Red Dragon People.

I’ve had a few disturbed nights lately, disturbed because my guides whom I call Upstairs, have been coming in while I slept to give me information. When this happens, I know, that if I do not write it down it will disappear. So, the act of taking my phone and writing a note wakes me up good and proper. Thankfully, the information is never boring. And this particular information was particularly interesting. It was about the red dragons, those people who are born with dragon energy, or at least the seed of red dragon energy, designed to be awoken at some later point in their lives.

This is what I heard:

“Red Dragons are like punks – but punks with a purpose”.

I was a teenager in the seventies, but never a punk. It was too aggressive for me. I preferred the hippy movement, all love and peace, probably because I didn’t have much of either of those two things. But I had friends who were punks. Rebel girls, anti-establishment girls, who wanted to be free to be themselves. They did what all punks did, they pierced their bodies, did their hair in wild mohawk hairstyles, wore black, ripped clothing held together by safety pins, and dog collar chokers around their necks. They were breaking away from the stereotype of what it meant to be female in Seventies’ Ireland.

It was a highly creative time, a breaking out and bursting forth of powerful energy, of new musical styles and new ways of thinking. The punks were expressing their anger, breaking the ties that bound them to old ways of doing things, old rules that no longer made any sense. They were chaos fighting the ‘natural order’.

The Red Dragons are the punks of old, but their breaking down of old ideas, and old ways of doing things, has a higher purpose, a Soul Purpose.

In 2016, whilst still living in Luxor, I received some channelling which was a complete surprise to me, and I will admit, set up some resistance in me. It was about the Dragon Children. There were so many books about the crystal children, the indigos, etc., that I really didn’t want to add to the mix ( a constant resistance on my part!). I had also gone from believing in these ‘new children’, to not believing in them, until one of my granddaughters was born and I was told she was a crystal child. I groaned because I really didn’t want to believe it! Upstairs knew I didn’t believe it and now I was being presented with the proof. I’m sure they thought it was very funny. I didn’t!

So when I received the information about the Dragon children, I groaned even louder and put the writing away until I could see how it worked out for myself. Here is what they said:

21 October 2016. Dragon Children.

This life you live, this narrative you write, is about to change for the better. No more will the forces of creation be held in the hands of the few. Now it is time for the Dragons of old to awaken, and to play their part in the awakening of mankind. This time has been awaited for many years.

The attributes of the dragon are thus: kindness, consideration, the ability to think within the group mind and to effect the Whole. They learn fast, think on their feet and have a great sense of the injustice around them. They are strong, resilient, and have a deep and abiding desire to change their environment for the better.

These children are born knowing the mountains they must climb, and so are born strong, unlike other children around them who may be more acquiescent. The Dragon children are the creators of new modes of thinking and being in the world. They play a very positive role in assisting their less capable brothers and sisters to manage the challenges of change which they are helping to instigate.

As a Dragon child, you fulfilled this role, protecting the weak and the vulnerable, even when your own traumas meant that your sense of self-care was damaged. This is often the way for the Dragon children.

Here in Africa, an influx of such children is necessary as change comes on a global scale, and all are offered assistance.

As a teenager, you witnessed what could happen when dysfunctional adults stalled the growth of the Dragons, through their own fear of change. And so you will see it again, all around you. But do not interfere, just add your ‘adult’ Dragon energy to theirs and their own ‘scales’ will then protect them. They will know intuitively that you are kin, even though they do not understand it intellectually. But that is of no matter, it is the inner light which needs to grow as they make their own way in this world.

I find some of this very interesting (It did take a while!).

Because dragon energy is creation-energy the more dragons there are in the world the more change can happen. I imagine each dragon has his/her own gifts of change to bring to the world, but I find it interesting that they are also therefore in a position to help the people affected by the changes. But are they doing this energetically, like I did, by anchoring layers of energy to affected places? These energies create change but also protect those living around them.

The part about Africa made sense too, even though, if you tell an Egyptian they live in Africa, they will deny it vehemently. Yet, Egypt is on the African Continent, not including the part that is in Sinai. When I lived in Egypt, I often found myself planting etheric dragon eggs in family member’s homes. The first time it happened, I was in my sister-in-law’s house. She had only been married a couple of weeks, but I anchored a dragon egg there. I did not choose to do this, it just happened when I was there and I went along with it, observing ti, not knowing what the purpose of outcome would be.

I knew the dragon egg was going to be a child, but what I found interesting was that each time I anchored one of these eggs, the child was a girl. A girl who was bright, lively and awake. Even if she was twin to a brother, and there were a few of those, the girl was always different. You could see it in her eyes. The twin brother was like an asleep child, totally different, and I knew it was because the girl was a dragon-egg child, because I had anchored the egg there on a previous visit, before she was conceived. This happened a number of times, so eventually I knew what would happen each time one was anchored.

But punks, and with a purpose? The Red Dragon is a physical creator, a breaker of rules. They have to be free to find their direction in life, to follow their purpose. They will go unrecognised in their family, and may often be considered the black sheep – which is ironic, when you think about it. They learn the hard way and often are the victims of abuse in their early years or will have experienced another trauma, perhaps the loss of a parent or sibling. Part of the Red Dragon’s learning in this life is to experience difficulty and then heal from that experience. This learning becomes their gift of healing to the world.

They are born into places going through changes, or they may spend parts of their lives in places in need of change. Because they are connected to the healing of the collective unconscious they are often in situations where their own healing helps the healing of those around them. They flow with the currents of that society and as they heal their own matching wounds, they heal the wounds of all. It is not an easy path, but the Red Dragons are born with that purpose.

If this sounds like you then you know why you are the way you are. Dragon people will have had an interest/fascination with dragons since they were young. Myself? Anne McCaffrey and her Dragons of Pern were an early love, and I spent many hours drawing the covers of her books, mainly in history class while doing my A-Levels (In Ireland known as the Leaving cert). They were more real to me than Henry VIII, and I really wanted to live on Pern. Little did I know those books were awakening my own dragon nature, the part of me that had chosen to come into this life with a dragon purpose, even if I did not recognise that at the time. The books acted as ‘soul-reminders’ reminding me of who I was, on some deep, level, and why I was here. It also gave me the strength to continue.

Dragons are perceived as dangerous, maurauding, eaters of humans. And they are, symbolically, because they bring change that most do not want, but which is supremely necessary.

The Red Dragons are like cosmic cleaners, sweeping away the dust of the past on the layer of the earth’s energy field in which they are most effective. Their role is to cleanse, to heal, to refresh. Yet try to imagine it from a simpler perspective. You are in someone else’s house and are tasked with cleaning it. In the process of cleaning, you expose the dust under the carpets, the skeletons in the closet, and the children in the attic. You bring them to the attention of the owners, thinking you are doing a great job, but they are enraged. They did not hire you to show them all their faults, to show them their failures, to hold up a mirror to their bad behaviour! They employed you to clean the surfaces, to make it all look clean and presentable for others to see. But, being a Red dragon, you cannot ignore it. If it is there, and hidden, you need to expose it and clean it away. You feel how wrong it is.

Your angry employer dismisses you. You are showing them too much and are blamed for creating the mess. As a young dragon, you might have believed them, and carried that blame for a long time, right into adulthood. But eventually, you learn that it is not your mess and through intense healing, you release it – albeit slowly – if you are given the opportunity.

It can be a heavy burden to carry and many Red Dragons may experience abusive relationships, getting clear on the dynamics of abuse, so that they too can be released and cleared. But the clearing means experiencing. You are learning all the time, learning how it works and how to let it go, cleaning the psychic debris in the ‘collective’ house, leaving the astral level clearer of damaging beliefs and emotional patterns and healing family patterns in the process.

Red Dragons are born every few centuries. Humans leave a lot of psychic debris and it all needs clearing periodically, and while we are clearing that we are clearing our own. It introduces new thinking into existing cultures and smashes through crystallised ways of being; seeding new ones for the benefit of future generations A Red Dragon’s life is is rarely easy, but when it reaches a certain point, it knows who it is and then will begin to clear the layers with conscious intention, and with dedication – no matter how painful. Not many will recognise their sacrifice to humanity and may label them as dysfucntional, co-dependedent, etc. But they have a plan, and a purpose, and that is all that matters.

When your Red Dragon Self wants you to wake up to it, it will make itself known to you. It will appear during meditations, or during attunements, or through healing received from others. It might show up in myriad ways, but it will show up.

When it does, listen to what it has to say, or watch what is shows you. It is telling you it is time.

White Dragons of Snow and Ice.

For a few years now, I have been asking my guides what the snow dragon represents. She has been making an appearance, in my inner vision, creating energetic ice sheets and snowy mantles on sacred sites. She came in, initially, with Beings of ice; giant, elemental energies from countries with colder climates, such as Iceland, Norway, etc. Recently, I did an attunement with one of my daughters and she was given information about the creative energies held in snow and ice.

Snow and ice are solidified Light that can be thousands of years old. Each particle in a snowflake contains a universe of information and treasure, holding creative energy which can be accessed. We already know that physical information can be trapped by the ice and snow in the Arctic, helping us to learn about the past. Snow also holds Light information which can also be accessed, energetically.

Last year, at St. Catherine’s Hill in Winchester, I anchored a layer of snow over the top of the hill. Months earlier, driving my father home from Southampton, I saw an image of an elegant, elemental woman dressed in white standing on top of the hill. Snow covered the top and as I continued on my way, I became aware of the energy lines, that still exist, running through the Iron Age Hill-fort, and which would have been beneath the ground before the motorway was built. Now, they can be driven through. These lines are usually blue (water lines), but today they were white, as if they were frozen. Then I had an image that suggested they were a white dragon/Serpent body connecting a group of widely spaced hill-forts. The body of this long white dragon undulated through the landscape and where its body emerged from the ground, a hilltop lay. But the hilltops were covered in a mantle of white snow. I remember seeing this before, flying over the Pyrenees on my way to Egypt. The entire mountain range was a huge white dragon.

To understand the creative energies of the white dragon, we need to go to the Diamond body of Gaia’s energy field. This field is her higher mind, containing pure thoughtforms. It lies above the Ruby/Magenta layer which itself lies above the earth’s Emerald surface, the energy of all growing things. The white dragon is connected to Gaia’s mind and therefore where the white dragon is, there too is the Mother. Her thoughts, and what she desires to create, are borne on the wings of the White dragon and anchored in our realm with the help of us in our physical form. This includes the thoughtforms of weather and what humanity needs for its future survival and ability to thrive. Even if that is years into the future

Snow flakes are the crystallised creations of Gaia’s mind. These creations are ‘held’ in this form until such a time as they can be accessed for the benefit of the whole. Time holds these creations, this knowledge, until the time comes for them to be released.

Just as in the physical earth, the knowledge of past civilisations is in the sediments of rock, sand, mud and fossils, laid down over millions of years of earth’s development. But in those layers lies the memory of times past, in energetic layers which can also be accessed. About seventeen years ago, I visited a sandpit beside the River Barrow in Graiguenamanagh (my hometown), in Co. Kilkenny). I had been coming to this sandpit since I was a child because we had to walk through it to reach the ruins of Ryan’s castle, beside which we used to swim.

As an adult, with a love of geology, I found the visible layers where the sand had been bulldozed for selling, fascinating. I found chunks of fossil coral and was able to date the deposition of sand to millions of years ago when this part of Ireland was a warm tropical sea.

Fossils and Fossil coral from Clohastia, on the River Barrow, Co. Kilkenny.

But what was more interesting about this place was the energy. Because it had been dug out as a sand pit, the layers went down for meters into Earth’s geological history and the ancient people who lived on Earth at that time. Because of this energetic history, I was able to connect to that memory and bring it back into the present. I imagine ice and snow act in much the same way. At least, that is what my teachers in the world of spirit are suggesting.

If creative energy, through light, is held in the snow crystals, then that would explain the white dragon presence. But maybe we need to go further down the rabbit hole and see what some scientists, the nonconformist ones at least, have to say about water and memory.

Jacques Benveniste and Luc Montagnier worked on the discovery that water held memory. Dr. Masaro Emoto went a step further and claimed that emotions, as well as environmental factors, created specific shapes in snow crystals while they were forming.

The experiments of Masaru Emoto with emotional imprinting of water:

Masaru Emoto has carried out very interesting experiments with water at critical point for freezing. He claims that words expressing emotions have an effect on the crystals formed in the process. Emoto reports that words with positive emotional contents produce beautiful crystals and those with negative emotional content generate ugly ones. Also music and even pictures are reported to have similar effect.

By M Pitkanen

Crystals with emotions projected towards the water.

White dragons are the spiritually creative energies that bring in inspiration from higher planes of existence. If water holds memory, and I know from my own work that it does, then frozen water also holds memory. Working with the dragons, perhaps we both pick up energy from ice and snow which has lain for hundreds/thousands of years AND anchor new energy in layers for future generations to pick up. Working with ancient layers may involve clearing up the negative layers which exert an influence on modern-day experiences, although I think they have to be ‘dug up’ before the energies are accessed if they are beneath the ground. I imagine that memory and light trapped in layers of snow and ice need to be accessed that way too. But as I’ve never had that experience, I don’t know.

