The Grail and the Blood sacrifice.

There is another aspect to the Grail work that I will talk about here:

holy-grail-blood-cupAs you progress further with your work as a Planetary healer the archetypes of the ‘grail which holds the blood’ becomes less of a symbol and more of a reality, although it is not the ‘blood of Christ’ which you hold in the vessel but the ‘blood’ of your own sacrifice.  Blood is your life force, it is what keeps you alive. When you are doing something in your life which means you have to sacrifice something precious it is like sacrificing your own blood. It is emotionally painful but necessary. It is also one of the hardest things to do.  My first experience of this came when I was in Lyme Regis with Chris doing my 7th Gateway Initiation. It was an emotionally difficult time:

24 August 2005.

“While I was in Lyme Regis with Chris we stayed in Bridport.  While I was trying to fathom everything that I was feeling I had a vision. Quetzalcoatl appeared in front of me and he was holding a carved stone bowl of water in his hands. He held the water out for me to take and drink, so I did. When the bowl was empty he remained there. I then saw myself cutting my left wrist and allowing the blood to poor into the stone bowl. When it was full the Quetzalcoatl priest turned and walked up the steps of the Serpent Pyramid at Chichen Itza and offered it up to the Sun. He told me that in order to partake of the Waters of Life I needed to sacrifice some of myself in return. This felt like the sacrificing of my own emotions in order to gain the gifts.”tlahuicole5

I didn’t really understand what he meant, in hindsight, but I do now. Receiving these energies meant sacrifice on my part, sacrifice which would be experienced as challenging and painful and that has certainly proved to be the truth. Doing this work of bringing in the Gaia Method and doing the earth energy work has meant I have had to sacrifice much of what I wanted for my life. It also meant that I was sacrificing a ‘normal’ life. Although the gifts far outweigh the sacrifices they are nonetheless difficult!

There is a significant difference between the sacrifice of the wrist cut and the palm cut. The cutting of the wrists seems to be more of an emotional nature, like sacrificing your life for the greater work. This sacrifice is a gift to Humanity and signifies your readiness to work for the benefit of the whole.  Cutting the palm of either hand is about the sacrificing of your resources, your give and take. It is a sacrifice you make yourself. If you have a vision about a heart sacrifice then that symbolic gesture is obvious. Your relationship needs, on all levels, are sacrificed for the greater good. A most painful experience indeed. These sacrifices are only ‘offered’ once you have reached a certain point in your own healing and can accept guidance from your guides and soul without allowing your own Will to get in the way. That is not to say that they are easy, they are not, but you understand at this point, the necessity of it, and are willing to let go of your own Will in order to achieve the necessary goals. This allowing is not a form of co-dependence, spiritual or otherwise, although at times you do question that, but you are consciously choosing this path and are fully aware of its implications. It is also not martyrdom, although at times you will question that too, especially if you are raised within a religious culture where martyrdom is seen as somehow desirable. There are fine lines between delusion and spiritual reality here! Recognising your own emotional and behavioural patterns is indispensable.

On another occasion, while doing energywork at the sea in Southsea, on MOD land, I had the following vision:

“I saw my left hand, but it was the hand of the Goddess Lakshmi and she was holding it out and up. In her palm was a golden lotus. A sword, like a scimitar, had its point in the centre of her palm and it rotated slightly into her flesh until drops of blood appeared. I thought this was a bit weird but I continued to watch. As the drops of blood came from her hand she allowed it to pour into the vortex, filling the area with her life-force. The entire area became red. Then I was Lakshmi, and I felt in my power as her, giving and yet powerful. I was aware of my/her energy filling this entire energy and bringing back the awareness of the Goddess into this male-dominated area of the land and sea. She was reclaiming her world and giving something back in return. I can’t help feeling that there is something about her own pain there as she has to be bled in order to give. ”

Now I understand what this was about. Lakshmi is the Goddess of Abundance and the scimitar is the Middle Eastern sword energy. It really was telling me about what I had to do here in Egypt. Coming here and helping financially has often felt like I was being ‘bled dry’ by the needs of the people around me. It has not been easy, especially as I have had to struggle so much myself in the process. It has been a sacrifice but it has allowed me to do a lot of energywork here, creating the network of energies which allows the Divine feminine to be anchored here again. The Goddess was sacrificing her own blood so she was choosing to do this for the good of the land and its people. At the time I received this vision I had no idea that I would be living here but it is certainly how things have worked out!

On another occasion, while receiving energy information about my husband, (19 may 2010):

“Last night I felt myself opening again. I raised my left hand high to bring something down and I saw both a flint dagger and a pink lotus being placed there. They seemed to be the same energy and initially I tried to separate them but I couldn’t so I had to let it be what it was. I then had to hold my right hand up and I brought the knife down and cut my right palm in a long cut. This felt a little freaky and I wasn’t sure if I hadn’t been reading too much of the Sookie Stackhouse books! Blood was flowing from my palm and then I saw Omar standing in front of me. He held the grail in his hands and I held my bleeding hand over it and allowed the cup to fill with my blood. When it stopped bleeding he brought the cup to his lips and drank it’s contents. He now had part of my essence in his body and was accepting my sacrifice.

Then I began to sprout branches from my body, like I was becoming a tree. Omar was still in front of me and I then said to him ‘Our fate is sealed, we are now One’. I was now standing beside him, on his right hand side and I had a long bow with arrows in my right hand. I was Artemis. He was now an Aztec warrior-priest and protector.”

Again this is exactly how things have worked out. I have sacrificed my own emotional needs for the past three years here and he has grown as a result. But this is the way it had to be if we were to work together as one unit. Aztec-priest-human-sacrifice-2

The blood sacrifice is usually an emotional one as sometimes the necessity of working for Humanity means that your own needs are left behind. But in the process you heal deep-seated issues and complete challenges which have proved difficult in previous lives. So nothing is wasted.

As with all of this work your guides ALWAYS offer this to you. You do have a choice. You are never put in a position where you have to sacrifice anything. It is always your choice. If you choose not to accept the voluntary sacrifice then there is no judgement. As always these ‘gifts’ are offered in Love. Usually it is an ‘inner’ decision rather than a rational one as the soul recognises the symbolic energy but the rational mind may not, until much later.

Sometimes it is during an attunement that the Quetzalcoatl priest will appear. During a Reiki 2 attunement with a Gaia method healer the priest stood in front of her:

“Then, just when we though it was finished the  priest was standing in front of her. He cut her wrists and then allowed the blood to pour into the bowl, with which he then walked up the pyramid, and offered it to the Gods”.

On another occasion, while doing another Reiki and Gaia Method attunement the priest appeared and asked the person if they wanted to accept their sacrificial path. She decided that she did not want to take this step. She was worried about having said no but another guide appeared and told her that there was no judgement  and that everyone’s life, and path, was their own to choose.

Although, what I do find interesting is that so far, it is only women who are called upon to make this sacrifice! I haven’t had any experience of the sacrifice with the men who have received the attunements. Perhaps it is because women are embodying the Goddess and men have to learn to serve her once again. But maybe in the future that will change. I  will have to wait and see.

It is easy though, to see how all of these sacrificial energies became misunderstood in the past,  and where they all became physical sacrifices over time. They had the right idea but had lost their reverence for life and the understanding of the sacrifice.

