living. We see all, and we see how humanity is holding a torch for peace. But the torch is small. When enough of you add your flame of peace to the flame of hope then, and only then, will peace prevail.”

Until I channelled the blue flame meditation this morning, (10 feb 25) I did not realise they were speaking literally, in an energetic sense of course. To help us to remain energetically steady in the face of so much distortion and destruction in the world, they have given me a meditation to use during times of fear. Especially when we find it difficult to separate ourselves from the traumas of world events. At these times it is important that we remain focused on the Soul, remembering that everything that is happening has been chosen by each incarnated soul, on all sides, for their growth and development. However, because, once we are born into this world, we forget that we are only inhabiting our physical bodies, we get caught up in the world dramas, feeling the fear and pain of all involved. To help us remain focused on the higher awareness of our reality, where we can do something that helps the world, my guides gave me this meditation. This does not mean that we blissfully trip off into a meadow of sunny daisies, but it does give us the frequency of peace and hope so that we can transmit that awareness and energy into the world around us. It also helps us to focus on what we can do to help. As I was channelling the meditation it soon became clear that their earlier words meant something in particular.

They have given a meditation that blends both the flame of peace with the flame of hope.

This flame belongs to a trio of flames, each one of a different frequency. The three flames are the Blue, the pink and the yellow. In Winchester cathedral, we have over the years, anchored the triple flame on an energy point, as well as portions of those flames in the smaller chapels. The portions are anchored as individual portions of the triple flame, depending on the purpose of the chapel. (We only learn that once we have anchored the flame). The same thing applied when we were working in Egypt. One large flame was anchored in the main temple, and smaller flames were anchored in the smaller chapels, depending on which chapel needed it.

Recently, here in the UK, the flames have taken on a Divine Feminine Goddess archetype energy, which tells us the function of the flame. For instance, in the lady chapel of the cathedral, we anchored a gold flame of Demeter. In St. Lawrence’s Church, which stands on the site of the original church of William the conqueror’s palace, we anchored a flame which holds the frequency of Mary, the Cosmic Mother, in the Christian tradition.

The main triple-flame lies between the Lady Chapel and the St. Swithin’s monument and holds the energy of Divine Love, Divine Peace and Divine Joy. Its masculine energies, because balance is required, are love, power and wisdom. The frequency of the these flames changes depending on what energy is needed.

For this meditation, it is the energy of both Peace, with a smidgen of Hope, that we are attuning to.

Below, I am sharing some of the images you will need for the visualisations in the meditation. Have a look first so you can see what everything is supposed to look like. There will be variations, naturally, based on your own soul images, but this will give you an idea of what you need to create, energetically. Try to feel them, as well, because these energies are very tangible and it is a great way of gaining more sensitivity to them.

You can watch the video meditation or you can listen to the audio by itself.

To access the video click here.

Or you can listen to the audio on its own or download it for later use. It is a useful one to do on a regular basis especially as events in the world heat up and peace within is needed.

The Heart Breath.

At two-thirty am on Wednesday morning, I awoke to a download and activation. It was happening while I slept, which is unusual, and I saw it clearly. I tried to ignore it – I hate disrupted sleep – but I knew that I would never remember it in the morning. I grabbed my phone, made a quick sketch, wrote a small description, then tried to get back to sleep … to no avail. The energy continued flowing. Then it became something more, and I eventually got back to sleep sometime after three-thirty.

This is the exercise:

  1. Focus on the Hara line, which is a slim gold line that connects to the top of the energy field, and the base. The Hara line is at the level of intention, from where you manifest from your highest intentions. It holds your life’s purpose. When you work from this level, you only manifest what is within divine purpose.
  2. Once your connection to the Hara line has been established, focus on your Solar Plexus. Breathe in and imagine you are drawing energy from your solar plexus up to your heart where it changes to heart energy.
  3. Exhale that changed energy from the heart into your energy field. This changes your Will energy to a more Heart-centred energy.
  4. Repeat this, breathing energy from the solar plexus, into the heart, and then out into your field for as long as you feel you want to.

When they gave me this technique, they explained that it would ‘Allow what is – to be.’ I thought, half asleep as I was, that it would help us change our desires for certain outcomes, to accept what is happening in the world. Seeing through the lens of the heart rather than the personal will. They told me to try the technique and record what I experienced. Today, two days later, I had time to do that.

I dowsed to see what aura soma essences, and my own, would be of benefit – as I do every morning – and applied them as usual. I should have considered that before doing the exercise … because it was not what I expected. I’ll try it again without using any essences.

This is a recording of the exercise. I recorded it, as I always do, with no intention of sharing it, but I thought it might be useful. (Ignore the washing machine in the background!). Below it, is the written up version.

I first become aware of the energies are the Artemis, the stag, antlered energy, the Woodland consciousnesses. So, I start by breathing in and imagine breathing in and pulling up energy from the solar plexus to the heart, which I then breathe out. The SP energy anchors in the heart then flows out through the heart. And I breathe out, the energy is pink light. But I feel like I’m pushing or breathing out that love into the woodlands.  Blowing out pink energy into nature feels as though I am working with one layer of nature.

From the solar plexus energy now arises a golden energy. I breathe it into the heart and, it becomes a magenta energy and that light, as I blow it out, fills what looks like a deeper layer of energy, like the dinosaurs, back into ancient times, places that are exposed, layers of stratigraphy and rock formations that go back to those times. It’s as if those layers still exist in time and consciousness, times of volcanic upheaval and huge change. It feels related to the earth changes that are happening in the present time, weather changes: flooding, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions. Especially the storms. Things out of balance.

Now, I see a sword, standing with its point embedded in the soil in the woods. But there’s light around the sword, like Excalibur, yet it’s not Excalibur, it’s just a sword that has to do with the energies of winter. The Abundance King of winter. And he’s smiling. And I’m still breathing up that gold of the solar plexus and exhaling that magenta that it becomes as it moves through the heart. I’m sending that light to those images. And the energy is moving up to the sky.

I’m still aware of the Hara line, and the gold breath becoming the pink breath from the Heart that’s then blown into the air, into the sky, to the clouds.  I’m aware of a balancing between the layer with the sword in the ground, and the sky so the two of them are in balance.

Continuing that breath of gold into magenta, as I continue to breathe, I see a woman of light, a fairy woman. She’s all light. Long hair, long gown and she’s holding something out to me, like a gown of some kind, a cloak of light. It’s like the sovereignty symbol, but it’s more fairy, more light, like a nature lightbeing, a guardian of the woods, a guardian of the lights, guardian of the elementals, the nature elementals.

She puts this cloak around my shoulders which is white shiny velvet with a white brocade around the edges with tiny diamonds embedded in them and I become one with the Sidhe. All their knowledge and wisdom is embedded in the little crystals in the cloak, and it shines brightly in the woods, like if I’m walking through the woods. I’m aware that I’m like a beacon, and that other creatures in the woods will recognize that light and see it as kin, as fairy kin, as Sidhe kin, as an elemental worker holding that fairy light. (this feels like something that can be passed on attunement).

Again, I blow the energy out into my auric field, but now it is no longer magenta as it emerges, but snow. I’m blowing snow, covering the land in snow as I walk through the woods. It’s like a protection of sorts. The snow is a blanket that gets laid on the earth. The soil needs the snow; it needs that cold, and I see St. Catherine’s Hill covered in a blanket of snow again and there’s a quiet joy in the earth, the promise of spring  in the soil, when it’s covered with this blanket.

Snowbringer. The white snow dragon sits on top of the hill. The green and the blue dragons are asleep inside St. Catherine’s Hill, and now the white dragon is in the ascendancy, like a blanket holding it all together in this quiet hibernation. It holds everything in a form of stasis. It feels gentle, as though everything is asleep under this blanket. Everything is simply resting.

Next, I see the goddess with the stag antlers on her head, Artemis, which feels like me, but is also not me. It’s that woodland energy, connected to the trees on top of St. Catherine’s Hill. She’s holding it all in balance, but it feels like me holding these weather patterns for the area in a balance, or that part of me that works with her energy. She’ll know when to remove the blanket of snow. She’ll know when it’s time for the green dragon to come to its ascendancy, when the green plants start to grow again. But the green and the blue wake up together. The blue dragon is slower than the green dragon. The green is the snow drops that start to emerge first, and the crocuses.

The blue water dragon is still. It’s present, but it’s quiet. Then my breath becomes more fiery and it starts to melt the snows and the crystals of the snow start to melt away and become the water of the blue dragon. It’s adding that layer of elemental energy to the green.  They work together. The golden dragon of the sun appears above, warming the soil; warming the plants, so now other things begin to grow. Some things grow in the cold and other things need the warmth. The green dragon starts to become more alive now, and  the white dragon has faded away, melted with the snow.  The blue is becoming more vibrant and alive, and the rain comes, the sun shines, and it’s spring.

Everything in a balanced cycle. The dragons, blue and green, become more vibrant, more alive. They send their energy out through the hill, through the countryside, travelling through the energy lines, travelling through the soil. Filling the environment, meeting Winchester cathedral (on the blue waterline that runs beneath it). It’s more powerful now and everything is really enlivening. Everything is in full flow, and full growth, and it feels alive and it’s summer and everything is colour. The gold dragon/sun is above. St. Catherine’s hill, shining down.

St. Cross is also covered. All the local energy points are covered, solar-energized. The green dragon has spread its energy as if it’s expanded out into the environment, like the gold disc at Danebury. And the blue is invigorating the water of the Itchen river, both water and soil, and everything is working in perfect harmony. Perfect seasons, as they should be. The birds are singing, the rabbits are out on the grass, people are walking on the hill, the weather’s warm, beautiful, peaceful, gentle.

It’s wet sometimes, as it is supposed to be. The seasons, back in their natural order, until the dragons, the blue and the green, start to become sleepy again and move into their position in the hill, getting ready for their winter hibernation. Preparing for the ice, the snow, the cold blanket to be laid above them, and around them, bringing that cold, quiet, hibernation energy.

Harmony restored.

Update on 1st December 2024:

I was impulsed to use this breath this morning and did it for about ten minutes, intending that my breath continue to move from my solar plexus and out through my heart. An hour later, and I had a discussion with someone around an issue that had always been present but that I had never voiced. I had noticed it over the years, and decided to ‘work around it’, changing my own behaviour so that it would no longer have the effect it had always had, the usual result being feelings of anger and determination that I would take back my power.

However, this morning, this issue arose again, and without even thinking about it, I immediately went back into that same pattern of listening, following his communication, and then realising that the same dynamic was taking place again. This time, however, instead of sitting on it and vowing I would change my behaviour, again, so I would not be so affected by it in the future, I found myself telling him about my experience. He was completely unaware that his actions were creating that dynamic and because I was able to talk about it, it changed the energy. I had succeeded in taking back my power of choice-making without having to plan a strategy of future management of the situation.

I have always, since recognising that my energy/communication creates many of my situations, taken the responsibility to make the changes myself. It was always a way of to observe what was happening, which meant I could then change my own behaviour. This is what I was taught. And that is still a good thing to do. If there is a crocodile in the water and I go for a swim, knowing it is in there, and if that crocodile then eats me, then I am responsible for the choice I made to go into the water in the first place.

This breathing technique, however, allows me to talk about it, without blaming, taking the energy from my solar plexus and flowing it through the heart. The energy does not get stuck in the solar plexus and therefore does not build up causing physical issues. The communicating of the issue changes the dynamic in a different way. Nothing unusual in that. However, the outcome of this was that my friend was able to explore the issue for himself, recognise his own childhood issues around why he does that, and then made changes that benefited him too. So not only was it a healing for me but also for him.

Such a simple technique, but how simply wonderful.

A Portal Initiation.

This is a portal Initiation created with a crystal grid. I was awoken during the night and told to create it – awoken numerous times, in fact. They obviously did not want me to forget it, as I did forget the other one they suggested! But, I’m sure it will come back – at some future point. It is a meditation which can be done as often as you feel the impulse, and each time you listen, and follow the journey, the gifts you receive will be different.

Although I had my own plans about what to create and post, it would appear that ‘Upstairs’ had different ideas.

So here is a gift from my guides to you. May it serve you well. Enjoy.

Crystal Readings.

Since my Solstice visit to Stonehenge, when I received an energy upgrade, the way I do readings has changed. I now use a crystal grid with geometric patterns and essences. I did not know that I was going to be doing readings this way until I did one for a client and my guides told me to create a simple layout using crystals and candles. It had been a long time, nearly twenty years, since my guides instructed me to throw my just purchased and expensive elestial crystal into the sea at my seventh gateway initiation. At the time, they told me I no longer needed ‘tools’, so I sold all my crystals, trusting my guides completely.