I have anchored fire energy in Iceland, in the waters near a beautifully frozen waterfall. I knew, when I was putting it there, energetically, that it was for the future, but did not know at that time about memory and light in the ice. I am planning to return, at some point, so I will see what happens then. And of course there are trips to Norway planned, so lots of opportunities to explore the creations of the snow dragons.

Anchoring the Blue and White Flame in Winchester Cathedral.

Recently, a friend and I went to Winchester Cathedral, called as we were, to go. When we went inside, we went to the little votive candle-stand to one side of the main aisle. I had a strong feeling we needed to light a candle but when we were lighting our flames it felt like the physical version of an energetic flame we needed to light – in front of the great altar.

Before the Great Altar.

Beneath the great altar, there is an ancient well, but I was asked to plant a large blue flame, the heart of the mother, some distance away on the lower level. My friend and I sat on the pews on opposite sides, facing each other with the space between us. This flame was connected to the situation in Israel/Palestine and was an energy to help support the people there. It would bring succour to all the people suffering and thoughts of peace to the people in authority. (Personally, I had my doubts that the latter could be so influenced, but who was I to judge the efficacy of these spiritual intentions?). Nevertheless, I spent some time focusing this blue flame light on the conflict, and remembered that one of the four biggest chakra points on earth was in Jerusalem. This energy-point is a hotbed of ideas and beliefs and a place where new beliefs are birthed. This is why there has always been conflict in this area.

Over twenty years ago, my guides gave me a vision that they told me to record. This vision showed war in Israel and the golden dome of the Al-Aqsah mosque crumbling as a bright new blue-white minaret of divine feminine awareness arose from the centre, like a plant shoot grrrrrrrowing into the sky. This site, now sacred to Islam, was once also sacred to the Christians, and the Jews. They identified the Dome of the Rock with the Temple of Solomon, which I believe was an energetic temple, not a physical one.

When I see what is happening there now, my heart breaks for the people and the incredible pain they are experiencing. But I also recognise the spiritual opportunity for others around the world to develop compassion, to open their hearts and to feel the desire to help all who are suffering. The opportunity is to move beyond the personal, and to see the universal, to recognise that we are all ONE. It is only our beliefs and fears which separate us. The challenge is to open ourselves to healing the collective pain and to see with the eyes of Divinity. To recognise how our beliefs decide whose side we take, and why. To heal the rifts inside ourselves so we can see everyone as a seed of the Divine. To use our skills as healers to send light to ALL involved, especially to those who perpetrate these hatreds and who keep such a sense of victimhood in their thoughts and hearts to the point where they no longer see the humanity in front of them and instead see only animals. Those are the ones who need the light most, the ones in charge- because they have less light. As my guides once told me ‘When there is hate in your heart, there is no room for love.’ So healing the hate, and the causes of it, makes room. (It is important to remember, when anchoring these flames, that we do not think as the personality does, but as the Soul, who sees from a higher perspective).

So, with the Flame of the Heart of the Mother anchored in our wonderful Cathedral, a place with a wide river of blue light running beneath it that connects to many other sacred places, we had done what was needed. This flame would influence the waters beneath the cathedral, the waters of the Itchen, and would travel wherever the river travelled towards the sea where a huge white flame had been anchored years ago in Southampton waters.

Once we had anchored this Divine Feminine healing light, we were instructed to stand before the altar. From the ancient spring below there floated up a feminine energy, the guardian of the well. She hovered above the floor in front of the altar, facing us. Wearing a pale green hooded cloak, the colour of a green pool in the forest, she held in her hands a gold-lidded container from which she took a sweet. I was handed a lemon sherbet, and my friend, a chocolate-covered Turkish delight; the pink within representing love. I wasn’t sure what the lemon sweet I was given represented but as it was bitter-sweet, I assumed whatever it was would not be particularly easy-going. But she also pressed a single gold coin into my palm, taking some of the bitterness away. Before we went behind the altar, to continue, she suggested that the blue flame would transform into the yellow Flame of Brigit in Spring.

Behind the great altar, we took our intuited positions, not knowing what we would do there. But as we did, we became aware of the masculine energy which formed the foundations of this cathedral and the religious beliefs that went with it. Everything was about male domination, male supremacy, male control. The structure of the building itself was infused with this energy, especially where we stood. At one point this was where the tomb of St Swithin and the bones of the Kings of England were once kept, moved there by our old friend Henry du Blois from their previous position in the Old Minster.

We stood at the site of St. Swithin’s tomb and tuned in, becoming aware that we were still physically surrounded on all sides by male effigies; the tombs of wealthy bishops, saints, etc. It was as if they were the solid foundations of the building itself, holding the very male ideas around God, power and control in place. I received the thought that the white flame needed to be anchored here, right in the centre of these male figureheads. But it had to be done from the lady chapel behind where we stood, where the feminine energy was anchored.

We stood in the doorway of the lady chapel on slabs of fossil-filled limestone. I was very aware that we were standing on a very ancient sea energy. This was significant too, for where this fossil-rich limestone had first been laid down was once the floor of a warm shallow sea and these waters are often experienced as the domain of the Divine Feminine Womb of Creation.

From our position in the doorway, itself an initiatic gateway, we saw a huge white flame anchor in the space between the tombs that surrounded it. It grew steadily larger and brighter. I was aware that there were two levels to this energy: one, the older level, which was once the ground level, and the other the higher level on which we now stood. Because the white flame is a higher frequency than the other flames they are often anchored on a higher level. Years ago, my friend Eartha and I were in Corfe Castle in Dorset. There, on a higher floor where, once, the chapel was situated, we anchored a smaller white flame. I knew then that it was significantly higher and was not to be anchored on the level we were on: the lower level. We anchored the flame standing on the remaining few steps which once allowed access to the upstairs chapel.

Here, in Winchester Cathedral, the White flame was a higher feminine vibration and was anchored to transform the control exerted by the patriarchy over sacred/religious places. This also felt very connected to the situation in Israel/Palestine, as if everything would slowly disintegrate and a new feminine awareness would become more apparent. There was a sense that there was no need for the present patriarchal institutions to be destroyed; that was not the feminine way. Instead, the negative structures of the patriarchy could be transmuted, transformed, healed, and the new, higher vibrational energy of the Divine Feminine would change the effect of male anger and their need for complete control. As a result, they would need to give in a little and see with the heart.

When this felt complete, and we could see the flame reaching the vaulted ceiling, I felt the white flame anchor in my base chakra. It burst into flame all the way up my spine, but it was not in my body, like my chakras are, but half in and half outside, flaming up my back. My base chakra was hot and I wondered what effect this flame would have on my life. I did not have to wait long to see just how powerful it was. The flame travelled up my back, getting larger as it went, burning through all my chakras until it emerged at the back of my head where it was contained by a gold crown. (Both my friend and I had this experience She has been doing the Gaia method Earthways for over twenty years). The gold crown contains the flame so that it burns within a limit and not wildly. The gold anchors it at that frequency. I have anchored flames like this in Castlerigg Stone Circle, and in Southampton waters at the meeting of the two rivers, and their influence affects a large area. There have been times when the extent of the energy from Southampton waters could be felt in Winchester.

Once we felt that the energies were complete, we walked back over to to the flame and I found myself adding the barest touch of blue, magenta and gold energy, which gave the vaguest hue to the white flame. These three additional colours are the three rays of Love, Wisdom and Power. (Thanks N for the reminder). Through the cleansing fire of the Divine Feminine, these three ray energies are added to the healing power of the flame.

I had a feeling that this personal anchoring of the flames in my body was going to be a big transmutation, but I had no idea how big until the following week when I went through an emotional clearing like never before. Secrets and lies in my family of origin were painfully exposed and old abuses were finally spoken, especially issues around the men in my family. It was an extremely painful week as injustice, which had been a large part of my life, was brought to light, and I held nothing back. There was a huge need to speak the hidden truths and to stand up for who I was, for the me that was not what others believed me to be. The releasing of these secrets, and they were not mine but those of others, but which once had a massive effect on my life and the lives of my children, was like a black tree whose darkened roots were being torn from different parts of my body. I was very much aware of a past life dynamic that was also being healed so there were multiple levels to deal with. I imagine that as the flame travelled through the chakras they were healing anything that was not Divine Feminine Love.

As a result, I have had a first-hand experience of the power of this Flame and understand how it might change things in the collective unconscious. Things might get a bit chaotic as these energies are released but if we remember that all is in Divine order, then all will be well.

For the Good of the Whole.

This channelling was received on the 6th June 2012. It came while I was living in Egypt and, looking back on it, I must have needed the reassurance. Actually, I know I needed it because in that first year, adapting to life there, was very hard work.

Sometimes, the choices we consciously make as Souls overwhelm us, but they are necessary choices for the work we have opted to do. I am not sure if it is easier to know what we are doing, and why, or if it would be better to walk into situations blindfolded. Either way, it is a challenge, but it has to be done regardless.

Here is my guide’s attempt to let me know that my choice of path at that time was not a mistake. But this guidance also applies to all who do this work, because we are making choices which others do not understand the reason for.

So long as you understand, that is all that matters.

You entered this world with one intention: that of anchoring the consciousness of the Divine Feminine in harmony with the Ray of Service. This would ensure that those of you born under the sign of Divine Potential could bring both Light and Solace to the masses, each in your individual ways.

To do this, you sacrificed your own personal needs and desires in favour of supporting the energies which would change the nature of reality itself. You gave up ‘Love’ in favour of soulful service; you gave up ‘wealth’ in favour of thriving and surviving; and you gave up ‘hope’ in favour of possibility.

These sacrifices have not been in vain.

You see all around you, in everything you do, the note of Service and Potential, and in every way you do your best to meet the requirements of the situations in which you find yourselves. This is no easy task, we know, but we assure you that this service is needed, and desired, by all those alive on this planet, even if they are unaware of it.

Keep up the good work and know that the Keys to Heaven, through the Star Gates, have enabled thousands to access their Divine Selves. You, who are born into service, have opened these gates so that all who are ready can step through and experience a completely new ‘Living potential’, one which has not been achieved so far. It is you, the Ones who sacrifice their own needs to serve the Whole, who will look back and feel the joy of the connection which all those souls now experience for the first time. It is a connection you have enjoyed for many centuries.

So be glad to carry the flame into Humanity’s future, and be glad also that you are part of this huge awakening, an awakening never before experienced by Humanity in its journey of evolution.

Put all else behind you now and know that the seeds are planted and a new life is about to be lived by all.

The Ray of Service is the Sixth Ray in esoteric terms and is also called the Path of Devotion. Alice Bailey wrote many books on the subject.

Devotion is the alignment of the personality with the soul. Devotion is another name for integration – the integration of the personality with the soul and the soul with the universal soul. Devotion and dedication to a noble cause in service to society are the keys to the positive side of this ray. We should set a high goal for ourselves, then all our energy will be elevated by the Sixth Ray. Through devotion, the mind is stabilised. Thus, the Sixth Ray leads to a focusing of our attention. Attention means that we take care of everything – things we use, our body, everything in our lives, etc. – with much mindfulness, love and care. Through devotion, we apply knowledge and attention to the smallest details in daily life, and this leads to focused action. The Sixth Ray also helps us develop interest in the inner life and to receive inner knowledge. This interest we call aspiration. If we are to truly live with spiritual aspiration, it must permeate our every activity.Dr. Ekkirala Krishnamacharya

Daily Guidance.

These affirmations come from all the channelled guidance I have received over the years. I thought I would share them with you.

When you have received your affirmation, sit with it for the day as you go about your daily routine, and think about how the message applies to what you are currently experiencing. Perhaps you need a ‘change of mind’, or maybe you need to think more deeply about something.

Either way, I hope these help you on your journey, as they have helped me.

Channelled Affirmations.
Tune in, press play, and then when you are ready, press stop.

The Note of Love.

This is channelling I received in July 2012. With all the things that are happening in the world right now, it feels important to remember the healers/artists/lovers of nature who work so hard to bring this Love to their part of the worldand why they do it.

In the dead of night, when all is quiet, and the world is bathed in moonlight, there is a sound that can be heard, a sound that reverberates throughout the universe. It is the note of Love … which few can hear.

This note is felt by all, at some deep level, but only those whose ears are attuned and trained to listen can discern it, for it is a note of very fine quality and only those whose instrument is trained can bear its vibration.

To those trained to discern this sound, hearing it can bring a mixture of joyful and painful experiences, for the note of healing is contained within it, and this brings solace and challenge to those who use it.

For those souls who understand the note of service, this note demands, it can be a hard taskmaster. But equally, it can be a fairy godmother, for it brings both abundance and joy to balance the pain and disturbance it creates.