The Chalice/Grail.

This was written while I was still living in Egypt.

As with the Sword, again we are dealing with Arthurian myth, and also ancient symbols. These energies have many functions, but the prime energetic function of the chalice is a vessel, a vessel which holds divine energies. It is not an attunement energy, but something that you become as you continue to clear out your own personal issues – and devote yourself to service of the Planet and its healing. You become the vessel of Divine energies. This means you are an open channel and have agreed, with your guides and Elders, to be the receptacle of energies which can be placed or used in the environment to bring balance and healing.

Sometimes, when I am passing an attunement I am holding a chalice and giving a communion wafer to someone. This is usually because I am going to be giving a specific energy to someone. The communion wafer is the energy of the Mother. It is her ‘bread’, the bread of life which sustains us and is given as a gift from her chalice, her vessel. The ‘communion bread’ is her substance but it has also been charged with the Divine Masculine Solar energies and so it is a balance of both. But it remains symbolic of the knowledge and sustenance that is the gift of Mother Earth, to us. It is her divine gift of ‘communion’, in its real sense. Communing means to get very close to something or someone. Taking this communion into your body can’t get much closer that that.

The following was written while I living in Egypt: “Yesterday, while I was writing and listening to music, I felt the need to raise my arms up. This is usually when I am about to receive energies from ‘Upstairs’. One of the energies I brought down was a large communion wafer, like the one the Catholic priest places in his mouth during the mass ritual. I knew this meant I was about to pass on a larger amount of energy than usual  and as my friend Chris (without whom the Gaia Method Earthways would never have happened) is coming to Luxor for a month, and will go through  his sixth gateway initiation, I imagine it will be for him. So, again, the energies which you need will often be given in advance. All you have to do is be open to receive it.”

When you are about to do energywork, your guides place the necessary energies into your centre, your lower Tan Tien behind the nevel). It can feel as though you are an open cup which is being filled, and this feeling can be very physical, like there is something heavy in your belly. These energies are very real and, like the water energies of the ‘umbilical’, you will carry them until you have placed them where they need to be.  winchfishchalice2

Once you have become the energies of the Grail, you are also then able to anchor that energy in the earth. While I was working in Winchester with Chris and Eartha, we had to join energy lines together – over a period of time. (We had received our ‘instructions and downloads’ at the Chalice Well in Glastonbury). Together these lines joined into an archetypal energyfield of fish, Chalice and crib, joined together to create the energies of male and female fertility.

In this image, the chalice is the two yellow lines which cross. Each point, and end of a line, joins to a sacred site. The fish encompasses the whole image representing the fertility of water.i.e. the river Itchen. (I will deal with the fish energy in another post). We didn’t know what was going to be the outcome, but we followed our directions, anchoring and walking a line until it became apparent that what we were doing was creating an archetypal energyfield in the landscape.

The entire energy is the Fish in the Chalice which leads to a divine Birthing (Crib) of energies in Winchester. I am aware that much of this work appears in Christian symbols, but these symbols are ageless and were incorporated into Christian religion because they are potent symbols of power and contain universal meaning. The fish is a symbol of the fertility that comes from the water. The cauldron, I believe, is the precurser to the grail/chalice, women traditionally being the keepers of the cauldron and sacred wells. The masculine principle joins with the feminine energies in the landscape to create the birth of new thinking, new ways of living which are more in tune with the land, and new life; a wondrous creation.

Although the Grail story itself originated in the Christian tradition, and with the Arthur stories, women, such as priestesses, have learned to hold these sacred energies. They have gotten to a point where they could hold the energy, in complete trust, without trying to control the placement of the energies they are given.

I remember the first time, I became aware of my guides filling my chalice with energies in preparation for a working. Chris and I were due to go to Farley Mount, Winchester, the following day. It was January 2009. We were sitting in our caravan when  one of my Elder guides came in.

He planted a white flame, with blue, pink and yellow flames, as though it were one four-fold flame, in my lower tan Tien. I somehow knew it was for energy work we were about to do at Beacon Hill, a few miles away. Four lines went out from the flame and created an X. At the end of each line of this X was a white lotus, with the three colours, blue, pink and yellow on the petals. They felt like four places where the flowers would be ‘set’.

The energy moved in through the top of my head, and through my body, until it sat behind my navel. It was a very strange experience, as though I was an open pot. At that point I was not aware of how the energies worked or of the significance of the Chalice, but, the following day, I planted the energies and then I understood. When it happened next time, I was more prepared.

It seems to be a common occurrence, that before I am due to do any work, whether it be to pass an attunement or to work in the field, the energies are placed in my chalice. If I am given energies to hold and I am not passing an attunement then I know that within a short time I will have to do some work somewhere. The more you progress, the larger your energy-field becomes, and the more energies you can hold. Doing any other form of healing, or energyfield training, helps to expand the amount of energy you can channel and hold.

I wrote the above many years ago and have become used to these energies coming in. They still come in days before a significent working, but I have grown familiar with the feelings in my belly, so that they no longer feel so unusual. Unless, of course, it is going to be a big working needing a lot of energy.

Duiske Abbey
Old Minster

In 2009 I also recorded a dream: I was in Duiske Abbey in Graiguenamanagh (where I grew up) but it was called the Old Minster (in Winchester). The church was not there initially, then it was. I raised my arms and brought down a large gold chalice and anchored it in the foundations. I kept forgetting my sandals and uncle Philip was standing there as one of the guardians.(In life, he was very connected to the abbey in Graiguenamanagh). He had this whole set-up of a beautiful clear-blue water beach. The water was pristine and sparkling and I wanted to go into it.

This dream was about the anchoring of the Divine Feminine energies in Winchester Cathedral, which we have been doing for nearly twenty years now, and clearing the water lines beneath Winchester itself. The spring is also beneath the high altar in the cathedral. Of course, many other people come to Winchester to do their energywork, adding to the layers of change and growth.

So not only are we the vessels, we also anchor the grail energies, the Divine Feminine, where it is needed. But always under guidance. Often we only know what to do once we get there.

Sometimes, during an attunement, another chalice will appear. This is often filled with blood, and you are asked to drink from it, or to offer it to someone else to drink. The blood in the chalice often represents an emotional sacrifice which will be painful. When you offered this chalice, you are being asked to go into a situation which will be emotionally challenging. A challenge to help someone else which will mean personal difficulty. This chalice is usually to do with a conscious self-sacrifice for the good of the whole. Drinking the cup means you have accepted the role you will play and the situation may mean having to sacrifice what you feel comfortable with, in exchange for a situation which is not. This is only offered because you are strong enough to do the work, and becasue there is persoanl healing involved too.

You do not have to accept this, but I usually do, even though I KNOW it is going to be difficult. I have learned, from experiecne, that it is a soul sacrifice and that both myself and the other person person involved will be in a MUCH better postion when all is done. The end result is often the best reward. Again, this idea of sacrifice of anaethma to our modern way of thinking, especially in the modern world of self-care, etc. But in the world of the Soul, certain agreed sacrifices offer you much growth. You might have to sacrifice money, freedom, joy, or whatever, for a time, but there is always much to be gained by acepting it. You go into a situation knowing what it will entail. You are not going in blindly. It is a choice.