Now, they were telling me to create a crystal grid. Did I have any crystals? I searched the house and found some that other people had gifted me, along with some stones I had tumbled myself from different parts of Ireland. The resulting reading was different and deeper than any I had done before. And I discovered that recording it as I went was also more powerful for the listener because it allowed them to connect with the energies directly rather than simply through the written word. The energies of the reading now move into the consciousness and energy field of the listener. However, I still do a write-up if certain clarifications are necessary.

The great thing about this process, apart from the fact that I LOVE doing them this way, is that I can also open them up to reading the soul purpose of relationships, children, as well as the usual Soul/Life/Healing ones. There really seems to be no limit, so far, as to what I can read.

An important thing to remember, however, is that the readings are coming from a Soul perspective. It will be an overview of development challenges, opportunities for growth, soul purpose, etc. What they will not do is tell you what to do. They won’t tell you that your relationship will last, or not, because you are the one learning the lessons. You have been given free-will for a reason. It is part of your challenge here on earth to use your free will to make choices, so the readings will show you what opportunities there are for growth, what you may have chosen to learn, and what might help you in that learning. They act as a reminder of why you came and what you hoped to learn/overcome/develop.

The Process of Doing a Crystal Grid Session.

Once I have received your photo, and the person you are in relationship with, your home or animal friend, I ask your guide’s permission to receive the information. Sometimes I am given this information by going to the library and sometimes I am given specific information in a dream, or just as I am waking up.

When I am ready to do the reading, or the healing, I set up a crystal grid, intuitively choosing the crystals. I use candles and crystals in the readings, placing them in the pattern I am shown by my guides. There is a connection between the energy of the stones and the energy of the flames which feels ancient to me. It brings me to a place of stone circles and fire ceremonies. The stones become the holder/container of the energy coming in, just as the Stone circles hold and contain energy. The candles I use are also held in stone.

As well as the flames and crystals, I use essences. These are either my own, or from the Aura Soma range. The essences are intuitively chosen when I am doing a healing grid, as they add layers of necessary vibration. The patterns in the grid are based on sacred geometry because these shapes have an energetic frequency that your soul recognises. Crystals are made of geometric shapes so this makes sense to me. The grids are holding patterns that contain and hold the energetic information of your Soul. The crystals act as transmitters of energy just as they were used to transmit radio waves in radios and in watches and are still part of computers everywhere. Crystals also act as harmonisers, modifying the effects of today’s digital world and when used in a grid, together they act to balance the mental information with the energy field. This is what my guides say about crystals:

Crystals are encoded with the energy of creation and are therefore used in many ways in a healing. They are transmitters, modifiers, harmonisers, and balancers. They regulate the crystalline energy of Human consciousness especially when the recipient is aligned with the earth’s purpose and Being. They allow a certain vibration or information frequency to be transmitted through the air waves to the recipient and because they are formed as the earth has formed, over millions of years, they hold the energetic memory of earth creation and therefore are perfect transmitters of frequency. You are all made of the earth and so the crystals help you to anchor your higher awareness into the physical body, keeping you fully anchored in space and time, just as the stone circles do now.

Once everything is in place, I tune in and allow the necessary information and healing to come through. I record what I see, and feel, adding background music so you can use the recording as a meditation. This helps to fully anchor the energies received. If there are energies that need describing, I will create the images and write up what they mean, so you can use them consciously.

One of the things that can come in when having a soul/past-life reading is information about which of the Seven Rays you have incarnated on. I will give you basic information on your Ray which will help you understand both your role on Earth and the energies that move through you.

Once I have finished a reading or healing, I allow the energy to continue flowing, not clearing away the grid for a couple of hours until the energies have gradually stopped transmitting. Sometimes I am told to use sea shells, or other natural objects which bring in the energy of that object. Seashell usually indicate a need to connect to the sea energies. I have a basket on my windowsill of objects I have picked up, such as feathers, rocks, shells, seaweed, bits of driftwood, etc. and these are often utilised in the readings. The process reminds me of how shamans do readings with magical objects, which I find fascinating. But this is how the ancestors have done this work for thousands of years, so it feels good to be doing it again.

During the readings, I may also channel specific guidance from your guides, and add healing energies to the grid to help you gain clarity or overcome difficulties. These energies are from both the earth and the cosmos, depending on what you need, but I will explain any energies so you can consciously connect to what you receive. Sometimes too, I am guided to use sound, via tuning forks, to activate and move certain energies that need a more resonant sound vibration to break up energy which might be preventing forward movement.

These readings are a wonderful way to connect to the wisdom of your Soul and Guides and I absolutely love doing them. I look forward to meeting, and connecting, to your Soul essence.

Reiki Attunements.

Reiki was my first ‘opener of the Way’. It gave me energetic support I had never experienced before and sent me on a path of ascension and healing. Without Reiki, the Gaia Method Earthways would never have come to be. The attunements are passed to help the person heal herself and to build her capacity to hold, send and receive energy. To heal others, she must first heal herself.

Reiki is an important adjunct to the Gaia Method Earthways System. The more space we make in the energy field, through healing and growth, the more we expand. By the time it comes to doing the second level of the Gaia Method Earthways the more important this becomes. At the Reiki Master Level, you have expanded your energy field enough to integrate more easily the second level of the Gaia Method Earthways. It also means you can pass on the energies of both the main levels.

Each attunement comes with a recording of the attunement which you can listen to as a meditation and also a certificate. I recommend the books: Japanese Art of Reiki: A Practical Guide to Self-healing. and the Reiki Sourcebook. I don’t provide a manual as I would be reinventing the wheel, but I do send a write-up of information about the attunement you have received, which will be personal to you. I am also available for added support via email or on my facebook page.

Reiki Attunement Level One.

This first attunement opens the Reiki fire in your Solar Plexus and allows you to channel healing energy through your hands. The energy gives you added support in your life and is the perfect complement to the Gaia Method Earthways. Reiki helps you to develop sensitivity to energy. The more you heal in yourself the better you are able to hold energy and clear blockages. The more you heal, the more you can hold. The First level gives you the first symbol of the Reiki System. This symbol is the name of an energy. It is symbolic of the Reiki fire you can bring through. The symbol helps you to call in the necessary healing energy.

£30.00

Reiki Level two

The second attunement increases the fire in your Solar Plexus, like a mini conflagration, thereby increasing the energy that flows through your hands. At this level, you learn to work with healing emotional issues and past traumas. You learn to send energy for distance healing, including into the past of your own currrent lifetime, and past lifetimes. You can send healing to others, including to the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom.

£40.00

Reiki Third Level.

This attunement gives you the master symbol for passing on attunements to other people. It anchors in the Hara Line, connecting you to your divinity. From here on in, your healing comes from your Higher Self, or Soul. It is called the Teacher level, but you do not have to teach until you feel ready to do so. Reiki is your journey. But it is an important attunement to learn. With this level of development you can pass on the energies of the Gaia Method Earthways too as your energy body has reached the required capacity for holding energy and you already know how to pass an attunement. When you are ready…

£75.00

Reiki Additional symbols.

These are energies which your guides and Soul believe would be of use to you in your development. They may come from any of the Reiki Modalities I have learned over the years. They may include symbols from Karuna Reiki, Seichem and Sechem, Kundalini Reiki, Tibetan Reiki and Tera-Mai Seichem. In this attunement you will receive four symbols which come as a recorded meditation of the attunement so you can meditate with them to strengthen your connection to the energies.

£30.00

Reiki Healing

These healings are sent in much the same way as attunements, although the symbols are added temporarily, and intuitively. I work with your guides and they instruct me as to what you need. This may be to overcome a challenging time, help with emotional struggles or to help deal with issues that arise with physical illness. Healing does not ‘fix’ a physical issue but it will lead you to the perfect people who can. Sometimes, these issues are past-life related, or they can be challenges your Soul has agreed to overcome. Whatever their source, the healing will bring clarity and succour. Please provide me with a picture of yourself, so I can tune into you while sending the energies. As usual, I will write up what I have sent, and will send it on to you via PDF or Word Document. If you would like to discuss your particular issues with me, please feel free to contact me (Contact page).

The Stonehenge Cup.

I began writing this post in December 2023, before I went to Stonehenge for the Solstice. Seeing the image of the Stonehenge Cup online must have triggered something in me because a week later I had a strong impulse to go and visit Salisbury Plain. The excitement of finding the story behind this object opened a way forward. Often this is how we are led towards a place we need to work in. Something triggers an energy deep inside and we are propelled by a sense of exploration and adventure towards discovering a new piece of the puzzle.

This particular part of the puzzle is still playing out for me, and may well last the entire year, maybe longer. We’ll see. Here is the object that triggered my excitement and the post I had begun to write about it…

While doing some work online, I came across an image that made my heart flutter. It was an image that told me something about Stonehenge that I probably would not have accepted before, but because this information came from the burial of a woman in a round barrow close to Stonehenge, and within its sacred boundaries, it was impossible not to accept. Not only could I not not accept it, it opened my eyes to what I had been unable to see before, and which explained an aspect of the rituals in Stonehenge that made absolute sense to me.

The cup is not a cup, as such, but a replica of the stone circle itself … complete with a thatched roof and a large opening in the centre. Stonehenge must have looked like this at some point in its long life and light, part of its ritual use. When a light is placed inside the model, it shines out through the gaps … when lit in the dark. Effectively, it is like the solar light shining out through the stones. It made me wonder whether there was any evidence of fires having been burned in the centre of the circle or purely energetic.

During sacred solar ceremonies, the sun’s light is energetically ‘brought down’ into the centre to fertilise the waiting womb beneath the earth. I know this is part of Stonehenge’s function because it is one of the things I recognised early on in my work when I did Reiki attunements in the circle. My later experiences at Broomrigg stone circle in Cumbria also taught me what the sacred ceremonies in the circles were really about and inspired me as to why and how Stone circles may have been created.

The opening at the roof of this thatched building is like the cervix, the entrance to the womb, opening to the fertilising energies of the sun during the Winter Solstice and on into February. Stonehenge, like many sites, is a Sheelagh na Gig site, a Winter/Crone site that opens to the masculine solar light when it becomes the maiden of Spring. Priests and priestesses, channels for this light, would bring the sun’s energy through their bodies and energy fields, allowing solar energy to pass into the waiting, receptive earth beneath their feet.

The light of larger sites, such as the Stonehenge Complex, travelled along energy lines connected to the henge. Other places, such as menhirs, smaller circles and especially rivers, then sent that energy further into the landscape benefitting all who lived upon it. Light is life. Our ancestors understood the earth to be the body of the Mother. She fed them; nurtured them; gave them shelter, and in death, they returned to her.

I can just imagine what it might have been like to participate in one of their rituals. Standing under the cover of the thatched roof, waiting expectantly for the sun to shine its rays of light, both physical and energetic, into the womb of the waiting mother. Everyone is watching. They can feel the energies radiate, touching them all, making their skin tingle, their bodies fill with light. A sense of elation as energy leads to lightheadedness. Awe as the sun’s rays move into the landscape – their landscape – fills them with joyful, and trusting, anticipation of the abundance that will follow. The unshakable knowledge that they are loved and supported by both Mother Earth and Father Sun, gives them assurance that all will be well. It is a joyful, uplifting and connecting celebration as all the tribes gather to participate in the yearly ritual of abundance and sharing.

We get some sense of this wonder and attunement at modern gatherings at the Solstice. But in the past, they knew what they were doing. They knew this ritual of bringing down the light would benefit everyone. What we see now is a good start, however. People are feeling the old energies again. Wanting to join together in the ancient ritual of tribal celebration. There is a powerful sense of connection in these gatherings as people from everywhere come on this night to be together, each understanding why the other is there. There is something magical about the atmosphere. We are All One, together, honouring and loving the ancient place, taking in the special energies of the time.

Winter Solstice https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-58662905

The discovery of the miniature ceramic Stonehenge Cup made me wonder who the buried woman was. Burial mounds contain the bodies, or ashes, of significant people who both ruled, and carried out sacred service. Their energies remain at these sites and can be accessed with intention and a willingness to serve the whole. She may have been a priestess, a ‘Mother’ connected to the sacred landscape. In life, she may have had a replica Stonehenge to burn incense in, possibly to maintain her intention for the henge and to hold the sacred site within her energy-field. It is much the same as having an altar space in your home, lighting candles and incense and connecting to the energy of a place, or people. It might have been a loved object , connecting her to the place she loved, the place of the Mother. And, of course, it may not be the only one, simply the only one they have found, so far.