To those whose souls have been trained to carry this note, we say this: you, and only you, are responsible for how you choose to utilise this universal stream of Love. Only you have the capability, and capacity, to carry this note into the world of men, so that they can learn to discern this note from all the other discordant notes that surround them. It takes many lifetimes, and much sacrifice on the part of those souls who carry it, to bring this note into service. To carry it means the sacrifice of the Small Will in service to the Greater Will, to the Whole.

But all is not so challenging for you whose souls are in service to the Greater Good of humanity, for to serve in this way also means you are the harbingers of many good things, things which improve the lives of people everywhere. Many are unaware of this fact and will not recognise the service, but for you who do, you see the change you bring to the places you inhabit. You see how these changes are for the good, even if others see only the negative impact of such vibrations.

The souls in incarnation now face many challenges to accept this new vibration of Love being anchored onto the planet. It will bring change, both dark and painful, but the changes wrought are supremely necessary if humanity is to prosper in this New World to come.

But how are we to know which changes are positive and which are negative? To many they are indistinguishable. Change often brings pain, but it is only through the experiencing of pain that many souls will seek to strive for something better.

For all you souls in service, this can be a difficult time, for you can see what is happening and you know that it will ultimately change for the better but you see and experience the pain all around you and so are left feeling helpless and earthbound. You want to fly, but feel stuck in the mud of humanity’s thinking, and living. You feel as though you must be doing something wrong, that you are on the wrong track, but this we tell you now: you are not on the wrong track. Your lives are pursuing the only paths open to you at this time. You are joined to humanity and cannot escape their pain, but you are also the lucky ones, for you know who you are and you know that this too will pass.

Everything is transitory, and humanity will seek, and find its true path, through all the difficulties it faces. But without your sacrifices, it could achieve little, for your combined energies create the upliftment that all humanity needs to grow. You whose vibration is highest, and who often feel like the lowest, are the ones who will lift humanity into its next level of development. This we promise you.

Strive, always strive, to be the best channels for this Love vibration, even if it costs you your personal dreams. Only the dreams of the Soul will come into manifestation and these dreams are there to inspire and lift those of you still straining to hear the Notes of Love and Harmony in your lives.

Lift yourselves ever higher now and let the gifts of your souls shine through. It is now or never for humanity and the changes are upon you. Be the best you can be and do not fear when you find yourselves surrounded by darkness. For you bring the Light of Love into that darkness and without your light none can see the truth.

Shine now, like you have never shone before, and light the way for all the others who follow in your footsteps. We have told you this before, and we will continue to tell you so that you are not weighed down by the darkness around you. Lift yourselves up and Be the Light. Sound the Note of Love into your surroundings, using all of the tools you have been given, and watch things grow in the dark. Watch humanity strive to reach the light of Love … and rejoice.

St Cross Michaelmas Fair & Winchester Cathedral.

This morning, I had an entire hour to spare, so Chris and I went to the Michaelmas Craft Fair in St Cross Hospital, Winchester. It is a place where we have carried out much energy-work over the years and this was a great opportunity to do more. And I love it there. It’s the only fair I ever go to. However much I wanted to have more time, it was a flying visit, but we did manage to get coffee and some delicious homemade fruit cake – and I bought some jewellery. I was quite proud of myself too, because I avoided buying yet more books! Even though I was so tempted by some old books on Winchester ‘Antiquities’.

Bit of a tree-theme going on…

St Cross Hospital is an old almshouse set up to feed the poor by Bishop Henry du Blois in 1136. It also fed people who were making pilgrimages. All they had to do was ask at the little window in the wall and a brother would pop his head out and give them their dole of Bread and Beer and they could be on their way. Although I always like to imagine them sitting by the river Itchen to eat and drink what they have received before heading off again on the God-trail. St Cross Hospital is a beautiful place, and from where the pilgrims sat, they would have seen St Catherine’s Hill beyond, looking like a giant womb jutting up behind the river.

This weekend we were also vibrationally attending a ‘Sounds of Mother Gaia’ workshop held by Jadthen Jewall in Surrey. He is an amazing channel and we have been attending his workshops for over twenty years. Being a vibrational attendee, as opposed to attending in person, means we are energetically connected to the workshop and receive the group downloads as they happen. It works like receiving distant attunements or healing. I had already made my energetic connection in the morning, clearing my energy field before going to the fair and soon after the workshop started, I felt the energy coming in strongly. I was glad Chris was the one doing the driving!

As we drove into the field, which had been opened for parking, we were aware of the Green dragon sitting on the roof. Chris perceived it was calling to another dragon energy, but in a place we have never been to: Worcester Cathedral. Perhaps someone else has anchored one there, or one needs to be anchored there? We’ll have to see – when we get the opportunity to visit. We have seen the dragon there before, but always on the building, facing west. Yet, we have never worked with it specifically. But it made me think of the places we have anchored green dragons in and all of them are sacred buildings built over natural springs, which is what the green dragons protect. The Green Dragon in Winchester Cathedral also faces West, I realised. I wonder if there is a reason for that?

Our first port of call, once inside the grounds, was to go to the fish pond. This is a lovely area to the east of the cloisters called The Master’s garden and it has a beautiful Plane tree growing there close to the pond. The tree has been there, along with others in the area, since 1781, and was planted by William Bowles, a fellow of Winchester College. Reading through the last time we worked with these trees, I noticed that we connected in the same way, to the plane trees along the walking route through the water meadows. It seems that plane trees have a golden-rod energy through them. I usually work with Beech and Yew, and those species have a different way of working. The plane trees act as energetic stabilisers.

Click picture in picture button on the lower right side to see the tree in all its glory.

Working with this one now, we stood a little distance from the trunk but still within the energy-field of the tree, and tuned in. I became aware of my gold line connection, running vertically through my central channel, and making a connection to the same central line of the tree. I felt my awareness move up that corresponding channel in the tree trunk, which looks and feels like a strong golden rod, and move out, energetically, into the branches and leaves. Tiny musical notes floated out of the leaves and moved into the air, filling the atmosphere with the vibrations of energetic sound. That sound vibration then expanded out in a never-ending stream to cover a large area.

I left the connection running in the tree, so for a certain amount of time that tree will remain connected to my channel until it is no longer needed. Chris felt that the tree pulled in energy from around itself, so it made sense the tree should receive these sound codes.

Feeling like there was nothing more to do here, we went into the church. It took a conscious shift in energy to move from those lovely tree-vibrations to the vibrations of human history and initially, I thought there was nothing to do here. I took some photos and Chris received information about Henry Du Blois, whose energy places we have worked with many times. I began to receive energies in the form of a Middle Eastern man who placed a large ornate chest in front of me. When he opened it it contained the bones of someone. It reminded me of the old tradition of carrying saint’s bones to different places, as though those bones still hold some of the saint’s energy. The bones were then transferred into my belly, as though now I was the container. I heard the word Agincourt, connected to this.

I have no idea who this is, or why I am carrying the energy of them. I have to say, I have never done this before so will have to see what it means. On an energetic level, it just means I am carrying the energy of the person and I assume that energy has to be put somewhere else.

We left the church and went back outside to have a look at the stalls, and stopped at an archaeological dowsing stall for a chat. Chris had a play with the stall holder’s dowsing rods, (Chris has been doing it for years and is brilliant at it!) and they kept moving in a particular direction. I knew I needed to be right in the centre of the green square, where the sundial is, so I left Chris chatting while I went to work. He joined me when he was finished. He perceived himself to be standing on tiles, like the medieval tiles in Winchester Cathedral (He was planning on going to Winchester later in the day), yet he was physically standing on grass. Psychic impressions often happen with this type of work and they may be showing the past , or the future.

Earlier on, while doing my daily somatic exercises, I brought in an energy made up of a blue, pink and yellow cord plied together like yarn. I knew it had to go somewhere and as I stood at the sundial I saw the energy moving from the sky and down through the sundial where it split off into four lines of plied colour. Each line then went to a corner of the inner space. It felt very balanced and stabilising once it had been established.

Energy placements.

Once this had been done, the amethyst appeared above the plied triple colours, its energies flowing down along them and into the area. The three colours represent Pink = Unconditional Love; Blue = Divine Power and Yellow = Divine Wisdom. The Amethyst level is the highest crystalline energy in Gaia’s energy body and holds the divine blueprint and thoughtforms for humanity. Therefore it opens people’s higher minds to access new thoughts and ideas which can benefit everybody. It is a lovely thought that these energies can flow into this place, which has an energetic influence far greater than its physical self.

I had no time left, so Chris went into Winchester to visit the cathedral. When he got there, a tall, energetic gold flagpole stood about twenty meters in front of the main entrance. A sapphire was placed halfway up this flagpole, and the faceted crystal sphere he had been given in St. Cross Hospital, was now placed near the top. Inside the cathedral, another sapphire hovered in the air above the heart point in the nave (there are three energy points along the nave corresponding to the three Tan Tien of the physical body: The Earth tan tien, the heart, and the third eye. These points are on the blue energy-line which flows beneath the Cathedral from east to west).

This seems relatively normal, in terms of active energies, however, behind the cathedral, he saw a Ruby cube rotating. I’ve never seen one of these, and neither has he, but this site is a masculine power site, with a feminine spring beneath it, so perhaps we will have to see more to understand what this means. Platonic solids possibly? The cube would be a hexahedron, the sapphire shape an octahedron and the quartz crystal an icosohedron That equates to earth, air and water.

Plato believed that these shapes were the building blocks of creation. So the shapes in the Cathedral are earth, air and water. The two placed on the flagpole are on different energy levels so they affect those layers. The same thing applies to the one in the cathedral, above the heart energy point and the one behind the building.

What this means, I do not know. “Ours is not to reason why; ours is but to do .. or die.” Well … maybe not the die. Not yet, anyway. There’s far too much work to do. But I, for one, would love to understand what function these geometric shapes have over the energies in the cathedral – in a practical sense. But maybe we’ll never know. We simply have to trust that our higher selves know what they are doing.

And that is all that is important.

Flowerdown Barrow

A few weeks ago, I had a sudden impulse to take a different route to my father’s house, (every time I write My Father’s house, I think ironically of the biblical heaven, which it clearly isn’t) and went through Littleton, in Hampshire, passing Flowerdown Barrow as I did. Passing the site, I felt a connection to the barrow, which then anchored itself in my lower hara centre, behind my navel. This is my energetic connection to Mother Earth the human energy field. The connection looks, to my inner sight, like a gold cord, vibrant and alive.

I wondered what I was supposed to do with it. Two weeks later…

5th September.

This morning was one of those mornings when I had no desire to do anything. Usually, my mornings are filled with a routine: reading for an hour, somatic exercises, then breakfast, followed by a shower, and then writing for a bit, or getting some shopping for Dad. On mornings when my time feels empty of purpose, I have learned that that is when I need to go out and walk – there is energy-work to do – somewhere.

I drove in the direction of Barton Stacey, still unsure of my destination, until the idea to visit Flowerdown popped loudly into my head! I had wanted to visit the stone beside the barrow there since I had a dream about menhirs a month ago. The dream showed how outlying menhirs were anchors of fertility, like electricity pylons, creating an anchor for the energies of the larger sites that control fertility, such as stone circles and disc barrows. They are erected on a line of energy from the main site and then that energy is transmitted into the surrounding landscape, adding energy to the land.

This is very much the same as having acupuncture to keep your body’s meridians flowing. The energy flows, unhindered, through your chakras. These chakras, or ‘wheels’, distribute the energy throughout your body, filling it with vitality. When the tissues are infused with higher vibrational energy, the body is healthy and can do what it was designed to do.

Stone circles ‘contain’ the energy of the land, which is brought into it from the solar energies at specific times of the year. It is channelled into the energy point below it, or into underground waterways, which then feeds the surrounding countryside, like a chakra point. But a circle only has a certain radius. The way to get around this is to place outliers, menhirs, which can hold an energy line from the circle and radiate it into its locality. One circle, either stone or henge, can have many outliers at a certain distance from it, and I imagine, the tall individual standing stones would have stood within a certain area and also be used as territorial marker stones, or signposts. They might have had multiple uses, but their primary purpose would have been as an energy transmitter.

Thinking about that, it makes me wonder if the menhirs also signposted the proximity of a sacred site? The people back then would have known and understood the function of the Menhirs, and would have also known how to use them to find their way to sites or settlements.

The stones, stone circles, and barrows do the same for the landscape as acupuncture needles do for the body. If the energy is flowing well, the fertility of the soil means better crops and healthier livestock. The sarsen in Littleton, which had been found in 1906 in Dean Down Drove, would have been connected to the Flowerdown Barrow, the largest barrow in Hampshire and, according to ‘Upstairs’, one of the most important sacred sites in the prehistoric area of modern-day Hampshire.