If we are always thinking of ourselves and our own welbeing, and not considering the people around us, we become narrow, selfish, greedy and lacking in compassion. Sometimes, for the greater good, and for the healing of someone else, we need to put some of our needs on the back burner. But it is with concious awareness that we do it with intention and we always have the choice.

The Sword in Energywork.

ExcalaburCaledfwlchTranslucentWhen you receive your first Gaia Method attunement you usually, but not always, receive the energy of a Sword. Like all of the symbols/energies of this system the sword has differing levels of use, from the basic level of more-male focussed thinking to its use as an etheric acupuncture needle while working in the landscape.

As an attunement energy, it is called The Sword of Arthur. It is a directed, male energy which allows you cut to the truth of matters. This is the energetic sword of Western Europe, wherever the King Arthur stories are heard. In Egypt it is a different frequency and is called the Sword of Osiris. Each country or region, which has its own mythology.

As an earth-working tool it is an acupuncture needle, opening, or closing vortices in the landscape. My first experience of working with the sword as an ‘opener’ came when I was visiting Beaulieu Abbey with Chris Bishop in 2005. Usually we just walk until we feel the energy-place we need to work with, so we wandered around until I felt the energy of a vortex. It was about 40 feet in diameter and seemed to come from a small outbuilding of the original monastery, rather than from the main church, as I would have expected. This building was L-shaped and had been used as a wine-press and then a place to store sheep’s wool. plan_beaulieu_100(L-shaped building top right of ground plan pic).

I walked to where the centre of this vortex lay and stood on it. Beneath my feet I was suddenly aware of a sword,  embedded up to the hilt, in the centre of the vortex. My guides explained that this was the original meaning of the Sword in the stone which Arthur had pulled out and which proclaimed him to the once and future king.

The mysteries were really a story about the Planetary healing being carried out at the time, in Britain, when the country and its people were experiencing huge changes. The stories were a way of keeping the knowledge alive. Arthur, who was wedded to the Goddess Sovereignty (The Earth) had to be as healed and whole as possible. His masculine energy, in its whole sense influenced hte fertility of the land. Those who held the sword energy in their auric field had the ability to open and close the energetic gateways in the landscape. As the energy was allowed to flow unimpeded, the result was balance and fertility. Peace reigned, once the darkness in the land was released and healed, and balance was maniteined by those initiates who had attained a certain amount of self-knowledge and who could ‘wield’ the sword. Wielding the sword meant they listened to their guidance, travelled the country and trusted. They worked independently, and for the good of humanity. They had enough control over their thoughts, and emotions, and had  devoted their lives to bringing healing and balance to the land. They were ‘servers’ of the Goddess…the landscape…the Mother.

Back at the vortex, my guides instructed me to pull out the sword, and as I did, the vortex energies began to spin faster, expanding out over a wider area. I was told that when a vortex/gate needs to be ‘quietened down’ for any reason, such as when the site is about to be taken over by forces that would use the energy for a negative purpose, then the sword is used to slow the spin, or close it completely. This decision would not have been taken lightly.

Energy gates/vortices keep the energies of the landscape flowing, and usually caretakers live nearby in order to maintain the site’s energetic status. Abundance flows through these sites, which is why, in the past, places such as these were able to generate such great wealth from the landscape. They worked within nature’s laws and so reaped the harvest. When a site is in danger of being used by people who would takethat harvest for their own greed, a decision is made to either close a gate completely or to slow it down so that the energies cannot be used for personal gain. The men who take the wealth of these sites do not think of it in terms of energy. All they see is the wealth generated and they want that wealth for themselves. But for those who work within the Mother’s energy field it can be a heart-breaking decision to close a gate. They know what will happen when the gates are closed and how that will effect everyone who was otherwise nurtured by its energies.

You only have to look at a sacred building to know its energetic status. If it is in ruins, then its energy is not flowing. If it is still standing, and still used, then the energies are still flowing. Once a gate way is closed then, slowly, the land begins to suffer and so do the people. The ‘light’, effectively, goes out.

There are gates on the ground level, beneath the earth, in caves etc. and in upper levels, on mountains and hills. There are also vortices in lakes and pools of water. There are gates in the energy layers above the earth and the sword is used for all of these.

normal_IMG_4245One piece of information which we picked up in Beaulieu was that there was a connection between Corfe castle and Beaulieu. Corfe castle has gateways on two different levels, which were also closed before it was taken by Cromwell’s forces. The same thing happened to Beaulieu. All of these sites worked together and those who were their caretakers kept the lines flowing between one site and another. They worked together for the benefit of the Mother, her people, and the Source.

This vortex work has been done for thousands of years, even since before our ‘humanity ‘has been incarnating on earth. I have worked with vortices which were millions of years old but the energy is still the same. Our ancient myths and archetypes tell us everything we need to know about the earth.

The more you work with gates/vortices the more they will appear as Lotus’s or roses, or other symbolic energies. They can often also simply be senses as vortices, depending on the energy. You might see them differently. Each ‘flower’ has its own significance. Lotus sites are like minor ‘chakra’ points and magenta roses are connected to the Mother layer, above sea level, and are usually much larger points. The Rose sites are also connected to the ground level and connect to the level above, to the magenta level of the Earth’s energy field. Remembering that these layers are connected to the Divine Mother’s planetary body. If you anchor a rose site, you will know it is a channel for that magenta layer, a channel which allows the Mother’s love to flow into the physical world where it can be accessed by everyone around it.

When you are working on a site you will be guided to use the sword. It is as though you are just a witness to what it happening, as though there is another ‘you’ carrying out this work while you watch and wait. You will see the sword being either placed in a vortex, or taken from one. Sometimes you will see it turning, like a key in a lock or you will hold it high as it opens a gate in another layer above you.

There are also times when you will see an energetic cord being attached to the hilt which you will then take someplace else. Trust what you see … you are not making it up. Just because it seems like it is simply your imagination, it is not. It is on an energetic level, it is really happening!  Trust is the key here. The challenge is to learn to watch rather than to make it happen with your mind. You will know when it is being done properly because it will just happen, without you doing anything to force the images. Often what happens can be a surprise. That is a good thing, because then you know you couldn’t possibly be making it up! The more you do it the more you learn to trust it.

The more proficient you become with using the sword energies, your own guides and soul will give you larger swords, for larger work on bigger sites.
Usually, while you are in training, you are given small sites to do. As you gradually become used to the energies, and your energy field is able to hold larger amounts of energy, larger sites are then worked with. It isn’t something you think about; it is just something that happens.  You are the channel.

Sometimes, depending on how ‘visual’ you are, you will see spirit people giving you swords. They appear in your mind, sometimes days before you even know you are going somewhere. This is because they know you have work to do and they want to activate the energetic tools you hold (as symbols), before you get there. Now you are energetically prepared and your ‘other self’, the one that actually does the work, knows what to do. These spirit people will come in such a way that will give you clues as to what time period and/or energies you are working in. Their mode of dress and actions will tell you. We really are living in a multi-dimensional world and these people inhabit a mythic dimension which helps us humans to rediscover our ancient abilities. All we have to do is to trust.

This can also happen when you are about to give healing to someone. Your guides may come in with additional energy information wihich only become clear when you are working with someone.

The Umbilical Cord.