On the other hand, the incense cup could have been buried with her to allow her to take the light of Stonehenge into the earth, back to the Mother, a little part of the light she might have worked with most of her life. It reminds me of my aunt’s funeral in southern Ireland. She was a very devoted Catholic. After the traditional wake, which was wonderful to attend because her spirit was joyful that she was ‘still alive’, we went to the funeral mass. Afterwards, her coffin was brought to the cemetery in Kilmacow, beside St Senan’s Church, where it was put in the ground, on top of my great-grandmother Johanna’s coffin; her favourite grandmother. (My mother was one of the models used for an angel mural in the Church of St Senan, when she was a child. She is the third angel from the right, lower three, playing a trumpet).

When my aunt’s coffin was in the ground, I saw a vertical shaft of pink light enter her heart area, through the wood of the coffin. It remained anchored there, a pillar of pink energy, as though her physical body was its anchor. The pink was the ray of Love and would be henceforth accessible to all who visited the graveyard. A lovely gift to leave after physical life. I have seen the same thing with ancient burial sites too.

Our ancestors held different beliefs, but energy is energy, and they knew it far better than we do. We are only learning what they knew, thanks to their physical remains and ability to communicate with us, thousands of years later. Their bodies, within the burial mounds, can still share energy and information, if we remain open. I have learned to understand the ancient rituals through connecting with the spirit of these people who are happy to share their history and knowledge. They want us to know how to venerate the earth and its many dimensions. They want us to remember. And we can, by going to their places, tuning in, and trusting what they give us.

All we have to do is ask.

Anchoring the Blue and White Flame in Winchester Cathedral.

Recently, a friend and I went to Winchester Cathedral, called as we were, to go. When we went inside, we went to the little votive candle-stand to one side of the main aisle. I had a strong feeling we needed to light a candle but when we were lighting our flames it felt like the physical version of an energetic flame we needed to light – in front of the great altar.

Before the Great Altar.

Beneath the great altar, there is an ancient well, but I was asked to plant a large blue flame, the heart of the mother, some distance away on the lower level. My friend and I sat on the pews on opposite sides, facing each other with the space between us. This flame was connected to the situation in Israel/Palestine and was an energy to help support the people there. It would bring succour to all the people suffering and thoughts of peace to the people in authority. (Personally, I had my doubts that the latter could be so influenced, but who was I to judge the efficacy of these spiritual intentions?). Nevertheless, I spent some time focusing this blue flame light on the conflict, and remembered that one of the four biggest chakra points on earth was in Jerusalem. This energy-point is a hotbed of ideas and beliefs and a place where new beliefs are birthed. This is why there has always been conflict in this area.

Over twenty years ago, my guides gave me a vision that they told me to record. This vision showed war in Israel and the golden dome of the Al-Aqsah mosque crumbling as a bright new blue-white minaret of divine feminine awareness arose from the centre, like a plant shoot grrrrrrrowing into the sky. This site, now sacred to Islam, was once also sacred to the Christians, and the Jews. They identified the Dome of the Rock with the Temple of Solomon, which I believe was an energetic temple, not a physical one.

When I see what is happening there now, my heart breaks for the people and the incredible pain they are experiencing. But I also recognise the spiritual opportunity for others around the world to develop compassion, to open their hearts and to feel the desire to help all who are suffering. The opportunity is to move beyond the personal, and to see the universal, to recognise that we are all ONE. It is only our beliefs and fears which separate us. The challenge is to open ourselves to healing the collective pain and to see with the eyes of Divinity. To recognise how our beliefs decide whose side we take, and why. To heal the rifts inside ourselves so we can see everyone as a seed of the Divine. To use our skills as healers to send light to ALL involved, especially to those who perpetrate these hatreds and who keep such a sense of victimhood in their thoughts and hearts to the point where they no longer see the humanity in front of them and instead see only animals. Those are the ones who need the light most, the ones in charge- because they have less light. As my guides once told me ‘When there is hate in your heart, there is no room for love.’ So healing the hate, and the causes of it, makes room. (It is important to remember, when anchoring these flames, that we do not think as the personality does, but as the Soul, who sees from a higher perspective).

So, with the Flame of the Heart of the Mother anchored in our wonderful Cathedral, a place with a wide river of blue light running beneath it that connects to many other sacred places, we had done what was needed. This flame would influence the waters beneath the cathedral, the waters of the Itchen, and would travel wherever the river travelled towards the sea where a huge white flame had been anchored years ago in Southampton waters.

Once we had anchored this Divine Feminine healing light, we were instructed to stand before the altar. From the ancient spring below there floated up a feminine energy, the guardian of the well. She hovered above the floor in front of the altar, facing us. Wearing a pale green hooded cloak, the colour of a green pool in the forest, she held in her hands a gold-lidded container from which she took a sweet. I was handed a lemon sherbet, and my friend, a chocolate-covered Turkish delight; the pink within representing love. I wasn’t sure what the lemon sweet I was given represented but as it was bitter-sweet, I assumed whatever it was would not be particularly easy-going. But she also pressed a single gold coin into my palm, taking some of the bitterness away. Before we went behind the altar, to continue, she suggested that the blue flame would transform into the yellow Flame of Brigit in Spring.

Behind the great altar, we took our intuited positions, not knowing what we would do there. But as we did, we became aware of the masculine energy which formed the foundations of this cathedral and the religious beliefs that went with it. Everything was about male domination, male supremacy, male control. The structure of the building itself was infused with this energy, especially where we stood. At one point this was where the tomb of St Swithin and the bones of the Kings of England were once kept, moved there by our old friend Henry du Blois from their previous position in the Old Minster.

We stood at the site of St. Swithin’s tomb and tuned in, becoming aware that we were still physically surrounded on all sides by male effigies; the tombs of wealthy bishops, saints, etc. It was as if they were the solid foundations of the building itself, holding the very male ideas around God, power and control in place. I received the thought that the white flame needed to be anchored here, right in the centre of these male figureheads. But it had to be done from the lady chapel behind where we stood, where the feminine energy was anchored.

We stood in the doorway of the lady chapel on slabs of fossil-filled limestone. I was very aware that we were standing on a very ancient sea energy. This was significant too, for where this fossil-rich limestone had first been laid down was once the floor of a warm shallow sea and these waters are often experienced as the domain of the Divine Feminine Womb of Creation.

From our position in the doorway, itself an initiatic gateway, we saw a huge white flame anchor in the space between the tombs that surrounded it. It grew steadily larger and brighter. I was aware that there were two levels to this energy: one, the older level, which was once the ground level, and the other the higher level on which we now stood. Because the white flame is a higher frequency than the other flames they are often anchored on a higher level. Years ago, my friend Eartha and I were in Corfe Castle in Dorset. There, on a higher floor where, once, the chapel was situated, we anchored a smaller white flame. I knew then that it was significantly higher and was not to be anchored on the level we were on: the lower level. We anchored the flame standing on the remaining few steps which once allowed access to the upstairs chapel.

Here, in Winchester Cathedral, the White flame was a higher feminine vibration and was anchored to transform the control exerted by the patriarchy over sacred/religious places. This also felt very connected to the situation in Israel/Palestine, as if everything would slowly disintegrate and a new feminine awareness would become more apparent. There was a sense that there was no need for the present patriarchal institutions to be destroyed; that was not the feminine way. Instead, the negative structures of the patriarchy could be transmuted, transformed, healed, and the new, higher vibrational energy of the Divine Feminine would change the effect of male anger and their need for complete control. As a result, they would need to give in a little and see with the heart.

When this felt complete, and we could see the flame reaching the vaulted ceiling, I felt the white flame anchor in my base chakra. It burst into flame all the way up my spine, but it was not in my body, like my chakras are, but half in and half outside, flaming up my back. My base chakra was hot and I wondered what effect this flame would have on my life. I did not have to wait long to see just how powerful it was. The flame travelled up my back, getting larger as it went, burning through all my chakras until it emerged at the back of my head where it was contained by a gold crown. (Both my friend and I had this experience She has been doing the Gaia method Earthways for over twenty years). The gold crown contains the flame so that it burns within a limit and not wildly. The gold anchors it at that frequency. I have anchored flames like this in Castlerigg Stone Circle, and in Southampton waters at the meeting of the two rivers, and their influence affects a large area. There have been times when the extent of the energy from Southampton waters could be felt in Winchester.

Once we felt that the energies were complete, we walked back over to to the flame and I found myself adding the barest touch of blue, magenta and gold energy, which gave the vaguest hue to the white flame. These three additional colours are the three rays of Love, Wisdom and Power. (Thanks N for the reminder). Through the cleansing fire of the Divine Feminine, these three ray energies are added to the healing power of the flame.

I had a feeling that this personal anchoring of the flames in my body was going to be a big transmutation, but I had no idea how big until the following week when I went through an emotional clearing like never before. Secrets and lies in my family of origin were painfully exposed and old abuses were finally spoken, especially issues around the men in my family. It was an extremely painful week as injustice, which had been a large part of my life, was brought to light, and I held nothing back. There was a huge need to speak the hidden truths and to stand up for who I was, for the me that was not what others believed me to be. The releasing of these secrets, and they were not mine but those of others, but which once had a massive effect on my life and the lives of my children, was like a black tree whose darkened roots were being torn from different parts of my body. I was very much aware of a past life dynamic that was also being healed so there were multiple levels to deal with. I imagine that as the flame travelled through the chakras they were healing anything that was not Divine Feminine Love.

As a result, I have had a first-hand experience of the power of this Flame and understand how it might change things in the collective unconscious. Things might get a bit chaotic as these energies are released but if we remember that all is in Divine order, then all will be well.

Connecting Trees with Crystalline Energy.

A few months ago, I was driving through Crab Wood, (on the outskirts of Winchester, in Hampshsire) and received a message from the trees which, at the time, I completely misinterpreted. Crab Wood is an older woodland on the outskirts of Winchester, in Hampshire. It is covered in bluebells in late Spring and has been coppiced since at least the sixteenth century. It also contains beech trees, some large old oak, birch and ash and lies within the boundaries of Farley Mount Woods, which has its own elemental energy guardian.

View of Sparsholt from the edge of Woods.

I was feeling particularly tired, over-extended and emotionally drained on that day, and I needed the green of early spring leaves to make me feel normal again. The one-track road snakes through the woods, surrounded on each side by beech trees planted to create a boundary line, and as I drove along I suddenly felt like I was a tree and had four large branches, each extending, like arms, in four directions. At the time, I interpreted this to mean I was being supported by the tree, and that it existed somewhere in these woods. It felt very nurturing, as though the tree was reminding me that I was not alone; my tree-family were with me. At that point, it was exactly what I needed, and so feeling soothed, I continued on to my father’s home.

Three weeks ago, (July 13th) I drove that way again, but I was early and decided to stop off in a layby to go for a walk. I had passed a path through the trees many times but never stopped to explore it. Today was the day for exploration. I followed the path until I saw a huge old beech tree, which on approaching, I could feel its energy. It extended out about twenty feet from the trunk.

First Beech Tree.

For this tree, I had to walk around it anti-clockwise and when I did, I placed my hand on its trunk and allowed my consciousness to travel upwards into its branches. There, I experienced a mind-to-mind connection, like a melding of consciousness, and I was told I needed to walk back the way I had come because there was another tree I needed to connect to. As I walked away, following the instructions, I felt a gold line connect to my crown centre from the upper branches which I knew was to do with the other tree.

When I came to the road, there was the tree I had passed on my way into the woods. I had noticed it at the time but, because I felt no energy from it, continued along the path. But I had needed to notice it because it turned out to be important. That often happens. You notice something but it doesn’t feel ‘quite right’. Yet!

I tuned into the tree and saw an amethyst above its branches. At first, I thought I was imagining it. Why would a tree be connecting to an upper, crystalline layer? But then, I saw energy from the amethyst layer flow into the branches, filling them up. But the energy didn’t stop where the branches did, it continued to flow out the end of each tip creating a giant amethyst sphere all around the tree.

Second Beech tree beside the road.

The tree was the conduit, and anchor, for the amethyst energy which spread out well beyond it. I had the idea that every person who drove by, or walked that path, would receive some of this energy and the thoughtforms it contained. The amethyst level of the earth’s crystalline field is a higher frequency layer akin to the spiritual mind of Earth, if you imagine that earth has its own energy field, just as we do. That Mind contains ideas and thoughts that can benefit the world, like a computer database which we can download mentally, if we are given access. I wondered what those thoughts and ideas might be. Perhaps ways of caring for the woodland and the surrounding countryside, or more in line with what nature wants, rather than what we think it needs? Or, perhaps, they could be spiritual ideas, ways of staying healthy or ways to connect with trees. I don’t know. But I will be keeping an eye on what happens in the area.

I didn’t have time to do more, although I knew that on the other side of the road, and up the path through that part of the woods, there was another tree I needed to find. But it would have to wait until next time.