The stone itself is beautiful. It is a golden sandy colour and might have stood at least a meter higher if the top had not been broken off. I also found some interesting markings on it which maybe someone can explain to me. There are many scratches on one surface, which makes me think they could have happened during the move to Chilcomb Museum. But there is a definite lozenge carved into the surface. Again, it could be accidental, but equally, it might have been intentional. You can see these lines in one of the photos below. The lozenge seems to be part of a bigger pattern but the stone is quite damaged here too.

The stone is obviously not in its original position, it was moved originally from Dean Down Drove, which leads off from the barrrows, but I can find no evidence of the stone on old OS maps so it might have been buried under years of mud and vegetation. But there is also a hole which has been bored low down on one side, which I initially thought was a core sampling hole, however, it is too shallow and too wide. Could it have been used as a gate post, perhaps at some more recent date? That is what it reminded me of, yet there is no record of a stone anywhere near either of the Dean farms, where, I imagine, the drove-way lead to – or from… The hole might also have been caused by rain but I would have thought there would have been more, in that case…

On this particular visit, my job was to connect the stone to the disc barrow, as I imagined it was originally connected before it was moved or had fallen over. But first, I had to walk anti-clockwise around the first barrow, something I had not done on all my previous visits. Halfway around the barrow, I became aware of a woman in handwoven, woollen clothes standing on top of it. She watched me, as I went around, and I got the impression that she was waiting to see if I knew what I was doing. She continued to watch, while I finished the round.

I was then told to create a lemniscate, the infinity symbol, by walking anti-clockwise around the disc barrow, joining the two barrows. I’m always curious why things happen at certain times. I have been coming to this barrow site for nearly twenty years and only now are these two barrows being connected. As I came close, to where I started walking around the larger barrow, I felt energy rising which to me feels like excited anticipation. Sometimes it makes me want to exhale forcibly, but not this time. I have to say, feeling energy that way is one of the things that makes this work so enjoyable. It is as though I am doing what I am supposed to do, working with the landscape the way our ancestors did. In that moment of rising energy, I am the ancestors.

As I completed the round of the disc barrow, I stopped to take some photos and then heard ‘Complete the circuit’. I realised that I had not gone back to the beginning. There was still about two meters to go. I completed the circuit, as instructed, then walked into the centre of the barrow. I was immediately aware of the emerald energy but it was coming in with a blue ray, like sapphire. I have worked with Sapphire before but I’m still not sure where it fits. I asked what this ray was and was shown a blue dragon descending through it. Aha! The blue dragon is water, rain. My immediate thought was, ‘Haven’t we had enough of that?!’ (As it turned out, the land in parts of Littleton floods when the winter bourne rises).

The emerald energy above the sapphite tube represents the energy of vegetation so in that context, it made sense that the blue dragon would descend down a column of sapphire. You can’t have vegatation without water.

Once this energy had been fully anchored, I moved off the barrow. As I approached the other, smaller burial mound, I heard: ‘A message for you.’ The woman in her reddish-brown, shin-length dress was there again. She wore a blueish tartan-like top, all handwoven, and was old, her hair yellow-white. She would have been fair-haired when she was younger.

As she looked down at me from the top of the mound, she held out a package wrapped in soft brown leather, tied with a leather thong. ‘Take this,’ she said, ‘And guard it well.’ She placed a yellow flower on top of the package, which looked like a dandelion, or cat’s ear, then added, ‘For the chosen one.’ I took the package, knowing I had to pass it on to someone else. Then she said, ‘For you.’ And she gave me a bottle, the lower rounded half wrapped in a leather casing, like a bottle of sweet wine, or Sherry, from Spain.

She then went on to tell me that she was a Mother in the local community, which now lies beneath Littleton … somewhere. As I was walking away, she stood and waved, but now she had her granddaughter with her, reminding me that her daughter was a spiritual leader within the community and that she herself was teaching her granddaughter, just as the Neolithic ancestors had done. It also made me wonder if both hers, and her granddaughter’s, ashes were in the smaller barrow. It also made me think there was a subtle message there too about teaching my own granddaughters…

Later, I wondered if the single yellow flower represented the energy of this ancient Down (a Hampshire word meaning a chalkland hill) which had been called Flower Down. It has been called Flower Down for centuries, possibly because of the profusion of wildflowers that grow on chalkland, and it has been called that since before 1750. It was originally used as common land to graze animals, and therefore never ploughed. This is why the barrows were left alone and undamaged. It must have been beautiful if they called it after the flowers that grew there, the land fertilised by all the animals. After the Enclosures Act, a patch of land, with the barrows on it, was allowed for the villagers; the rest was owned by a landowner. Thankfully, he left them that part, or we might not still have them and all that information would be lost!

Continueing my journey to Dad’s, I passed hte Running Horse Inn and had the thought that I should have breakfast there one day, that therre was something beneath it that needing accessing. So, next Sunday, we are going to check it out. I’ll let you know what happens.

If you are ever in Winchester, pay Flowerdown Disc Barrow a visit, and tune in. It is a wonderful place, as many Wintonians can vouch for. I know some of you already know this stone, and these barrows, very well indeed.

Connecting Trees with Crystalline Energy.

A few months ago, I was driving through Crab Wood, (on the outskirts of Winchester, in Hampshsire) and received a message from the trees which, at the time, I completely misinterpreted. Crab Wood is an older woodland on the outskirts of Winchester, in Hampshire. It is covered in bluebells in late Spring and has been coppiced since at least the sixteenth century. It also contains beech trees, some large old oak, birch and ash and lies within the boundaries of Farley Mount Woods, which has its own elemental energy guardian.

View of Sparsholt from the edge of Woods.

I was feeling particularly tired, over-extended and emotionally drained on that day, and I needed the green of early spring leaves to make me feel normal again. The one-track road snakes through the woods, surrounded on each side by beech trees planted to create a boundary line, and as I drove along I suddenly felt like I was a tree and had four large branches, each extending, like arms, in four directions. At the time, I interpreted this to mean I was being supported by the tree, and that it existed somewhere in these woods. It felt very nurturing, as though the tree was reminding me that I was not alone; my tree-family were with me. At that point, it was exactly what I needed, and so feeling soothed, I continued on to my father’s home.

Three weeks ago, (July 13th) I drove that way again, but I was early and decided to stop off in a layby to go for a walk. I had passed a path through the trees many times but never stopped to explore it. Today was the day for exploration. I followed the path until I saw a huge old beech tree, which on approaching, I could feel its energy. It extended out about twenty feet from the trunk.

First Beech Tree.

For this tree, I had to walk around it anti-clockwise and when I did, I placed my hand on its trunk and allowed my consciousness to travel upwards into its branches. There, I experienced a mind-to-mind connection, like a melding of consciousness, and I was told I needed to walk back the way I had come because there was another tree I needed to connect to. As I walked away, following the instructions, I felt a gold line connect to my crown centre from the upper branches which I knew was to do with the other tree.

When I came to the road, there was the tree I had passed on my way into the woods. I had noticed it at the time but, because I felt no energy from it, continued along the path. But I had needed to notice it because it turned out to be important. That often happens. You notice something but it doesn’t feel ‘quite right’. Yet!

I tuned into the tree and saw an amethyst above its branches. At first, I thought I was imagining it. Why would a tree be connecting to an upper, crystalline layer? But then, I saw energy from the amethyst layer flow into the branches, filling them up. But the energy didn’t stop where the branches did, it continued to flow out the end of each tip creating a giant amethyst sphere all around the tree.

Second Beech tree beside the road.

The tree was the conduit, and anchor, for the amethyst energy which spread out well beyond it. I had the idea that every person who drove by, or walked that path, would receive some of this energy and the thoughtforms it contained. The amethyst level of the earth’s crystalline field is a higher frequency layer akin to the spiritual mind of Earth, if you imagine that earth has its own energy field, just as we do. That Mind contains ideas and thoughts that can benefit the world, like a computer database which we can download mentally, if we are given access. I wondered what those thoughts and ideas might be. Perhaps ways of caring for the woodland and the surrounding countryside, or more in line with what nature wants, rather than what we think it needs? Or, perhaps, they could be spiritual ideas, ways of staying healthy or ways to connect with trees. I don’t know. But I will be keeping an eye on what happens in the area.

I didn’t have time to do more, although I knew that on the other side of the road, and up the path through that part of the woods, there was another tree I needed to find. But it would have to wait until next time.

On the seventeenth of July, having time to spare, I followed the path through the other woods. I had no idea where to find this tree but I knew it was there somewhere. I walked through the woodland, took photos of fungi, and felt the trees I came to along the way. Feeling is about opening awareness and feeling for the vibration of consciousness. The right tree would make itself known. Having wandered for over half an hour, following little paths that meandered through the woods, I found myself in a clearing. There was the tree I was looking for.

First Mother Tree

There were two trees in this clearing and I knew both were significant. One was a Mother Tree, the other, a Brother. That is how they came to me. They didn’t feel ‘awake’, but I acknowledged them both and went to the older Mother Tree to tune in. I sat at the base of the tree but felt the need to walk anti-clockwise around it. However, when I had finished the first circuit, I continued to walk clockwise around the Brother Tree, thereby creating a lemniscate pattern of golden light. I did this three times. Something made me feel this was not simply about the trees but also about a situation in ‘real life’, that this joining was about joining a mother with a son. Yet this figure of eight pattern not only joined, energetically, it also created a boundaried separation, as though it was saying: you are energetically connected, but exist independently with your own purpose, and within your own space. And that is as it should be.

The Brother Tree

I was impulsed to stand on the cross-over point of the pattern of eight and as I did, I saw a gold line going from this point along the way I had come, then another going off in the opposite direction. I knew I had to follow this second line.

This gold-line direction was showing me the path to another tree, and I had to completely trust my intuition, because I was in the woods after all, and the paths are not straight, as the gold line was. But the next tree was so obvious. It was huge, very old and the energy emanating from it was unmistakable.

The Guardian.

I walked towards her and her energy was strong. She invited me to connect with her, so I walked around her once, and then leaned my back against her wide trunk. Then I heard her say: I am an old woman, guardian of these woods for many years. I hold the elemental energies of this place, ensuring all is kept in balance. She felt so old, like a grandmother, and all the trees were her children. Much like the tree in the woods beside Lainston house on a previous visit.

Then she went on to give me advice on how to work with the elemental energies of France and Spain, which is the next part of my journey, once I am complete here in the UK. As she spoke, I had that familiar feeling of wanting to curl up in her roots and sleep like a baby. This is a common experience when connecting with a Mother tree. They have such a nurturing energy that you feel you want to lie down in the safety and love they provide. In the photo just above, you can see how children have created a couple of rope swings to swing from her branches, which is lovely.

Before I left, she gave me an etheric bottle of her essence, to fill me when I needed extra energetic help. These etheric energies kick in when needed and most times I don’t know I am using them. Much of it happens in the astral layer of the energy field.

That earlier connection, through one tree, as I drove through Crab Wood, was a download I would be using at some later point, but which I didn’t recognise at the time. And that is often how it works. You could be given an energy that might come into play months, even years, after the initial download. But as soon as you ‘see’ it, while working, you will recognise it and remember. In effect, you are like a living computer with installed software in the different layers of your energy field which you only use when called to do so. Which is reassuring because then, nothing is wasted. Even if you have to take breaks between the times you work and the times you cannot, you can be safe knowing that the energies will be used at some point. Sometimes too, it is not the right time and other things need to happen first, or you need further development before you are ready for that particular job.

But rest assured, it will happen, because once the download is installed, it is only a matter of time.

What was most interesting to me about this particular tree-work was the connection with the crystalline Amethyst sphere. I had not been aware that trees could channel these energies, or that they were compatible with the very different crystalline energies and were able to hold them. But I suppose, if we, as healers, can hold the energies of trees perhaps I should not be so surprised that trees can hold the energies of crystals. The tree was an anchor for those energies, like bringing heaven to earth, making those higher thoughts available to us here on the ground.

If you want to visit, the tree is on the left side just before you leave the woods on the way to Sparsholt Village. It lies next to the path which leads up along the wood boundary.

You can’t miss it.

St. Peter’s Church, Stockbridge.

On June the 8th, with some time to spare, I paid a short visit to St Peter’s Church, or what is left of it. It sits in a lovely, green graveyard beside a pub, alongside the old main route to London, through Romsey. The original church is recorded in the Domesday book, so in its beginning it was probably a typical Saxon church constructed of wood before being rebuilt with stone. Some of the masonry from that older Saxon church was incorporated into the later church of St Peter, which was built in the 12th Century. You can read the history here.

That’s the back story.

(I’ve done work in this little church before, once with a healing group I was running back in the 2000’s, so I knew it well enough. Although I hadn’t visited it since then).

Today, everything was verdant and pretty, and the graveyard beautifully tended. Seats, placed in mown grassy areas, created a little oasis of peace. Perhaps the sense of peace was because this was where the original nave once stood and people for centuries have worshipped and prayed here. I could have quite happily spent hours sitting here, as it felt like a little oasis, but I satisfied myself by wandering about and taking photos instead.