There are some elements to this work which can feel physically strange, such as energy-tubes emerging from the lower Tan Tien, the centre behind your navel, and moving into vortices or rivers. To my mind’s eye, the tube looks like a fireman’s hose and its purpose is to either fill up the energy centre with fluid energy, so you can bring it someplace else. It’s a way of moving water-energy about, connecting rivers and lakes to each other.

When this happens, it will create a pulling sensation in the belly, and you will either see, or feel, an umbilical hose emerge fromt hat point and move into the water. It then sucks in water, like an elephant’s trunk, until that centre is full. The energy is then carried in the belly until it is ready to be deposited someplace else. It can often feel quite bloating, as you carry this energy in your body.

This umbilical hose has a consciousness all of its own and can activate at any time. Even while in a car, train or plane. As you pass a body of water, the fire-hose umbilical cord will emerge and move quickly into the water while you are passing. More often than not, if it happens while you are a passenger in a car, you might find yourself stuck in a traffic jam, and the hose will emerge, take up water while you sit waiting, and then be finished by the time the jam clears. I sometimes think obstacles were created just for that purpose! You never know with this work…

During the times this has happened with me, when I am full of water, I have no clue for where it is destined – until I get there. I just have to trust it. Sometimes, along with the water, small diamond energies also flow into my centre via the tube, which also stay in my centre until they are required elsewhere. And that ‘anywhere’ could literally be anywhere.

On one occassion, way back before I lived in Luxor, I had to deposit the water energy of the River Itchen, in Hampshire, into a place in Luxor. The river itchen is a river a few of us have been activating and bringing back to its energetic fertility for years. I had taken up this water and then had promptly forgotten about it. I had also done the same in Ireland, pulling in water, and in parts of the UK.

Chris and I were staying for three weeks in a flat but the swimming pool had not yet been built. Instead what was destined to be the pool, was a vegetable garden, becasue no peace of valuable land would go unworked and there was always time to grow onions, tomatoes, and rocket, etc. Our flat was on the third floor so we could see the Nile from there, and look down over this walled garden. This is my journal entry for that time:

“I was sitting on the balcony, having our usual million cups of tea, when I stood up and looked over the rail. I felt the familiar pulling sensation of my stomach wanting to connect to the ground. This had happened the first day we arrived here too. The swimming pool has still not been built and Jamal is growing vegetables in the space. I felt the pulling sensation in my navel and my umbilical unwound like a hose and moved down to connect with the ground. Then all the water I had accumulated from the rivers and wells in Ireland and England flowed through it and filled the space with a pool of water. Then it wound itself back up into my navel. Process complete. I wondered what was going to happen with all that water I had absorbed!”

Looks lovely, but it was stolen from us by the Egyptian owner.

As it turned out that was the exact spot where they eventually built the pool but we never got to enjoy it. But, because of that time in the flat, I met someone else I would work with in Luxor, which gave me the opportunity to heal many deep-seated traumas and do some amazing energy work there. I was transferring energy from the west to the east, a process which I, and others, are still doing.

On a later occasion, I was with my friend Eartha, another Gaia Method healer who I have done a lot of work with. She lives in Dorset, around Corfe Castle, one of my most favourite places in England. Dorset and its sacred places come under her guardianship. On that occassion, we were spending the weekend in her teepee and she took me to a place which she does energywork regularly: a beautiful ancient trackway beneath Nine Barrows Down. This is the journal entry for that time:

“…we wandered back but we continued down Eartha’s priestess path until we came to a sand pit. I was explaining to Eartha how we can access ancient energy here because the time layers are exposed, and we went to stand by the sandbank. While I was talking I felt the odd sensation of my umbilical cord moving out like a hose and moving deep into the earth to some ancient water source. My umbilical hose is now about 6 inches in diameter and is golden. It pulled up lots of liquid from deep in the earth and I had to stand there until it was complete. This entire area is ‘priestessy’ for Eartha, and it feels very ancient, more Atlantean really! She was having to pull energy into her field which looked like green and then gold like wings. When we were finished the gold hose came up and at the opening of it there was now a facetted ruby egg. When my umbilical coiled itself back the ruby stayed at the end and inserted itself into my centre. It feels like it needs to go somewhere else, to be planted like I planted the water in the Flat. “

(When I speak of Atlantis I am speaking of the time when the continents were joined in one larger landmass, millions of years ago. I am not speaking of the Atlantis of Plato.)

This umbilical cord also connects to other people when they need healing or replenishment and seems to activate from that other part of us that knows what it is doing. Often I feel like a witness to what happens, when I do energywork, but it is the accumulation of all of my soul training which is being used and me, as Ann, doesn’t often understand what the energy part of me is doing until much later; I just have to trust it. Other energy-work healers say the same thing!

On a visit to Cornwall with Chris in 2006, we found that many ancient settlement sites were also set up to fulfil the same function:

“Our next visit was Carn Euny, an Iron Age settlement site. It was a terrific place and the fougou was amazing. My first impression, before entering, was a layer of fear which had been added later. It might have been to keep people out, a little like a powerful magus using it for his own purpose rather than as its original intention. As I walked into the fougou itself I instantly saw a group of council elders/druids and it felt like a kiva. A place of power originally intended as a place of law and ritual, the hub or centre of the community.

Originally there was nothing ‘precious’ about the fougou, it was just seen for what is was, the navel of the community, and given its due respect. It was an accepted part of the community. People lived around it, got on with their lives around it. It was part of their everyday lives. The fougou entrance symbolised the umbilical cord, the source of nourishment for the community. They were well-fed and taken care of and had a good community spirit, like the Hopi Indians. From this place you can see the sea and it feels like a beautiful place, a perfect place to live.

I sat on stone slab and closed my eyes. An Arabic woman dressed in black appeared and in her arms she held a naked boy-child, sickly and thin. She placed the boy on the ground in front of me and stood back, silently asking me to heal her sick child. Initially I wasn’t sure what to do and then I saw my umbilical cord move down into the earth beneath me, feeding the settlement with the energy I’ve been carrying from Men an Tol since yesterday! I didn’t even know I’d been carrying it but they had said something about a download but I didn’t realise what they meant, until now! No wonder I felt so bloated.

Anyway, when this process of ‘feeding’ had finished my cord was retracted and I saw the energy of a tribal runner sending communication to other settlements, letting them know that the Mother’s energy has returned at last, the lines are flowing once again. There was great excitement and it felt really good.”

As it turned out, this was about my work in Egypt, which at that time, I did not know I would be doing. But all my work there was to open the lines of the Mother’s energy. But it was also an anchoring of the energy in carn Euny, which mirrored what I would do in Egypt.

Working with the ‘umbilical’ cord seems to be a natural part of Planetary Healing. Once, while at a workshop in Wales with Jhadten Jewell I was speaking to another healer and I was trying to explain to her what happens with the umbilical energies. She said that that was part of Vortex Healing. I had never heard of Vortex healing, but it would be interesting to see if it is the same thing.

Another way the umbilical cord can be experienced is while working with trees. You may find yourself suddenly feeling an emotional connection with a tree but this time, instead of you extending the umbilical cord, the tree will feed you through an umbilical cord. It feeds you with its sap or with the water that runs up through the trunk to the upper branches. The upper branches are where the consciousness of the tree resides and once you have been fed by a tree in this way, as though you have been given a tree infusion, you begin to identify other tree beings and start to process events and life as if you yourself were a tree. You start to recognise other sentient trees. The tree is like a mother-tree, feeding you as she feeds the young trees in her care.