On the seventeenth of July, having time to spare, I followed the path through the other woods. I had no idea where to find this tree but I knew it was there somewhere. I walked through the woodland, took photos of fungi, and felt the trees I came to along the way. Feeling is about opening awareness and feeling for the vibration of consciousness. The right tree would make itself known. Having wandered for over half an hour, following little paths that meandered through the woods, I found myself in a clearing. There was the tree I was looking for.

First Mother Tree

There were two trees in this clearing and I knew both were significant. One was a Mother Tree, the other, a Brother. That is how they came to me. They didn’t feel ‘awake’, but I acknowledged them both and went to the older Mother Tree to tune in. I sat at the base of the tree but felt the need to walk anti-clockwise around it. However, when I had finished the first circuit, I continued to walk clockwise around the Brother Tree, thereby creating a lemniscate pattern of golden light. I did this three times. Something made me feel this was not simply about the trees but also about a situation in ‘real life’, that this joining was about joining a mother with a son. Yet this figure of eight pattern not only joined, energetically, it also created a boundaried separation, as though it was saying: you are energetically connected, but exist independently with your own purpose, and within your own space. And that is as it should be.

The Brother Tree

I was impulsed to stand on the cross-over point of the pattern of eight and as I did, I saw a gold line going from this point along the way I had come, then another going off in the opposite direction. I knew I had to follow this second line.

This gold-line direction was showing me the path to another tree, and I had to completely trust my intuition, because I was in the woods after all, and the paths are not straight, as the gold line was. But the next tree was so obvious. It was huge, very old and the energy emanating from it was unmistakable.

The Guardian.

I walked towards her and her energy was strong. She invited me to connect with her, so I walked around her once, and then leaned my back against her wide trunk. Then I heard her say: I am an old woman, guardian of these woods for many years. I hold the elemental energies of this place, ensuring all is kept in balance. She felt so old, like a grandmother, and all the trees were her children. Much like the tree in the woods beside Lainston house on a previous visit.

Then she went on to give me advice on how to work with the elemental energies of France and Spain, which is the next part of my journey, once I am complete here in the UK. As she spoke, I had that familiar feeling of wanting to curl up in her roots and sleep like a baby. This is a common experience when connecting with a Mother tree. They have such a nurturing energy that you feel you want to lie down in the safety and love they provide. In the photo just above, you can see how children have created a couple of rope swings to swing from her branches, which is lovely.

Before I left, she gave me an etheric bottle of her essence, to fill me when I needed extra energetic help. These etheric energies kick in when needed and most times I don’t know I am using them. Much of it happens in the astral layer of the energy field.

That earlier connection, through one tree, as I drove through Crab Wood, was a download I would be using at some later point, but which I didn’t recognise at the time. And that is often how it works. You could be given an energy that might come into play months, even years, after the initial download. But as soon as you ‘see’ it, while working, you will recognise it and remember. In effect, you are like a living computer with installed software in the different layers of your energy field which you only use when called to do so. Which is reassuring because then, nothing is wasted. Even if you have to take breaks between the times you work and the times you cannot, you can be safe knowing that the energies will be used at some point. Sometimes too, it is not the right time and other things need to happen first, or you need further development before you are ready for that particular job.

But rest assured, it will happen, because once the download is installed, it is only a matter of time.

What was most interesting to me about this particular tree-work was the connection with the crystalline Amethyst sphere. I had not been aware that trees could channel these energies, or that they were compatible with the very different crystalline energies and were able to hold them. But I suppose, if we, as healers, can hold the energies of trees perhaps I should not be so surprised that trees can hold the energies of crystals. The tree was an anchor for those energies, like bringing heaven to earth, making those higher thoughts available to us here on the ground.

If you want to visit, the tree is on the left side just before you leave the woods on the way to Sparsholt Village. It lies next to the path which leads up along the wood boundary.

You can’t miss it.

Lost Rivers of Stonehenge.

An email popped into my inbox which I was so happy to receive (something I cannot say about some of them!). It was from LiDAR, the digital terrain mapping people. Not only was it exciting to have something that we have long known confirmed, but it also gave us additional information about why certain energies were placed where they were.

Many years ago, in 2006, Chris and I spent time exploring Salisbury Plain, doing energy-work with the barrows (burial Mounds), and the Cursus. During this exploration, I was given a glimpse of the Bronze Age people who served the temple, and the Mother Goddess. (It would be useful to read this for context).

At the time we received the information, which came in the form of inner-vision and telepathic understanding, I had no way of verifying the existence of the spring we had seen on the previous occasion, or why the Initiatic gateway was along the cursus and not in the circle of Stones (Stonehenge). But, having received the email from LiDAR, I was excited to see that my intuitive vision was correct, at least as far as the Spring is concerned.

This is how the LiDAR people put it (and rather beautifully, I thought):

“The LiDAR image unfurls a captivating tapestry, revealing the profound significance of Stonehenge’s position. No longer a mere coincidence, its placement appears divinely orchestrated, guided by an ancient wisdom that intertwined the monument with the very essence of the land. Observe the enigmatic “avenue,” a mysterious earthwork extending from the henge itself. It stretches forward, seemingly guided by an otherworldly force, tracing an invisible path toward the fateful convergence of these long-lost waterways. What hidden meaning lies within this alignment? What cosmic forces were at play when this extraordinary design was conceived?

“The Stonehenge, the cursus, and the ancient river channels intertwine in a symphony of celestial geometry and earthly harmony. The landscape becomes a living tapestry, where the past whispers its secrets, waiting to be deciphered by those who dare to seek the truth.

“What does this profound relationship signify? Could it be a celestial map etched upon the Earth’s canvas, guiding ancient minds to comprehend the mysteries of the cosmos? Or does it hold the key to forgotten rituals and sacred ceremonies, enacted by our ancestors in harmony with the celestial and terrestrial realms?

“The LiDAR images, combined with historical mapping, grant us an extraordinary glimpse into the past, igniting our curiosity and fueling our imagination. It invites us to explore the profound interplay between humanity and the landscape, where Stonehenge emerges as a portal to a realm of ancient knowledge and cosmic connection.

“So, let us embark on a journey of discovery, armed with the LiDAR’s revelations and the courage to unravel the enigmatic relationship between Stonehenge, the coursing rivers of old, and the mystical cursus. With each step, we inch closer to unearthing the profound truths that lie dormant within these sacred grounds.

“The mysteries await your arrival, dear seeker of knowledge. Unlock the secrets of Stonehenge and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing dance between monument, landscape, and the enigmatic forces that shaped our ancient past.”

I mean, could they have put it any better?

According to what I saw in that ‘memory’, the rivers were no longer there. On the surface, at least. But the bournes (or springs) still rose, giving them water; but perhaps only at certain times of the year when the, now, underground channels filled up after a long rainy season. (These rivers were obviously much wider than the river Avon, where Durrington Walls was built close to).

By the time Stonehenge was built, there may have been only winter rivers, but this would still have been seen as a gift of fertility from the Mother to humankind.

Many years ago, when I worked in post-excavation in Winchester, before the new council chairman got rid of the Winchester Archaeology team, a skull and longbones of a Neolithic woman came in to be cleaned up. Her bones had lain in a long barrow, near Barton Stacey, and rescued before the barrow had been completely ploughed out. I was given permission to explore them, so, using psychometry I tuned into the skull of this ancient woman.

From the images that came into my head, I gathered that she was the head priestess of a group of people who lived there six thousand years ago, and part of her role was to care for the spring close to their settlement. She placed flowers there, at particular times of the year, and made sure it was clear, clean and energetically active. She had a daughter, which her own mother, the girl’s grandmother, took care of. The woman herself had responsibility for the welfare, both spiritual and physical, of the tribal unit and was too busy to teach her daughter. Instead, the role fell to her mother who trained the child in all the ways of the priestess so she could take her mother’s role when the time came for her to do so. This seemed to be the way they did things. Grandmother taught the granddaughter, freeing up the mother.

Barton Stacey Bourne.

This was fascinating because it gave me a wonderful insight into how the matrilineal knowledge was passed down. It also highlighted the importance placed on the sacred springs. However, at the time, I was not aware of any springs around Barton Stacey. I mentioned it to my then brother-in-law, who told me there was a winter-bourne in the field (Belonging to Cocum Farm) across from where the long barrow once stood. In very wet winters, this bourne still rises in the field and runs down to the River Dever where it joins it.

The old stories tell of the Maidens of the Wells, spirit women who guard the sacred springs. I imagine the stories are part of our collective memory, reminding us of a time when we honoured the waters that fertilised our lands and gave us food to eat. It is interesting too, to see that the rituals of the Neolithic remained in the Bronze Age, and still remain today, albeit in a different form.

Apart from this lovely confirmation of previous intuitions, I was also struck by the fact that at Stonehenge, the large energetic gateway was immediately on top of where the rivers originally divided.

If you are sensitive enough you will feel the energy of water as you pass over it, or get close to it. It has a very recognisable feel. The gate’s placement over where the river divided, might have been planned, or they may have simply felt the water energy below. We now need dowsers to find this water, but I know that it can be psychically experienced too, although dowsing is a great way to learn sensitivity.

The energetic gateway we perceived might have been an energy, built up over years of working with the place, in a sacred way. The gateway itself seems to be at one junction and the stone circle avenue at the other. (The gate is the pink triangle, and the blue circle is the site of the spring). The gateway might also have energised the flow of water as it passed close to the circles, on its way to the sea, like the River Avon close by.

Tom Graves‘ books tell us that many stone circle sites were built on underground water channels – as were Cathedrals and old churches. Tom was a dowser and did amazing work at many sacred sites, mapping out the energies of the stones, and their placement over water channels deep in the earth. His work opened the doors of understanding around how our ancestors ensured the survival of their community while honouring the earth. His books are well worth the read.

In doing these explorations into the past, we are relearning the ways our ancestors placed their sites and how they worked with them. In many ways, we are intuitively doing the same when we dress the wells and hang ribbons on ancient trees. The knowledge is in the landscape, and all of it is accessible. All we have to do is become sensitive enough to feel it and then act on what we perceive. Even if it seems like we are making it up. Because, when another technology finds the same information, it is so wonderfully affirming.

Try it out for yourself, if you ever have the chance to go to Salisbury Plain. I might have to go back myself … if ever I have the time…

The Brigit and Magdalene Flame. Part Six. St. Michael and All Angels, Bullington, Hampshire.

Bullington Church.

The day after visiting Barton Stacey church, I drove along to Bullington. However, the church there was closed so I couldn’t get in to do what I was sure needed to be done. I thought I had gotten it wrong. Perhaps this little church, part of an old farming community and built by the lord of the manor for his family’s private worship back in the 1300s, was not part of the Magdalene network. So, I took some photos and drove to my father’s house, which was a five-minute drive away, and then forgot all about it.

The following day, I drove my father to Sutton Scotney to see his doctor but as I drove I saw the road as if it was a blue serpent, winding its way through the countryside, and I was following it. I wondered how far we were from the river Dever and googled it at the surgery. As it turned out, Bullington church was only a short distance away from the river which meandered, serpent-like behind it.

Later that evening, the local parish magazine was delivered to the house and as I flicked through it, I noticed that the church would be open for matins the following Sunday morning. OK, I would have to attend a service, but that was alright. Perhaps that would be important; maybe the other people’s energy might contribute to whatever was being anchored.

The Twelve Apostle Trees.

Once again, on the Sunday drive through Sparsholt, I felt the energy of the MF in St. Stephen’s church while I was driving through Crab Wood. I filled up with this energy and as I came near St Catherine’s, in Littleton, I sent out what looked like a gold fishing line from my tan Tien that connected to the work I had done there. As I drove on to Bullington, I brought both these energies with me.

It was a lovely sunny day and I got to the church with five minutes to spare. I was surprised that I wasn’t feeling nervous going into a place I was unfamiliar with and meeting people I didn’t know, especially a group of people who were already established in their community relationships. As an unknown, I would stick out like a sore thumb, which is not a position I feel comfortable in. Normally, I am quite self-conscious and situations like this can trigger feelings of anxiety. However, I didn’t feel remotely fazed. I said hello to the ten people there, took my seat, and the woman next to me, who was the churchwarden, gave me the prayer book open to the right page.

The churchgoers were warm and inviting and the church felt very cosy. I didn’t know what to expect, or what to do, but followed what everyone else was doing. When it came to the readings, I tuned in and anchored the energies. The main energy was the anchoring of the Magdalene Flame which was placed on the altar. The magenta tube then descended over it, as it did in the other churches. When these both were fully in place, rose petals gently descended, each one representing the love of the Mother. Once again, the palm tree appeared and the flame was anchored through the use of the Was-sceptre. The same as in Chandler’s Ford.