But as I approached the main door, I was ‘instructed’ to walk around the church anti-clockwise. When I had done that, I was told to do it again, and then a third time. Each time I repeated the circuit, I felt myself going deeper into the layers of energy, each circuit opening into a deeper level.

Once inside, I went, as usual, to stand at the altar but I was instructed to stand facing the entrance door (I forgot when doing this that the tiny church was originally part of a bigger one). I remember doing this in Crawley too. Thinking I was supposed to stand facing the altar, but instead, I was instructed to go to a point in the nave. There are distinct energy points down the centre of most churches/cathedrals, as if the structure represents a human body, with either its chakra points or the three Tan Tien. It all depends on which system you use. For me, it is usually the three Tan Tien (even though they are also within the seven chakra system).

As I tuned in, I found the Ruby ray being anchored there, but it was connecting to the Diamond level of the Earth’s Energy field. Next, I turned and faced the Altar and there the emerald ray descended, but it was connected to the Amethyst layer.

With my back to the altar again, I felt the urge to turn to the north and found myself anchoring a line horizontally, to another site. It felt like it was connecting to a church, which I discovered later, was St Mary’s Church at Longstock. Once that was anchored, I turned to face the opposite direction, to what again felt, was another church. This tim, St. Peter’s and St Pauls at King’s Sombourne.

Again, I had to turn. This time to the west. This line seemed to go quite far and I wasn’t picking up a churchy feeling. Only later, when I went on google earth, did I make the line connection to Figsbury Ring, where we had anchored a white flame many years ago.

My last turn was towards the east, and this time the line was shorter, and led to Woolbury hillfort; another place where we had done year’s worth of energy activations. Both the sites on this line were pre-Christian, but the other two were Christian. Yet, joined together, they created the shape of a cross. Connecting two ancient belief systems.

In all levels of this energy-work, there is a cross-over of times and energies: Pagan and Christian. This seems to be happening so much lately that it really must be time for old beliefs in the Mother to be married to the current male beliefs of Father. (This has nothing to do with gender identity. This simply means the belief in the feminine and masculine aspects of creation which any one person, male or female, or any other identification, can embody).

The Diamond and Ruby, both part of the second sphere, are male and female respectively. The emerald of the first sphere; landscape and vegetation was now anchored to the higher, amethyst level of spiritual thoughtforms. Perhaps this is because we need to understand nature from a higher perspective so we can do what the land needs, not what we think it needs.

But it may mean something completely different.

Figsbury Ring has been used, since the Neolithic period, as a sacred site related to the fertility of the land, and using sacred ceremony in a gathering place for the ancestors of these isles. Woolbury Hillfort (or camp) is Iron Age but was also used during the Bronze Age. It was a place of sanctuary during raids, and also a place where wheat could be stored and distributed during less productive years (these are my experiences, not necessarily archaeological theory. I have worked with both these sacred sites, so already have their energy in my memory banks).

Both the prehistoric sites involved the sanctity of grain and used fertility rites to ensure a good harvest. The two churches were also gathering places, but they have their focus on Father, whereas the prehistoric sites had the focus on Mother/Earth and Father/Sun.

The interplay of the different levels within differing time periods is interesting, and also the cross-over of crystalline energies. It feels like levels, and energies are being wedded together in the present, but with the intention of influencing the future.

Hopefully, in a future life, I can see how this has all worked out.

I haven’t visited the other two churches yet, but did go to Woolbury and activated the line to the Old St. Peter’s. Most of that visit was personal, and I received the necessary energies for work in southern Spain next year.

I will see what happens when I go to Figsbury … which may take some time …

Lost Rivers of Stonehenge.

An email popped into my inbox which I was so happy to receive (something I cannot say about some of them!). It was from LiDAR, the digital terrain mapping people. Not only was it exciting to have something that we have long known confirmed, but it also gave us additional information about why certain energies were placed where they were.

Many years ago, in 2006, Chris and I spent time exploring Salisbury Plain, doing energy-work with the barrows (burial Mounds), and the Cursus. During this exploration, I was given a glimpse of the Bronze Age people who served the temple, and the Mother Goddess. (It would be useful to read this for context).

At the time we received the information, which came in the form of inner-vision and telepathic understanding, I had no way of verifying the existence of the spring we had seen on the previous occasion, or why the Initiatic gateway was along the cursus and not in the circle of Stones (Stonehenge). But, having received the email from LiDAR, I was excited to see that my intuitive vision was correct, at least as far as the Spring is concerned.

This is how the LiDAR people put it (and rather beautifully, I thought):

“The LiDAR image unfurls a captivating tapestry, revealing the profound significance of Stonehenge’s position. No longer a mere coincidence, its placement appears divinely orchestrated, guided by an ancient wisdom that intertwined the monument with the very essence of the land. Observe the enigmatic “avenue,” a mysterious earthwork extending from the henge itself. It stretches forward, seemingly guided by an otherworldly force, tracing an invisible path toward the fateful convergence of these long-lost waterways. What hidden meaning lies within this alignment? What cosmic forces were at play when this extraordinary design was conceived?

“The Stonehenge, the cursus, and the ancient river channels intertwine in a symphony of celestial geometry and earthly harmony. The landscape becomes a living tapestry, where the past whispers its secrets, waiting to be deciphered by those who dare to seek the truth.

“What does this profound relationship signify? Could it be a celestial map etched upon the Earth’s canvas, guiding ancient minds to comprehend the mysteries of the cosmos? Or does it hold the key to forgotten rituals and sacred ceremonies, enacted by our ancestors in harmony with the celestial and terrestrial realms?

“The LiDAR images, combined with historical mapping, grant us an extraordinary glimpse into the past, igniting our curiosity and fueling our imagination. It invites us to explore the profound interplay between humanity and the landscape, where Stonehenge emerges as a portal to a realm of ancient knowledge and cosmic connection.

“So, let us embark on a journey of discovery, armed with the LiDAR’s revelations and the courage to unravel the enigmatic relationship between Stonehenge, the coursing rivers of old, and the mystical cursus. With each step, we inch closer to unearthing the profound truths that lie dormant within these sacred grounds.

“The mysteries await your arrival, dear seeker of knowledge. Unlock the secrets of Stonehenge and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing dance between monument, landscape, and the enigmatic forces that shaped our ancient past.”

I mean, could they have put it any better?

According to what I saw in that ‘memory’, the rivers were no longer there. On the surface, at least. But the bournes (or springs) still rose, giving them water; but perhaps only at certain times of the year when the, now, underground channels filled up after a long rainy season. (These rivers were obviously much wider than the river Avon, where Durrington Walls was built close to).

By the time Stonehenge was built, there may have been only winter rivers, but this would still have been seen as a gift of fertility from the Mother to humankind.

Many years ago, when I worked in post-excavation in Winchester, before the new council chairman got rid of the Winchester Archaeology team, a skull and longbones of a Neolithic woman came in to be cleaned up. Her bones had lain in a long barrow, near Barton Stacey, and rescued before the barrow had been completely ploughed out. I was given permission to explore them, so, using psychometry I tuned into the skull of this ancient woman.

From the images that came into my head, I gathered that she was the head priestess of a group of people who lived there six thousand years ago, and part of her role was to care for the spring close to their settlement. She placed flowers there, at particular times of the year, and made sure it was clear, clean and energetically active. She had a daughter, which her own mother, the girl’s grandmother, took care of. The woman herself had responsibility for the welfare, both spiritual and physical, of the tribal unit and was too busy to teach her daughter. Instead, the role fell to her mother who trained the child in all the ways of the priestess so she could take her mother’s role when the time came for her to do so. This seemed to be the way they did things. Grandmother taught the granddaughter, freeing up the mother.

Barton Stacey Bourne.

This was fascinating because it gave me a wonderful insight into how the matrilineal knowledge was passed down. It also highlighted the importance placed on the sacred springs. However, at the time, I was not aware of any springs around Barton Stacey. I mentioned it to my then brother-in-law, who told me there was a winter-bourne in the field (Belonging to Cocum Farm) across from where the long barrow once stood. In very wet winters, this bourne still rises in the field and runs down to the River Dever where it joins it.

The old stories tell of the Maidens of the Wells, spirit women who guard the sacred springs. I imagine the stories are part of our collective memory, reminding us of a time when we honoured the waters that fertilised our lands and gave us food to eat. It is interesting too, to see that the rituals of the Neolithic remained in the Bronze Age, and still remain today, albeit in a different form.

Apart from this lovely confirmation of previous intuitions, I was also struck by the fact that at Stonehenge, the large energetic gateway was immediately on top of where the rivers originally divided.

If you are sensitive enough you will feel the energy of water as you pass over it, or get close to it. It has a very recognisable feel. The gate’s placement over where the river divided, might have been planned, or they may have simply felt the water energy below. We now need dowsers to find this water, but I know that it can be psychically experienced too, although dowsing is a great way to learn sensitivity.

The energetic gateway we perceived might have been an energy, built up over years of working with the place, in a sacred way. The gateway itself seems to be at one junction and the stone circle avenue at the other. (The gate is the pink triangle, and the blue circle is the site of the spring). The gateway might also have energised the flow of water as it passed close to the circles, on its way to the sea, like the River Avon close by.

Tom Graves‘ books tell us that many stone circle sites were built on underground water channels – as were Cathedrals and old churches. Tom was a dowser and did amazing work at many sacred sites, mapping out the energies of the stones, and their placement over water channels deep in the earth. His work opened the doors of understanding around how our ancestors ensured the survival of their community while honouring the earth. His books are well worth the read.

In doing these explorations into the past, we are relearning the ways our ancestors placed their sites and how they worked with them. In many ways, we are intuitively doing the same when we dress the wells and hang ribbons on ancient trees. The knowledge is in the landscape, and all of it is accessible. All we have to do is become sensitive enough to feel it and then act on what we perceive. Even if it seems like we are making it up. Because, when another technology finds the same information, it is so wonderfully affirming.

Try it out for yourself, if you ever have the chance to go to Salisbury Plain. I might have to go back myself … if ever I have the time…

An Elemental Surprise.

On my way back from Andover last week, having taken the scenic route, I passed a crop of poppies that I thought I would return to when the seed pods were ready.

Today, having two hours to spare before visiting my father, I drove out to get them. While I was there, I went for a wander. I’d never been here before, except to drive through on my way between Winchester and Andover.

Since I was a child, I have always loved exploring, so I crossed the road and headed towards a gate. Beyond the gate, to my right, was a field of nearly ripe corn filled with bright red poppies and wild chicory. After admiring the view, and following a long path past an oil extractor and some other industrial area, (a sewage works; as I discovered when looking it up on the map later)I took a million photos until I spotted a way through the hedge and, on impulse, walked through into a small clearing.

When I entered the clearing, which was really only a space in a wooded boundary which may have been the original trackway through the fields leading down into the valley, (it’s still on the os maps from the late 1800s), I felt that familiar feeling of energy that makes me want to exhale forcibly. It’s nearly like I want to manage the energy I am feeling. Sometimes, it is also about transmitting energy, via the breath.

Initially, I didn’t know what I was picking up, or why, so I looked around trying to pinpoint the source. There was a large old beech tree that I had passed on my way through the hedge and I walked back to it. I stood beside the trunk and put my hand on the bark, tuning in. I felt my higher sense perception move upwards and my energy field expanded into a large sphere. At the edge of my field, I saw an elemental woman. She was nearly transparent she was so light and a very pale translucent watery green. Her simple dress was the same colour as she was.

Light, excited and very playful, she beckoned me to follow her, moving out of the clearing and onto the path. She moved along the track as if she was flying, or floating, but she had no wings. She was simply a lighter vibration than me. As light as air. I followed her over the crest of the slight hill and down the track beyond, wondering where we were going. Sometimes I could not see her at all but I could feel her around, pulling me onward.

As I got closer to the bottom, it began to feel very ‘busy’, as though there were lots of people there, but there were only trees and plants and insects. But I thought I heard the sound of rushing water. Then I decided it must only be the wind- in the willows. A sure sign of water. I discovered a plastic map of the area nailed to a post and discovered that there was a river: the River Anton.

The elemental had led me to a river. But why? I knew that I needed to connect with the river and that it had something to do with the tree, so I found a place where I could connect, not knowing exactly what was required of me. I faced the river, looking over the boundary hedge, and felt a cord move from my centre and into the water. My rational mind thought it was to draw the water’s essence in through the tube and into my body (which has happened many times) but instead, the tube went into the river-bed, and extracted something from the sandy floor beneath the water. It went down about two meters.

Next, I saw the elemental woman again, and part of the tube that was in my centre (Tan Tien) was now a three-pin plug. She beckoned me to follow her again and so I powered back up the hill until I came to the beech tree. Once again, I put my hand on the bark, thinking I had to plug the tube into the tree roots.