Just as a baby in the womb is fed fluids through the umbilical cord from the mother’s blood, blood which nouishes the baby and helps it to grow, so too does the enrgetic umbilical cord pass energetically nourishing fluids through it. In this way, you become both the feeder and the fed.

Create a network of colonies where those who seek to re-establish themselves within the new World energies can come and receive healing and instruction in the new ways of living. Adjust your own living experience to encompass all methods of healing and living so that, no matter what happens, you can survive in the best way possible. You will have learned how to grow and cook, how to fish and hunt and how to fend for yourself. We do not speak in metaphor here as time, for a time, will undergo a radical and momentous shift so that all those who dwell in the past will be enabled to survive as their gifts to humanity are those of survival and withdrawal.

See the world as a vast kitchen, where all that you require to eat is held in abundance. If you can but look past the current conditioning of supermarkets, and chain stores you will see another reality emerging which will ensure the continuing revival of humanity in a way which is joyous and wonderful, depending on the Mother for everything.

This we will teach you now. Hold in your field the picture/possibility of renewal. Imagine that the world has undergone a momentous shift and that everything you once knew has gone. Imagine how it would be to live in this world, to survive the climate change and the change in lifestyle. Imagine how living in this world could be and fill your picture with the light of the Divine. Fill it with the joy of conscious communication with all that lives on the planet so that all who are involved with bringing in the new codes of light and life can be nourished and fulfilled by the visions which fill their hearts and minds. Fill it also with the divine light of Venus, so that her light shines throughout every thing you do. Allow it to infuse your imaginings with Ruby and Emerald light, the colours of the heart and hearth. Fill it with wondrous creations, with joy and life everlasting. Allow it to fill YOU with ITS vision so that everything you do and everything you create is a reflection of the world in which you will one day live. The world of Love.

But those things which seek to take from the earth and not give will be swept away. Nothing which violates the planet will remain; only that which seeks to replenish and grow from the earth will remain and all who live within the planet’s spheres, living and dying due to lack and destruction, will change and grow into something beautiful. But it is up to you who hold the codes, and who do this work on behalf of humanity, who will lead the way into the new World and that day is not long in coming.

Seek out the teachers who can teach you to survive physically. Learn from them the ancient skills of bee-keeping and learn to be an inspiration to others who seek to better their lot in this world and who seek to give, not take.

For your journey is one of delight in life and living. Learning to remember the ancient codes whereby lived your ancient ancestors, off the land and of the land, providing succour to those who lived outside the protected and sacred circles. This you will do once more for all who live within the circle are destined to be the holders of the keys to humanity’s survivals and ultimate destiny and who will provide the teaching necessary to survive the Shift of the Ages. All you who take this training from us are assured of survival, although it will prove to be an interesting task! For you will have to learn how to survive whilst still living in a material and critical world where everything you do runs contrary to established conventions and beliefs but in order to survive you must learn how to do this for one day soon all of those conventions and beliefs will collapse and you will be left holding what you have in the palm of your hand. So create your life well, amidst the change and the disbelief. Share your lifestyle with others who seek to ensure their own survival and seek out those others who also wish to live this way but who do not know how.

Live nomadically whilst still having a base so that you can ensure that the best possible outcome in this endeavour can be achieved.

We leave you now with joy in our hearts for what you have set out to achieve will benefit the whole of the world. Join with those others who also seek to benefit the world and create a new Eden, a garden of Plenty.

Personal commentary:

When I first began receiving all of this information on shifts and weather etc. I found it hard to believe. Now, however, I can see where it might just be true after all! I’m still not sure, though, of the extent of the damage. Some things are still hard to believe although it would explain the number of people learning survival skills and resurrecting older technologies!

This channelling was along the same lines as the Woman-kind channelling, telling of a time when the feminine will be in a very different position than she is now. I never really like posting this kind of channelling but at the same time, it helps those of us who do this work to understand just why we do it. It is simply time for change – and a new phase of human development.

“There is a rare prophecy which states: ‘No man can come to know the goddess unless he releases his need for control in this, her world’. Try as he might, he cannot right all the wrongs in the world without her help, but her help he does not seek – as yet. There will come a time, in the not-too-distant future, when that help will be sought because he will realise that the ‘world’ he has created, without her, has come to nothing but ruin and devastation. For this reason, and this reason alone, the things that are now coming, will happen in the way they happen. Time is running out for mankind in their current situation of learning. Soon it will be the time for the reckoning, and mankind will once again honour and value the goddess in woman-kind, and in the Earth’.

Daughters of light everywhere are gearing up for this momentous change, for soon it will be upon you all. You cannot change what is coming because it has been foretold that when man has reached the zenith of this cycle’s evolution the new energies will be installed – ‘fired up’ – bringing all who have prepared to a safe haven.

It will happen as foretold. Light will flood the planet, and time will appear to stand still. The Ruby Ray will be activated setting off a chain reaction around the globe.

The number of ‘incidences’ will exceed expectations and humanity will find itself at the brink of war as the forces of light battle for supremacy. You and your kin must be aware, and prepared, for this event, for darkness will reign while the battle is fought.

At no other time in humanity’s history has a battle of this magnitude been seen, therefore it is imperative that you remain calm and clear at all times. This will herald a complete change in your country’s lifestyle, and the changes we have spoken of before, will become a reality. There is no doubt. But if you follow our directions then you will be safe where you are. When this is all over you will begin to see why this has been necessary and you will rejoice in the dawn. For it is written: “Only when the light dawns for Humanity will the world succeed.” Think on this as it contains many truths.

Fledgling Humanity.

For years now I have struggled with the state of humanity and I have queried the New Age and Ascension it is said that we are involved in. Much of it never made sense to me. Ascension, as we understand it in the New Age movement, is our movement into the 5th Dimension and as we ascend we experience certain symptoms, all of which feel menopausal to me! Its been a long time since I did any ascension work and even when I was undergoing Ascension initiations I was very sceptical of  much of the beliefs, which, I might add, I was expected to believe in wholeheartedly!

12Thinking back on my first experience of Ascension I remember borrowing a book on it from another student in a Tarot class I was in. Reading the book made me feel so exited, even though there was so much in there I just could not believe, such as no longer having a physical body when we ascend. It was the word Ascension that got me. After 20+ years of conscious development and healing I can see now that that word was my ‘trigger’ word, the word that would set me on my path to becoming aware.

I spent the first ten years working on my ascension. I worked on opening myself up to the highest energies possible, meditating every day and getting to know my deeper unconscious, healing intensively. It was a roller-coaster of emotions and many times it was nightmarish. But I continued learning, and developing my psychic abilities and learned to channel.  I received initiations into a number of different healing modalities and used them all on myself…always healing.

One day, my guides told me that the following year I would have to go to do something important. I would recognise it when the ‘message’ came. A year later I received it. It was in one of the New Age magazines which I received regularly and was an advert about an Ascension workshop in Egypt the following June. As soon as I read the advert I knew that this was what they had told me about the previous year. Now I had never felt any connection to Egypt at all, but many of my meditation journeys involved training beneath the Sphinx, but I just thought that it was symbolic. I felt no heart connection to Egypt nor did I ever feel any desire to visit there. But it turned out to be the start of yet another journey in my life.