Was-Sceptre Anchoring.

This entire anchoring was carried out while the service was going on; each part happening with small time gaps in between. This is a layering of energies, which takes place over a physical period of time, in a sequence.

After the petals had begun to fall there was a short pause and I saw my Ka-self (that Higher-Self part of me that does this work) standing at the altar again, placing the chalice of wafers I had received from MM at Barton Stacey, on the altar cloth, within the magenta tube of energy. A little while later, a chalice of wine was raised, in the tube, to be blessed by the Mother, her rose petals filling the chalice to combine with the wine. In the past, bread was charged over vortices in the earth, now they could be charged through the Magenta Mother channel, her love connection between ‘heaven and earth’. The bread, once charged in this way, would be shared with the congregation during communion, as would the rose-petal, love-filled wine.

Bullington Church

The bread and wine I had received at Barton Stacey church had been for Bullington church. So when MM had said ‘This is my church’, was she talking about Bullington, or all the churches connected with her energy, a community of holy places? I’m still not sure.

The service went on and I thought that the work was finished, but the right side of my face began to feel hot, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a Brigit Flame burning in the aisle, opposite the entrance. This flame felt very different to the higher vibrational MF at the altar. It was much more physical than that, another frequency entirely. I focussed my attention on this flame to see what was needed. Slowly, as I kept it in my vision, it grew to about six feet high. A gold band was then placed around the top of the flame, as had happened in Crawley Church, but this band was the regular gold band, holding the energy at a particular frequency. As I watched, I saw the band being adjusted, and then it transformed into a large, spoked wagon wheel, with a hub in the centre of the flame. The wheel expanded until it spread out, connecting to other places.

I have worked with energetic wagon wheels before, especially while anchoring energy in Egypt. It seems to connect different communities, or people together, the spokes representing the places to be connected. I had a feeling that these spokes were people, people who had a common cause, or belief, and who were held by this flame energy. This became clearer at the end of the service.

Aspergillums

Next, I saw a priest bless the flame with holy water, casting little drops of it with an aspergillum (great word!), much the same as in Crawley church where the flame was blessed with incense. Although why one flame was sanctified with fire and the other with water, I have no idea. In Roman sacrificial rites, a laurel twig was used to sprinkle holy water but this was later replaced by the aspergillum. An aspergillum is used in Roman Catholic and Anglican ceremonies, including Baptism and during Easter. A priest will use the aspergillum to bless the candles, during candlemas, and the palms during Palm Sunday Mass. The name derives from the Latin verb aspergere ‘to sprinkle’. The Easter season was just about to start, so perhaps this was why the flame was being blessed. Palm Sunday was only around the corner. It would also explain the palm tree in both Chandlers Ford and here. The ceremonies carried out over Easter might have something to do with it.

At the end of the service, I stood and chatted with four of the congregation: The minister and his wife, the church-warden and another man. The rest had left. We stood around the flame, although they didn’t know it. It felt like they were the spokes of the wagon wheel because they do the rounds of all the churches I had been working on. There are not enough people in each village now for weekly services. I was particularly happy with the Minister (or Rev, or something). A lovely, connected man with a strong spiritual core, he had given a talk about mysticism, and Julian of Norwich, which struck me as very interesting, and he considered himself to be a mystic. He also explained an experience I had had during the service. We were going through the book of prayers they use and at one point I felt the energy of an Egyptian temple. The congregation then began to recite the Catholic creed. These were Anglicans; why were they reciting a Catholic prayer? This completely confused me but it also explained why I was picking up Egyptian energies. Catholic rituals go right back to Egyptian temple worship. But why was this happening in an Anglican church?

As it turned out, they are an Anglican-Catholic group, which seems to be a thing now. But it also makes sense to me, because the roots of Catholicism are in Egypt. But it was very interesting to be picking up these energies during the service and to see how Egyptian energies are still such a part of modern worship, and how that root is getting stronger again. Hopefully, though, it would not become the controlling dogma the Romans created.

Pink circles are MF and Orange circles are BF

When I was writing this up, I was reminded of the Bull image I had briefly seen in St Catherine’s Church in Littleton. They were saying ‘Bull-ington’, but I didn’t understand it at the time. It felt like I had come full circle, from the anchoring at Chandler’s Ford to Bullington. The above image shows the flames and their connections. Only one of those churches, St Mary the Lesser in Chilbolton, had an energy attached, but didn’t seem to be a major part of the circuit; the same as Crawly Church didn’t feel connected to the main circuit.

St Mary the Lesser would be the last church to be done in February, which I will post next time.

The Brigit Flame. Part Five. St Mary’s Church, Crawley, Hampshire.

St Mary’s Church is a lovely village church, set back from the main street in Crawley. I had decided to drive through the top of the village, rather than the bottom like I normally do, on impulse. The village pond is at the bottom of this village and I like to see the ducks and coots sitting on the grass beside it or trying to walk across the frozen surface during cold spells.

St Mary’s Church.

This time, As I drove past, I had no intention of stopping. I had not received any energetic information about doing this church, no energy-connections or visual information to tell me I needed to do anything here, yet I spontaneously decided to stop. Sometimes, when that happens, it is as if another part of me wants my personality part to explore something. I usually have to give in because if I don’t, it tugs at me for days afterwards.

I parked up and walked the path through the very pretty graveyard. Inside, the church was freezing. I imagine it is too expensive to heat an empty church so they leave the heating off until they hold services.

As usual, I went straight to the Altar but felt nothing. Nada, zilch, not a glimmer. What was I doing here, then, I wondered. Why did I stop instead of simply driving past? I checked the time on my phone and discovered I had forgotten my reading glasses. Damn! Then I thought that I really shouldn’t be so negative. The feelings of irritation would not help me to pick anything up.

Looking towards the Altar.

Because I could feel nothing there, I decided to look at the structure of the building. Energetically, nothing was happening in this part of the church. It also felt like there was no energy here at all but I could not understand why there wasn’t. I looked behind me and noticed the fragments of Norman dogtooth pattern on the masonry of the arch. I felt like I was looking at the external wall of the building and that this part with the altar was added on years after the Norman building. There were two very distinct energy regions going on.

Dog’s tooth pattern.

I walked into, what I felt, was the original part of the building and when I stood looking at the altar from there, I heard someone say ‘Go back a little further’. So I took a few steps back and when I did, saw a bright Brigit flame ignite on the ground in front of me. I continued to watch it as it grew until it had expanded as much as it was going to expand.

Next, I saw myself place a green and white crown of hawthorn blossoms at its base. This is the energy of the ancient Feminine Spring rituals that we had been given the gift of experiencing a couple of years ago at the Bronze Age burial mounds on Magdalene Down, on the other side of Winchester.

Hawthorn

Once this had been anchored at the flame’s base, I saw a gold bejewelled crown being placed above the flame. This felt like a more Christian, Godly symbol, where the hawthorn was distinctly ‘pagan’ as if the two belief systems were being joined.

I had ‘brought in’ energy the previous day while cooking my father’s evening meal. Often, when doing something very unconnected with energy, I feel the energy coming in, activating in my body. When this happens, I feel the urge to raise my arms into the air to receive something or to bring down energy for some future work. In this instance, I was given a gold crown with jewels on it. It was big when it was above my head but as it moved over me it became smaller until it eventually fit snuggly around my waist. At the time I did not know what it was for, or why it was around my body, like a girdle (remember those?), but I soon forgot about it and got on with the cooking.

Now, however, I watched as the crown moved down to contain the uppermost part of the flame, just like the girdle. I have done this with flames before, but not with a crown. Usually, the containing energy looks like a wedding band, containing the energy of a flame and holding it at a constant frequency. It doesn’t matter how big the flame is, the gold band will hold its upper part so that the flame curves out over it.

Containing Energy of the Gold Crown.

The final part of this activation was the image of a priest swinging a thurible of incense over the area, allowing the smoke to waft over the bright orange flame. This dedicates and sanctifies the flame, blessing it. This image of a catholic priest blessing a Brigit Flame felt like an acceptance of some older, pre-Christian energies.

The energy of the Brigit Flame is a very different energy from the Magdalene Flame. It is a more earthy, creative vibration, whereas the Magdalene Flame is of a higher heart/thought vibration. The Brigit Flame relates to the Tan Tien in the human body, the creative centre behind the navel; the Magdalene Flame is a heart energy but from a higher spiritual level in the energy body. It allows access to higher levels of Soul information and intention.

There are seven energy layers in the earth’s energy body just as our energy-body has seven layers. The first level is the fiery lava beneath the earth’s mantle; the second level is water as it runs below the surface of the earth; the third level is the surface. These three levels make up the creative layers of the physical world. But above these three physical levels the energy changes. It is no longer physical. The layer immediately above the earth is a magenta, ruby layer, relating to the Mother consciousness. Certain sites are created to connect to this layer and we can create energy tubes to channel this living, rosy energy onto the physical plane. The MF (Magdalene Flame) is the aspect of the Mother that heals the wounded male energies and as such, it is an archetypal energy.

Magenta Mother Layer.

There are similarities between how older, prehistoric sites, and later sites, are set up to channel and hold both the energies of the Brigit Flame and the Ruby (the Magdalene flame is an archetypal energy of the Ruby/Mother energy). The BF is often in the centre of a circular site, where people would have been living, but the MF is usually at a gateway point some distance from the site centre but from where it can feed the entire area, adding the love of the Divine Mother. The creative energies of the MF positively influence the more physical creations manifested by the BF. In the past, before Christianity, the MF would have been known by another name, but we no longer know what that is. Perhaps it was simply Mother.

I was reminded of the manifesting energies of this work when I had finished the flame-work and had headed over to the Norman baptism font. I took a couple of photos and then something on the floor caught my eye.

Can you see them?

A pair of glasses. Laughing at myself for forgetting the principles of manifesting, I picked them up and put them on. I didn’t believe for one minute that they would be perfect. But they were, and I could write down all I had done so I wouldn’t forget it. It is easy not to remember important details later. They fade away like the mist.

I left them on the font before I left. Someone else might have forgotten theirs, or the owner might come back to claim them.

Thank you, St Mary’s, for the timely lesson around the manifesting energies of the Brigit Flame – and the perfect vision.

The Magdalene Flame. Spring 2023. Part Two. St Stephen’s Church, Sparsholt.

I have driven through the village of Sparsholt many times on the way to my father’s house in Barton Stacey, but never thought to stop there. Mainly because I am under time constraints. But I began to enjoy driving the little roads that connected old villages. It gives me some valuable alone-time and also I can feel the movement of the people of the past as they walked these roads, or travelled on horseback or carts or later in motorcars. I can imagine them visiting relatives in the other villages and going to church on Sunday, going to the market to sell their wares or to buy what they cannot get at home, or even for a change of scenery if they have the time to spare. My father thinks I am mad. He believes in getting someplace as quickly as possible and does not understand why I would want to take a longer route. I tried to explain but don’t think he was convinced.

The little roads between villages, created by the inhabitants of small hamlets, which were often part of old manors or estates, are like veins; a network joining the villages together; an entire template in time. This template is important when working on energetic layers. It is like a layer in photoshop, a layer that can be blended with other layers but which you can work with on an individual level. The layer I was working on was the connection between village churches. Still, when I started this, last week in St. Edward the Confessor’s Catholic church in Chandler’s Ford, I didn’t know that the journeys I had been making through Winchester’s outlying villages over the past few weeks would prove to be so important.

St Stephen’s

St. Stephen’s church is a small village church perched high above the village that surrounds it. It started life as a possible ‘pagan’ site on which the Saxons built their own place of worship; a common practice at the time. Whether by design, or intuition, energy attracts. In the distant past new cultures came into England and they brought their religious beliefs with them. Their beliefs might have been very similar to the beliefs of the people who already lived there and the new people would have settled, married into already established families and communities, and little by little religious culture would have changed. Special sites, which may no longer have been used, would have been the obvious energetic site to build a religious building on. Whether it was a known site or not it would still act as a magnet, drawing people to it. Religions might change, but those changes do not happen overnight. It takes time for them to shift and there has to have been an opening for them in the first place, a vacuum that needed to be filled; a Soul-need for change. St Stephen’s Church might originally have been one of these sites.

Old Yew Tree

I walked through the little graveyard and into the church, which is obviously loved and well-taken care of. However, inside, the flint building was very cold, and I wondered how the original church-goers warmed it. It had been a Catholic church once upon a time before Henry VIII created the Church of England, so perhaps sitting on cold hard seats in a freezing church in winter was a form of penance or self-sacrifice. But maybe they didn’t feel the cold quite like we do. But, on the plus side, it was filled with flowers and smelled divine.