But nothing happened.

I remained standing and then saw the elemental woman move into my energy field, unplug the plug, and plug it beneath the roots. This was obviously not a job I could do, but her job! I could be a conduit, but she had the right energy to do the rest.

Once the job was complete, gave me a gift of a beech nut, placing it where the plug had been then she moved up into the branches again, waving in gratitude, happy that her tree had received whatever energy infusion it needed.

I think this might be the first time I have ever worked with an elemental of a tree that wasn’t a dryad, although I did once channel a story about a tree elemental who had to find another tree to live in because men were coming to cut his tree down to make way for a road…

Marko Pogacnik talks about the elementals of plants and trees in his book ‘Nature Spirits and Elemental Beings’. In it, he describes how he once did an elemental rescue for a woman in Ljubljana, who was concerned about a very old Linden tree that her family wanted to cut down. On a return visit, he saw that the tree had been pollarded and the tree’s energy was unable to spread out into the branches as it should have done and the faun was struggling to manage it. Marko was able to find another Linden tree to transplant the faun into.

I had been wondering about this as I had only ever worked with Dryads, not with elemental beings who lived in and around trees, but after this experience, I understood a little more. My guides will always give me an experience of something so I understand it, especially if it is to show me something that is the truth.

This lovely elemental spirit was so subtle that I often found myself doubting her existence. At other times when I have seen nature elementals, they have been very clear. But this one was as light as air, nearly invisible, yet her energy was wonderfully joyful and trusting. She could see that I could do exactly what she needed and she did not have any doubt in me at all… even though I was a human.

Another well-learned lesson.

Crystal Sphere Attunements.

Three weeks ago, my guides transferred to me a new way of sharing the crystal energies I had been carrying for over twenty years. It involved the use of crystal rays, anchored in the chakras on three separate, but interconnected levels. I initially received these crystal energies over a period of months in 2004, and at that time, my guides told me that this was the symbolism used in the breastplate of Aaron. The video below shows how it was constructed, according to one version of sacred writings, but if you think about this as both a physical object and an energetic object, you may get a glimpse of what the crystals might have been used for and what energies the priest was capable of working with. Remember too that Moses, his brother Aaron (priest) and his sister Miriam, (prophetess) came from Egypt and the knowledge they held was learned there.

This would also explain the symbolism of the colours used in the weaving of the plate itself. I think that over time the true meaning of this breastplate was forgotten as history was rewritten and changed over the telling of it. What may have been understood when the high priests first wore the plate, was no longer understood, or maybe the interpretations changed because the scribes didn’t have access to the sacred knowledge. Who knows?

When you hold these crystal energies in your chakras, they give you access to the crystalline layers of the earth’s energy field. These spheres, and their crystal rays, are anchored one sphere at a time, with a space of time between each anchoring to allow each level to be fully integrated. Each sphere corresponds to a crystal energy in the Earth’s energy field. (See the video below).

The first sphere contains two crystal rays: Emerald for the nature-elementals of land, and Blue Topaz for the world of the sea. These two energies represent the consciousness of land and sea and all the layers they contain, including the physical. The planet is, at its most basic level, the physical matter of land and water.

The spheres are anchored electrically, meaning their energy affects the electromagnetic energy of your field. Lightning, in the form of an energetic bolt, is used as a high-voltage cleanser, cleansing heavy energies both in the human energy-field and in the planetary field. Physical lightning does the same breaking up heavy, stagnant energy and renewing the area. It recharges the part of the world is actively engaged with.

The second sphere is a higher vibrational energy made up of Ruby and Diamond, the Feminine and Masculine energy- fields around the planet, the layers that contain the Divine Mother and Divine Father thoughtforms. These layers hold positive beliefs about Love and pure spiritual thought, thoughtforms which are being anchored by many people around the world. The Ruby is Divine Feminine LOVE and the Diamond is Divine Masculine THOUGHT.

In each of the first two spheres, the pairing of land and sea; Mother and father, provides Balance.

The third sphere is the Amethyst, which contains the higher thoughtforms of purpose, and spiritual development on earth. This would be akin to the Spiritual MIND which is above all physical, emotional, or mental concerns. It does not contain two balancing energies because it is above polarity. Our world exists as a polarity, which is not a bad thing. Polarity links two things together. It connects, like the positive and negative ends of a battery. We need both energies, in this world, to learn and grow and to live.

If you were to imagine the earth as a human energy-field, the levels would correspond to the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and higher mental body. The crystal energy in each of these crystal ‘bodies’ influences how we think and how we relate to the different aspects of each sphere. If you knew that you were related energetically to nature, if you knew, without doubt, that you were related to the trees and the plants; if you saw your sameness, the way we are all composed of the same elements of nature in different ways, would you treat it like a commodity? Would you destroy the worlds of all your relatives for your own personal desires? Or would you want to work in partnership with that world; recognising that we are all related and that what you do for one you do for all?

The same idea applies to the second sphere. How we relate to each other, as males and females living on the planet, how we think as male and female, how we fight, how we heal, how we learn to work together, etc.. is what this sphere influences. (Again, I am talking here about polarities, not gender identification, which may also be part of the learning to balance the opposite polarities within oneself).

Gaia’s body contains many dimensions. The crystalline intelligence is just one of those and one which we learn to use in anchoring her Divine crystal energies into the grid. Working with these layers influences the development of those qualities in humans. The ancestors understood the crystalline energies well because they built their stone circles and other monuments with stones that contain quartz and other types of crystal. They might not have understood it in the same way as we do now, but they understood its importance in holding energy and its ability to transmit that energy into the landscape.

I have been working with these crystal layers for quite a while, but this attunement allows me to pass it on and work with it in a more precise way. Previously, we opened sites to the Ruby layer, and to the Diamond but only one to the Amethyst band. Sites which allow access to these crystal layers are Gateway sites. It is part of what makes them special. I have a sneaky feeling that the Gateways to the Underworld, known as the Sidhe, might also have served this function and this knowledge came down to us in folklore. Of course, there is a way to test this theory … if anyone wants to try it.

One amethyst site that immediately springs to mind is one of the burial mounds, or barrows, near the cursus at Stonehenge. When we were working with the barrows there, the amethyst was clearly visible above one of the barrows, as though it was suspended in the air. That was my first awareness of there being an Amethyst layer. There may well be other, higher vibrational crystal layers, but we haven’t accessed them yet.

Uffington, famous for its White horse carved into the side of a hill, is a Ruby site, as are both Banjo enclosures in Micheldever Woods, Hampshire. When you are on the top of the hill, you are sitting in the layer of the Ruby, which looks more magenta than red. The magenta contains the pink of Divine love.

At a Banjo enclosure site, the gateway for Ruby energy is usually at the bottom of the avenue, rather than at the centre, which is where you will usually find the Emerald energy. The Emerald energy, therefore, regulates the elemental energies that create fertility around, and in, the site, And the Ruby gateway opens the upper layer, the energy of Mother, which either funnels down to the gateway or up from the gateway. Sometimes, at different points of the year, the Ruby travels up the avenue and into the Banjo enclosure to encompass the emerald energy sphere. So it is radiating both Emerald and Ruby.

The crystalline layers intersect on different levels, which means they can also bridge sites of a different time, and a different belief system, such as Bronze Age/Iron Age sites with modern Christianity. I believe this is what they were designed to do.

Banjo enclosure with crystal vortices.

There is a mingling of beliefs happening across the world, as newer ideas take hold, but it is important that some of the more ancient ideas stay with us. Our ancestors knew what they were doing, energetically, and it is important that we remember, and continue to develop the interdimensional work they did so well.

Most of the work we have been doing lately has been about bridging the different timelines, reinfusing Christian rituals with the ancient fertility rituals, and acknowledgement the Earth as Mother. Working in Timelimes is important as valuable information is retrieved from ancestral wisdom traditions.

The Harp.

The harp is one of the Gifts of the Sidhe, the guardians of the ancestral mysteries of Ireland.

The harp is a healing instrument – once it has been installed in the energy field, via energy transmission. It has multiple uses: one is for personal healing and the other is environmental. It is one of three musical instruments of the Sidhe. The other two are the Drum and the Pipe.

For years I have known it as an energy line, laid in certain places to act as a resonant healing point, or as an energy which covers large areas, but what I didn’t realise was that it was also used in the body.

After doing some sound healing with one of my daughters, I was sitting at the table listening to my father argue with the BBC 4 newscaster on his phone. My hand went to my throat and it was as if I was plucking a red harp string of an energetic harp in my body. I had been given this harp by my Tuatha De Guide many years ago.

I could see the harp clearly but wondered why I was plucking it.

Ten minutes later, I found out!

My father became a solicitor years ago and is interested in anything of a legal nature, including items on the news. He also has very negative beliefs about women. On this occasion, a news item came up which he immediately commented on, blaming the woman for something abusive that had happened to her. As soon as he said the words, I felt a ripple of energy through me, like someone had thrown a handful of gravel onto the water of a still lake. A minute later I had the strongest emotional eruption I have had in years. I burst into tears and told Dad the effect his words had on me and how difficult I found it when he blamed women for things that happened TO them. His constant verbal battering had taken its toll and I told him of something that had happened to me when I was thirteen but which I had never shared with him before. After expressing these long pent-up feelings and the distress I felt, I was emotional for days but recognised it as a healing opportunity so stayed with it and worked it through.

At the time, I didn’t quite recognise that the twanging harp string had somehow made the emotion activate – until it happened again yesterday!

This time, I had listened to a sound healing meditation by Tom Kenyon, before listening to one by Jhadten Jewell, which was very different. I listen to Jhadten’s meditation as it is connected to a recent workshop I had participated in with him, but my guides suggested I do a Tom Kenyon one first. I chose the Trilliums meditation and then did the Jhadten one.

The following day, back in Dad’s, and once again at the table, my hand went to my throat and again I plucked that red cord. Then I remembered the last time I twanged it. This time, while I was trying to explain something he had asked me about, he shut me up in a passive-aggressive way and I was triggered. No explosion this time because his words had well and truly brought the shutter down with a bang and I was stunned into silence.

The harp-string resonated, or activated through sound, the issue that needed to be brought to my attention. I realised that in plucking that red cord, I had effectively created a healing intention, something that needed to be vibrated out. Needless to say, it was not the conscious ‘me’ that had initiated this, but the Soul part of me that knew what I needed.

When I first came back to the UK, this time three years ago, while out on a walk along a prehistoric track along the South Downs, a large, well-built Celt appeared holding out a large harp to me. He asked me what string I wanted to work with. I chose the red one, or at least the ‘other me’ chose it. At the time, I thought it was for working in the landscape. It never occurred to me that it might be for personal healing.

Before I came to look after my father, and while Chris and I were doing earthwork in Micheldever Woods, the Celt again appeared behind me as I walked through the trees. It felt like he ‘had my back’ and I saw the harp in my arms. I still didn’t twig! I still assumed it was for a job of healing in the landscape, something I needed protection for. A few days ago, before I had twanged the harp string for the second time, I had gone for a walk on an old drove road near Crawley village and I felt ‘someone’ behind me. I mentally asked who it was and heard back, ‘The Guardian of your Soul’. Although grateful he was there, I was also curious, and a little nervous. What was happening that he needed to be around? After the second emotional issue with my father, however, I understood that he was there to support me, for which I am grateful.

Sound is a powerful healer and the harp-energy vibrates old stuck energies out of the body and energy-field. It can be used for personal healing and for healing the landscape. I have left little versions of this harp in sacred sites for other people to access, perhaps people who use sound as a healing modality, or to open up their voices.

The voice also uses sound, and words, to carry the vibration and intent of the speaker. The vibrational cord of the harp activates when it matches the vibration of another sound, triggering an emotional response. But the effect is one of healing rather than harm and so whatever is triggered offers an opportunity to explore the emotion which is still stored inside, allowing us to let it go – finally.

Healing is such an important part of energy-work as you are connected to the earth, and its energy field, and therefore you heal for the whole not just for yourself. The harp helps you move stuck energy out, in a way other things cannot. It is a powerful modality and a wonderful instrument of healing.

Although I cannot honestly say I am looking forward to the next time it is suddenly plucked…

Arthur’s Gate and the Mother Tree.

I recently had a spontaneous initiation on the grounds of Lainston House, near Winchester, in Hampshire. Many years ago, in 1999, I made a connection with an old Yew tree which grows close to the road that bisects the old Lainston House avenue. This tree is one I have visited many times and every time I visited, she gave me many gifts, such as energy, a cloak of bark and tree wisdom. I had only arrived in the UK in 1991 and within a couple of years had begun training in mediumship, counselling and Reiki. I didn’t know then that I would be working with earth energies. That wouldn’t happen for another ten years. Or that I was beginning a spiritual training that would result in the Gaia Method Earthways. I wouldn’t have believed anyone even if they had told me. I remember my first experience of spiritual communication. It was in the Winchester Spiritualist church, back in 1994. I had been training as a tarot reader with the wonderful Rosemary Prince, which lead to her running a development circle. I went to the church a few times and one night the medium gave me messages, telling me I was a healer. I remember thinking she must be mistaking me for the woman who was sitting next to me as I was certainly no healer. Now, of course, I know she was right, but back then I felt too damaged to be anything, let alone a healer.