It was an amazing journey and I had some very powerful experiences, but when I returned to the UK and went back to work in the new Age bookshop I worked in, I found that every spiritual belief I had about anything New Agey disappeared. It was as though that vast space I had been trying to expand into for so many years suddenly shut! At the same time I began to do Life Between Life work and this was amazing. My connection to the world of our souls, and our reasons for being incarnated on the planet in the first place, changed my life and I began to follow a different direction. All of the illusions and delusions, which were useful learning tools at the time, fell away and I was able to see ‘truth’ more easily and deceptions were no longer tolerable…my own or anyone else’s. But I was also able to see from my soul’s perspective on things, which made my choices somewhat more challenging but I felt like I had more control…at least to a point!254938_10151293612596470_453146314_n

I was still healing; that never stops, but it had become easier and I was no longer experiencing those bi-polar type highs and lows. Now my guides started to introduce new concepts and I was on my Earth Healing path. The Gaia Method started to ‘come in’ and I began exploring the consciousness of the planet. I also began working on healing the wounded male psyche. Previously I had been working on my wounded feminine self and all my counselling training had been around that, or so I thought. I had been working on my co-dependency and abuse issues for years but now my guides told me to forget everything I had learned up until now as the time had come for me to heal the wounded male,;  as I had healed enough of my own wounded male and so was prepared for this new level of work.  Really??? This has been a challenging aspect of the journey and I constantly question it, especially when my situation feels more like I am just being co-dependent,  but one night I had a dream that I was reading a message in the personal ads in a newspaper. The advert was to me and it said ‘Under normal circumstances you would be doing every thing you could to get out of situations such as this but this time we want to go into it as much as you can’. I remember waking up and thinking ‘You must be joking’! But I understood what they meant.

So for nearly 10 years I have been doing that. My work with the Gaia Method has taught me so much but moving to Egypt, and experiencing a whole different reality, a reality of abuse, poverty and disempowerment. I began to question how we see ‘reality’ in the West, realising that it is an entirely different reality to the one which I was familiar with. Then I found myself constantly questioning why messengers keep coming to Earth if humanity doesn’t learn anything, or, if they do, why do they then twist the teachings to suit themselves and their own desire for power? Life in an Islamic country is like living on another planet! I began to see the world through very different eyes and I began to think about the fact that the three main Western  ‘prophets/teachers had all emerged from the Middle East. And yet, even so, the place is a mess. People are more violent, more abusive, more crazy. I began to despair that Humanity would ever ‘get it’. And what was ascension all about anyway, as millions of people in this part of the world were no nearer ascension than the man in the moon!

goldfinch-fledgling_1274901090Then a couple of weeks ago I received some channelling which magically stopped my despair! Two words in that channelling expressed everything; fledgling humanity. Humanity is still that young! ( I should really read more often the channelling I receive!)

The planet goes through these cycles periodically and during times of greater energy messengers come to bring in more spiritually aligned ways of living. We are collectively moving into a ‘greater light’ but we will still be here, incarnating and living and loving and dying and struggling until we get it and have grown up! We are children on this Earth and we have to learn to be adults. That could take thousands of years yet. But that is alright…and also an incredible relief! We are not expected to be perfect here…now, but we are being given extra energy in which to progress a little bit faster than usual. Again, this is not the first time, Jesus came in such a time too, a time of accelerated learning potential. The Buddha, and other great, and lesser, but no less important, teachers came in times of change. That is their mission, to uplift humanity and help weed their garden! These teachers are all around us and will always be until we no longer need them.

There are groups of Guides, or Masters who I call Lords, or at least that is how they call themselves to me, who oversee the development of humanity and who work with people all over  the world to help them steer us in the right direction. They don’t feel under pressure to make us whole right now so why do we? My own expectations for humanity, and my own despair at their apparent lack of movement, has now dissipated and I feel more accepting of Time. We as a people, have a long way to go yet,  so why should I expect so much? Children have to grow and all our teachers can do is give us boundaries and guidance. The rest is up to us.

Divine Messengers. Channelling. January 2014.

1375875_10151734215129563_1922507292_n (I am using the masculine form rather than  him/her etc. as it gets rather laborious, but we all know, hopefully, that messengers can be female and male…even if history would have us believe otherwise!)

“Throughout history there have been many attempts to ‘rein in’ the unruly elements of humanity. On some levels these attempts have failed but on other levels they have been successful. You cannot always see how a ‘development’ has succeeded unless you look at the many instances which have proved successful. In a way, what we are saying, is that each time a messenger has come we have tried to instil in them a feeling of ‘connectedness’ but this has not always worked, for one reason or another. Each messenger has come with, say. a letter of the alphabet. Each letter has its place and function within the alphabet and sits besides his neighbour in its proper order. In order to understand this you will need to suspend your own beliefs around what you see as a messenger’s role.

There are three types of messenger. On the one hand, each messenger brings his own awareness to bear. He is, after all, human, with all of his strengths and weaknesses. On the other hand he is in direct communication with other realms of existence and is able to tap into those realms’ with ease.

The challenge for each messenger is to suspend what he believes to be the ‘right way’ and to follow the way that we have set out. This is not always easy as you know, but each messenger is tested and trained to a high degree before he chooses the time to incarnate as a messenger. Muhammed_Persian_Icon

The three types of messenger are these:

1) The messenger which comes as a pure channel in order to bring teachings to the masses. You can see many of these incarnate now on earth. These messengers bring a ‘note of truth’ and awaken in the listener/reader the remembrance of their soul’s existence in other realms. These are then the ‘awakeners’.

2) These messengers face the toughest of challenges, incarnating into ‘hotbeds’ of unrest in order to bring balance and the note of ‘service’ into the society in which they live. These souls see and recognise what is out of balance and then they seek to install the light-codes of ‘awareness’ which will open the hearts of the people in those areas. These messengers face many challenges as often the places in which they work contain deep layers of unrest and turmoil, going back many centuries which need to be renegotiated and released before the ‘seeding’ can occur.

3) The third class of messenger is the artist, the ‘Unifier’ of worlds through the written word, the painted canvas, whatever form that takes, and architecture. They bring their soul’s awareness into the physical world and create ‘light’ through their work. Their messages are at once works of beauty and of teaching, showing the masses the mystical ‘realities’ of life. Their images and words inspire multitudes of people to bring their own soul’s note into existence, through their own skills of creating. 

Now not all messengers will choose only one route but will often use all three routes, to one degree or another, to pass on their message, but one route will be the dominant route. For this reason you see many people ‘channelling’ their soul’s awareness through the creative arts. It has an easier ‘flow’ than the first and second routes, as people are often more accepting of creations of physical beauty, be they words or images.

These then are the three types of messengers. The messengers themselves might change, but the message remains the same.

Rabia_al-AdawiyyaEach messenger brings with him his own soul intention but the community at large can misuse those intentions. But even when a messenger’s ‘plan’ has gone awry, it is not a complete failure. There are always some who have understood and who live those inspirations until the day they die. They are blessed by their interactions with the messenger and his work, and so their souls have matured in a way which others have not. The DNA of their children, and their children’s children, now carries the essence of the ‘message’ in their bodies and these children continue to be born, living their lives in the best way possible, before they reach their own death, in this physical world.