Ornate Altar

I walked up to the altar and stood in front of it, tuning in. Immediately the Magenta Flame appeared, part of the flame I had been given in St Edward’s. But I also saw the Jewish Menorah with all its candles lit. It appeared as though it was sitting on the altar. At first, I dismissed it. After all, why should a Jewish ritual object be present energetically in this little village church in the middle of the English countryside? But I discovered, when I googled it, that St. Stephen was born in Jerusalem and was the first Christian martyr stoned to death by Jewish elders for blasphemy. Again, the Jerusalem link; the same as last week in St. Edward the Confessor’s church. The symbols associated with Stephen are the censor; three stones; a Martyr’s Palm frond and a crown. These symbols were to be important later on, especially when I worked in St Mary’s Church in the village of Crawley. It was as if the energies of one place connected with, and were anchored in, the other churches; themselves acting as connectors of archetypal energies.

St Stephen

The next part of the anchoring was to blow energy towards the Flame of the Magdalene which is a striking magenta in colour. This blowing expands the energy or directs it. When you blow out it is done with an energetic intention; an intention that the part of you doing the work understands the purpose of. When you are doing this kind of work, you, as a personality, have little control over the process. Your Soul-self is the active Self.

As a result of blowing breath towards the flame, it grew and expanded, reaching the wooden-beamed ceiling. I heard the words “In Perpetuam”, which means ‘For all of Eternity’. This reminded me of the Perpetual flame of St. Brigit in Kildare, Ireland, a flame dedicated to the pagan saint and kept burning by a group of nuns dedicated to St. Brigit and kept alight for the past thirty years. The flame they tend is to send out the solar light of Brigit, the light of Justice, Hope and Peace.

The Brigit Flame

So what did the anchoring of the Magdalene flame mean here? Mary Magdalene was one of Jesus’s disciples, and her flame-energy, originally channelled by a lovely Canadian man named Jhadten Jewell who played a really important part in my own energetic development, is the flame that helps balance, and heal, the wounded male. Her flame assists in the anchoring of the New Adamic energies, the New Male consciousness.

This is what he says: I have come to understand the power of the Goddess in Her great Return, in healing the wounded male energies of the planet that have resulted from the imbalance (i.e. predominance of the male energies that we can still see working today) of male and female energies. This is the return to balance, wholeness and unity. In my work, I have explored so many avenues of this and know that to be centered in the Goddess Light is the beginning of all creation. No matter how masculine a Soul may be, it is still and always one half feminine, in order for the alchemy of creation to unfold through all of us. We know that we have one half of our father’s DNA and half of our mother’s and yet the illusion of the physical gender, as important as it may be, lets us forget, again and again, the need for balance in these energies.

So why was the flame being anchored in these village churches? I know the answer might never come, but my Higher Self knows exactly why it is placed here and how it will affect the people who came here and who live in the area. All I can do is watch and facilitate.

The Magdalene Flame

Much of this work is carried out this way. I am under instruction, working in a dimension of consciousness which my personality self does not understand. Although I do get to watch, and enjoy, the higher Archetypal energies that exist in those higher dimensions, my Higher Self, or KA as they call it in ancient Egypt, is the one doing the real work. My body is simply the vehicle and the taxi service, driving from place to place and being a channel, or medium, for these energies to come through.

My next stop is in the church of St Catherine in Littleton. Another surprise visit and not so very far away.

(This post was written on a mobile keyboard. It makes it possible to write on the go with my phone. It is a genius contraption suggested by Chris Bishop, who I usually work with. Thanks Chris. A brilliant idea!)

The Brigit and Magdalene Flame. Spring 2023. Part One. RC Church of St Edward the Confessor.

31st January 2023

I’ve been working with small churches for the past two weeks, connecting them with the Spring Brigit flame and the Magdalene flame energy.

Catholic Church of St Edward the Confessor.

The first work was in the Church of St. Edward the Confessor, a small Catholic place near what used to be Otterbourne Manor (the place still exists but is diminished in size). I had been driving one of my daughters to work in Chandler’s Ford for a couple of weeks and had passed the church on my way there. On my first drive, I noticed a Brigit flame in the building and wondered about it, but did nothing. I thought it meant there was already one there. Later, driving to my father’s, via Sparsholt, I passed the little church of St Stephen and saw a magenta flame there. Again, I thought it meant there was already one there, so I ignored it, wondering instead who might have planted it.

On the way back from another Chandler’s Ford journey, a full bladder forced me to stop in the church of St. Edward the Confessor to wait until the traffic subsided and to find a toilet. Inside, the church is quite modern, having been built in the early twentieth century. As I approached the table altar, behind which is a striking stained-glass window, I saw, with my inner eye, hands place a large, wide shallow bowl on the altar. It reminded me of the fire bowls they use outside in Egypt, to keep warm in winter. In the bowl was a small orange flame and I had the impulse to blow energy which ignited it so that it rose to the ceiling.

Stained Glass Window.

I next saw the Was-sceptre symbol anchor the flame into the lava layer below the earth’s crust. The upper part of the symbol went into the sky and there was a date palm behind the altar to which it connected. In the ancient Middle East, the Date palm was seen as the tree of the Goddess, the dates her fruit, the only food in an otherwise arid desert. I have worked with palm trees while living in Egypt and anchored many energetic palm trees, especially where people live at subsistence level. The feeling then was that the people would always be fed from the fruits of the Goddess. They would not starve but would have what they needed. (The palm tree, in ancient Assyrian religion represented the connection between heaven and earth and was sacred to the Goddess Ishtar. The Goddess, in her many guises, is often depicted as residing in a tree, giving her ‘fruits’ freely).

The Palm means Life. Pure and simple. Especially in dry times.

While I was in Luxor, I read a theory that the Was-sceptre represented a giraffe. The bottom of the symbol represents the cloven hoofs of the giraffe, which are quite dainty, while the hook at the top, represents the head. The ‘foot’ of the sceptre touched the earth, while the ‘head’ could reach up to the heights and get the fruits from the tall palms. It was a medium between the food of the Goddess and earth. The symbol, in mythology, is associated with the god Set, who is the god of the hot, dry desert, an arid place where there are few resources. It is a staff of power, wielded by the priests. It symbolises the power to bring the Food of Heaven to earth and only those who could act as mediums between divinity and humanity could use it.

Other theories abound around the meaning of the symbol, of course, but in the course of my work, the Was-sceptre is always used to anchor flames deep beneath the earth’s mantle, and to anchor the flame to a higher level of the earth’s energy field. The sceptre itself is a strong ‘holding’, a rod of power, a connector. It keeps the energies stable, and in place, because the flame is an active energy.

So why was an Irish Goddess flame of Brigit being anchored by the use of Egyptian symbols in a small Catholic church in Chandler’s Ford? As I tuned in, I tried to sense what it might mean. What came back was something about the origins of Christianity being from the Middle East. Jesus was born there, after all. There was something about reconnecting the energies of this church to its origins, reconnecting it to its roots in Jerusalem. There was something about the original, unsullied beliefs around the goddess being brought back to common consciousness. That the Divine Feminine was once an equal partner to the Divine Masculine, each one valued for its gifts.

This was a small community church, albeit well used, and the hub of the Catholic community, yet it was the start of a series of connections between other, smaller, churches, all of Saxon origin and mainly Church of England. I was raised a Catholic, and attended a convent until I was ten years old, going to mass every Sunday, which I hated. But out of choice, I also went to the evening devotions. This I loved. There was a sense of ancientness here, between the incense filling the church and the hymns reminding me of ‘Faith of our fathers’, my favourite hymn. All those dungeons, fires and swords! back then, I felt very connected to an energy that seemed far removed from the God we were being taught about in school and at Sunday mass.

When we relocated from the country to Dublin, I was educated in a private, protestant school and lost that religious connection but I loved the school, nonetheless. It was child-centred, as opposed to God-centred. Now, between the two educations, I had a fairly good idea of the difference between them and how it made me feel.

Years later, living in the UK and at an Initiation workshop in Glastonbury, myself and another attendee decided that, rather than go to the Goddess rituals that everyone else was attending, we would go to the local Catholic church where they were having a healing service. This was a new experience for me and a reminder of an older one. As I watched the Catholic ritual of communion and wine, in my eyes, the priests were enacting an ancient Egyptian ritual. The roots of these rituals came from the temples of Egypt. The woman who had come with me had seen the same thing, which was amazing to me. Even more interesting was that I could see the effect that the ritual was having on the wine, but also saw that it had no effect on the bread. And yet, at that time, only the priest drank the wine. Now, of course, it is different and everyone gets both. However, the bread is still nothing but bread, but the wine is charged with energy.

But that experiment taught me that the Catholic ritual was a very ancient, energetic process, with a deeper connection to a ‘Mother’. Yet it was the Spring Flame of Brigit being anchored here, in Chandler’s Ford, Brigit herself being a Goddess who became a Catholic saint. She wasn’t destroyed by the religion but rather incorporated into it. She is also a goddess of light and fertility, the returning sun after a dark winter.

I thought I was finished here, so went to look for a loo. When I came back, I was ‘instructed’ to do more so I stood in front of the altar again. This time, a magenta channel of the Magdalene descended with a small magenta flame inside. It reached to the floor and high into the sky, a veritable pillar of fire. Again, I felt the impulse to blow and when I did the magenta flame expanded until it filled the channel. I was given a portion of this flame to transport somewhere else. I already guessed that it was for St Stephen’s church in Sparsholt.

On my way out, I found the holy water font and blessed myself with it. On impulse, before I left my house that morning, I had applied holy water I had gotten from Arundel cathedral last year. This is another ritual that we have forgotten the original purpose of: the application of holy water in an equal-armed cross as you enter a sacred space. This entering ritual was to open the energy-field for the ensuing ceremony. The energies generated by the Mass fed you, energetically. After the ritual Mass, on leaving the building, you then applied holy water again, this time to seal the energy-field so that all the energies you absorbed would be retained, much like sealing the energy-field with the raku symbol after passing a Reiki attunement. Originally, the Mass was an attunement, but not in the way we pass attunements today. In the original Usui Reiki system, Mikao Usui ‘attuned’ his students every time they met. He shared the energy with them by sharing his own Reiki-field. They sat in that energy for the duration of the meeting, their fields open and receptive. In the original Catholic Mass, this was the way it was done too. The energy of the ritual was shared and absorbed. It was a ‘communion’, a sharing; an attunement. However, after the Synod of Whitby, that all began to change, Celtic Christianity, with all its blend of Christian and Celtic beliefs, was replaced by Roman rites and rituals… and control.

Having written this, but not yet posted it, I was with my father when the local village magazine came. Inside was a list of ceremonies for Lent, one being an ‘Ashing Communion’. This is where they put ash on your forehead, again in an equal-armed cross. (That cross signifies equilibrium). I wondered what the ash meant. The palm used in Palm Sunday is burnt and applied to the forehead. In Roman times, penitents wore ashes and sackcloth to repent for their sins. Now, everyone is a sinner, by all accounts. BUT it was the palm, and again, we come back to the pagan origins of Christianity, which feel far more real to me. The palm, sacred to the Goddess, is still being used in Christian religions, which has to be a good thing.

I’ve put the link at the bottom of this page so if you want to visit the church and partake of the energies there, feel free.

The Bread of The Mother.

Yesterday morning, Sunday, (I wrote this a few years ago) I was listening to the Radio 4 church service (not something I often listen to, but it was an impulse I followed). The teaching was ‘The loaves and the Fishes’. You know, the one where Jesus miraculously fed the 5.000 people with only 5 loaves and 2 fishes after the death of his friend and teacher John the Baptist? Finishing up a beading project, the fact struck me that people never question this story. They relate it as though it is an absolute truth. But to me, they are missing an important point. Jesus was a spiritual teacher, teaching people something important. There was a deeper meaning to this story.

People, such as Dr Marcellino D’Ambrosio,  have looked into certain Judaic meanings behind the symbolism, such as the five loaves representing the Mosaic teachings in the Torah. There are 5 books in the Torah.  So perhaps, on one level, Jesus was expanding on the teachings and inner story of Moses, who was also a prophet, and a teacher.

But he was also quoted as saying that he was the ‘Bread of Life’. To my mind, this was a misinterpretation. He was also known as the ‘Water of Life’ which felt more appropriate. Could he be both bread and water? All spiritual nourishment? To many he was/is, but I have experienced a completely different awareness of what the bread represents. Over the past twenty years of doing energy healing, at many sacred sites around the world, I have found that the Bread represents the Bread of the Mother, of the earth.