My first experience with this beautiful old Yew tree was when I discovered it, having gone for a walk through the woods, close to where I lived. She was such a huge presence there and I immediately felt drawn to go and stand with my back against her. This proved to be an electrifying experience and I felt the energies of every tree in the locality sending information to her through the ground, which she transmitted into the surrounding countryside. (This was before they discovered how trees communicate with each other through mycelium). She was like a mother tree to all the other trees, which she saw as her children, even though they were not of the same tree-species. She had such immense power which spread out for quite a distance across the land. I didn’t realise it at the time, but I was becoming one of her children too.

In that first estatic and powerful experience with her, she opened me up to a world of nature-energies and elementals. Each time I visited her, she gave me something, shared knowledge with me or asked me to share my energy with her. I absolutely loved this tree and visited her when I felt the impulse. And that was another thing, she never needed my constant attention. But when something of importance needed to be shared, I felt the urge to visit her and each time I went, something significant happened.

Lately, I’d passed her every day on my way to my father’s house, projecting ‘Hello’ to her as I went by. But one day, I felt the impulse to stop and visit. I had time to spare, so I parked up, and as I walked down the path towards her the words ‘Arthur’s Gate’ came into my head. My first experience of Arthur’s Gate was in Tintagel. I knew it was an initiation but thought the Gateway initiation was only at Tintagel; that it was a place rather than an event. I didn’t realise it was something that could happen anywhere.

I continued to the Tree and when I reached her, I touched her rough bark to connect with her. Then I was told to walk once around her anticlockwise, to open the energies between us. When I reached my original position I laid back against her again, and felt a line go from my heart to her heartwood; a sharing of heart energy. Then, I felt the need to walk forward and walked a couple of meters away from her. I experienced this as though I was a child being pushed gently into the world, able to stand on my own two feet. She was communicating to me that it was time I was out on my own, that I didn’t need her anymore.

This was a surprise because I hadn’t realised that she had been my Mother-tree for all these years, teaching me how to become a tree-person. But when I looked back at all I learned, I realise it was true. If it wasn’t for her, and the generosity of her indwelling spirit, the Gaia Method Earthways would never have been developed. She opened a tree-door for me and gave me access to a whole elemental world.

So, feeling a little weird about it, but knowing it was the right thing, I walked away, saying goodbye to her in my head, feeling sad and grateful.

I walked through the woods looking for the Lainston house avenue. This too, I had passed every day, promising myself I would stop and walk it. It was only a short distance away from the tree and in all the times I had been in that little stretch of woods I had never known it was so accessible. I began to walk along the avenue, feeling a little nervous and not sure if I was allowed to be on it at all. Was it private property? My old fear of authority.

I turned to walk down along the avenue and as I did I saw a huge arch of light stretching over the trees. This was the Arthur’s Gate. It was the biggest initiatic gateway I’ve ever had to move through. Gateways can be of any size, and they can appear anywhere. The size corresponds to the importance of the initiation and how much change has to be experienced in order to achieve it. They also take time to actualise, in physical reality. The place, and the emotions experienced while going through them, are also messages giving clues about the nature of the initiation.

I took my time to walk through this huge arch, reflecting on what it meant. It was arched over the longest avenue of Lime trees in England and connected to a house that was built for Charles II so he could live there with his mistress. He had already commissioned a palace in Winchester which was never finished, but which was going to be based on Versailles. It is a house of abundance and history. I have always rejected wealth and stability having grown up with a father who put money first. I decided, early on, that love was more important. Needless to say, poverty isn’t very noble, as I learned when I lived in Luxor, so I have been slowly healing these beliefs around abundance. Now it would seem that it is time to put my new beliefs to the test.

As I walked through the arch, I was also aware of a prayer mat under my feet. This was connected to the initiation and it felt like both Spanish and Egyptian energies. A Moorish/Islamic element. The two countries were connected, energetically.

The Arthurian Gate is an initiation. It is about moving into an area of development which involves connecting to male energies of abundance and power. The ability to accept wealth, fearlessly. It is a particularly masculine gateway energy, so it connects to the layer of Divine masculine energy flow which looks like a river flowing above your head. When I first went through an Arthurian gate, it was in Tintagel looking from the castle out to sea. I was always independent and hated accepting abundance through men. But I was being asked to. I didn’t like the games around money, the way there were so many ‘conditions’ around generosity. So rather than deal with these difficulties, I chose to remain poor. Going through the first gateway changed that and I had to learn how to deal with those issues.

I had expanded into a new level of abundance, and all the lessons and healing, that went with it. Now, those lessons are expanding into something greater – which might also take twenty years to accomplish. I am guessing about the time here because that is how long it has taken me to get to the second Arthur’s Gate!

The place the gateways take place is significant. There are clues everywhere. I wondered if it was significant that I had to leave the nurturing and support of the Mother-tree, which is only meters away from this avenue, to step onto this road of abundance and the things that abundance could help me to establish. It’s like leaving home, and moving into independence with all the learning and tools I need to succeed.

Ultimately, it is now up to me.

Going through ‘gates’ means facing fears, and my initial fear of whether I was breaking some rule by walking along the avenue, was highlighting my fear of ‘needing permission’ to walk the path of empowerment and abundance. Was I allowed to walk this path?

I was walking it, so I guess the answer was YES.So let’s see where the gateway leads.

Activating the Hara at Sacred Sites.

I’m slowly adding meditations and exercises to YouTube and working on making guided meditations, with dragons, elementals, crystals etc.

This one is a short exercise my guides suggested I post, for those of you who work with sacred/energy sites. It never occurred to me to connect to the Hara line of a site but it makes absolute sense.

Since that last work with the churches I haven’t had much to do, except for writing, and doing readings, so I imagine they are giving me the opportunity to expand into something even more useful.

I am also developing structured six-month courses on different aspects of the Gaia Method Earthways so I will post these when they are available. They will include meditations, exercises and ongoing development, building your skills. You can do as many, or as few, as you feel drawn to. They will involve monthly catchup on Zoom or another platform so that you feel supported in your journey and can share with others what you are learning. It’s good to have support, even if you are a solitary worker. You can, of course, not do the Zoom meetings if you don’t want to. Whatever you choose to do is fine by me.

In the meantime, I hope you find the existing exercises helpful.

Guided Meditations.

Here are some guided meditations I channelled to help you makea stronger connection to your own Being, and to the energies around you. Some are for earthwork and some are for personal healing. I will add more as I feel the impulse.

I hope you find them useful on your journey.

A Helping Hand. A short visual meditation on a Gaia Method Earthways sysmbol to help you see from a higher perspective and get beyond anger and blame. Also useful for removing creative blocks.

Activating the Hara to work at sacred sites. This short visual meditation gives you an idea of how to connect your hara line and the hara lines at sacred sites.

A Guided Visualition and Portal Initiation. This is a channelled, guided, meditation to the ancestral realm of the Mothers, where you are taught to let go of attachments and to go through the portal to new life. It is the Gateway to Mother Earth.

A Summer Solstice Crystal Attunement. This was created on the Summer Solstice and aligns you with Stone circles everywhere and to Stonehenge. It recreates the energy of sacred fire and water solstice energies and is a channelled meditation.

The following (audio) guided meditation is to help you learn to work with spheres in energywork and to forge a strong connection to your own Soul’s awareness. The more you do it, the stronger the connection you make with your own Higher Self, or Soul, and the loving rose quartz core of Mother earth. I have left the last ten minutes with music so that if you want to stay longer in the experience, you can. I created this to help someone make their soul connection stronger and realised it could be of help to others too. So, thank you, EE. (It might take a minute to load, depending on your speed).

The music I have used is under licence from enlightenedaudio.com

If I have used any other music, I will credit the creator and add a link to their work.

Short Meditation Video. A Helping Hand.

Here is a short meditation on a symbol I recently received when I was obviously in need of some ‘Upstairs’ help. I have been going through some issues with my father, who I look after every day and had been doing some Hara Line healing at the same time. I really should have known what the outcome would be.

It was explosive, to say the least.

But I was given the symbol to help me to stay connected to my guidance and not get too stuck in old energies. I have added more information below the video which I hope you find useful.

I received this symbol when I was struggling with a relationship issue that had its roots in a past life. Deep in the emotional layers of this old dynamic, which had been playing itself out for most of my current life, my guides obviously knew I needed some help.

While doing a meditation to connect with my Soul and the upper levels of my energy-field, intending to gain more understanding of how the dynamic needed to be healed, I was given this symbol. The image appeared above my head, and I recognised it as one I had received before but had not understood its meaning so promptly forgot all about it. This time, however, my guides wanted me to understand the meaning so it could be used intentionally.

The inverted triangle represents the upper levels of consciousness, the levels of guides/angels/spirit/your Higher Self, etc. It is inverted because the energies are reaching down to the physical layers from a more expanded state of consciousness. This expanded state is the energy of Soul-love and higher understanding. It removes the energy of powerlessness in the situation and reminds us of the higher purpose of the relationship, even if that is not a conscious remembrance. The image that came with the symbol was of a father reaching down to hold the hand of his child. (Symbols usually have a visual component which explains the use of the symbol. It could equally have been a woman’s hand, but as my guide is male, I imagine this is why it came in this way).

Sometimes old emotional energies need to be moved through, rather than held onto. You can get stuck in the old dynamic, rather than moving through the releasing of it.  The symbol can help you maintain unconditional love for the person while still releasing the stuck and painful energies of the past. This works well if there is a deep bond with the person, such as a family member, or close personal relationship, etc. However, as with all healing, there must be a readiness to see another person with unconditional love. If you are in a damaging relationship, it is more difficult to see with unconditional love and survival may be more important. Often, the ability to see the other person as a co-creator comes later and after much healing and therapy. But when you have healed, or let go of someone, or you are in healing dynamic and old issues come up, then is a good time to use this energy.

If you find yourself in an emotional situation and need to stay centred or you want to become unstuck, then meditate on this symbol. It helps if you visualise, or intend, both the symbol and the image of the adult’s hand reaching down to you, offering its help and pulling you out of old dense energies.

Another use of the symbol is for when you need to raise your consciousness to a higher level while moving through healing. If you do healing, or any other kind of energetic work, such as readings, etc., and you are experiencing a release of emotional energies yourself, it can be a challenge to rise above the denser emotional energies to connect with your guides or Soul. But by using this symbol, you are given a helping hand so you can work and heal at the same time, something I was never able to do in the past. In fact, I really could have used this back then when I found it nearly impossible to do anything ‘normal’ while going through deep healing.

After creating this short meditation, my guides then shared another use for the symbol, this time using it for white dragon inspiration.

The addition of the white dragon vortex is to get you unstuck and out of a creative rut. If you need inspiration, especially when involved in a creative endeavour that is inspired by higher consciousness, then try meditating with this version. It should get the creative juices flowing again. This also works when, just as in the healing process, you have to work when you are feeling emotionally blocked.

Try using the energy and see what happens. And remember to keep a record. You might need it one day.

The Outer Hebrides.

As I said on the page, Tribal Gatherings, the main line of the Algiz symbol has been established. This line is the main stem of the work; the two lines emerging from it going to Iceland, via the Outer Hebrides, and Norway.

The plan is to travel to the island and stay there for a week. There are many sites connected to the main site, which we will also visit if we are called to that. That happens many times because sites are connected to each other and deliberately built that way, so we follow either intuition, impulse or guidance from the ancestors as to which ones need visiting.

Picture by Lucie Loane. The Stones of Callanish.

I have never been to the Outer Hebrides, but my guides have been telling me to go for years. It just never felt like the right time. But, as I said in Tribal Gatherings, it appears to be part of a project that is connected to other places. I never know what will happen at a site, but often the preparatory ‘downloads’ happen years, months or weeks before we get there. The days leading up to the work often involve receiving information, or gathering energies from other places locally – if they are to be connected. It’s as if the energies rise, preparing the energy-body for what is to come. This can give a feeling of fullness or excitement as we move into the necessary energies.