So you see, not all is lost. Seeds are sown, which will eventually grow into fields of ripe corn, which then feeds others. For those who carry this DNA, their lives are filled with trust in the Divine. They live quiet, focussed lives, influencing those around them in a quiet, but generous way. They become the ‘way-showers’ and in turn then become the messengers too.

We hope this helps you to understand the purpose of your work and the purpose of those who have gone before. Rejoice that your own ‘changed’ DNA will carry forward into the next generations to influence and ‘impress’ the people of the future, a noble cause indeed.

Now you see too why often these messengers have large families!

The Cones-of-Nature Attunement.

The cone of nature deeply replenishes the physical and energetic body, aligning them to the different layers within nature. Even under the most draining of circumstances it provides the energy to keep you going.

The channelling below explains the Cone, which I was reminded to use recently when spending a lot of time indoors taking care of my elderly father. I felt very cut off from nature’s supportive energy and when I was told to remember it, I saw the cone move into my auric field again. The cone reconnected me to the nature in his garden and to the tree out front. I felt energetically connected, and supported, again.

Having the cone anchored in your auric field, also means that you ‘take nature with you wherever you go’. Through each of the layers within the cone, you pull in energy that corresponds to the human body, filling the cone layers and thereby your auric field and physical body. This acts as a reservoir, filling, and feeling, your connection to nature and keeping that connection strong, even if you are living where very little nature exists, such as in a high-rise block of flats, or an inner city location. Every time you go to a place of nature, even a park, you can re-fill your cone and this will keep you going.

(There is also an essence to help you do that too, that gives greater access to those layers and which was gifted to me by the Elemental energy of the woods). Below, is the communication I received from my guides, when they first attuned me to this energy.

Another use for your cone-battery of nature energy is that you can share it with your plants if you have plants in the home or on a balcony. Sharing the energy you have filled yourself up with, from a special nature place you feel particularly connected to, allows your plants to feel they are living within that abundant growth of nature, their true home.

Down through the centuries man has endeavoured to control the elements. He does this from a basic lack of trust in Nature’s ability to decide for herself what is needed for maintaining the balance of her planet. She is but one element of the planetary intelligence just as skin is but one element of your human body.

Humanity are like communities of ants that live in your lawn. They change and disrupt that part of the ‘skin’ on which they live. If your lawn was filled with ant communities, it would be unpleasant to sit on, but it would still look alright. You notice their ‘workings’, but they do not cause lasting damage, because their building is superficial. If you were to take a rotovator to your lawn, those ant communities would be destroyed, because their ‘cities’ are close to the surface.

In the same way humanity’s cities and works are unsightly and mar the beauty of the countryside, but they are also superficial and can not create any lasting damage, as nature can easily ‘rotovate’ her lawn in order to create something new. Man, however, is at the mercy of this ‘whim’ of Nature, this reversal of their norm and so, for this reason, they block nature out. They deny her power, for they believe that if they do so, then nature will leave them alone. She will ignore their existence, just as you do the anthills.But try as they might, they cannot succeed for Nature will always seek a balance, and if you are in her way then that is of no concern to her. Her way is balance, in much the same way as skin works to heal a blister, life will always seek a balance.In order to succeed in your venture, a working relationship with nature is required. You will need to be ‘tuned in’ to her frequency so that you create with balance in mind. Trying to do otherwise will only end in failure.

Try this tonight: as you retire for sleep imagine a giant cone, inverted, above and surrounding your house. See that within this cone are layers of substance, each made up, in varying degrees, of vegetation and matter. See, in one layer, the grasses and plants beneath your feet. In the next layer, see the plants and trees which grow high above you. In the following layer, see the clouds of energy which swirl around and about you as you step forth from your house. In the succeeding layers, see the stars above as they shine their everlasting light upon your planet.

Recognise that all these elements come into play during every aspect of your human life. Learn to understand the interplay of each of these levels/layers and learn to work on unlocking the secrets of nature, as we know them. Only in understanding this relationship between each elemental layer, will you understand how the Universe functions, and how Nature plays its part in maintaining the Divine Balance of the planet.

We leave you now to peruse our words and try our technique. Record all that you experience and when you are ready pass it on in the form of Art and writing. It will take many years, but it will open your eyes to the many wonders which nature has created on your beautiful planet – her creation.

The Dark Ages. 29 December 2009. Channelling.

Goddess1-231x300 After the Romans had fled life became very ‘quiet’. There was no commerce, no noisy markets, no money lending or borrowing. Life had come to a standstill. But just as nature abhors a vacuum so mankind abhorred their infertility and strove to initiate new pathways of power to replace the old ones established by the Romans. These were destined to fail, however, because they failed to take into account that the Romans had failed because of their lack of connection to the Mother/Goddess.

Life without form is not life, it is death, and men created another death in trying to deny the Body of the Goddess’s ‘form’. She was obliterated, destroyed, unacknowledged. She was now only a dream, a legend, a myth. A story to tell the young ones so that they could go to sleep at night. They forgot their ancient connections to her and so fell further and further into darkness and disgrace.

Over time this has increased and you find yourself now in a time and place where life as you know it has all the hallmarks of the ancient ones but with no form. It is time to tie it all together. To forget the formless ones and forge new pathways of light in the landscape so that the Mother’s creations can live once more in the minds of the people. It is time now for change but this change will not come easily for men will fight to maintain their power and will not want to forego everything they have created thus far. But it must, and will, fall for the Mother cannot exist in this world of man. Her needs demand a different way of living, a way in which nature is acknowledged and responded to, not controlled and denied.moormaiden1

It is time now to forge new ways of being in the world. New thoughts stream into your world now and it is only a matter of time before the changes will begin to be seen. Take charge of your life and create a new way of living, a way which follows the heart of the mother;  in this way your life will be better but very different. It cannot remain as it is and so it will disappear. But for those who have prepared and who have paved the way for the masses to follow we say this: tune into the many thoughtforms for change which are bombarding your planet now and receive the new ideas and thoughtforms which are coming, for if you can build on what we send you, you will find that life can be as grand and wonderful as you imagine it can be. It will be wonderful and fulfilling but not easy. For too much ease is bad for the soul, There is no enjoyment in too much ease, but creating a balance of ease and work will make your life strong and able to withstand all that is yet to be.

2006-05-29 16.53.58 (2) During the middle ages our people roamed the deserted lands looking to regain what they had lost but they were unable to as they had lost the ability to fend for themselves. They had depended on the roman empire for their every need, travelling to their cities and forcing themselves to fit in with the alien mentality and language. Britain was no longer the place they remembered and yet they were unable to live the way they had become used to and so they struggled. They had completely lost touch with their own culture and thought-forms as they had tried to mould themselves in the image of the conquerors, and although they appeared to succeed, when the Romans withdrew, they reverted back, because they did not have the ability or knowledge to continue it. And so many cities fell into disuse and became barren empty places. The knowledge which the Elders had tried to pass down to their children had been ignored, as they endeavoured to become more roman than the Romans themselves, but the Romans themselves never acknowledged them in any way other than as Britons. And so when Rome fell so did Britain. This is what happens when a governing, controlling people leave the citizens to their own devices. The conquered peoples lose their sense of security as their reality is no longer what they thought it was. They no longer have a root and must endeavour to find a replacement.