My first experience of this came in 2006, in Cumbria, at a stone circle complex in the Broomrigg Plantation. One of my psychic gifts is the ability to tap into ancient knowledge and experience it in the present. It is psychometry; I suppose. Tapping into objects or places and opening doorways into past lives.

Broomrigg Stone Circle

On this occasion, standing on an ancient stone which had once formed part of a stone circle, I went back to the Bronze Age and found myself watching an ancient winter solstice ritual. Within the circle, a priest stood, and around the inside of the circle also stood containers of wheat which had been harvested the previous autumn. A priestess, who personified Artemis (I was a little surprised at that) drew down the energy of the sun and brought it into the earth, which opened like a womb to accept the solar energy. This fertilised a giant ovum and filled the womb with golden light. The priest had strewn wheat grains around the inside of the circle petitioning the Goddess Artemis, within whose hands he had placed a sheaf of corn. As this happened, the wheat in the containers was also ‘charged’, which effectively imbued the seeds with life, so that when they planted them again in the spring the resulting crop would be abundant. At the end of the ritual, the priest sprinkled water around the inside of the circle, because, without rain, the wheat could not grow.

Once the ‘ritual’ was complete, some of the grain was taken from the containers, ground into flour and made into bread. Each household in the tribe was given a portion of this ‘charged’ bread in order to bring fertility to the entire tribe over the coming year. Everyone was equal and everyone was fed. No-one was left out.

This experience prompted many questions. Over the past few years, some of these questions have found answers. I had, on occasion, to travel back to Ireland for Catholic funerals or memorial services, and noticed during the consecration of the bread and wine, during Mass, that all the energy from ‘Above’ seemed to charge the wine but not the bread. I also thought it was significant that only the priest drank the wine, (things have changed since then!) thereby gaining the benefit of its charged energy. But the communication wafers, the Bread/Body of Christ had no energy and yet this was distributed to the people during the Mass. I found this very interesting Why was the bread not ‘charged’, and why was it only the priest who benefited from the spiritual energy which should have been shared? I wondered if it was to do with power dynamics within the early church? Communion is such an important part of the Catholic Mass ritual and I can remember, as a child, taking communion seriously, believing that I was eating part of Jesus’ body. When it stuck to the roof of my mouth and broke, and I tried to remove it with my tongue, it was a serious disaster. Jesus was real to me and I thought I was breaking him apart.

The word communion signifies a joining, a sharing of energy, but there was no energy in this communion. It was rice paper, nothing more. For years, I had wondered why this was (I only rarely have communion now. If I feel an impulse, I will take it, even though I know it contains nothing). However, this year, I experienced another teaching, through ‘psychic time-travel’, that explained more of the mystery. It was in St. Dogmaels’ Abbey in Wales, near Cardigan Bay and I was doing my usual energy work, as I do in many churches, (both ancient and those still in use), when I felt an impulse to stop at a point which was below ground level. In the past, the altar of the church would have stood above this room and as I stood in the centre of this ‘cellar’ I felt a powerful female earth energy, like a vortex. It was still active, and very strong. When I stood in it, I ‘saw’ a monk standing in front of the altar in the room above me. He was consecrating the wine and the bread, but as he focused on the bread, which was a round loaf, he drew the energy of this vortex into the bread, spiritualising it with the female energy of the Earth, the Mother. Next, he drew down the energy of the sun and consecrated the wine with that energy, the Male fertilising principle! Finally I understood! Somewhere along the line, this connection and honouring of the role of Mother Earth, in sacred ritual, had been lost.

The Abbey itself was built in the 12th Century and is a Trionian Abbey, founded by monks from France who were dissatisfied with the way things were going in the French Monasteries. They wanted to get back to a simpler way of living, and of serving. But they also knew that the balance depended on honouring both Mother and Father.

At one point during this exploration through time, I was also given the understanding of the Holy Trinity: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Father is obvious; he is the male principle, Solar, Christ Light. The Holy Spirit is the Mother, the Female principle: the Earth; and the son, is the priest /medium. The Son of both Mother and Father is the priest; he is the medium between the two; the one who can work with both energies and who is trained to materialise these energies in the bread and wine, thereby bringing succour to the community through their distribution. What is missing here, of course, is the female representative, the priestess. But, at least they still knew what they were doing, even though they were using both energies in a less earth-focused way than our ancestors at Broomrigg had done.

But, what I still did not know, was when this understanding disappeared. Perhaps during the dissolution of the monasteries, when the Divine Feminine, through Mary, was removed from the collective consciousness? Perhaps that understanding will come later.

So, back to the loaves and the fishes. Jesus (or someone) was trying to teach about the balance between the Masculine and the Feminine. The bread of Life comes from the earth, from the Mother. The fish is a male symbol, and one which I also have experienced in the course of my work, and which I know to be a symbol of life in the Ancient Solar priesthoods of Egypt, Greece and Western Europe. The symbol of Christianity is the Fish. The fish swims in water; water is life. The fish is a symbol for the fertility that comes from water, the abundance of a masculine god.

Jesus was teaching the multitudes about Honouring the Mother and Father, just as the commandments told them to. Not just your physical, earthly Mother and father, but all of life through the Earth Mother and Solar Father. I believe the story tells us that nourishment comes from Mother and Father. What comes from the sky is Masculine, sun and rain, which fertilises the earth, the feminine, so that all her people can live. You cannot exist without both. What can you create with sun alone? Without the mixture of earth, what is it? If you honour both, you can feed thousands.

Maybe we need to get back to that. We need to relearn these ways of thinking about the earth, or Gaia, and her relationship with the Father, in order for us to live sustainable and fulfilling lives. It’s really not that hard. We just have to change our core beliefs. It might take years but at least the world of the future will be one worth living in again! And I wonder what would happen if we started to do these rituals in the way they were intended? That would be an interesting experiment.

PS. When I was in the Hare Krsnas, back in the seventies in Dublin, they cooked their food and blessed it before sharing it with people so that everyone could eat the sacred prasadam of the god of love, Krishna. Even one meal was enough to give you Krsna’s mercy. Blessing food is an ancient tradition.

A more modern story is the story of the foundation of Findhorn, one of my favourites.

The Protective Dragon of Burley.

A few weeks ago, we went to the New Forest to visit an Iron Age hillfort called Castle Hill, near Burley. I was reading ‘The Forest’ by Edward Rutherford and he mentioned a myth about a dragon there. As I have often found, where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. Myths are great for finding sites associated with dragons because ancient cultural beliefs remain in the collective unconscious of the area.

The Oak Mother Tree.

Once we climbed up the hill to the hillfort, not realising, until we were inside, that there was a road which would have given us direct access, we found a beautiful old oak tree. It felt like a Mother Tree and it stood at the western entrance. We were told to make an essence in this old tree, which was a combination of her ancient stability and wisdom, and the white dragon energies that protected the site.

The white dragon, which looked very ‘fleshy’, more like a Chinese dragon, had long serpent-like tendrils hanging down from beside its nostrils and it stood at the entrance, facing outwards, acting as protector of the hillfort. On the other side of the hillfort, at the other entrance, I could see another one, looking out towards Lymington. My guides instructed me to walk sunwise, around the inside of the fort, and to connect the dragons to each other via a white light ring. In my mind’s eye, it reminded me of that old toothpaste advert, with its ring of confidence. White with a blue tinge.

Chinese White Dragon.

As we walked in a circle, around the inside of the fort, we continued to tune into the energies of the site. We were told that this place was a place of safety during times of invasion. When outlying villages were attacked, the people who lived outside would come to be fed and protected. It felt like it was during a time when there was much instability and villages were routinely robbed and destroyed.

Dragon priests, able to communicate with the elemental energies of the place, were given forewarning that an attack was imminent, and they informed the villagers, who trusted them completely. They then left their homesteads and came to the safety of the fort, often returning later to burned homes and destroyed livelihoods.

Rain-filled gravel pit on top of the hill.

Part of the energies of these dragons was that the protection they offered was an energetic force-field which only allowed in energies that resonated with them. The priests of the place held that energy. If others came with bad intention, they were denied access. It was as if they would feel repelled by the place. Perhaps a fear set in, or a superstition triggered. Something always kept them out. I have found this before, at particularly elemental sites. An energy-field that you could only access if you saw beyond the glamour that surrounded them. They were invisible to most people. The ‘glamour’ came in the form of fear. For no reason that you could see, you would suddenly become afraid, seeing darkness all around you. Only if you could see the fear for what it was could you access the wisdom and knowledge of the elementals who inhabited the place.

The white dragons fulfilled the same purpose in Castle Hill hillfort.

Essence being made.

As we made the white dragon essence at the Mother Tree, I became aware of a blue dragon energy moving in a line behind me. I was facing the centre of the fort, and the line, which looked like a blue serpent energy, entered the back of my Hara and rose out of my crown, then it travelled down through my feet. I had the strongest feeling we needed to go to wherever this blue dragon line was coming from. This turned out to be the Avon River at Ringwood.

We drove to Ringwood and brought this new essence to the river, following our intuition to the river, by a lovely green area called Jubilee park. As I poured some of the tree essence into the river, I heard myself say: ‘A gift from the Mother’.

The Avon in Ringwood.

Next, I filled a bottle with water from the river to take back to the fort. I was told it was ‘the gift of water’. And I was aware of how privileged we were to have water. Some places don’t have any. The feeling was that water was a gift, one we could not live without. There were so many places that did not have water, such as in desert environments and places where humans have polluted the seas and rivers and groundwater. We do not recognise what a gift we have. What I loved about this exchange of gifts was that they were given freely, in recognition of the importance of both places.

This was also my cue to stop complaining about the extremely wet winter we have had all winter. I had become so tired of my back-garden quagmire, which my hens had created, and I’d begun to think the rain would never stop.

Before we left the little park, I had a desire to stand on the bridge over the river. Looking across the sparkling waters, the view was beautiful! There was a glorious feminine energy presiding over this fast-flowing river, and she told me she would like to add to the essence, which now contained oak, dragon, and water energy. She put a fish into it, just like at the Itchen last year. The fish is masculine energy, but still hers.

A Gift of Water Fertility.

We drove back to the hillfort and brought the water to the tree. There, I had to walk around it anti-clockwise in a circle, pouring some of the water on the ground as I walked. Chris did one half, and I did the other, like a yin/yang. Pouring the water in this way tells us that this essence is both for use as an energetic spray, and to be gifted to the land in certain areas. This gifting activates energies at the site. Many times, when making an essence, we are told to pour some on the ground, or at the base of a tree. This then sets up an activation point which affects the energies coming in and going out.

Having finished the circle, it felt like we had completed another circuit, just as we had with the white ‘ring of confidence’.

The following week, we went to Lymington. Such a lovely town, with its old fishing alleys and a small slipway. Now, however, it is no longer a small fishing village but a marina. We walked as far down to the sea as we could, then stood beside another slipway, from where I could see the opposite shore. I never know what to expect when I reach a place, and this time was no different. But, thinking I had some active work to do here, I was surprised when nothing happened. Instead, I felt an energetic aura of water emerge from the sea and surround me, as if I was carrying a bubble of water. It was a strange wobbly experience and I was very aware of holding this fluidly moving bubble of liquid. But I knew this was to be brought back to Castle Hill.

View From Lymington Marina.

We drove into the hillfort this time and wandered down to the oak tree at the entrance. Standing beneath its branches, I felt the bubble of water, which was undulating around me, suddenly flop onto the ground, where it then seeped into the soil in a cascade of blue.

That was all I needed to do – I thought – until I saw a large white dragon’s egg appear beneath the tree. We were instructed to stand within this egg and were told that this was an initiation into the protective guardian energies of the White dragon. We could transfer this protection to people who would be the guardians of a sacred place. We could also place it around a home if that place was going to be a sanctuary or healing space.

Both water lines anchored.

After this gift, the work was complete, so we explored the rest of the hillfort. There are old gravel pits there now, filled with rainwater and as I stood looking into one, I felt an impulse to throw a little gold ring in. It was a tiny ring I had found walking up a road around Winchester and which only fit on the first joint of my little finger. It had originally been on something, like the rim of a bottle, but I knew, when I found it, that it was destined for someplace else, so I had worn it with that in mind. I have very little jewellery left at this stage, as so much of it has ended up in pools or rivers. A gift for a gift – or a symbolic sacrifice, a letting go of attachment. Plus, the metal can work as a physical anchor for activated energies.

It makes me wonder, though, about the real purpose was for all those iron-age swords and gold found thrown into rivers and bog pool in ancient times.

Perhaps those ancient people also exchanged gifts with the spirit of special places and energies…

Sacred Fires of Brigit and Grainne.

