When entering a sacred space in nature, or one which you know has been a sacred space, this technique helps you to easily access the knowledge left there by the ancestors.

When you are at the site, ask permission from the ‘guardians’ of the place.You will know when you are given permission. It can come as a gentle feeling in your mind or body; you may become aware of a wind in the trees that does not feel like a normal wind; or the guardian may appear to you in your inner vision. When you feel a ‘yes’ in answer to your requests, focus on your auric-field. Place your attention on the energies of the site and imagine that the energy of your auric-field is vibrating at the same rate as the energy of the site. With intention, you can ask that all of the knowledge and wisdom contained in this site is in your auric-field, that you are sharing the same energy. Imagine that all the little particles of light information contained in the site are now dancing in your field, and can be accessed by you on all levels so that you can know the information. Your field, and that of the site, have become one blended energy. Give yourself time to do this.

This information might not come immediately, but you may get some of it, and the site guardian will let you know what to do. Some may also come into your awareness over the following few days, especially if you paint, write or channel. It may also simply come in as a knowing of the information, like something has opened in your auric-field.

When you feel ready, after you have left the site, for instance, ‘disconnect’ from the energy of the place, seeing your own energy separate from the energy of the site, but with the ancient knowledge of the ancestors retained in our consciousness.

Give thanks in whatever way you feel moved to. Often, just the accessing of this knowledge is thanks enough as your guides/soul already know your intention for accessing it in the first place and are glad to share with you.