It is said, in the annals of old, that many peoples died during these times as their source of food dried up. They were forced out of the cities and back into the fields and had to learn how to fend for themselves. Some succeeded but many others didn’t. The country was in chaos and yet it was also a very ripe time for human development as they were forced to acknowledge how they had allowed themselves to be ‘ fed’, in all manner of ways, and now they had forgotten how to feed themselves. They knew, that in order to survive, that they must relearn the skills necessary for their survival and so they did. They went back to basics and although this ending took some time and not all were convinced of its reality, it did eventually come to pass that all who had thrived on Roman support now suffered the most loss.

Now, in order to survive the coming times, you too must learn the basic skills of cooking, dyeing/spinning, sewing and weaving. Only in so doing can you hope to create an abundant life for yourself and your loved ones.

You must learn to light fires and to share your abundance of nature with others so that they too will survive. In order to do this we suggest you learn how to create the beautiful images in your minds eye in fabric, wool and felt. This can be likened to a great work of spiritual art which is passed on down through the generations so that all who see them will be inspired to remember that abundance comes in many forms and that art is an art and life is an art and for those willing to spend time on it they are the ones who will reap the harvest and survive when things are hard and humanity struggles to regain what it has lost.

Learn this well for it help you to secure your future and rejoin your loved ones in the heart.

The Madonna-Light Mantle Attunement.

The Madonna Mantle is a frequency of light, anchored into the auric field, which my guides describe as:

 “A frequency of light designed to quench the thirst of all those who seek replenishment. It is an energy frequency of the ‘higher nature’ and brings knowledge, as well as reassurance, to the indwelling Soul.

Many times, when the Soul is seeking knowledge, knowing it’s path is that of ‘Seeker’, it may feel anxiety building in the personality. The Madonna Light helps to reassure. It helps the personality to feel excited about the new path opening up before it and it helps the Soul to influence the personality in a calm, directed way. In this way, no splits occur and both soul and personality move forward as One. This energy looks like a soft lilac-blue mantle, a soft caressing mantle of the Mother. It surrounds the energy body, protecting it from outside influences which could lead it astray and therefore add to its anxiety.

Although it is of a high frequency, when placed within the energy field, it slows the molecules down, calming their ‘excited’ state. In this way, the fused personality can ‘slough off’ any unnecessary beliefs. Beliefs which are no longer a part of its pathway.”

During my more intense phase of development, in the first ten years of my healer training, I experienced this anxiety many times. When I knew it was time for me to energetically expand, I became nervous before receiving another attunement. I knew that the expansion of my energy-field meant that I would have to let go of something I was attached to. I can remember while in a long term relationship which was more domestic abuse than loving, and during which I was healing rather intensely, I worried so much before the actual attunement because I KNEW it would affect the way I felt about it. That it would uncover things I did not want to face and that which, once seen, could not be ignored. I’d then have to make changes I was scared to make. And yet, I also knew that doing the attunement was the right thing to do. That the healing was a necessary part of the path.

So, I went through it, because the expansion and ensuing healing was more important than the loss that it might create. When those changes happened, they were not as bad as I thought they would be, because I was ready for them. The expansion of energy led to growth that made me ready. My fears were no longer an issue and I found it easier to let go of the things and relationships that I no longer needed. As my guides said: “When love is your guide, there is no room for fear”.

I received this mantle while I was holding my weekly Reiki group and I had popped into the kitchen to make some drinks for the break. My guides came in and placed this mantle around my shoulders and then told me what it was. I quickly grabbed a pen and paper and transcribed the words that came into my head. The timing was perfect, because I was about to embark on a journey, (I did not now it then) that would challenge me on every level. It was a godsend. Really.

The next few years were so challenging that I very nearly gave up, but I stayed the course, and now am glad I did. I’m not sure though, that if I had not been given the cloak, or mantle, that I would have. It challenged core beliefs about men that stemmed both from this life and a previous life I was trying to work through. Again trauma connected to men. I was being challenged to see how men can also be wounded, and how their wounding has equally negative outcomes for them and for those around them. It took a long time, and there are probably dark corners lurking there still, but I get it now.

Once you have the cloak installed in your auric field, it will activate when it needs to. You may need its reassurance a few times in your life as you seek to overcome long-standing issues and soul challenges. You will know you need it when it comes into your consciousness and/or you feel it, or see it around it around your shoulders. Once your soul has become used to challenges of this nature the mantle will simply do its work without you needing to know it is activating. At this point your personality knows the road and can do without its help. But it is always there, adding that layer of support and reassurance.

You might also find yourself using the mantle while doing Planetary fieldwork. This happens when a site needs to be rested, or laid to rest. You will see, or feel, the cloak spread out on the ground of a sacred site, usually in the ruins of an old Cathedral/temple, abbey, etc. I have also used it on the West Bank of Luxor (Qurna) in my home. When it happened, it was a surprise, but when I thought about it, it made sense because we were dealing with many personal ‘wills’, all of which needed to be moving in the same direction without too much resistance! The changes that were coming to the home, where more than twenty people lived, needed the support of the Mother.

Sidenote: Although it is called the Madonna-Light Mantle, it is not necessarily related to ‘Mary’. It is more symbolic of the mother’s love when you are attempting to move into unfamiliar waters and need some reassurance and support.

The Dark Knight.

“This is the meaning of the dark Knight, the cumulative forces of darkness manifested in one man. He challenges the Light, challenges it to grow. The flame will then either be extinguished or will grow and overcome the darkness inside.clip_image002[6]

We all have this dark knight within us, for we cannot grow without him. Many of you on this spiritual path do not wish to acknowledge the truth of his existence. You stay in the light so that the darkness cannot be touched. It can remain, dark and brooding, hidden inside you. How can you grow if you do not acknowledge your ‘Dark knight’?

It is an illusion to think that the light alone can feed you. How can the Light alone, the higher frequencies, draw you further along your path? It cannot, without its counterpart, the Dark. The Dark forces you to acknowledge your weaknesses and to put them to rights. It challenges your assumptions, your belief that all is goodness. All is not goodness, all is in temporary balance, active for periods of time.

In holding the Light you must become proficient in working with the Dark. This is true balance. Holding both energies in the palms of your hands. Light is Dark and Dark is Light.There is no other way.

Design a way now that all beings can begin to take hold of this reality. That they can, for once, recognise that everything they are holds the energies of dark and light. Only is so doing can peace be restored. It will no longer be possible for humanity to oppress those they consider to be  ‘Devils’ for they will see that the devil is indeed themselves. They are both the Light and the Dark. This is the way forward.

When people see that having so called ‘negative’ experiences are part of the experience on this world they will no longer fear it and run towards the Light, bringing their fears with them, turning it into darkness. Then they run from this darkness again and the cycle continues.

Try now to imagine a world where light and dark are on equal wavelengths. Where the observance and acceptance of both is the norm. This is the vision we want to instil in you. The perfect balance between the forces of good and ‘bad’. These opposing forces then become allies in this game of life, as it has done in yours. We do not say that this is easy, for we are fully aware that it is not, but it is obtainable.