Spring is Brigit’s time. Her festival is celebrated, traditionally, on the 1st of February, but fire-work associated with Spring, spans a number of weeks. Imbolc is a celebration of the awakening earth when plants begin to grow and the crone of winter becomes the virgin once more. Spring vortices become active, bringing in new energies and clearing out the old. Becoming attuned to Brigit you will feel this impulse strongly at the beginning of each new year.

Winter has been a time of quiet, or rest, the death of the year. In the past, Winter was seen as an old woman coming to the end of her life. She had grown from the young girl in spring, became the Mother of Summer and now is the old woman, the crone of winter. She is associated with places of death and with vortices active during the Winter season.

But spring sees renewal and fresh beginnings. Life has never really died, it has just been sleeping. During Brigit’s time, it is reawakened with the fire of life. After the Winter Solstice, the sun is channelled into the womb of the earth, fertilising the Mother, so that crops will grow and feed the community. Brigit is a Spring Goddess, an aspect of Sovereignty. (Sovereignty is the feminine consciousness of the earth). The fire festivals brought hope and the promise of abundance. After a long dark winter of eating food they had stored throughout the year, they looked forward to eating green plants and planting their fields with corn. It was a celebration of survival, of having lived through yet another long, cold season, and emerging into the light and increasing warmth of the sun. It was a time of joy and celebration and, I imagine, a certain amount of relief.

The festivals were not purely symbolic. They were energetic practices designed to assist the physical earth and to keep her vitality flowing. A healthy earth means healthy people. In becoming attuned to the Brigit energy, through the mantle and the flame, you become aligned to the spring focus of fertility and become custodian of sites flowing with the energy of the Mother Goddess that you resonate with, and hold in care.

The Flame of Brigit is the light that warms the soil in Spring. The fire is the earthly representative of the Sun, allowing the seeds to germinate beneath the ground. Above ground, she is Grainne, Goddess of the Sun, the feminine aspect of solar energy.

Grainne too, as a Solar Goddess, is the transition between Winter and Spring. She is quiet in Winter, pale and wan but still shining. When Spring comes, she grows stronger, her light warmer. Together Brigit and Grainne bring light and warmth to the world. One from below and one from above. Grainne’s flame is white, a flame of renewal. Her flames awaken sites that have lain dormant and unused for centuries. She is the Divine Feminine light and warmth of the world.

Once these flames is are anchored in your energy field you can light these fires energetically, at sites where this was once done. That light then travels through the network of energy lines, bringing with it the promise of new life and allowing the seeds to grow and to reach for the light and warmth of the nurturing Solar Goddess. The seeds that you plant are not only physical, such as when you work at sacred sites, but also energetic. They are anchored at religious places too, such as churches etc. and illumine that which has become stagnant. Bringing new life and new inspiration.

Having a Past Life Reading.

Although you can find some information on the Soul Readings page, I thought I would go into a little more detail on how the past-life readings happen, as they differ from Soul Readings, which give you information on what you are doing when not in physical incarnation.

The first thing I do is ask your guides and Soul for your history. When I feel the energy coming in, I go to my internal study. From here, I can access all your Soul records.

In my mind, this room looks like an old gentleman’s study. There is a fire blazing in the fireplace, warming the room. On either side of the fireplace are large bookcases, filled with Soul records. In front of a large window, looking out onto a beautiful garden, there is a large desk where I sit and read the book of your Soul History. This ‘study’ is my internal access to what are otherwise known as the Akashic records.

Once I have retrieved your Soul History book, which contains both your past lives and the lessons learned, I am shown one of your lives that has importance in the one you are currently living. The energy of that life then comes into my consciousness and I feel the story emerging from there. In effect, I become your past-life personality and I write your story as if it was mine; I am experiencing it too.

This is an important aspect of the reading. In living your past-life personality, I feel, think and see everything from your Soul perspective. That means that as you listen to the recording, you are directly experiencing everything too. It is, after all, your past life experience. As you hear the words, the energy is transferred to you as a healing energy. Often your guides will give me information on why you have chosen this lifetime’s challenges and how you can use that information to move forward.

We come into each life with a plan of learning and a desire to experience and grow. There are people we have agreed to connect with, to learn from and sometimes to leave. Some of our lives are easier than others but all provide challenges to help us grow. The events in our past lives sometimes leave emotional imprints and beliefs that affect us in this one. We may feel as though we are going around in circles, trying to gain an understanding of why we continue to do the same things, repeating patterns we thought we had healed. Sometimes, no matter what we do, we cannot get to the bottom of it.

This is when a past-life reading is useful. We are not simply dealing with current life issues, but also working through older lifetimes. A persistent problem might have its roots in a prior existence, and in this case, a reading may help to uncover it. Once we connect to the root of the problem, we have the knowledge we need to heal the issue and can use the healing skills we have learned to resolve it.

When we are planning our next lifetime, we choose which issues to work through. We could be working through multiple lives simultaneously; lives which have a common energy or which are pertinent to what we want to learn in this one. People we connect with in this lifetime, even people we have challenges with, are often people we have known in those lifetimes. Like characters in a play, we know the roles we are playing with them. We wrote the script together. The challenge is often to overcome past issues with them and when we have achieved this we move on. This can be a very difficult concept to accept, especially if we have been in abusive or damaging relationships. But no relationship is a mistake. A past life reading can help us see the bigger picture, allowing us to let go, and grow.

Having a reading can be a profoundly moving experience and can take time to integrate. There are many lessons to be learned in each life we live, so seeing the roots of a problem can be the first step in overcoming something that has been an issue for a long time. Once we know it, we cannot unknow it and we will receive little prompts from our Soul-consciousness reminding us of where we are concerning the challenge we are working on.

I have found, through my own past-life work, that often I am given a past-life memory, or information about the details of the life in question because it is important for me to know what I am working on. I might have been working through that past-life issue for decades. This information usually comes when I am close to completing that particular challenge and therefore the information is helping me to consciously work on resolving it. It can still take years, but it can then be whittled down, step by step. Past-life readings are given because you have reached a place where you need to understand something. Having the past-life information assists you in understanding the root of your current circumstances so you can change your situation for the better.

That information does not remove the challenging circumstances, however. We are here to learn after all, but it helps us know what we are dealing with so we can work to overcome it.

When I do a reading, I am doing it from the perspective of the Soul, so it is important to remember that. Our Souls see our physical lives in much more expansive ways than we do. There is less judgment, and more need to learn as much as possible. Even a so-called ‘negative’ life can be an important vehicle for learning. So keep that in mind.

Once you have received your reading, and you still have questions, or you feel you need to talk about what has come up, you can contact me on my facebook page. I am more than happy to be a sounding board or to help you understand something you find difficult.

If you would like to further explore the Soul concept of past lives, read Dr. Michael Newton’s books: Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls. These describe why, and how, we choose our lives and who we choose to live them with. If you want to expand your current learning, and understand the deeper reasons for your life, read those books. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They will help to you to understand your own past-life reading from your Soul’s perspective.

Unexpected Dragon Clearing.

cornwall056I have been busy lately, having undergone some shifts relating to letting go of allowing myself to be controlled, or manipulated into doing what others want me to do.
As healers, we are particularly susceptible to this, but once we recognise how someone else’s needs may be holding us back, it is then up to us to allow it or to move on to more empowered living.
It can be painful and disorienting but ultimately freeing.
Controlling or manipulative behaviour stems from fear, and is not done on purpose. Recognising that helps us to stay out of a victim-place, knowing that, once we understand what we are experiencing we can then make choices about what course of action needs to be taken.
For me, it is about pulling back, finding my own centre again. Sometimes it feels like starting over, and that’s OK too. I immerse myself in creativity and find my new direction, which appears eventually.
I had an experience with dragon energy three weeks ago which I now understand was the start of this letting go. I was preparing to go to Carisbrooke Castle, on the Isle of Wight, to do energy work when I closed my eyes and saw a rainbow dragon swirling up around my legs. As it moved further up around my body it became a black dragon, and then further up still a white dragon. As it spiralled around me it was collecting energy the same colour as itself, so the black dragon was collecting black energy streams, and the rainbow dragon, different colours energy streams. When it reached above my head it spun itself, as if on a spindle and spiralled back to where the energies had originated. what-are-dragons1
I saw that they were other people’s energy: desires, Will, needs. I didn’t know what they were exactly, but I knew they were sent out from other people and were affecting me somehow. Later, I realised that it was through using an essence, one I made at St. Nectan’s Waterfall but never actually used, that this was happening in the first place. I never knew what this essence was for but through this experience I discovered that it clears other people’s energy commitments from your ‘field’, freeing you to follow your own path!
I am still going through this process, as it takes time and much clearing of emotion to continue a path you didn’t know you weren’t on anymore! But I am slowly feeling more centred again and more in control of my own destiny!
So, once again, I have learned a new way that dragon-energy works in our field. The fact that the dragons shifted colour as they moved up through my energy-field tells me about the energies I had inadvertently accepted; the thoughts or desires that I thought were mine but which were proving to be a blockage to my own path.
This must happen all the time, to everyone. We all affect each other, one way or the other, but sometimes it gets in the way and needs to be cleared. The people from whom we have accepted these energy streams become very obvious as we begin the process of clearing. It is in our everyday interactions with people that tell us what behaviours and feelings are connected to them. Once we have that information, then we can choose what we do with them. I usually withdraw gracefully and continue on my own path. Other people can fulfil their needs, it doesn’t have to be me.
So now I am back on track…or at least getting there and getting ready to continue the journey. I have only a vague idea of where this is leading me but it will be of my Soul’s choosing, not anyone else’s.

The White Dragons of Inspired Creation.

The white dragon comes in many ways and works in many creative ways. The white dragons I am speaking about here are creative muses, guiding our creativity.

When the first white dragon appeared to me it looked like the Luck Dragon from The Never-Ending Story, not the traditional idea of a white dragon. It was long-bodied and loving, smiling and wingless. But the image of this dragon, as the Luck Dragon, told me what it meant: it was a creator energy from the realms of imagination and brings inspiration and the joy of creativity.

The white dragons are an upper-dimensional energy, inspiring us to be creative, and bringing into our third dimensional world the creations which exist in higher dimensions of creation. These creations can come in through art, through writing, through music. Anything that effects other human beings and brings them energy through these mediums.

Before I moved to Sahl Hasheesh, by the Red Sea in Egypt, they began to appear out of the sea, giving me gifts while I stood on the sand. They had evolved from the Luck dragon image to white dragons with large wings. The traditional dragon. Or maybe it was me who had evolved… Either way, at that time, I connected with a book editor, a piano teacher and an art teacher. All who lived there too. The things I had wanted to develop for a long time were now accessible. I was inspired to write and make art everyday and I was the most creative I have ever been in my life. It was joyful, productive and fed me like nothing ever had. Everything creative that I wanted to do manifested there.

The coral seas around Sahl Hasheesh and Hurghada were a Womb of Creation with a gorgeous feminine energy that guided me daily. That is what the Divine feminine presence called it: The Womb of Creation. Once I had come back into a measure of balance, after a very tumultuous period living in Luxor, the dragon showed up there. Before she came, I healed my soul and my body by the sea, connecting to the peace, and healing, the Divine Feminine offered there. Then, when I was ready, it was time for my creative development.

My dragon guide, the White, was strong and because the Dragons are part of our own consciousness, she knew exactly what I needed. The dragons appear to be separate to us; we see them that way. But they are extensions of our own energy consciousness as it exists in the dragon dimension. When they appear, you know you are on a journey of creativity, where your creative dreams can take root.

There are places all over the world where your white dragon might guide you. When you are ready to release your active, creative self, your white dragon will appear. The creations that are yours to create, to bring into the world, come with them. They bring them to you, opening your mind to receive their words, their colours, their notes. The White Dragon, when it appears to you, is your Spiritual/Soul artistic guide, there to teach you how to create Divinely inspired works that help and inspire others.

All the dragon energies are connected to the Energy of the Earth consciousness; they are a way to bring into physical form, the energies which will trigger and teach others on the earth plane. Especially when that teaching is related to healing within the realms of Earth. Bringing their Dragon awareness to the minds of Humanity is their task.

Healing art, healing words, healing music, all are the domain of the White Dragon. She/he calls you to create. To bring inspiration and higher energies to the world, to fill that world with higher frequency creations which help to raise the consciousness of others. So allow her inspirations to guide your hand and heart.

So, if you find yourself anchoring, or having spiritual journeys with the White Dragons, you will know why. They ask you to hone your skills and make yourself the best you can be with your art, so that others can benefit from your Divine Dragon Inspiration. Bring their world into our world so that we learn to be co-creators with them. You are a dragon-human partnership.

These energies are very real, and tangible if you are sensitive to energy. They are not empty symbols, but powerful, creative, elemental energies.

Let them guide you into realms of pure creation.