Another thing that happens, is that we connect to a ‘guide’ who helps us and keeps our energies focussed on the task at hand. They are ‘Gatekeepers’ assisting us in holding a particular frequency on the layers of energy we need to be working in. These guides are not always ancient however but are usually the souls of inhabitants who once resided on the Island, or who lived in the house; someone who knew the place well. When we were in Orkney, we had an old woman who had died on the island. She was the main gatekeeper. But there was also a soul who, when he was alive, was called Peterson. He told me, over the course of a week, that he had been sent to Canada for accidentally killing another man in Kirkwall, after a drunken brawl. His love of Orkney draws him here and his service, his paying off of the incurred debt, was to assist us in carrying out our work. He was very nice, really, and his love for the island was palpable. (I wrote it all down but the notebook is in my flat in Luxor!). He also seemed interested in channelled art/writing and even when I returned to Winchester he would pop in every now and then and suggest I visit a particular art gallery. he pushed me in the direction of channelling art, which I did for a while, but my focus is on writing at the moment. (For those of you wondering whether I had picked up a spirit attachment, I also do spirit-release, helping souls who are unable to move on but who are ready to get back ‘Home’. He definitely wasn’t one of those). My friend Chris, who was not with us when we visited Orkney works with me doing spirit release and earthwork. He’s played a huge part in the Gaia Method Earthways. One of his amazing talents, apart from dowsing, is his ability to speak to spirits and to see them as if he was back in time with them. We have gotten some terrific information about people who lived at these sites in the past through his gift. He will naturally be there too!

A wild Orkney sea after a storm.

Once we have connected to the Hebrides, we will return to Orkney, because there is still work to be done there, and information to be accessed. But the next focus is on the Outer Hebrides. It may be too, that the energies on the Isle of Lewis will be connected in another way to Orkney, but again, I won’t know until we get there. I also tend not to research the history of the place too much either, as this tends to get in my way. I want to be able to go in without any preconceived ideas so that the information I receive from the site is clear. Doing the research afterwards is often a good confirmation of what we perceived when we were there. Plus, we discover information which is not known yet by the archaeological world. That’s always fun!

Apart from the main Callanish circle, there are other satellite circles which I also want to visit. The following video explains these very well. Often the smaller sites are important in their own right.

What I find interesting about this video is that it shows clearly that the satellites were just as important as the main site. When I was working with Coldridge Banjo enclosure, we discovered that it was the ‘Child’ of the Mother site: Fosbury Camp, an iron-age hillfort. The camp held the Mother energy and this then flowed to the smaller enclosure, like an umbilical cord, feeding the site. This is a common occurrence in energy sites, the larger one feeding and maintaining the smaller, keeping it connected, abundant and sanctified. It didn’t make it impervious to human interference but it did provide shelter and abundant food for the people who lived there, for as long as the site energies were maintained. I imagine that the same holds true for the smaller circles at Callanish too. What is also interesting is that these sites are on islands off the mainland. Orkney to the north and the Isle of Lewis to the west. There must be some reason for these placements. Hopefully, we’ll find out some information about why this might be.

Watching this video shows that there are so many sites on these islands that there might be some very early mornings – and some late nights! If you want to see more, there are lots of really good ones by the guy who made the video. He is well worth the watch.

I have been debating whether to fly to Stornoway or to drive there. Driving, even though it is an 18-hour drive, means that I gradually move into the energies, gathering connections as I go. I remember while Eartha and I were driving to Orkney, as we drove through Scotland, which has a distinctly different feel to England, primal and definitely older, the difference between a child and an adult, I began to feel strange sensations. It was as if my body was picking up separate but similar energies involving two feminine energies in the landscape, both mountain ranges of volcanic origin. These felt like mountains that represented breasts, as though they were places to feed people, or the landscape. Thinking about it, volcanoes feed the earth, literally creating them, so it was interesting that she equated lava with a form of breast milk, ‘growing’ the planet.

I was in communication with one of these female energies who told me that her ‘sister’ lay far to the north. Far to the north turned out to be Iceland. But I didn’t realise that at the time. The female energy I was connecting to was a black wild goddess, like the winds, but she was from the depths of the earth. She was the mountain ranges of Scotland, a landscape Goddess who was important in Orkney, which we saw when we stood with our backs to the Stones of Stenness watching the sun go down. From that perspective, we were seeing the sun returning into the womb of the Mother, to be reborn the following morning, We were there in mid-November, close to the Winter solstice, which is a powerful time of the year anyway, so maybe this had something to do with her visit.

Although this coming trip is not to Iceland, the line goes through the Outer Hebrides on its way to Iceland and is probably preparatory work, so I am interested to see what happens there. I have booked the trip in June 2025, for the Summer Solstice. If you want to join in, I would love to see you there.

Do remember to contact me for the P2 details (A Gaia Method Earthways Workspace), and I can add you as a team member. It’s a great way to keep in contact and share information that others can use too.

The Practice of Circumambulating.

When I first began doing earthwork, I started working with Bronze Age burial mounds, also known as round barrows. I did not know then that it was the beginning of a remembering of ancient energy traditions that would take the rest of my life to learn. Every experience taught me something – it still does – but at that time it was new to me.

One of the things I found myself regularly doing, was circumambulation. That is: walking in a circle with sacred intention. My first experience was in the woods by the side of the road at Farley mount. Just inside the tree boundary is a large barrow with a couple of lovely Beech trees growing on top of it. I already had an interest in prehistory because I had been doing a degree in Practical Archaeology and loved reading the landscape, discovering ancient sites, and learning to see the world as the ancestors saw it.

Standing beside the barrow, I felt a strong impulse to walk around it three times anticlockwise, so I followed the impulse. Then, I stood on the Barrow and saw, with my inner sight, or higher sense perception, that it was built on top of a cross-over of two energy lines, except that it was no longer aligned properly. Over time, the earth’s magnetic field had shifted and so the lines were no longer in sync with that field. My job was to adjust them so they could do what they were designed to do – whatever that was. Through the power of my intention, and following instructions from ‘upstairs’, I mentally allowed the lines to vibrationally upgrade. I have no idea how that happened, it just did. Often I didn’t know why things happened but I learned to simply watch what my internal self was doing. (Round barrows are often built on energy lines and the people buried or cremated there act as energy guardians, as though part of their energy remained after death to take care of the place. You will find, if you are tuned in, that they will communicate with you so that you can carry out the work together, although this doesn’t always happen).

I remember the first time I got an inkling about some of the need for this anticlockwise walking. I had gone to two Bronze Age burial mounds that were beside each other, on Cheesefoot head, in Hampshire. At that time, twenty years ago, they were at the edge of a ploughed field and close to an ancient trackway that ran over the downs and into Winchester.

Standing at the barrows, I felt the impulse to walk around the first one three times anti-clockwise. But as I finished the final circuit, I was told to continue walking around the other one but in the opposite direction, sunwise, and this time to walk four times not three. There was a meaning to this. 3 +4 felt like feminine and masculine energies and they were joined in a figure of eight; the lemniscate, an energy I now associate with life-force, or dragon, energy.

As I walked around the twin mounds, I imagined the farmer and how annoyed he’d be that I was on his land. In my imaginary conversation with him, as he strode purposefully towards me, intent on telling me off, I joyfully informed him that I might be trespassing but at least his land would now be more fertile.

Ah, that was what I was doing! Although, I didn’t exactly know how. (At a recent visit to those barrows the field is now grassland and the barrows over-grown with vegetation and young trees. They are surrounded by a fence which gives them protection. No chance of them being ploughed out now).

After that, nearly every time I worked at a site, I had to walk around it first. I was usually told how many times to walk around, which at a large site took some time! Most times it is either one, or three times, depending on what work needs to be done. If it is simply to access the site, it is once, but if more energetic work is to be carried out, it is three times. The deeper into the energy layers you need to be in the more times you walk around. It is not often that I am instructed to walk four times around a site. In fact, I think that barrow at Cheesefoot was the only time I had to do it.

I never really thought of this as anything other than an earthwork practice until I started to recognise it in other places. It was a common practice in Ireland, for instance, which I didn’t discover until I returned there for a year in 2006. Although I had grown up in Ireland, I hadn’t taken much notice of old traditions, except for the yearly Pattern in St. Mullins. A pattern (from the french Patron) is a holy day dedicated to the saint who established a settlement, or church, there. In St. Mullin’s there is a holy well where people would go to pray and collect the holy water, which was reputed to have healing powers. The tradition was to walk around the entire settlement sunwise, but this gradually changed so only the well was walked around, usually following the Stations of the Cross (not a great energy to be anchoring!). Sunwise follows the sun.

When you walk clockwise around a site, it opens the Solar energies, the energy of male power, but anti-clockwise, or widdershins, opens the feminine energies of a site. Moving in an anti-clockwise direction was believed to have been the wrong way, the way of witches. No surprise there, especially when you think how the church lost the connection to the Divine Feminine early on, and therefore any reminders of the power of women, or Goddess, were to be suppressed at all costs. She could only be a saint because saints devoted themselves to a male god, but she should never get too big for her boots. It was especially important NOT to walk anticlockwise around a church. God forbid (excuse the pun) that the Divine Feminine should have a part to play in people’s spiritual beliefs unless she was in a lesser position. Such was the fear of Divine female power.

Video by Turlough O’Brien

But it wasn’t always that way. In early Celtic Christianity, the feminine was acknowledged and venerated, but over the centuries the recognition of feminine spiritual power was slowly transformed and energies from the earth were seen as dangerous. Hell was down there, after all, where Satan lived, and women who worked with the earth were in league with him. We all know how that went. To the church, everything good came from God, in heaven. The female power of the earth, and its mysteries, was suppressed, and the rituals associated with her, demonised.

In 2006, we lived for a few months in a converted methodist church, around the corner from St. Fiacre’s church, near Borris. There was a spring out in the field by the church, which is now in ruins. Every year, the people from the local town of Graiguenamanagh, where I grew up, went to the well to take care of it, just as they did in St. Mullins. Part of the tradition was to walk clockwise around the well, seven times. (They still make the annual pilgrimage, which incidentally is close to Imbolc). This walking seven times around reminds me of Mecca. But there, the devoted walk around the Kaaba seven times in an anti-clockwise direction, thereby unwittingly keeping the Feminine energy of the site alive and well. (Unfortunately, it is still controlled by patriarchy, much like the RC Church). There is a spring in Mecca, the ZamZam well which, according to the story, Allah opened for the rejected slave girl, Hajar, so she could keep her baby son, Ishmael, alive. Ismael was the son of Abraham. In reality, just as the ancient springs in the British isles were associated with female guardians, the Well Maidens, in the pre-Islamic world Mecca was originally dedicated to three goddesses, Al-llat (the Goddess), consort of Al-Lah (the God); Al-Uzzah (the powerful; and Manat (Destiny). (Virgin, Mother and Crone?).

Walking anticlockwise is the way of the Goddess, the way of the Divine Feminine, and when you walk around a site anticlockwise you are opening to the wisdom of the land. But often, this opening is also an anchoring. When I was doing archaeology at a site in Wiltshire on an Iron Age Banjo enclosure, I discovered that the circular site, with its bank and ditch avenue, was fed with red energy that came from a larger site a few miles away. I walked in the circular ditch, through the tangle of trees, and as I did, I laid the red energy from Fosbury Hillfort, encircling the enclosure with life-giving red serpent energy. I did the same thing a couple of days ago, when I returned to the round barrow in Farley mount, the one I had begun with all those years ago, and I was ‘told’ to walk around the site three times. I did the rounds twice but before beginning the third circuit I stopped. The sun had come out and I felt an impulse to raise my energy to its light. As I did, I was instructed to continue the walk but as I did the solar energy was coming with me, as if the barrow had a ditch (many of them do) and I was filling it with liquid solar light. The circuit was complete when I reached the point I had started from. In this instance, the masculine energy of the sun was anchored around the site. Why? I don’t know, but it was like an activation, of sorts. A feeding.

Once the rounds were complete, I stood on the barrow. My crown centre opened and information, in the form of light, flooded into my head. It lasted for a minute or so and then all was finished. I did not know what this light was about until the following day, when my daughter came around for some healing, which turned into an initiation. The energies she needed were given to me on the barrow. Because she was being initiated into a deeper connection with the earth, the energy had to be given by the earth. Another new experience for me. And for her.

So, when you are at a sacred site, and you feel the impulse to walk around, follow it. You are opening the energy of the place and therefore will be able to access its wisdom, and gifts. Your service to the planet is to utilise these gifts and to reawaken the Divine Feminine. The trick is to trust yourself. Trust the impulse, because it arises from a deeper part of you that knows what it is doing.

If you find yourself at a site but you do not feel the impulse, don’t do anything. The sites are not always accessible or don’t need you to do anything. When they are active, you will know it. When they are not, you will know that too. Don’t do it because you ‘think’ you ought to. That is the mind interfering with your higher sense perception. Tune into the site, if you feel you need to, and ask. You will soon learn what a positive or negative answer feels like.

There is so much work to be done to bring back the Goddess consciousness, but it is always important to remember that it is to bring the balance of life back into consciousness. Not for one to overpower the other, which has happened far too many times. It is time for Love to balance Will.

The link below was written by my great Grand Uncle, John O’Leary, from Graiguenamanagh, where I grew up. If he was around now he would have been a great blogger. Here is also a link to a book my uncle Philip wrote about the O’Leary’s who were artists, writers and antiquarians.
